Abstract

Pengelolaan dan pengendalian resistensi Antibiotik dimulai dengan mengetahui pola peresepan di Rumah Sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengenali pola penggunaan antibiotik di suatu rumah sakit gigi dan mulut di Jakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pengambilan data secara retrospektif dari catatan penggunaan antibiotik di rekam medis dari bulan Januari sampai dengan September 2021. Data-data yang diambil termasuk obat antibiotik yang diberikan, usia, jenis kelamin, diagnosis, dan jenis antibiotik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jenis kelamin paling banyak diberikan antibiotik yaitu perempuan (60,01%) dengan kelompok usia terbanyak yaitu usia 26-45 tahun 43,54%. Jenis antibiotik yang paling banyak diresepkan pada pasien adalah sefadroksil 500mg sebanyak 25,83%, klindamisin 300mg 15,56% dan Amoksisilin 500mg 6,7%. Diagnosis paling banyak diberikan antibiotik yaitu impaksi gigi (35,4%), diikuti oleh nekrosis pulpa (22,6%). Jenis perawatan terbanyak diberikan antibiotik yaitu ekstraksi gigi (52,0%), diikuti oleh odontektomi (44,7%).

Abstract

Health is one of the most important things for survival. Dyspepsia is pain or discomfort in the heartburn, clinical symptoms of dyspepsia in the form of discomfort both persistent (episodic) and recurrent in the upper abdomen. The purpose of this study is to determine the evaluation of drug use in outpatient functional dyspepsia patients at Syarif Hidayatullah Hospital for the January–December 2023 period. The research method in this study is a descriptive research method using a quantitative approach and retrospective data collection. This data collection technique uses Purposive sampling, and 300 samples were obtained in accordance with the research inclusion criteria. The results of the study showed that dyspepsia was mostly experienced by women by 62.7% (188 people), dyspepsia patients were mostly experienced by patients aged 17-26 years by 36.3% (109 people). The type of drug that is most accepted by dyspepsia patients at Syarif Hidayatullah Hospital is sucralfat at 33.5%. The results of the evaluation of the rationality of the use of dyspepsia drugs showed that the diagnosis was 100% accurate, the indication was 100% accurate, the dosage was 100% correct, the drug administration method was 96%, the drug administration time interval was 100%, and the drug administration was 100% long.

Abstract

Lips are a part of the body that is easily damaged by environmental factors so that it requires special care, such as lip balm. Natural lip balm products are preferred because they are safe and effective for lip health. Pomegranate peel has high antioxidant and tannin content, but is still rarely used in cosmetics such as lip balm. The purpose of this study was to formulate and evaluate lip balm preparations from pomegranate peel extract (Punica granatum L.) with concentrations of 10%, 15% and 20%. The research method in this study is an experimental method with stages of lip balm preparation formulation and continued with examination of the physical quality of the preparation, namely homogeneity test, organoleptic test, pH test, adhesion test, and spreadability test.. The results showed that the observation of the color of the preparation was peach red, semi-solid in shape and had a distinctive odor of oleum cacao, pH 5.92-6.45 which had met the specification range. The conclusion of this study is that F1, F2 and F3 have met the requirements of organoleptic test, homogeneity, spreading power, adhesion, pH test.
