Abstract

Kegiatan industri keramik di Purwakarta mengalami pasang dan surut dari waktu ke waktu. Beberapa puluh tahun yang lalu pernah mengalami masa pertumbuhan yang pesat, namun saat ini mengalami masa surut. Surutnya industri tersebut disebabkan  beberapa hal seperti kalah bersaing dengan produk China, strategi pemasaran yang kurang bervariasi dan konvensional dan masalah bahan baku. Salah satu solusi atas masalah pemasaran adalah pemasaran melalui media sosial, yang dikenal dengan Online Marketing.Saat ini para pelaku industri belum mengenal dengan baik online marketing dan website, sehingga perlu diberikan pelatihan pembuatan website dan pemasaran online. Oleh karena itu tujuan pelatihan ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan dalam pemasaran online, sehingga volume penjualan dapat ditingkatkan dan menjangkau konsumen yang lebih luas.Kegiatan pelatihan dikemas dengan judul “Pelatihan Pembuatan Website untuk Pelaku Industri Keramik di Kabupaten Purwakarta.” Materi pelatihan meliputi pengetahuan dasar online marketing, tata cara pemasaran melalui media sosial,  pengemasan produk dalam bentuk digital dan penyajian melalui media sosial.   Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan adanya perubahan pada peserta. Pertama, adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan penggunaan media sosial untuk kegiatan pemasaran produk. Kedua semangat untuk menerapkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan secara nyata dalam kegiatan pemasaran produk. Ketiga keinginan memperoleh pengetahuan lebih mendalam, mendetail dan praktis melalui pelatihan lanjutan.

Abstract

This research aims to find out about experiential marketing and customer loyalty as well as the effect of experiential marketing on customer loyalty in Grab-Car services.The objects examined in this study is experiential marketing and customer loyalty. The research method that used in this research is descriptive verification analysis and the design of research is survey. The sampling technique that used is non- probability sampling and done by using pusposive sampling. This research used simple linear analysis to determine the effect of experiential marketing on customer loyalty in Grab-car services. Data sourced from literature study, observation, questionnaire and interview. The population of this research is all Grab-Car consumers in Batam City. The sampling technique that used is non-probability sampling and done by using purposive sampling with the criteria of respondents is already using Grab-Car service in Batam City at least two times. The number of samples from this study was determined using iteration techniques with the acquisition of a sample size of one hundred thirty six respondents. The results of this research shows that experiential marketing has a significant effect on customer loyalty Grab-Car services, which means that any increase in experiential marketing will cause an increase in customer loyalty. The author suggested is that Grab-Car makes think marketing strategies more attractive so that consumers can think deeper so they can provide a good opinion of the company’s services. Abstract

Beragam upaya program untuk mempercepat pemulihan sektor UMKM, di antaranya digitalisasi UMKM dalam bentuk program Pojok Digital di Desa Ciharang Sumedang. Hal ini didasarkan pada masalah utama akselerasi digital UMKM ini adalah sarana Wi-Fi dan jasa kurir. Untuk itu program Pojok Digital ini memfasilitasi unit usaha di Desa Ciherang untuk memiliki media digital marketing, sarana Wi-Fi dan jasa kurir yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh UMKM, BUMDes, maupun koperasi di desa untuk akselerasi aspek digitalnya. Pelaksana program ini adalah dosen, mahasiswa, besserta mentor dan perangkat desa, serta karang taruna di Desa Ciherang Sumedang dengan durasi waktu selama 1 bulan. Hasil capaian kegiatan ini adalah tersedia atau berdirinya fasilitas Pojok Digital di Desa Ciherang yang menjadi satu media akselerasi digital segala produk unggulan desa sehingga bisa memiliki jangkauan atau pasar yang jauh lebih luas dari sebelumnya.

Abstract

Micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) were affected by the coronavirus disease (Covid-19) outbreak. About 82.9% of MSMEs were negatively affected. As a result, there were significant changes in running a business. The use of technology has become crucial and needed by the MSMEs to survive the pandemic’s economic effect. Nevertheless, human resources in a village lack the knowledge of using technology to digitalize their business. MSMEs in Ciherang Village are among many MSME located in a village affected by the pandemic. Therefore, mentorship for MSMEs in Ciherang Village is crucial to ensure the MSME could survive and grow. According to the data from observation, some problems occur on the MSMEs in Ciherang Village: legalities, packaging, product picture, and knowledge to leverage the internet marketing. By mentorship, the MSMEs in Ciherang Village benefited and could implement the new things they learn in their business. At the end of the activity, the mentees have their Business Registration Number (Nomor Induk Berusaha – NIB), good packaging, good product pictures, and knowledge to leverage internet marketing

Abstract

Rapid changes in business encourage organizational leaders to make various transformation efforts in achieving organizational goals. One form of transformation is carried out in the field of leadership known as transformational leadership. This study aims to analyze transformational leadership in PDAM Tirta Alami Batusangkar West Sumatra. The research method used is a qualitative research method. Primary data collection techniques were carried out with in-depth interviews of informants. Secondary data are obtained from various reports and research results. The results show that the application of transformational leadership in general has been implemented. The application of the leadership model has produced various impacts for companies in the form of performance improvement as an impact of idealized influence and inspirational motivation, increased competence in problem solving as an impact of intellectual simulation and the creation of an adaptive work environment to change because of individual consideration. This study recommends that the application of transformational leadership to the inspirational motivational aspect be carried out in a careful, measured, and transparent manner, related to the promise of promotion, because it is quite sensitive and can cause conflicts in the future.Perubahan dalam bisnis yang cepat mendorong para pemimpin organisasi melakukan berbagai upaya transformasi dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi. Salah satu bentuk transformasi dilakukan dalam bidang kepemimpinan yang dikenal dengan kepemimpinan transformasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepemimpinan transformasional pada PDAM Tirta Alami Batusangkar Sumatera Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam terhadap para informan. Data sekunder diperoleh dari berbagai laporan dan hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penerapan kepemimpinan transformasional secara umum sudah diterapkan. Penerapan model kepemimpinan  telah menghasilkan berbagai dampak bagi perusahaan dalam bentuk peningkatan kinerja sebagai dampak idealized influence dan inspirational motivation, peningkatan kompetensi dalam pemecahan masalah sebagai dampak intellectual simulation dan tercipatanya lingkungan kerja yang adaptif terhadap perubahan sebagai dampak dari individual consideration. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar penerapan kepemimpinan transformasional pada aspek motivasi inspirasional dilakukan secara cermat, terukur dan transparan, terkait dengan janji kenaikan pangkat, karena cukup sensitif dan bisa menimbulkan konflik di kemudian hari.

Abstract

Program pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk sosialisasi model bidang pembiayaan dan digital marketing untuk sektor industri kreatif, sekaligus meningkatkan pemanfaatan internet untuk sektor industri kreatif. Metodologi pelatihan yang digunakan adalah andragogi atau pelatihan untuk orang dewasa dengan metode ceramah, diskusi, simulasi dan wokshop. Pada umumnya pelatihan sudah terlaksana dengan baik, dengan beberapa saran perbaikan pada aspek kerja sama tim pelaksana, disiplin waktu pelaksanaan, serta perlunya program lanjutan dari pelatihan ini.

Abstract

Change is essential for organizations in sustainable growth and especially in a highly competitive business environment. The literature on the concepts of organizational change and restructuring is important in an effort to provide a reference for academics in exploring scientific developments as well as being useful for practitioners in providing options regarding the application of these concepts in the field. This study aims to provide an overview of the past, current and future research directions from the research field of Organizational Change & Restructuring, namely to see and provide links or relationships between the fields of organizational change and restructuring through bibliometric analysis. The method used in this study is a combination of quantitative and qualitative by mapping the relationship between Organizational Change and Restructuring research using a two-step research approach: 1) Bibliometric technique to analyze 263 publications by presenting publication distribution data, mapping visualization & network density, and keyword analysis. 2) Furthermore, based on document citation data, analyze the 12 articles that occupy the top number of citations. For further review of the literature, comparing with research findings before or after according to the theme of each article. The results of the study indicate that there is still a lot of room for exploitation and exploration of the combined study of Organizational Change and Restructuring, so it is hoped that by taking the two analytical steps above, it will eventually provide some kind of recommendation for future research.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic that has hit almost all countries globally has forced many changes in various sectors, including Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This study aims to formulate a competitive advantage strategy for SMEs after the COVID-19 pandemic. Qualitative approach through interviews with business actors and the government involved in regulating MSMEs to obtain data relevant to the research variables. The results show many adjustments to the orientation and entrepreneurial mindset to create a competitive advantage strategy after the COVID-19 pandemic. A recommendation for a competitive advantage strategy for MSMEs was proposed by researchers who focused on optimizing digital promotional media and utilizing new market opportunities both offline and online after opening wider market access due to the increase in online transactions COVID-19 pandemic. Pandemi covid-19 yang melanda hampir seluruh negara di dunia memaksa banyak perubahan pada berbagai sektor, tak terkecuali pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menformulasikan strategi keunggulan bersaing UMKM pasca pandemi covid-19. Pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara pelaku usaha dan Pemerintah yang terlibat dalam regulasi UMKM untuk mendapatkan data yang relevan dengan variabel penelitian. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa terdapat banyak penyesuaian orientasi dan pola pikir kewirausahaan untuk menciptakan strategi keunggulan bersaing pasca pandemi covid-19. Rekomendasi strategi keunggulan bersaing bagi UMKM diusulkan oleh peneliti yang berfokus pada optimalisasi media promosi digital serta pemanfaatan peluang pasar baru baik offline maupun online setelah terbukanya akses pasar yang lebih luas sebagai dampak dari peningkatan transaksi online karena pandemi covid-19.

Abstract

The growth of the business world has encouraged the rapid development of the logistics business. To increase competitiveness, companies focus a lot on their core business in order to fulfill customers' desires and expectations, so the company started using Third Party Logistics (TPL) to increase the company's sustainability. The aim of this research is to find out how TPL services are in Indonesia. The research method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The research results show that of the 8 best TPL companies in 2022, namely Kamadjaja, Agility, Ceva, DB Schenker, Siba Surya, Puninar, Pancaran, and Deliveree, all of them have implemented types of logistics services in the form of transportation, warehousing, custom service, freight finance service, IT Support, product support, and logistics management and all companies are included in the Customer Developer category where the company takes full care of their needs. For further research, the author suggests further research related to development into the next generation of logistics providers.

Abstract

Dampak pandemi Covid-19 memberikan dampak yang sangat besar bagi industri Indonesia, khususnya dalam hal perekonomian. Hampir setiap bisnis di Indonesia pernah mengalami kegagalan ekonomi. Terutama usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) dengan modal yang tidak mencukupi untuk tetap bertahan selama pandemi meskipun UKM memberikan kontribusi besar di sektor ekonomi. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplor upaya UMKM dalam bertahan pasca pandemi covid-19. Metode yang digunakan dalam program pengabdian pada masyarakat ini yaitu melalui webinar dan pendampingan untuk mendekati audiens serta menggunakan analisis SWOT. Selain itu, program ini juga membatasi  pada subsektor makanan dan minuman yang merupakan penyumbang pemasukan negara terbesar dari industri kreatif. Hasil program pengabdian ini menunjukkan secara keseluruhan penyesuaikan diri dengan perubahan kebiasaan, perilaku, dan teknologi yang terjadi selama pandemi menjadi perhatian penting untuk membentuk kembali visi, misi, tujuan, dan rencana bisnis baik secara langsung maupun jangka panjang. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa para pelaku usaha UMKM subsektor makanan dan minuman di Kabupaten Purwakarta berada pada tahap adaptasi terhadap era digital pasca pandemi covid-19. The Covid-19 pandemic has had a huge impact on the Indonesian industry, especially in terms of the economy. Every business in Indonesia has experienced economic failure. Especially small and medium enterprises (SMEs) with insufficient capital to survive during the pandemic, even though SMEs make a major contribution to the economic sector. This service program aims to explore MSMEs' efforts to survive after the Covid-19 pandemic. The methods used in this community service program are webinars and mentoring to approach the audience and use SWOT analysis. In addition, this program also limits it to the food and beverage subsector, which is the largest contributor to state revenue from the creative industry. The results of this service program show that adjusting to changes in habits, behavior, and technology during a pandemic is an important concern for reshaping vision, mission, goals, and business plans immediately and in the long term. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the food and beverage subsector MSME business actors in Purwakarta Regency are at the stage of adaptation to the digital era after the co-19 pandemic.
