Abstract

This study presents a bibliometric analysis of research on digital economy and industry convergence, with a focus on the impact of digitalization on business adaptation and innovation. Using data from key databases, including Scopus and Web of Science, and visualized through VOSviewer, the analysis reveals key themes, influential authors, and evolving research trends from 2000 to 2024. The findings highlight that "digitalisation" remains central to the discourse, particularly in relation to manufacturing, automation, and business process digitisation. Recent research shows a growing focus on sustainability and the role of digitalization in addressing environmental challenges. Additionally, the impact of COVID-19 has accelerated the adoption of digital strategies, with businesses increasingly focusing on flexibility, risk management, and business resilience. The analysis of author collaboration networks identifies prominent contributors and interdisciplinary efforts in this field. This study underscores the importance of digital innovation for business growth and calls for further exploration of how digital technologies can enhance sustainability and resilience in a post-pandemic world.

Abstract

This paper presents a bibliometric analysis examining the evolution of research within the sustainability and risk management sectors in banking, based on several visual network analyses. Initial findings delineate thematic clusters focusing on green banking, financial performance, and the impact of technological advancements such as fintech. An investigation into the temporal progression of research themes from 2017 to 2021 highlights a significant shift from foundational concerns about financial stability to more nuanced discussions integrating sustainability and economic inclusivity. Additionally, the research identifies potential gaps in the literature, particularly around the integration of Islamic banking with green practices and the management of environmental and climate-related risks. Analysis of author collaborations within these thematic areas reveals a robust network of scholars, characterized by both dense, focused groupings and broader, interdisciplinary linkages. This study underscores the dynamic and evolving nature of academic discourse in sustainable finance, suggesting promising areas for future research.

Abstract

The integration of Islamic values into the learning of STEM subjects aims to align modern education with ethical and spiritual principles for holistic learning experiences. This study systematically reviews 25 manuscripts from the Scopus database to analyze curriculum designs, pedagogical strategies, educational outcomes, and challenges in incorporating Islamic values into STEM education. The findings have identified the inculcation of ethical values, contributions of Muslim scholars in history, and project-based learning as some of the effective approaches. Other positive impacts are increased motivation, ethical awareness, and all-round development of students, while resource limitation and teacher preparedness remain some of the major barriers. This study informs educators and policy-makers who might want to consider culturally relevant and ethically anchored STEM education frameworks.

Abstract

The halal industry has become a vital component of the global market, driving significant interest among researchers and practitioners. This study conducts a bibliometric analysis of halal industry research using data from the Scopus database and VOSviewer software. Key findings reveal the centrality of themes such as halal certification, logistics, and supply chain management, highlighting their importance in operational and consumer trust frameworks. The analysis identifies Malaysia and Indonesia as leading contributors to halal research, with strong international collaborations. Emerging trends, including blockchain, sustainability, and halal tourism, signify the evolving focus of the halal industry toward technological integration and ethical practices. The study also highlights knowledge gaps, such as the underrepresentation of non-food sectors and limited exploration of regional dynamics outside Southeast Asia. By addressing these gaps, this study provides a foundation for advancing halal industry research and fostering global collaboration.

Abstract

In many ways, trust is seen as the basis for relationships with consumers. The importance of a sense of trust, will be as important as building the business itself. Hence, trust is one measure by which the business objectives can be further achieved. This research proposes and tests a model of brand trust that includes both its antecedents and its consequences. The model is rooted in a causal approach and features established brand trust  constructs. This study was conducted by quantitative approeaches, the sampling technique used is non-probability sampling. The results show that BSI is considered a preferred brand and as such consumers appear to be loyal and want to spread the word of mouth to another customer. Futhermore, the leader need to consider this antecedent as a strategy to maintain customer loyalty in the future

Abstract

This study explores customer loyalty at Bank Syariah Indonesia in Aceh, focusing on the role of Sharia implementation in shaping customer behavior. Using a quantitative research design, data were gathered through interviews, observations, and questionnaires distributed via a non-probability sampling method. The aim is to identify the factors that drive customer loyalty at Bank Syariah Indonesia in Banda Aceh. The results demonstrate that brand image plays a crucial role in influencing customer loyalty. Consequently, bank leadership should emphasize enhancing brand image as part of their strategy to retain loyal customers. Loyalty is reflected in customers’ positive attitudes, such as sharing favorable experiences and recommending the bank to others, while negative attitudes include spreading unfavorable opinions and switching to competitors. From an Islamic viewpoint, customer loyalty goes beyond mere transactional commitment; it is grounded in Islamic principles and values. True loyalty involves not only knowledge and practice of worship but also sincere faith in Allah SWT, which collectively shapes a customer’s ethical and spiritual dedication to the institution.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of farmers and the level of motivation of farmers in using hybrid corn seed assistance and the factors that influence farmers in pursuing corn farming in Lengkiti District, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. This research is located in Bandar Jaya, Fajar Jaya, and Tanjung Agung Villages, Lengkiti District, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. Respondent farmers were corn farmers in Bandar Jaya, Fajar Jaya, and Tanjung Agung villages who were selected using the Simple Random Sampling Method of as many as 97 people. The time of conducting the research is around November 2021. The analysis used to answer the first objective is qualitative and quantitative analysis. Qualitative analysis is used to explain each indicator variable. Quantitative analysis will be used on the variables of productivity and farm income. The analysis used to answer the factors that influence farmers in using government-assisted hybrid seeds with the factors studied are Education (X1), Age (X2), Family Dependents (X3), and Government Policy (X4). The average income of farmers who work on corn farming in the research area, both farmers who use hybrid seeds from the government or not, is IDR. 13,680,484.53. Farmer's age variable has a significant effect partially on the motivation of farmers who use hybrid seeds provided by the government in the study area, while the rest does not affect farmers' motivation.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Anemia memberikan dampak negatif terutama bagi bayi dalam kandungan, seperti mengakibatkan keguguran, bayi lahir tidak cukup bulan, bayi tidak berkembang sempurna. Anemia dianggap sebagai masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang utama pada lebih dari 80% negara di dunia, prevalensi anemia pada kehamilan >20%. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan dalam bentuk  edukasi pada ibu hamil berjumlah 30 orang. Tujuan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk mewujudkan pengabdian kepada masyarakat sebagai salah satu kegiatan Tri Darma Perguruan Tinggi, meningkatkan pengetahuan Ibu hamil tentang anemia sebagai upaya pencegahan anemia.  Dari hasil evaluasi diperoleh pengetahuan ibu hamil sebelum diberikan edukasi mayoritas cukup sebanyak 63,3% dan setelah dilakukan edukasi mayoritas baik  sebanyak 95.7%. Dengan adanya kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini diharapakan kepada Ibu hamil dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan mengenai anemia sebagai upaya pencegahan anemia pada ibu hamil. Kata Kunci: Edukasi, Pengetahuan, Ibu Hamil  ABSTRACT Anemia has a negative impact, especially on babies in the womb, such as resulting in miscarriage, babies born not at term, babies not developing fully. Anemia is considered a major public health problem in more than 80% of countries in the world, the prevalence of anemia in pregnancy is >20%. Community service was carried out in the form of education for 30 pregnant women. The aim of this Community Service is to realize community service as one of the Tri Darma activities of higher education, increasing pregnant women's knowledge about anemia as an effort to prevent anemia.  From the evaluation results, it was found that the majority of pregnant women's knowledge before being given education was adequate at 63.3% and after education the majority was good at 95.7%. With this Community Service activity, it is hoped that pregnant women can increase their knowledge about anemia as an effort to prevent anemia in pregnant women. Keywords: Education, Knowledge, Pregnant

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pentingnya kesadaran dari masyarakat untuk dapat ikut serta dalam upaya penanggulangan bencana secara non fisik sangat dibutuhkan. Sehingga perlu ada suatu pemahaman dari masyarakat tentang cara-cara menghadapi risiko bencana yang sewaktu-waktu dapat mengancam keselamatan mereka yang dapat diberikan melalui peningkatan self efficacy masyarakat. Penilaian individu terhadap kemampuannya dalam melaksanakan tugas dapat mempengaruhi kesiapsiagaan terhadap bencana. Self efficacy individu yang mempunyai keyakinan dan kemampuan untuk bertindak atau mengendalikan situasi jika terjadi bencana. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan dalam bentuk  edukasi dan simulasi pada lansia berjumlah 40 orang. Tujuan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk mewujudkan pengabdian kepada masyarakat sebagai salah satu kegiatan Tri Darma Perguruan Tinggi dan meningkatkan Self Efficacy Lansia Dalam Menghadapi Bencana Melalui Edukasi Dengan Media Booklet Kesiapsiagaan Bencana. Dari hasil evaluasi diperoleh 97,5 %  lansia memiliki self efficacy positif. Diharapakan kepada lansia dapat meningkatkan             agar dapat menunjang upaya kesiapsiagaan bencana dengan maksimal, sehingga berbagai dampak yang ditimbulkan dari bencana dapat dicegah atau diminimalisir Kata Kunci: Self Efficacy, Edukasi, Kesiapsiagaan, Lansia   ABSTRACT The importance of public awareness to be able to participate in non-physical disaster management efforts is very much needed. So there needs to be an understanding from the community about ways to deal with disaster risks which at any time can threaten their safety which can be provided through increasing community self-efficacy. An individual's assessment of their ability to carry out their duties can influence disaster preparedness. Self-efficacy is an individual who has the confidence and ability to act or control the situation if a disaster occurs. Community service was carried out in the form of education and simulation for 40 elderly people. The aim of this Community Service is to realize community service as one of the Tri Darma activities of higher education and increase the Self-Efficacy of the Elderly in Facing Disasters through Education with Disaster Preparedness Booklet Media. From the evaluation results, it was found that 97.5% of elderly people had positive self-efficacy. It is hoped that the elderly can increase their self-efficacy so that they can support disaster preparedness efforts optimally, so that various impacts resulting from disasters can be prevented or minimized Keywords: Self Efficacy, Education, Preparedness, Elderly
