Abstract

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in schools is often trapped in a dogmatic and textual approach, which is less able to accommodate the social and intellectual dynamics of students. This study aims to explore efforts to recontextualize PAI materials by adapting religious teachings to the context of students' social, cultural, and intellectual lives, in order to improve their understanding, engagement, and critical thinking skills. The method used in this study is a qualitative case study approach, conducted in a junior high school in Probolinggo Regency, involving in-depth interviews, observation, and data analysis. The research findings indicate that the recontextualization of PAI materials successfully created a more inclusive and reflective learning climate, increased student enthusiasm, and encouraged them to connect religious teachings with contemporary social issues. This study contributes to the development of religious education theory, by offering a new approach to PAI learning that is more applicable and relevant. The practical implication is the importance of developing more contextual and interactive teaching methods.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and understand about Social Media as a Means of Marketing Educational Institutions. Along with the development of technology, social media has become one of the means of communication and information of the community. Social media is also used as a promotional tool for an organization by utilizing existing features. Educational institutions that use social media as a means of promotion can show the advantages and programs that exist in educational institutions so that they can attract prospective students or guardians of students to study at the institution.  The role of social media in promoting educational institutions. The research method used is literature research. This research method is to collect information and data through scientific writing or the collection of information of a literary nature that is relevant to the research subject, or to study and solve problems in depth based on relevant library materials The result of this research is that social media can be used to promote educational institutions effectively and efficiently. Because in social media applications there are features that can be set according to the desired target, so that the messages contained in the promotional content are conveyed to people in need. In addition, promotion through social media can lead to education both directly and indirectly.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil jadi bordir gradasi warna dengan teknik esek pada cape yang ditinjau dari beberapa aspek yaitu pemilihan warna sesuai dengan tingkatan gradasi warna, gradasi warna mengalami peralihan warna dark magenta ke magenta dan ke violet, kesesuaian gradasi warna dengan desain cape, bordir esek pada sisi dalam dan luar motif serta bordir esek dilihat dari kerapian setikan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data dengan metode observasi. Analisis data yang digunakan analisis data deskriptif persentase. Berdasarkan analisis data gradasi warna pada aspek pemilihan dan peralihan warna secara keseluruhan termasuk kategori sesuai, karena pemilihan warnanya sesuai dengan tingkatan gradasi warna dan peralihan warna halus. Kesesuaian gradasi warna dengan desain cape termasuk kategori sangat sesuai karena gradasi warna sangat sesuai dengan desain cape. Bordir esek pada sisi dalam motif secara keseluruhan termasuk dalam kategori sangat sesuai karena bordir esek pada sisi dalam motif rata. Bordir esek pada permukaan sisi luar motif kategori sangat sesuai karena permukaan sisi luar motif rata. Bordir esek dilihat dari kerapian setikan sangat sesuai karena bordir esek sangat rapi dan bordir esek membentuk gradasi warna sangat tepat. Kata kunci: bordir gradasi warna, bordir esek dan cape. Abstract The purpose of this research is to know the result of embroidery of color gradation by esek technique on the cape which is observed from several aspects namely the color selection is suitable with the level of color gradation, the color gradation change the dark magenta to magenta and violet, the similarity of color gradation with cape design, the embroidery of esek either inside or outside the motif, and it is also observed from stitch. This research is descriptive. The method of collecting data is done by observing method. The data analysis is descriptive of percentage. Based on the analysis result The conclusion is the embroidery of color gradation is good in the color selection and gradation criteria, because the color selection is suitable with the color gradation level and fine color gradation. The similiarity of color gradation with cape design is very good because the color gradation is very suitable with cape design. The results of embroidery of esek either inside or outside the motif are very good because they are flat. The neatness of stitch in the embroidery of esek is very good because it is very neat and it shapes color gradation very quickly. Keywords: The embroidery of color gradation, the embroidery of esek and cape.

Abstract

This research discusses developing the competency of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in technology-based learning to encourage religious moderation in digital era. The competence of qualified teachers is very necessary considering that technological development have brought major changes to learning methods including PAI to be able to meets the demands of the times. This research methods is library research where researchers collect data from various existing literature and then analyze and describe it to make it easier to understand. The results of this research reveal that education is a means of instilling thhe value of religious moderation from early age. The urgency for developing PAI’s teacher competency is to be able to provide affective and efficient learning. Then the role technology it self in strengthening religious moderation in PAI learning is as a means of delivering material, as a means of voicing religious moderation, and developing attitudes of tolerance and moderation.

Abstract

The development of teacher competence should not only focus on technical and pedagogical aspects but also integrate relevant local cultural values to foster character building and professionalism. This study aims to develop teacher competence based on the tengka values. The research employs a library research method. The findings reveal that integrating tengka values into teacher competence development enhances professional performance, fosters positive relationships between teachers and students, and strengthens a collaborative work culture within the school environment. This development model also encourages teachers to serve as role models in practicing ethical values both inside and outside the classroom. These findings make a significant contribution to designing holistic teacher training strategies that balance professional skills with character enhancement rooted in local cultural values.

Abstract

This article examines the importance of building a learning organization through Continuous Professional Education and Training (PKB) for teachers, with a focus on the challenges faced in the world of modern education. Through the literature review method, the author analyzes various literature to understand how PKB can improve teacher professional qualifications and respond to technological developments and relevant learning demands. The main aim of this research is to show that CPD not only improves teachers' skills and knowledge, but also contributes to the creation of a dynamic and innovative organizational culture. Thus, this article highlights the strategic role of PKB in facilitating positive change in the educational environment, as well as creating a better learning ecosystem for students.
