Abstract

ABSTRAK                                                                            Pelestarian budaya lokal di tengah derasnya arus globalisasi menjadi tantangan utama, terutama dalam mempertahankan eksistensi gendang beleq sebagai warisan budaya Sasak. Generasi muda cenderung kurang mengenal dan mencintai budaya tradisional, sehingga diperlukan upaya sistematis untuk memperkenalkannya sejak usia dini. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan kecintaan siswa SDN 1 Sukaraja terhadap budaya Sasak melalui pelatihan gendang beleq. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi dan praktik langsung. Kegiatan ini melibatkan siswa dari kelas 4 hingga 6 sebagai peserta dengan jumlah 24 siswa pada bulan Agustus dan 26 siswa pada bulan September, dengan bimbingan guru seni dan pelatih profesional dari komunitas seni lokal. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pengamatan, wawancara, dan kuesioner sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan, mencakup aspek keterampilan teknis, pemahaman budaya, serta perubahan karakter siswa. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam beberapa aspek: 70% siswa menjadi sangat tertarik terhadap budaya lokal (sebelumnya hanya 40%), 60% siswa menguasai teknik dasar gendang beleq, dan 50% memahami filosofi budaya Sasak. Selain itu, 85% siswa menunjukkan peningkatan kedisiplinan, kerja sama, dan kepercayaan diri. Program ini berhasil membangkitkan antusiasme siswa sekaligus menjadi langkah strategis dalam melestarikan warisan budaya Sasak. Kata kunci: Gendang beleq; budaya Sasak; pelestarian budaya. ABSTRACTPreservation of local culture amidst the strong currents of globalization poses a significant challenge, particularly in maintaining the existence of gendang beleq as a cultural heritage of the Sasak people. The younger generation tends to have limited knowledge and appreciation of traditional culture, necessitating systematic efforts to introduce it from an early age. This activity aims to enhance the appreciation of Sasak culture among students of SDN 1 Sukaraja through gendang beleq training. The implementation methods include socialization and hands-on practice. This activity involves students from grades 4 to 6 as participants with a total of 24 students in August and 26 students in September 2024, under the guidance of art teachers and professional trainers from the local art community. Evaluation was conducted through observations, interviews, and questionnaires administered before and after the training, covering aspects of technical skills, cultural understanding, and changes in students' character. The training results showed significant improvements in several aspects: 70% of students developed a strong interest in local culture (up from 40%), 60% mastered the basic techniques of gendang beleq, and 50% gained an understanding of Sasak cultural philosophy. Furthermore, 85% of students demonstrated increased discipline, teamwork, and self-confidence. This program successfully sparked students' enthusiasm and served as a strategic step toward preserving the cultural heritage of the Sasak people. Keywords: Gendang beleq Sasak culture; cultural preservation

Abstract

ABSTRAK                                                                            Perkembangan literasi sastra di kalangan peserta didik masih terbilang rendah. Hal ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, antara lain minimnya akses terhadap bahan bacaan sastra yang berkualitas, kurangnya pelatihan keterampilan menulis kreatif, serta belum optimalnya pendekatan pembelajaran sastra di kelas. Dalam konteks ini, pembelajaran sastra seringkali bersifat normatif dan tekstual, sehingga kurang menyentuh aspek apresiasi dan kreativitas yang dapat menggugah minat serta keterlibatan siswa secara aktif. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pelatihan penulisan diksi sebagai upaya peningkatan literasi sastra di MA Plus Assowah Al-Islamiyah Gerung dengan melibatkan 40 orang sebagai peserta pelatihani. Kegiatan pengabdian terdiri dari lima tahap, yaitu persiapan, penyampaian materi, praktik, presentasi dan diskusi, serta refleksi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui metode partisipatif dan interaktif. Kegiatan ini dinyatakan berhasil dengan indikator sebagai berikut: Aspek partisipasi: Peserta mengikuti kegiatan secara penuh dari awal hingga akhir. Aspek capaian pembelajaran: Berdasarkan penilaian terhadap hasil tugas menulis, sebagian besar peserta mampu menerapkan diksi konotatif dan denotatif dengan baik, serta menunjukkan peningkatan dalam variasi kosakata melalui penggunaan sinonim dan antonim. Aspek keberlanjutan: Pihak sekolah berkomitmen untuk memasukkan materi diksi ini dalam program ekstrakurikuler sastra dan meminta tindak lanjut berupa pendampingan literasi secara berkala. Aspek evaluatif: Refleksi peserta menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran akan pentingnya pilihan kata dalam menulis sastra yang ekspresif dan bermakna. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan pengabdian ini tidak hanya memberikan dampak positif terhadap keterampilan menulis siswa, tetapi juga memperkuat kemitraan antara institusi pendidikan tinggi dan sekolah menengah dalam membangun budaya literasi sastra yang berkelanjutan.[A1] Kata kunci: Penulisan Diksi; Peningkatan Literasi Sastra; Lingkungan Sekolah. ABSTRACTThe development of literary literacy among students is still relatively low. This is due to several factors, including minimal access to quality literary reading materials, lack of creative writing skills training, and the suboptimal approach to literary learning in the classroom. In this context, literary learning is often normative and textual, so that it does not touch on aspects of appreciation and creativity that can arouse students' interest and active involvement. This community service aims to conduct diction writing training as an effort to improve literary literacy at MA Plus Assowah Al-Islamiyah Gerung by involving 40 people as training participants. The community service activity consists of five stages, namely preparation, delivery of materials, practice, presentation and discussion, and reflection. The activity was carried out through participatory and interactive methods. This activity was declared successful with the following indicators: Participation aspect: Participants participated in the activity fully from start to finish. Learning achievement aspect: Based on the assessment of the results of the writing assignment, most participants were able to apply connotative and denotative diction well, and showed an increase in vocabulary variation through the use of synonyms and antonyms. Sustainability aspect: The school is committed to including this diction material in the literature extracurricular program and requests follow-up in the form of regular literacy assistance. Evaluative aspect: Participant reflections show an increased awareness of the importance of word choice in writing expressive and meaningful literature. Overall, this community service activity not only has a positive impact on students' writing skills but also strengthens the partnership between higher education institutions and secondary schools in building a sustainable literary literacy culture.Keywords: Diction Writing; Increasing Literary Literacy; School Environment

Abstract

ABSTRAK                                                                                     Media pembelajaran berbasis digital merupakan aktualisasi guru dalam meningkatkan kompetensi terkhusus untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis gamifikasi. Hal ini menjadi pertimbangan kepala sekolah SDN 3 Jerowaru selaku mitra untuk melaksanakan pelatihan integrasi platform quizizz dan educaplay untuk pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis gamifikasi. Pelaksanaan pelatihan dilakukan di SDN 3 Jerowaru untuk 14 guru disekolah. Tahap awal pelatihan dengan pembagian angket pretest sebelum memberi pelatihan oleh pemateri. Penyampaian materi terkait pengenalan aplikasi dan demonstrasi cara mengoperasikan aplikasi. Tidak sampai disana, guru-guru mempraktikan secara langsung pada laptop masing-masing. Tahap akhir yaitu pemberian postest sebagai evaluasi untuk mengetahui peningkatan komptensi guru. Hasil pretest menunjukkan bahwa 8 dari 14 guru masih memiliki keterbatasan dalam pemanfaatan aplikasi digital untuk pembelajaran. Setelah mengikuti pelatihan, terjadi peningkatan signifikan pada rata-rata skor posttest guru, dari 62,1 menjadi 90,7, serta peningkatan kepercayaan diri dan motivasi dalam mengembangkan media interaktif di kelas. Guru juga menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi dan kolaborasi aktif selama pelatihan. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa pelatihan integrasi Quizizz dan Educaplay efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap guru terhadap inovasi pembelajaran digital. Diharapkan, model pelatihan ini dapat menjadi rujukan dalam pengembangan profesionalisme guru di era digital. Kata kunci: Quiziz; Educaplay, Elementary, Interaktif  ABSTRACTDigital-based learning media serve as a means for teachers to actualize and enhance their professional competencies, particularly in developing interactive gamified learning tools. This consideration prompted the principal of SDN 3 Jerowaru, as the partner institution, to organize a training program focused on the integration of Quizizz and Educaplay platforms for the development of interactive gamified learning media. The training was conducted at SDN 3 Jerowaru and involved 14 teachers from the school. The initial stage of the training began with the distribution of a pre-test questionnaire to assess baseline knowledge prior to the delivery of material by the instructors. The content covered an introduction to the applications and a demonstration of how to operate them effectively. Importantly, teachers were also given the opportunity to directly practice using the platforms on their respective laptops. In the final stage, a post-test was administered to evaluate improvements in teacher competence. The pre-test results revealed that 8 out of 14 teachers still faced significant limitations in utilizing digital applications for instructional purposes. However, following the training, there was a marked improvement in the teachers’ average post-test scores, increasing from 62.1 to 90.7. In addition, teachers reported increased confidence and motivation in developing interactive media for classroom use. High levels of enthusiasm and active collaboration were also observed throughout the training sessions. This activity demonstrated that training on the integration of Quizizz and Educaplay is effective in enhancing teachers’ knowledge, skills, and attitudes toward digital learning innovation. It is hoped that this training model can serve as a reference for the ongoing professional development of teachers in the digital era. Keywords: Quizizz; Educaplay; Elementary; Interactive
