Abstract

Sexual violence against children is one of the cases that continues every year. This is because public awareness of the importance of education on sexual violence against childrennis still very weak. Not only that, the policies made by the government are still not strong enough to provide a deterrent effect on the perpetrators of crimes. The settlement in this case is very necessary because sexual violence will have an extraordinary impact on victims of violence including depression and death. This study aims to figure out the effectiveness of Personal Safety Skill-based Flipbook media on knowledge and ways to protect themselves from sexual violence in grade 5 students at SDN Tunggulsari II. This study had subjects in the form of 5th grade students at SDN Tunggulsari II which included 10 female students and 8 male students. The type of research method used is Research and Development (R&D) research and development with the ADDIE development model. With this research it is intended that students have knowledge and attitudes about how to protect themselves from sexual violence. so that the number of sexual violence against children does not increase. This is evidenced by the results of the study, namely 57.1 with a percentage of 29% before getting education and an average score of 84.8 with a percentage of 71% after getting Flipbook media education. Kekerasan seksual yang terjadi pada anak merupakan salah satu kasus yang terus mengalami peningkatan setiap tahunnya. Hal ini dikarenakan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya edukasi kekerasan seksual terhadap anak masih sangat lemah. Tidak hanya itu saja kebijakan-kebijakan yang dibuat oleh pemerintah masih belum cukup kuat untuk memberikan efek jera pada pelaku tindak kejahatan. Penyelesaian dalam kasus ini sangat diperlukan karena kekerasan seksual akan menimbulkan dampak yang luar biasa pada korban kekerasan diantaranya depresi hingga kematian. Oleh karena itu edukasi kepada anak melalui bahan ajar Flipbook berbasis Personal Safety Skill sangat diperlukan. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan media Flipbook berbasis Personal Safety Skill terhadap pengetahuan dan cara melindungi diri dari kekerasan seksual siswa kelas 5 SDN Tunggulsari II. Penelitian ini mempunyai subyek berupa murid kelas 5 SDN Tunggulsari II yang meliputi 10 siswa perempuan dan 8 siswa laki-laki. Jenis metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Dengan adanya penelitian ini bertujuan agar siswa memiliki pengetahuan dan sikap tentang bagaimana cara untuk melindungi diri dari kekerasan seksual. sehingga angka kekerasan seksual pada anak tidak mengalami peningkatan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil penelitian yaitu 57,1 dengan presentase 29% sebelum mendapatkan edukasi dan rata-rata skor 84,8 dengan presentase 71% setelah mendapatkan edukasi media Flipbook.

Abstract

The application of the flipped learning model can improve student learning outcomes. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the application of the flipped learning model assisted by Google Classroom media in improving student learning outcomes and independence in solving social studies questions. This research is quantitative research with quasi-experiments. The population in this study were all students of an elementary school. While the sample in this study were 40 students of class V at one of the elementary schools. The research instruments used were test questions and student independence questionnaires. Researchers used validity and reliability tests on research instruments before being used in research. The prerequisite test results show that the data obtained is normally distributed and homogeneous. The data analysis technique used is the dependent t-test and the Manova test. Based on the results of the analysis, it was obtained: t-count > t-table, namely 4,918 > 1,685, so there is a difference in the use of the flipped learning model with the help of Google Classroom in improving student social studies learning outcomes; t-count > t-table, namely 6.972 > 1,685, there is a significant difference in independent attitude after applying the model flipped learning with the help of google classroom compared to before implementing; a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, there is a significant difference in learning outcomes and independent attitudes after implementing the flipped learning model with the help of google classroom compared to before implementing.

Abstract

The use of learning media is important in learning, especially in the lecture method. However, this is still not realized by some teachers. As a result, learning mathematics is considered boring by students. To overcome these problems, it is necessary to develop interesting learning media, one of which is Wordwall media. This research aims to know and study the effectiveness of Wordwall-based digital game media in increasing students' motivation and learning outcomes in integer operations material. The research used is Research and Development (R&D) using the 5-stage ADDIE method. According to the media expert's evaluation analysis, the percentage that will be achieved means 89.3 in the very effective category, and the evaluation of the material expert shares that the percentage of results is 98 in the very effective category. Educated students get an average homogeneous score of 90.67 in the very effective category. Thus, it can be concluded that Wordwall-based digital game learning media can increase learning motivation and the level of student learning success in teaching material on integer operations. AbstrakPenggunaan media pembelajaran merupakan hal penting dalam pembelajaran, terlebih dalam metode ceramah. Namun, hal tersebut masih belum disadari oleh beberapa guru. Akibatnya, pembelajaran matematika dianggap membosankan oleh peserta didik. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut perlu dikembangkan media pembelajaran yang menarik, salah satunya adalah media Wordwall. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui dan mempelajari keefektifan media game digital berbasis Wordwall pada peningkatan motivasi dan hasil belajar peserta didik dalam materi operasi bilangan bulat. Penelitian yang digunakan ialah Research and Development (R&D) menggunakan metode ADDIE 5 tahap. sesuai analisis evaluasi pakar media, persentase yang akan terjadi yang dicapai artinya 89,3 pada kategori sangat efektif, serta evaluasi ahli materi membagikan bahwa persentase hasil ialah 98 pada kategori sangat efektif siswa terpelajar memperoleh nilai homogen-rata 90,67 dalam kategori sangat efektif. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran permainan digital berbasis Wordwall dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan taraf keberhasilan belajar peserta didik dalam materi ajar operasi bilangan bulat.

Abstract

Based on the problem, it is found that the data shows that students have learning outcomes and cooperative attitudes in elementary schools. This research was written to describe the effect of the third grade students' understanding of Merdeka Elementary School before and after using the Problem Based Learning model with PowerPoint animation media on learning outcomes and cooperative attitudes toward fractional operations material. The research method used is quantitative research. This study uses a control group pretest and posttest design. Data collection techniques used in this study were tests, questionnaires, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques were performed using statistical analysis consisting of normality tests, homogeneity tests, paired sample t-tests, independent sample t-tests, and Anava tests. Based on the results of the study, it showed that student learning outcomes after applying the problem-based learning model with PowerPoint animation media were better than before using them. The cooperative attitude of students after applying the problem-based learning model with PowerPoint animation media is better than before using it. Meanwhile, learning outcomes and cooperative attitudes after using the problem-based learning model with PowerPoint animation media were better than the cooperative learning model with fruit media. This study proves that the Problem Based Learning model with PowerPoint animation media can improve learning outcomes and students' cooperative attitudes.

Abstract

Sampah merupakan hal yang tidak asing lagi dibicarakan terutama didaerah perkotaan seperti Kota Semarang. Sampah anorganik adalahsampah yang tidak dapat mengalami pembusukan secara alami. Perluadanya penanganan secara terpadu dari berbagai pihak baik darisekolah, masyarakat, pemerintah, maupun pihak swasta untukmenangani masalah sampah di Kota Semarang. Berdasarkan hasilobservasi di SLB N Semarang, kepedulian guru dan siswa terlihatmasih rendah untuk mengelola sampah khususnya sampah anorganik.Selain itu media pembelajaran yang ada di sekolah tersebut jugamasih minim. Oleh karena itu, kami melakukan pelatihan pembuatanmedia pembelajaran edukatif dari sampah anorganik di SLB NSemarang. Tujuan dari pelatihan ini yaitu: 1) meningkatan kepeduliansiswa dan guru dalam melaksanakan program 3R (Reduce, Reuse,Recycle), 2) memperbaiki sikap siswa dan guru untuk membuangsampah pada tempatnya, 3) meningkatkan keterampilan guru dalammembuat media pembelajaran edukatif melalui pemanfaatan sampahanorganik, 4) mengurangi masalah sampah di SLB N Semarang.Pelatihan dilaksanakan selama 4 kali pertemuan tatap muka setiaphari Sabtu, yaitu mulai tanggal 27 April sampai dengan 1 Juni 2013.Ada 10 jenis media pembelajaran yang telah berhasil dibuat selamapelatihan. Hasil pencapaian di atas membuktikan bahwa programpelatihan ini berhasil untuk mendaur ulang sampah anorganik yangtidak bernilai menjadi produk media pembelajaran edukatif danmerupakan usaha pelaksanaan program 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle)yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di SLB N Semarang.Program lanjutan dari pelatihan ini adalah menyediakan modul danCD pembelajaran bagi guru yang berisi tentang langkah-langkahpembuatan media pembelajaran edukatif dari sampah anorganik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode pembelajaran permainan tradisional engklek pada pembelajaran bangun datar terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas V MI Muhammadiyah Waru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Quasi Eksperiment (pre test dan pos test). Populasi penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan siswa kelas V MI Muhammadiyah Waru yang berjumlah 100 siswa. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VB MI Muhammadiyah Waru dengan jumlah 35 siswa. Data yang dianalisis adalah hasil pre test dan pos test angket motivasi belajar. Selanjutnya, data dianalisis dengan uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang efektif antara metode pembelajaran permainan tradisional engklek dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa kelas V MI Muhammadiyah Waru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan thitung -2,953 < - ttabel 1,995, sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode pembelajaran permainan tradisional engklek berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas V MI Muhammadiyah Waru. Metode permainan tradisional engklek merupakan salah satu cara yang dapat digunakan untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran matematika. Permainan ini dimodifikasi menjadi suatu metode pembelajaran matematika yang aktif dan menyenangkan. Pada permainan tradional engklek terdapat unsur matematika berupa gambar-gambar bangun datar. Metode ini cocok untuk diterapkan karena sesuai dengan karakteristik peserta didik usia Sekolah Dasar yang masih suka bermain.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini mempunyai tujuan: 1) Memberikan pengetahuan masyarakat pentingnya pendidikan karakter, 2) Memberikan pemahaman secara konkrit dan detail tentang bahaya limbah, 3) Membuat limbah kertas menjadi produk yang berguna. Pelaksanaan pelatihan mempergunakan beberapa metode, antara lain: ceramah/ power point, diskusi/ tanya jawab, workshop. Peserta dari pelatihan ini adalah masyarakat MI Muhammadiyah Gonilan Kartasura dan serta Aisyiyah Gonilan Kartasura. Target luaran yang ingin dicapai dalam pengabdian ini adalah pemahaman tentang pendidikan karakter bersih lingkungan, bahaya limbah, dan mampu menghasilakan produk-produk dari limbah kertas. Pengabdian Masyarakat dengan program pelatihan ini dilaksanakan di MI Muhammadiyah Gonilan Kartasura dengan bekarjasama dengan Aisyiyah Gonilan Kartasura.

Abstract

Javanese language is a national culture that needs to be protected and preserved to not lose its identity. In the Javanese script, education includes writing and reading skills starting from elementary school. This study was motivated by the difficulty of understanding Javanese script material in the classroom. This study aims to determine the Team Games Tournament learning (TGT) model using Articulate Storyline media to enhance student learning outcomes and interest in elementary school. The research method used is quantitative with a Quasi Experiment Design. The sampling technique used was purposive random sampling with two class samples for research, the experimental and control classes as a comparison. The sample consists of 50 fifth-grade students, with each class consisting of 25 students. The instruments used were test questions and interest questionnaires to measure the specified variables. Data analysis techniques in statistical testing are instrument, prerequisite, and hypothesis tests. The average post-test final result in the experimental class was 47.36, and the control class was 36.1. The results showed an influence on the TGT learning model with Articulate Storyline on improving learning outcomes and interest of elementary school students.

Abstract

This investigation was motivated by the low levels of critical thinking and curiosity among elementary school pupils. This study seeks to describe the disparities in fourth-grade students' comprehension of square and rectangular shapes before and after using the Discovery Learning model with Flipbook-interactive media. The method of investigation employed is quantitative research. This study employs a pretest and posttest design with a control group. This study employed assessments, questionnaires, observation, and documentation for data collection. Statistical analysis comprising normality tests, homogeneity tests, paired sample t-tests, independent sample t-tests, and ANOVA tests was used to perform data analysis techniques. Based on the results of the study, which showed that students' critical thinking skills obtained a sig. of 0.000 > 0.05, Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, so that students' critical thinking after using the Discovery Learning model with Flipbook-interactive media is better than before using it. In the attitude of curiosity of students, the value of sig. is 0.000 > 0.05, then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, so that After employing the Discovery Learning paradigm with Flipbook-interactive media, students have a more inquisitive disposition than before. Meanwhile, critical thinking skills and an attitude of curiosity obtained F 2.916 with a sig. equal to 0.000 > 0.05, then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, so that critical thinking skills and curiosity after using the Discovery Learning model with Flipbook-interactive media are better than the cooperative model with visual aids.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model supported by LiveWorksheets in improving learning achievement and science literacy skills of fourth-grade students at SD Muhammadiyah 16 Karangasem. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed using data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects were students from classes IV A and IV B, with the object of the study being the effectiveness of student learning. The results of the study indicate that the effectiveness of student learning can be categorized as moderate, with listening activities obtaining the highest scores and oral activities obtaining the lowest scores. Teachers play a crucial role in enhancing student learning achievement by considering factors such as varied teaching methods, personalized approaches, motivation, and student engagement.The implications of this research provide a deeper understanding of the factors influencing student learning effectiveness, as well as designing more effective teaching strategies.
