Abstract

The goal of the study was to determine the influence of quality dimensions consisting of physical evidence variables (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4), and empathy (X5) on patient satisfaction. This study was conducted at the Pharmaceutical Installation at Tk III Hospital 04.06.03 Dr. Soetarto with a sample size of 96 respondents. Data collection is done through questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that partially, variable physical evidence (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4) and empathy (X5) have a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction. Among the five variables, the responsiveness variable (X3) is the variable that has the most dominant effect on patient satisfaction at the Pharmaceutical Installation at Tk III Hospital 04.06.03 Dr. Soetarto Yogyakarta which is indicated by a beta value of 0.350 whose value is the closest to zero. While simultaneously the five variables both from physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy affect patient satisfaction indicated by the calculation of F observed (721.910) > F table (1,91). On the other hand, the satisfaction determination coefficient is indicated by Adjusted R Square of 0.976. This means that customer satisfaction of 97.6% is affected by physical proof variables (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4), and empathy (X5). The remaining 2.4% were affected due to other variables not thoroughly observed by the researchers.

Abstract

The purpose of this writing is to examine the effect of education (X1) and training (X2) on the competence of health workers (Y) at PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Hospital. The writing method uses quantitative methods. The population used is all health workers at PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Hospital with a probability sampling sample. The distribution of questionnaires was distributed to health workers as many as 57 respondents. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The hypothesis is tested using the T test, F test and determination test. The results of data analysis showed that there was a partial effect of the education and training variables as indicated by the results of the t count of education of 13.051 and the result of t count of training of 26.783 which is greater than t table = 2.005 with each having a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. And there is the influence of education and training variables simultaneously where the calculated F result is 366.116 greater than the F table of 3.168 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. While the contribution value of the independent variable to the dependent variable is 93.1% and the remaining 6.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Digital marketing training, product photo techniques and processing used cooking oil into candles are appropriate training in accordance with the times and the use of waste that can be further utilized. The purpose of this activity is to explain how to cultivate a creative, innovative, and independent entrepreneurial spirit through training on Digital Marketing, how to do product photos to make them attractive and used cooking oil waste treatment to create new products that can increase residents' income. This activity was held in Srumbung, Kalurahan Segoroyosot, Kapanewon Pleret, Kabupaten Bantul, DIY and was attended by the surrounding community. This activity is carried out by lecture and practice methods. Through lectures and practice activities, the community can understand the material presented and can practice directly. The community is active and responsive in this service activity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of offline and online service facilities on community satisfaction in Kutai Kartanegara Regency, East Kalimantan. This study is a quantitative research by taking data through a questionnaire given to 100 respondents (samples) from a population of 788,113 who are occupied by Kutai Kartanegara district, East Kalimantan. The independent variable in this study is offline and online service facilities while the bound variable is the level of community satisfaction. The data obtained was analyzed with SPSS. The results of the study stated that the Offline Service Facility variable (X1) had a partial influence on the Community Satisfaction variable (Y) because the T value of X1 (7.768) > T table (1.98472) and Online Service Facility (X2) had a partial influence on the Community Satisfaction variable (Y) because the T value of X2 (5.867) > T table (1.98472). From the results of the F Test, it was obtained that the variables of Offline Service Facilities (X1) and Online Service Facilities (X2) had a simultaneous influence on the variables of Community Satisfaction (Y) because the results of the F value calculated (202.307) > F table (3.09). Meanwhile, from the results of the termination test (R Square), it was explained that the influence of the independent variable on the bound variable was 80.7%.

Abstract

This research examines the implementation of financial risk management and its impact on improving the financial stability of companies. Financial risk management is a critical process for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that may affect a company's financial health. In today’s dynamic and often uncertain market environment, effective risk management is essential for ensuring the long-term survival and profitability of businesses. This study focuses on various risk management strategies employed by companies, such as risk identification, analysis, mitigation, and monitoring, and explores how these strategies contribute to maintaining financial stability. Using a combination of quantitative methods, data was collected through surveys and analyzed using regression analysis to determine the relationship between risk management practices and financial stability. The findings reveal that companies with structured and proactive financial risk management systems exhibit higher levels of financial stability. This research provides valuable insights for business leaders seeking to improve their financial risk management practices and enhance their company's financial resilience.

Abstract

Abstract The background to this community service activity is the low understanding and skills of the people of Triwidadi Village, Pajangan, Bantul in utilizing digital technology for product marketing and the lack of access to adequate health services. The majority of people in this area are micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) who have not yet optimally utilized digital technology to develop their businesses. Apart from that, access to basic health services such as routine health checks is still limited, which has an impact on people's quality of life. The formulation of the problem raised in this research is: (1) How to increase people's understanding and skills in digital marketing to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs in Triwidadi Village? (2) How to provide health check services that are easily accessible to the local community? The aim of this community service is to: (1) Increase community knowledge and skills about digital marketing through structured counseling and training activities; (2) Providing routine health check services to increase awareness and preventive action on health in the Triwidadi Village community. The results of this service activity show a significant increase in the community's understanding and skills regarding digital marketing. This is proven by the increase in the number of MSMEs that are starting to utilize digital platforms to market their products. Apart from that, the health check service provided during the activity has been well utilized by the community, as can be seen from the quite high number of participants and the results of the health check which helps the community to care more about their health condition. This activity also has a positive impact on improving people's quality of life through better access to information and health services.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationships between Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Measurement, Employee Performance, and Organizational Effectiveness. The research employs multiple statistical analyses to assess the validity, reliability, and normality of the variables involved, as well as their impact on organizational outcomes. The results indicate a strong and statistically significant positive correlation between KPI Measurement (X1), Employee Performance (X2), and Organizational Effectiveness (Y), with all variables showing high reliability and normal distribution. Furthermore, the regression analysis reveals that 62.3% of the variation in Organizational Effectiveness is explained by KPI Measurement and Employee Performance. The findings suggest that both KPI Measurement and Employee Performance significantly contribute to improving Organizational Effectiveness, with each having a positive effect. These results emphasize the importance of performance management systems and employee performance in enhancing organizational outcomes. The study provides valuable insights for organizations aiming to improve their effectiveness through better KPI measurements and employee performance strategies.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine employee engagement-based employee retention strategies. This research approach collects data through literature studies, which involve reading literature from various sources including books, reports, articles, and journals using qualitative and deductive approaches. The findings in this study are that there are several employee engagement-based employee retention strategies, including empowering leadership, open and transparent communication, career development, recognition and appreciation, work-life balance, positive social and cultural involvement, and involvement in decision making. These strategies are not only able to reduce employee turnover, but also improve overall company performance.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di RT 7 Padukuhan Gonjen, Tamantirto, Kasihan, Bantul D.I. Yogyakarta. Pengabdian dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan berkomunikasi kepada bapak-bapak dan remaja yang telah terdaftar sebagai peserta pelatihan komunikasi efektif yaitu sejumlah 23 peserta. Metode yang digunakan adalah Tatap muka di dalam ruangan dengan pemberian materi oleh nara sumber dan dilanjutkan dengan diskusi / Tanya jawab / simulasi terkait komunikasi. Komunikasi adalah proses pernyataan isi pikiran atau isi perasaan seseorang kepada orang lain dengan menggunakan medium bahasa. Komunikasi berati juga penyampaian pesan oleh komunikator kepada komunikan. Pesan tersebut terdiri dari isi pesan (the content of the massege) dan lambang (symbol). Isi pesan dimediasi oleh pikiran atau perasaan dan lambang dimediasi oleh bahasa. Komunikasi adalah salah satu sarana untuk terkoneksi dengan orang lain. Ada komunikasi yang bersifat verbal dan ada pula yang bersifat non verbal. Komunikasi verbal adalah komunikasi yang terjadi dengan berbicara pada orang lain sedangkan non verbal adalah komunikasi yang terjadi melalui perantara atau media. Dalam komunikasi verbal maka sangat penting untuk bisa menyusun kata-kata yang keluar dari mulut kita menjadi sebuah informasi yang dapat dimengerti, berguna dan menarik bagi lain. Komunikasi yang jelas akan membuat orang lain memperhatikan dan menghargai apa yang kita bicarakan inilah yang dimaksud komunikasi efektik. Komukasi secara efektif perlu lebih diperhatikan terlebih pada pembelajaran Online. Internet dalam masa pandemi menjadi solusi ideal yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Internet mampu memberikan dukungan bagi terselenggaranya proses komunikasi interaktif dalam pembelajaran sebagaimana yang dipersyaratkan dalam suatu kegiatan pembelajaran daring atau Online.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengenalkan dan memberikan pembelajaran penggunaan aplikasi Canva kepada generasi muda, khususnya Karang Taruna di Kelurahan Sendangsari, Pajangan, Bantul. Canva adalah salah satu platform desain grafis yang digunakan untuk membuat grafis media sosial, presentasi, poster, dokumen dan konten visual lainnya. Aplikasi ini juga menyediakan beragam contoh desain untuk digunakan. Canva terdiri dari dua jenis layanan, yakni gratis dan berbayar. Selain itu Canva juga dapat diakses melalui perangkat desktop maupun mobile. Ada berbagai macam desain yang bisa diciptakan dengannya, seperti : Logo, Poster, Banner Iklan, Invoice, Desain Kemasan Produk, Thumbnail Youtube, Infografik, Newsletter, Featured Image Blog dan Konten Media Sosial.  Cara mengakses Canva melalui website dengan membuka laman https:www.canva.com. Dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian Masyrakat yang pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode zoom,  digunakan untuk memetakan sejauh mana pengenalan dan penggunann Canva. Hasil akhir dari kegiatan ini peserta mempunyai gambaran penggunaan Canva dan diharapkan bisa mengaplikasannya dengan baik.
