Abstract

The Nitro Institute of Business and Finance has made various efforts to produce quality graduates who can compete in the world of work, including carrying out tracer studies to map the needs of the world of work with the competencies taught. However, in its implementation, the tracer study is not effective and has many obstacles because it is still carried out manually and is very simple. One of the efforts made to optimize and overcome these obstacles is to develop a website-based system that is able to support the process of distributing and filling out questionnaires, storing data, and facilitating reporting. Agile Development Methods with the Extreme Programming framework are used in the development of the tracer study system at the Nitro Business and Finance Institute because it is adaptive and responsive to changes, and the development process only takes a relatively short time without compromising the quality of the system. Based on the stages of system development using Agile Development Methods with the Extreme Programming framework, there have been three iterations of the development phase. The first iteration produces an initial prototype according to user requirements; the second iteration produces an advanced prototype with the addition of several user requirements; and the third iteration produces a system that is ready for release and has met all user requirements. Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 berdampak besar ke berbagai dimensi kehidupan Masrakyat Indonesia. Bukan hanya dalam aspek kesehatan dan perekonomian, namun juga masuk ke sendi kehidupan pendidikan dan lembaga keagamaan masyarakat Indonesia. Pada kegiatan ini tim membagikan sebanyak 2.000 Al qur’an ke berbagai Mesjid, Panti Asuhan, dan Taman Pendidikan Al Qur’an (TPA) di tengah pandemi covid-19, dengan tujuan mengajak masyarakat agar lebih peduli terhadap agama, Para jama’ah Masjid agar lebih rajin membaca Al Qur’an, para santri Taman Pendidikan Al Qur’an agar lebih rajin menghafal Al Qur’an dan terutama bagi anak yatim piatu agar lebih rajin membaca Al Qur’an yang di Donasikan. Donasi Al Qur”an ini dibagikan ke beberapa Kabupaten/Kota di Sulawesi Selatan hingga ke pelosok-pelosok. Salah satu tujuan dari Penyaluran Donai Al Qur’an ini adalah Untuk meningkatkan semangat baca Al Qur’an bagi ummat Islam di tengah Pandemi Covid 19 dan pasca Pandemi Covid 19. Akibat dari Pandemi, bukan hanya mengganggu Sektor Kesehatan, Sektor Ekonomi, tapi juga mengganggu mental masyarakat.

Abstract

In the contemporary digital landscape, marketing strategies have become increasingly intricate due to the influence of Generation Z, a significant consumer group born between the mid-1990s and the early 2010s. This generation, labeled as "digital natives," presents unique challenges and opportunities for marketers, given their adeptness with technology and distinct shopping behaviors. To address these challenges, this research aims to conduct a thorough analysis of Generation Z's consumer preferences and effective marketing strategies for building sustainable relationships with them. Drawing from a multitude of qualitative studies spanning from 2010 to 2024, this study employs a systematic review approach to extract insights into Generation Z's preferences and behaviors. By synthesizing qualitative data and employing thematic analysis, the research uncovers recurring patterns, emerging trends, and socio-cultural influences shaping Generation Z's consumer behavior. Furthermore, the study explores the shift in preferences from physical products to experiences and the added value provided by brands. Key findings highlight Generation Z's inclination towards brands prioritizing social values, environmental concerns, and sustainability, as well as their reliance on social media influencers and preference for personalized experiences. The insights gleaned from this research are expected to provide valuable guidance for companies seeking to tailor their marketing strategies to effectively engage and resonate with Generation Z, thereby remaining competitive in the dynamic consumer market.

Abstract

This activity is purposed to support the welfare of urban communities through empowerment and gender approaches, namely the empowerment of women through Family Welfare Program by fostering social development in PKK organizations and activities. Method : This activity was carried out by providing skills training according to partner interests then partners will be able to produce superior products that have the economic value needed by the market. In order to produce a product with high economic value. The efforts to foster social development, entrepreneurship that has social goals (welfare of the community) and is based on social activities, partners will also be given training on entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial managerial skills, which includes production management, financial management, simple accounting and marketing management. The assistance is provided to partners, so that efforts to foster social preneur activities in Family Welfare activities can be realized and run well.

Abstract

Sharia Enterprise Theory (SET) hadir dalam memberikan pertanggungjawaban, utamanya kepada Allah SWT. (akuntabilitas horizontal) kemudian dijabarkan dalam bentuk pertanggungjawaban kepada manusia dan lingkungan alam (akuntabilitas vertikal). Shariah Enterprise Theory mengajarkan bahwa hakikat kepemilikan utama berada pada kekuasaan Allah, sementara manusia hanya diberi hak untuk mengelola (khalifah fil ardhi). Kavling syariah memiliki beberapa kelebihan diantaranya harga yang ditawarkan lebih murah dari properti lain. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis optimalisasi metode akad jual beli tanah kavling pada perusahaan properti syariah dengan pendekatan Shariah Enterprise Theory. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada CV. Pelangi Jingga Mandiri di Kota Makassar dengan metode wawancara langsung, observasi lapangan, serta menguraikan beberapa materi yang terkait sebagai analisis terhadap proses pembelian tanah kavling perusahaan properti syariah. Penelitian ini menerapkan deskriptif analitis yaitu penelitian berusaha menunjukkan perusahaan tanah kavling menerapkan sistem akad jual beli dengan pendekatan syariah enterprise. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa Prinsip SET sangat dipegang teguh oleh CV. Pelangi Jingga Mandiri. Di mana user melakukan down payment dan cicilan yang cukup terjangkau dibayar oleh user sampai lunas. Setelah dinyatakan lunas oleh developer baru dilakukan penyerahan unit kavling kepada user. Dengan demikian, user terhindar dari adanya wanprestasi dan penyitaan barang jika user lalai atau tidak taat terhadap akad jual beli yang telah disepakati bersama.

Abstract

Institut Bisnis dan Keuangan Nitro telah melakukan berbagai upaya dalam menghasilkan lulusan yang berkualitas dan dapat bersaing dalam dunia kerja, termasuk melaksanakan tracer study untuk memetakan kebutuhan dunia kerja dengan kompetensi yang diajarkan. Namun dalam implementasinya, tracer study berjalan tidak efektif dan memiliki banyak kendala karena masih dilaksanakan secara manual dan sangat sederhana. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengoptimalkan dan mengatasi kendala tersebut adalah mengembangkan sistem berbasis website yang mampu menunjang proses penyebaran dan pengisian kuesioner, penyimpanan data, maupun kemudahan dalam pelaporan. Agile Deveplopment Methods dengan kerangka kerja Extreme Programming digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem tracer study pada Institut Bisnis dan Keuangan Nitro karena mempunyai sifat adaptif dan responsif terhadap perubahan, serta proses pengembangan hanya membutuhkan waktu relatif singkat tanpa mengurangi kualitas sistem. Berdasarkan tahapan pengembangan sistem menggunakan Agile Deveplopment Methods dengan kerangka kerja Extreme Programming telah terjadi tiga kali iterasi (perulangan) fase pengembanga. Iterasi pertama menghasilkan prototype awal sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna; iterasi kedua menghasilkan prototype lanjut dengan penambahan beberapa kebutuhan pengguna; dan iterasi ketiga menghasilkan sistem yang siap rilis dan telah memenuhi semua kebutuhan pengguna.Kata Kunci : Tracer Study, Agile Deveplopment Methods, Extreme Programming.

Abstract

In recent years, there has been a growing awareness of the importance of adopting environmentally sustainable infrastructure. The shift towards a circular economy and the increased use of digital payment methods (e-payment) have emerged as key drivers of sustainable consumer behavior. This study examines the impact of con-sumer behavior changes through the adoption of e-payment systems within the framework of green economy practices. The research was conducted in Makassar, involving a sample of 150 respondents, and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results indicate a significant relationship between consumer behavior changes and the increased use of e-payment, which in turn supports the implementation of green economy practices. The findings highlight that e-payment adoption contributes to reduced carbon emissions and the use of non-renewable resources, promoting a more sustainable and efficient economy.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh marketing mix terhadap kepuasan pengguna gojek pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam UIN Alauddin Makassar. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 95 orang yang ditentukan berdasarkan rumus slovin. Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada seluruh responden. Analisis data yang akan dilakukan yaitu uji statistik deskriptif, uji instrument data penelitian yang terdiri dari (uji validitas, uji reliabilitas), uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji multikolinearitas dan pengujian seluruh hipotesis melalui uji koefisien determinasi, uji parsial (uji t) dan uji simultan (uji f). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk, harga, lokasi, dan promosi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna GoJek pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam UIN Alauddin Makassar. Sementara orang, proses dan bukti secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna GoJek pada Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam UIN Alauddin Makassar. Secara simultan produk, harga, lokasi, promosi, orang, proses dan bukti fisik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna GoJek pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam UIN Alauddin Makassar. Variabel marketing mix yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna GoJek pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam UIN Alauddin Makassar adalah produk. Kata Kunci: Produk; Harga; Lokasi; Promosi; Orang; Proses; Bukti fisik; Kepuasan Pengguna Gojek.

Abstract

In the competitive world of education, there are many universities competing to improve the quality of education services, employee performance, and produce graduates with integrity and professional skills. One of them is SBM ITB Jakarta which is the location for the research. The purpose of this study was to determine the root causes of the quality of MBA ITB Jakarta services by using a qualitative approach and “5C TQM of academic excellence” model as a guideline to improve the quality of education services. While for the technique of collecting data and analyzing qualitative data using interviews with respondents, the respondents in the study were university staff, lecturers, SBM ITB Jakarta management, and students. The results of the study concluded that there absence of such clear role from every unit involved (in this case SBM ITB Jakarta staff, lecturers, and management) as the root cause of student complaints related to the service quality of SBM ITB Jakarta. Miscommunication and misperception cannot be avoided because every unit has different perceptions and expectations toward each other.
