Abstract

This study presents a bibliometric analysis of research on digital economy and industry convergence, with a focus on the impact of digitalization on business adaptation and innovation. Using data from key databases, including Scopus and Web of Science, and visualized through VOSviewer, the analysis reveals key themes, influential authors, and evolving research trends from 2000 to 2024. The findings highlight that "digitalisation" remains central to the discourse, particularly in relation to manufacturing, automation, and business process digitisation. Recent research shows a growing focus on sustainability and the role of digitalization in addressing environmental challenges. Additionally, the impact of COVID-19 has accelerated the adoption of digital strategies, with businesses increasingly focusing on flexibility, risk management, and business resilience. The analysis of author collaboration networks identifies prominent contributors and interdisciplinary efforts in this field. This study underscores the importance of digital innovation for business growth and calls for further exploration of how digital technologies can enhance sustainability and resilience in a post-pandemic world.

Abstract

The integration of Islamic values into the learning of STEM subjects aims to align modern education with ethical and spiritual principles for holistic learning experiences. This study systematically reviews 25 manuscripts from the Scopus database to analyze curriculum designs, pedagogical strategies, educational outcomes, and challenges in incorporating Islamic values into STEM education. The findings have identified the inculcation of ethical values, contributions of Muslim scholars in history, and project-based learning as some of the effective approaches. Other positive impacts are increased motivation, ethical awareness, and all-round development of students, while resource limitation and teacher preparedness remain some of the major barriers. This study informs educators and policy-makers who might want to consider culturally relevant and ethically anchored STEM education frameworks.

Abstract

The halal industry has become a vital component of the global market, driving significant interest among researchers and practitioners. This study conducts a bibliometric analysis of halal industry research using data from the Scopus database and VOSviewer software. Key findings reveal the centrality of themes such as halal certification, logistics, and supply chain management, highlighting their importance in operational and consumer trust frameworks. The analysis identifies Malaysia and Indonesia as leading contributors to halal research, with strong international collaborations. Emerging trends, including blockchain, sustainability, and halal tourism, signify the evolving focus of the halal industry toward technological integration and ethical practices. The study also highlights knowledge gaps, such as the underrepresentation of non-food sectors and limited exploration of regional dynamics outside Southeast Asia. By addressing these gaps, this study provides a foundation for advancing halal industry research and fostering global collaboration.

Abstract

This study explores the digital literacy competencies of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) teachers in Sabang City. It also examines the role of Teacher Working Groups (KKG) in enhancing these competencies, as well as the strategies implemented by KKG to support teacher development. A mixed-methods approach was adopted, involving data collection through interviews, observations, questionnaires, and documentation. The findings indicate that the digital literacy competencies of IRE teachers vary, from basic technology usage to the creative and effective integration of technology in teaching. Factors influencing the development of digital literacy competencies include, such as, experience, training, and institutional support. The KKG program significantly contributes by implementing developmental initiatives such as technology-based training, workshops, seminars, and sharing best practices in digital media usage. The strategies applied by KKG include developing curricula for technology-based training, mentoring teachers, and providing continuous monitoring to ensure effective implementation. Furthermore, KKG promotes collaboration among teachers, which enhances the effectiveness of digital learning and mastery of digital media as teaching tools. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi kompetensi literasi digital guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di Kota Sabang, peran Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG) dalam meningkatkan kompetensi tersebut, dan strategi yang diterapkan oleh KKG. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode campuran, dengan pengupulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi literasi digital guru PAI bervariasi, mulai dari kemampuan dasar penggunaan teknologi hingga kemampuan mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam pembelajaran secara kreatif dan efektif. Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pengembangan kompetensi literasi digital guru PAI meliputi pengalaman, pelatihan, dan dukungan institusi. Program KKG berkontribusi signifikan melalui inisiatif pengembangan, seperti pelatihan berbasis teknologi, lokakarya, seminar, dan berbagi praktik terbaik dalam penggunaan media digital. Strategi yang diterapkan KKG meliputi pengembangan kurikulum pelatihan berbasis teknologi terbaru, pendampingan kepada guru, serta pemantauan berkelanjutan untuk memastikan penerapan yang efektif. Selain itu, KKG mendorong kolaborasi antar guru yang berkontribusi pada peningkatan efektivitas pembelajaran digital dan penguasaan media digital sebagai alat pengajaran.

Abstract

Model pembelajaran dan metode mengajar sangat berperan penting dalam proses pembelajaran agar terjaidi interaksi antara guru dan peserta didik. Salah satu pendekatan pembelajaran yang dapat mewadahi proses dan aktifitas peserta didik adalah model pembelajaran tipe Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD). Dengan model Pembelajaran tipe STAD, peserta didik dapat memahami materi pembelajaran dengan mudah dan peserta didik mampu bekerja sama dengan baik.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu tahap perencanaan, tahap penerapan, tahap observasi dan tahap refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik SMAN 2 Singaraja yang bejumlah 30 peserta didik, terdiri dari 12 orang laki-laki dan 18 orang perempuan. Teknik pengumpilan data berupa tes. Dari data penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan aktifitas peserta didik dalam pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran tipe STAD. Pada siklus I hasil belajar peserta didik sebesar  58.1% dan mengalami peningatan pada siklus II yakni sebesar 76%. Jadi dapat disimpiulkan bahwa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran tipe STAD pada materi deskripsi (Tourism Destination) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik.Kata Kunci: Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD), hasil belajar peserta didik

Abstract

Loyalitas dapat ditunjukkankan dari sikap dan perilaku positif terhadap suatu produk ataupun jasa dengan mengatakan hal hal baik dan merekomendasikan produk kepada orang sekitarnya. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif, Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling untuk nasabah Maybank dan purposive sampling untuk pimpinan, manajer dan marketing. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi dan menyebarkan kuesioner. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis anteseden loyalitas nasabah pada Maybank di Kota Banda Aceh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor citra merek berpengaruh dan memberikan kontribusi yang lebih besar terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada Maybank di kota Banda Aceh.

Abstract

Produksi Makanan halal bukan hanya alasan kesehatan semata, namun merupakan wujud ketakwaan seorang hamba dalam menjalankan perintah-Nya. Di era modern seperti sekarang ini, tren makanan olahan semakin meningkat sehingga pedagang etnis tionghoa berlomba lomba menghasilan produk makanan dengan berbagai macam jenis yang dikhawatirkan mengabaikan standar mutu khususnya dari sisi kehalalannya.. Untuk membuktikan analisis tersebut, dilakukan survei di peunayong kota Banda Aceh yang memiliki tiga permasalahan yaitu: pertama, apa definisi makanan halal menurut LPPOM. Kedua, pemahaman pedagang etnis tionghoa di peunayong kota Banda Aceh tentang makanan halal. Ketiga, faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi konsumsi makanan halal warga Peunayong kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan normatif dan penelitian lapangan (Field Research) dan penelitian kepustakaan (Library Research). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, survei dan penelitian dokumenter. Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa 83% dari 100 responden memahami makanan halal yang mereka produksi bahwa pemahaman pedagang etnis tionghoa di Peunayong kota Banda Aceh tentang makanan halal sebagian besar mengikuti prinsip ajaran Islam di provinsi Aceh.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the problems faced in learning Social Sciences (IPS) at UPTD SD Negeri 18 Peusangan. Based on initial observations, it was found that students' low interest and understanding of social studies subjects was influenced by the dominant learning method using lectures, limited learning media, and the lack of relevance of the material to students' lives. Apart from that, limited teacher competence in using technology and applying innovative methods is also a factor that contributes to this problem. This research method uses a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and analysis of student learning outcomes. The research results show that students are less motivated and passive during social studies learning because the method tends to be monotonous and the material is not linked to everyday experiences. Learning media that is limited to textbooks makes learning less interesting for students. The low scores on student learning outcomes indicate that they have difficulty understanding social studies material in depth. Solutions are needed in the form of implementing more interactive learning methods, using simple visual or digital media, and training for teachers in the use of technology and student-based learning methods.

Abstract

This paper investigates the effectiveness of e-learning system by using Google Docs feature in Google Classroom on students’ writing skills in narrative text. This research aims to finding out whether or not using Google Docs feature in Google Classroom is effective on students’ writing skills in narrative text at the eleventh grade of SMAN 26 Bone. The method of this research was quantitative research with a pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design. The sample of this research was selected by using purposive sampling technique. The instrument of this research was collected by using a writing test. In the pre-test, the students were given topic about writing narrative text with the theme of fable. The treatment in this research was given six times. In the post-test, the students were given the same instructions as in the pre-test. The result of analyzing data, the mean score in the pre-test was 55.74 and the mean score in the post-test was 80.65. The t-test showed that the sig. 2 tailed was .000, while the alpha was 0.05. It could be concluded that H1 was accepted and H0 was rejected. It can be stated that the use of Google Docs feature in Google Classroom is effective on students’ writing skills in narrative text  Keywords: e-Learning, Google Classroom, Google Docs, narrative text, writing skills.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of reverse logistics, sustainable procurement, ethical branding, and consumer consciousness on the competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) via SmartPLS, data were collected from 210 MSMEs across various sectors. The results reveal that all three independent variables—reverse logistics, sustainable procurement, and ethical branding—significantly influence MSME competitiveness. Moreover, consumer consciousness not only has a direct positive effect on competitiveness but also moderates the relationships between each sustainable practice and competitiveness, strengthening their effects. These findings underscore the strategic importance of integrating sustainability into MSME operations and highlight the role of socially and environmentally aware consumers in amplifying business outcomes. The study contributes to the growing literature on sustainable business strategies in emerging economies and offers practical insights for MSMEs seeking to remain competitive in a value-driven market environment.
