Abstract

This research aims to test empirically the perceived ease of use has a positive and significant effect on interest in using QRIS in payment transactions among undergraduate students at Amikom University, Yogyakarta, financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on interest in using QRIS in payment transactions among undergraduate students. Amikom University Yogyakarta, effectiveness has a positive and significant effect on interest in using QRIS in payment transactions among undergraduate students at Amikom University Yogyakarta, financial capability has a positive and significant effect on interest in using QRIS in payment transactions among undergraduate students at Amikom University Yogyakarta, perception ease of use, financial literacy, effectiveness, and financial capability simultaneously have a significant influence on interest in using QRIS in payment transactions among undergraduate students at Amikom University, Yogyakarta. This research is quantitative research using a quantitative approach method. The population in this study were undergraduate students at Amikom University Yogyakarta and used primary data as a data collection method by distributing questionnaires and getting 100 respondents using purposive sampling techniques. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the Statistical Package Social Science (SPSS) vs 29 program. The results of this research show that perception of ease of use has a positive and significant effect on interest in using QRIS in payment transactions, financial literacy has a positive and insignificant effect on interest in using QRIS in payment transactions, effectiveness has a positive and insignificant effect on interest in using QRIS in payment transactions, financial ability has a positive and significant effect on interest in using QRIS in payment transactions, perception of ease of use, financial literacy, effectiveness and financial capability simultaneously have a significant influence on interest in using QRIS in payment transactions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is (1). how the covid-19 impact on young men's participation in the election of bulagidun village chief, (2). what factors influence the political participation of young men in the election of bulagidun village's chief. The method used in this study is a type of qualitative research. the village headman election is a common process in every village. This was done to select new leaders to build and strengthen the village. Pilkades was a show where citizens could vote for future leaders. Because the election of kades was crucial because it helped run the village government. Village people can choose their future village leaders democratically. The influence of covid-19 in the political participation of young men in the 2021 bulagidun village, can be seen from the 3 aspects, the first contribution of young men to political rights (voting), shows that their conventional political participation was quite effective, but a number of young men from bulagidun did not vote for the village head, which was caused by the covid-19 pandemic situation. This is one of the problems with the implementation of these algorithms. According to the data, the participation rate of youth in determining his political rights is not high at the polls for village headmen, many of whom are either out of the area or working in the mines, so as not to give the vote.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta (UNS) seeks to improve services in the cleaning sector, with the aim that students feel comfortable while on campus. Improving cleaning services can be done by applying the assessment and measurement of the performance of the cleaning staff. Performance appraisal is carried out based on performance reports collected by the cleaning staff. In compiling reports on the performance of the cleaning staff, they still use the manual method. The manual method used is to record all work activities into a book, then recap the notes to the Microsoft Excel application. The current method is considered less effective and efficient because it takes a relatively long time to compile a report. The cleaning staff is sometimes late in submitting performance reports, so the assessment cannot be done on time. Based on these problems, a website-based employee performance reporting system is designed, so that it can help provide convenience and support cleaning staff in improving their performance. The method used to design information systems is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall model. The employee performance reporting system is made using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. With this system, the cleaning staff is more efficient and effective in presenting performance reports so that they can be assessed on time. Keywords: Information System, Performance, PHP, MySQL, CodeIgniter

Abstract

AI-based chatbots are increasingly used in various sectors to improve service efficiency, including in education. This research evaluates the performance of a chatbot on the New Student Admission (PMB) system with the integration of Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) and Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) algorithms. In its implementation, chatbots play an important role in providing information and answering user questions automatically, but often have difficulty in understanding complex conversational contexts. The use of RNN and LSTM algorithms is expected to overcome the limitations of traditional chatbots in understanding conversational context and providing more relevant responses. The evaluation results show that the integration of RNN and LSTM is able to improve the quality of chatbot responses, both in terms of accuracy of 92.86% and relevance in complex conversation scenarios. The proposed chatbot proved to be effective in understanding user requests and providing faster answer responses compared to the conventional methods used. This implementation provides a more optimal solution in the PMB system, which is expected to be implemented at STMIK AKI Pati.

Abstract

One spice that has many functions and benefits is pepper. Pepper is widely cultivated by farmers involved in farmer groups. The role of farmer groups as institutions is able to coordinate the marketing of black pepper so as to improve the bargaining position of farmers. The aims of this study were to the potential of black pepper farmer groups in East Lampung. To obtain the necessary data, this research uses a survey method. The data used in this research are primary and secondary data, which are then processed using qualitative methods. The main data was collected through direct observation at the research location as well as in-depth interviews with 21 administrators and members of the Sido Makmur farmer group, which were conducted using questionnaires from June to October 2022. Data analysis to answer the objectives using qualitative descriptive analysis To analyze problems and analysis potentials faced by farmer groups in increasing market expansion using qualitative descriptive analysis and Focus Discussion Groups (FGD) in order to find internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and challenges) faced by farmer groups Sido Makmur in increasing the expansion of the black pepper market. The characteristics of farmers include the average age of productive age, the average level of formal education of junior and senior high school graduates, the average area of land cultivated by farmers is above 1 ha, as well as internal and external factors as strategic analysis variables (internal factors: farmer's social capital consists of social networks and good trust, institutions, sufficient group capacity, group characteristics in the form of capital, profits, and limited resources, and external factors: External Factors Policy, where several stakeholders have been assisted in the transfer of science and technology).

Abstract

One of the agro-industry players in processed food products in Punggur District, Central Lampung Regency, Lampung Province, is KWT Canala. KWT in Punggur Regency merged into an organization called the KWT forum of Punggur Regency. The application of digital marketing technology in KWT in Punggur District, Central Lampung Regency is;  The application of the internet is still very limited, this is due to the low skills of internet applications that can be used in business. The low use of digital media in business is caused by incompetent expertise in using the internet, social media, marketplaces, and product promotion.  Therefore, it is necessary to provide assistance to KWT members in implementing digital marketing so that sales volume increases. This program aims to provide assistance to MSMEs in Punggur Regency related to the manufacture of attractive labels and packaging that are able to compete in the market as well as the application of digital marketing in improving the performance of local food product businesses so that it can increase KWT's sales volume and revenue. The methods used are lectures, discussions and demonstrations through pre-activity activities (permit management, consolidation), exercises and demonstrations, development and evaluation of online stores (initial evaluation, process evaluation and evaluation of results or sustainability impacts). The result of this program is to improve the knowledge and skills of MSME managers in Punggur District about making labels, packaging and the use of digital marketing for products to be produced.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan salah satu produsen kopi terbesar didunia. Salah satunya Provinsi Lampung yang terkenal dengan produksi kopinya, Provinsi Lampung mampu menghasilkan 294.440 ribu ton kopi. Produksi kopi yang melimpah ini diikuti dengan semakin meningkatnya minat masyarakat untuk menikmati kopi. Perubahan gaya hidup masyarakat perkotaan yang cenderung mengikuti zaman atau tren. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) menganalisis karakteristik konsumen coffee shop di Bandar Lampung, (2) menganalisis Tingkat Kepuasan Konsumen Terhadap Atribut produk coffee shop di Bandar Lampung (3) Menganalisis Tingkat Kepentingan Coffee Shop di Bandar Lampung. Tekhnik pengambilan sampel dengan metode penarikan sample yang dipilih yaitu Purpossive Sampling, yaitu sampel yang dipilih untuk penelitian ini, ada tiga usaha Coffee Shop di Kota Bandar Lampung. Hasil dari penelitian ini Hasil analisis karakteristik responden Coffee Shop Bandar Lampung didapatkan bahwa konsumen yang paling banyak berkunjung yaitu responden yang berdomisili di Bandar Lampung, berjenis kelamin laki-laki, dengan rata-rata umur 17-25 tahun. Kebanyakan responden memiliki status pendidikan dan pekerjaan sebagai mahasiswa dengan pendapatan rata-rata per bulan yaitu Rp1.000.000-Rp3.000.000. Berdasarkan hasil analisis CSI menunjukkan nilai tingkat kepuasan konsumen di Coffee Shop adalah sebesar 89,32% masuk kedalam kategori sangat puas. Berdasarkan hasil analisis Importance Perfomnace Analysis (IPA) atribut yang harus di perbaiki yaitu atribut pada kuadran I (harga, aroma, desain) dikarenakan konsumen merasa penting akan tetapi tidak mendapatkan sesuai yang diinginkan. Atribut yang harus dipertahankan, yaitu atribut pada kuadran II (harga, rasa, kemasan dan suasana) agar konsumen tidak berpindah Coffe atau perusahaan

Abstract

Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem in toddlers which is characterized by shorter height compared to children their age. The incidence of short toddlers or commonly known as stunting is one of the nutritional problems experienced by toddlers in the world today. There are 78,572 target families at risk of stunting in Bengkulu Province based on 2023 data. This number has decreased compared to 2022 of 97,327 target families at risk of stunting. In general, stunting cases in Bengkulu are at 20.2 percent. The cause that often occurs in society is the mother's lack of knowledge regarding the nutritional needs of children during the growth period. Stunting in children is caused by nutritional intake of toddlers, the presence of infectious diseases, maternal factors with poor nutrition during preconception, pregnancy and lactation, genetic factors, exclusive breastfeeding, food availability, socio-economic factors, maternal education level, maternal nutritional knowledge and environmental factors. One effort to improve the behavior of mothers of toddlers is through health education. There are 3 cases of stunted children in Kampung Delima Village, for this reason we carry out community service regarding stunting. A total of 3 families with stunted children who were given counseling were able to understand and comprehend the material presented by the presenters regarding meeting children's nutritional needs. As a result of this activity, knowledge about fulfilling nutrition in children has increased after the outreach activities were carried out.

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze consumer characteristics as well as find out the level of importance of attributes and the level of consumer satisfaction with the performance of the processed product attributes of Banana Foster banana cake. This research used 5 attributes, namely price, taste, texture, packaging, and service. The data analysis methods used were Descriptive, Importance Analysis Performance (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The result of the consumer characteristics of Banana Foster Lampung cake showed that the customers were dominated by females and were 19-29 years of age, had the last education of SMA/SMK, had a monthly income of Rp 3,000,000 - Rp 4,500,000 and had private sector jobs. The level of consumer interest in quadrant 1 (main priority) was relatively affordable price, good taste, and fast service. Therefore, these attributes were considered important by consumers while the performance level of the attribute was still low. Attributes that must maintain their superiority or attributes located in quadrant II were price, aroma, and texture. The consumer satisfaction index was at 84.1% satisfaction index and belonged to very satisfied criteria.
