Stanpro Learning Center (SLC) adalah lembaga pendidikan dan pelatihan yang berfokus mempersiapkan para siswa agar lulus dan menjadi bagian dari sekolah kedinasan, militer, dan Pegawai Negeri Sipil, dalam pendataan akademik masih bersifat manual atau konvensional yang menyebabkan admin harus repot mencari data ketika ada yang membutuhkan khususnya ketika pimpinan mendadak membutuhkan laporan tentang data akademik tersebut dan memakan waktu yang cukup lama dalam pengolahannya serta media informasi yang digunakan SLC untuk penyebaran informasi mengenai data akademik juga masih menggunakan Whatsapp, dimana resiko kehilangan data memungkinkan untuk terjadi. Perlu adanya inovasi dalam perbaikan sistem pada SLC, sehingga dibutuhkan portal akademik yang dapat mendukung pengelolaan data serta penyebaran informasi yang ada pada SLC agar dapat terkoordinasi dengan dengan baik. Metode penelitian yang dapat diterapkan pada portal akademik yaitu Kanban yang digunakan untuk berbagai fungsi pada perusahaan diantaranya Software Development, rekrutmen, marketing, dan fungsi operasional lainnya. Portal akademik pada SLC berhasil dibangun dan memiliki banyak fitur untuk mengolah data akademik siswa. Dibangunnya portal tersebut mempermudah pekerjaan user dalam mengolah dan mengakses data terkait akademik, serta meningkatkan efisiensi sistem pengolahan data dengan lebih efektif.

Film is one of the many modern communication media that is very effective to be used as a medium of entertainment as well as a place to convey moral messages that can influence the audience both from the aspect of attitude, point of view of thought and also insight. For this reason, the production house is required to continue to create a film of the highest quality. Because the proliferation of these types of horror films makes it difficult for viewers to determine which Hollywood horror film is the best version, this is also one of our goals in designing a web-based system. In this case study, the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) methods are used to determine the best priority for each alternative assessment. The assessment procedure is based on predetermined criteria. The criteria used as assessment provisions are budget, film duration, audience rating, film rating, film awards and film revenues. The method used is to compare the AHP and SAW methods as well as the results of calculations from the system. The results of the discussion include the stages of assessment and comparison of each method used and are able to appoint the best alternative in the selection of Hollywood horror films.

The selection of baby diapers is very important for housewives which aims to avoid things that are not desirable, in the process of this decision support system there are several comparison criteria that will be a reference in the selection of baby diapers. In the process of the decision support system for choosing baby diapers using the SAW method, it aims to provide recommendations in giving baby diapers. This baby diaper decision support system is designed using a MySQL database system to test and find out the ranking of several available alternatives. The decision support system produced in this study can display the ranking of the results of SAW calculations to make housewives' considerations in choosing baby diapers

Mapping is very necessary in making the right decision based on the scientific mapping of each. This is very useful in mapping graduate profile relationships. The aim of the study was to map elective courses in the curriculum of the Information Systems Study Program at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra based on bibliometric analysis. The research process is carried out by analyzing graduate profiles, then the analysis process uses the publish or perish application with google scholar study sources. The results of the analysis are then processed using the Mendeley application to filter the details of each source and finally using the VoS Viewer application to visualize the mapping results.

A fiction book is a story book written based on the imagination of an author, the stories contained in fiction books are stories that entertain readers. In the era of the 1990s fiction books were books that had a lot of interest among the people at that time. This study aims to determine the feasibility of fiction books to be categorized as the best fiction books. The problem of this research is in the assessment process which only judges from reader reviews, it is not effective for making a selection of fiction books, so to solve this problem, a decision support system will be implemented using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) methods. system with multi-attribute decision making. In this study, the criteria for copies with a value of 35% will be used as a benchmark for assessing the selection of fiction books. Then the results issued by the system using the AHP method will show the transparency of the assessment with each value and have a certain weight according to the priority and the final results of ranking the two AHP and SAW methods will produce the same alternative with the highest alternative value which will be recommended as a fiction book that has the right to be the best fiction book in the 1990s era.

In determining which students will take part in the Student Competency Competition (LKS), it is necessary to pay attention when determining the selection results for LKS participants. The Student Competency Competition is an annual competency between students at the vocational school level according to the skills taught at the vocational school. So far, the process of selecting students who will participate in the LKS has only been done manually by selecting students who are active enough in learning so that only those students will take part in the LKS. The aim of this research is to design and build a decision support information system using the TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similiarity to Ideal Solution) method and web-based Profile Matching which can make it easier for teachers to select students who will take quality and fulfilling LKS. Assessment standards in the field of competence. The system development method used in this research is the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. With this information system, it is hoped that it can help teachers in selecting students who will take the LKS. From the preference values, it can be concluded that the alternative (third row) has the most optimal weight value compared to the other alternative values. Therefore, it can be seen that (third row) are students who have the right or are eligible to become prospective participants in vocational school level LKS who pass the first selection with a preference value (0.881).

Ovarian cysts are a disease that only affects women and attacks the ovaries. Many people don't know about this disease, including its causes, symptoms and how to prevent it. In the world of health, there are still several problems in diagnosing diseases, especially ovarian cysts. Some lay people have no knowledge about this disease and often experience difficulties due to limited doctor schedules or the availability of specialist doctors in hospitals. Many patients want to consult or find out whether there are ovarian cysts in their pregnancy. The aim of this research is to build a knowledge-based system in the medical field that uses a combination of Forward Chaining and Certainty Factor methods to diagnose ovarian cysts. The Forward Chaining method is used to find conclusions based on cause and effect using the IF-THEN rule, while the Certainty Factor is used to provide a weight value (Expert CF) that has been determined by the expert in order to get maximum results. The result of this research is an expert system application that combines the Forward Chaining and Certainty Factor methods in diagnosing ovarian cysts. This application is intended for the public by carrying out an initial diagnosis based on the symptoms that have been input, using rules from the Forward Chaining method and calculating certainty values ??using the Certainty Factor method. With this application, it is hoped that it can help people find out about the disease they are suffering from and provide the information needed to take further action.

Perkembangan teknologi membuka peluang besar bagi pelaku usaha untuk mengembangkan teknologi dan menerapkan sistem seleksi calon karyawan maupun pembuatan laporan sebagai sarana penunjang kinerja yang lebih cepat dan efisien. Pada perayaan hari besar toko Ria Busana membutuhkan karyawan harian lepas, untuk mendapatkan karyawan harian lepas yang terbaik dengan kriteria tertentu maka diperlukan penetapan standar ataupun kriteria-kriteria yang digunakan untuk penilaian rekruitmen. Sehingga diperlukan suatu sistem pengambil keputusan untuk rekruitmen karyawan, metode yang digunakan adalah AHP untuk penentuan bobot serta metode VIKOR untuk menyelesaikan penyeleksian calon karyawa harian lepas. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menguraikan 5 standar atau kriteria yang digunakan dalam rekrutmen karyawan harian lepas pada ria busana lubuk pakam sebagai berikut kecepatan respon, kemampuan komunikasi, psikologi, pengetahuan fashion, fleksibilitas waktu. Pengujian nilai pada sistem dapat digunakan sesuai kebutuhan. Atas nama Rizky Khodijah mendapatkan nilai terendah yaitu -0,001 yang artinya dalam atauran VIKOR semakin rendah nilainya maka semakin tinggi rankingnya, jadi dalam peranking ia mendapat ranking 1. Dari hasil uji coba dapat disimpulkan metode AHP VIKOR dapat menyelesaikan masalah perekrutan secara konvensional dengan menunjukkan nilai-nilai secara tranparansi.Kata Kunci: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, AHP, VIKOR, Karyawan

Gangguan kecemasan adalah salah satu gangguan yang paling umum dalam psikologi. Kecemasan adalah keadaan ketakutan dan kecemasan. Ini adalah respons yang tepat untuk sebuah ancaman, tetapi pada tingkat yang lebih tinggi dan ekstrem, itu bisa menjadi tidak normal (gangguan) dan mengganggu fungsi dan aktivitas sehari-hari. Beberapa orang masih mengabaikan gangguan kecemasan ini karena kurangnya informasi tentang mereka. Gangguan kecemasan memiliki berbagai gejala. Gejala kondisi ini dapat mempengaruhi orang yang terpengaruh secara mental dan fisik. Pengobatan dalam bentuk obat-obatan dan psikologi ini masih relatif terbatas dan kurang berkembang. Sistem pakar ini mendiagnosis gangguan kecemasan dengan menghitung jumlah skor gejala yang dialami. Sistem ini mengimplementasikan backward chaining untuk mencari basis pengetahuan. Penyakit yang diidentifikasi menggunakan metode backward chaining membantu pengguna jalan untuk menangani penyakit tersebut dengan benar. Untuk dapat mengantisipasi, mengoreksi secara psikologis, dan secara umum kembali ke tingkat gangguan kecemasan yang normal yang dialami seseorang. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem pakar efektif dalam mendiagnosis gangguan kecemasan.

Selama pelaksaaan Kerja Praktik di Kantor Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Padang Lawas penulis ditempatkan pada bidang E-Government, dimana pelayanan publik oleh pemerintah daerah yang memanfaatkan teknologi dikelola oleh bidang E-Government. Masa pandemi COVID-19 di Indonesia terjadi sejak maret 2020, Kabupaten Padang Lawas sendiri awalnya merupakan zona hijau kemudian pada pertengahan juli 2021 berubah menjadi zona kuning karena beberapa masyarakat Kabupaten Padang Lawas telah terkonfirmasi positif COVID-19, sehingga mengakibatkan penggunaan teknologi dalam menyampaikan informasi meningkat pesat salah satunya dalam pengaduan jaringan internet. semasa pandemi penggunaan internet tentunya memiliki peran penting dalam menjalankan produktivitas, seperti sekolah daring dan bekerja dari rumah (Work from Home). Salah satu yang menjadi masalah terbesar jika terjadinya gangguan pada internet yang dapat mengakibatkan terhambatnya produktivitas. ketika terjadi gangguan internet, masyarakat Kabupaten Padang Lawas masih menggunakan cara tradisional, dimana masyarakat harus mendatangi kantor Dinas Komunikasi dan Informastika Padang Lawas untuk membuat laporan pengaduan terkait jaringan internet. Namun interaksi tatap muka yang dilakukan selama pandemi haruslah seminimal mungkin, sehingga pembuatan laporan ini dapat menghambat kinerja petugas dalam menerima pengaduan dari masyarakat. Dari permasalahan tersebut maka dirancang sebuah sistem infromasi berbasis web yang dapat menerima pengaduan dari masyarakat terkait gangguan internet pada area Padang Lawas. Perancangan sistem menggunakan metode waterfall dimana design sistem akan menggunakan Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Sequence Diagram, serta Class Diagram. Sistem akan diimpletementasikan menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP beserta MySQL sebagai database dari aplikasi.
