Abstract

Patah tulang merupakan suatu kondisi dimana tulang pecah dan tidak berbentuk yang dapat mengubah posisi tulang. Perawatan dan terapi tulang yang patah berbeda-beda pada setiap orang, tergantung pada jenis patahnya tulang, lokasi patahnya tulang serta kondisi umum pasien yang mengalami patah tulang. Beberapa masyarakat banyak yang memilih pengobatan tradisional dan perawatan ke dukun patah tulang dikarenakan beberapa hal seperti sosial, ekonomi dan budaya turun temurun yang ada di daerah sekitar. Pengobatan alternatif yang relatif murah dibandingkan pengobatan medis adalah salah satu alasan warga lebih memilih pengobatan tersebut yaitu dengan metode baurut dan manangkir. Metode yang dilakukan melalui beberapa tahap yaitu pendekatan analisis kondisi wilayah sasaran dilanjutkan identifikasi masalah dengan melaksanakan kegiatan dalam bentuk intervensi dan implementasi dalam mengatasi masalah melalui kegiatan berupa pemberian edukasi. Media promosi yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini dalam bentuk poster, leaflet dan spanduk untuk memudahkan dalam mengedukasi dalam pemberdayaan Masyarakat di Kelurahan Pengambangan.

Abstract

This research aims to increase students' learning motivation in respectful and obedient materials to parents and teachers through the application of the Discovery Learning learning model. This research is a Class Action Research (PTK) which is carried out in two cycles, each including the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subject of the study was grade IV students of SDN 5 Trienggadeng which amounted to 20 people. Data collection techniques use observation, tests, and documentation. The results of the study showed that in the first cycle, the average student score was 73.18 with a completeness rate of 65.85%. After actions were taken in the second cycle with an improvement in the quality of the implementation of the Discovery Learning model, the average score increased to 74.54 and the completeness of learning increased to 78%. In addition, student activeness and participation have also experienced a significant increase. These findings show that the Discovery Learning model is effective in improving students' motivation and learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education subjects, especially in materials on respect and obedience to parents and teachers. This model also helps create an active, fun, and meaningful learning atmosphere for elementary school students.

Abstract

This study focuses on the development and implementation of a Vehicle Auction Information System to enhance the efficiency and transparency of the auction process. The system aims to streamline the management of vehicle auctions, from listing and bidding to final sale and documentation. Key features include real-time auction tracking, automated bidding, detailed vehicle listings with images and specifications, and secure payment processing. By integrating advanced data management and real-time communication technologies, the system ensures a smooth and transparent auction experience for both sellers and buyers. The research outlines the design, development, and deployment phases of the system, including the selection of appropriate technologies, system architecture, and user interface design. The implementation of this system is expected to lead to significant improvements in auction efficiency, participant engagement, and overall satisfaction. The paper also discusses the challenges encountered during the development and deployment phases, as well as the strategies adopted to overcome these challenges. Results indicate that the Vehicle Auction Information System effectively addresses the limitations of traditional auction practices and provides a scalable and reliable solution for organizations aiming to enhance their auction

Abstract

The title classification system aims to help users to Group A student seminar title document into a Category. The number of Student Research title documents requires an application system that can group these documents according to their respective categories. The purpose of this study is how to build a seminar title classification system by utilizing the approach through the text of the title and description of the seminar with the TF-IDF Method to give weight to the frequency of the relationship on the occurrence of a word (term) in the calculation of the merger of title and description of the seminar. And the Cosine Similarity algorithm is used as a comparison method to know how much similarity between the two documents. This research is conducted by implementing the text mining method with cosine similarity algorithm and TF-IDF weighting so that it is expected to classify data automatically, quickly, and accurately. Using dummy data as training data used in this study, totaling 100 seminars that have been carried out with several categories of different fields of science. And for its implementation using the PHP programming language, and with the help of data resources the use of text mining that is already in PHP which is useful for the text preprocessing stage, and then will continue with the implementation process of TF-IDF Motode and Cosine Similarity algorithm.

Abstract

Feed is a source of energy for the growth and life of living things. In fish farming, the fish feed formula must meet the nutritional needs of the cultivated fish. The purpose of this research is to design a device that can help alleviate the provision and control of fish feed. This device can give a sign that the food supply is running low, so that it can make it easier for employees in the Telaipura Ornamental Fish Installation to provide fish food. This device is based on the Internet of Things (IOT), one of the Internet of Things (IOT) devices is a monitoring or controlling system that uses sensors and actuators in a certain environment such as a website. The main controller used is NodeMCU ESP8266. Activities in the form of scheduling fish feed can be arranged, weight expenditure of fish feed can be arranged and monitoring of feeding can be seen through the web that has been made. The HCSR04 sensor is used as whether the feed is still there or has run out, it is equipped with a notification LED visualized through the dashboard on the web. With this tool, ornamental fish cultivators can increase crop production due to reduced maintenance costs for heavy feeding, maintenance time becomes more efficient and monitoring of feed expenditure can be monitored.

Abstract

Darul Muhtadiin Islamic Boarding School is an Al-Qur'an and Yellow Book Education Park. The problems that exist today are the storage, processing, and delivery of information that occurs in this Darul Muhtadiin Islamic boarding school, which includes student data, ustadz data, student scores, and subject scheduling which often occurs because of data duplication because the data that has been processed is not organized properly. good. The purpose of this study is to identify user needs for input, process and output to produce an information system to support the Darul Muhtadiin Islamic boarding school. The research approach used in this research is observation, data collection, system analysis and design, application development and implementation. The analytical tool used is Data Flow Diagram (DFD). The programming language used is PHP and the database uses MySQL. This research produces a Web-Based Data Processing Information System, which is expected to be more time efficient, especially in processing students' grades and making it easier for parents or guardians of students to monitor the progress of their children's grades.

Abstract

This study aims to design, create and test the attendance system of SMA Dharma Bhakti 4 Jambi City students using Arduino Mega 2560-based Fingerprint. This research was conducted at SMA Dharma Bhakti 4 Jambi City from January to April 2021.This research was conducted using the R and D (Research and Development) method which includes planning, designing, manufacturing and testing tools carried out by making a tool system with input in the form of a Fingerprint Module. Control system with Arduino Mega 2560. Output system in the form of LCD and SMS reports to parents of SMA Dharma Bhakti 4 students in Jambi City. The way this tool works is by identifying the fingerprint pattern of DB 4 High School students during registration and transfer using the Fingerprint Module. The Fingerprint module is activated by a fingerprint then identified. The fingerprint that is read will appear on the LCD and through serial communication with the Arduino, the fingerprint will automatically respond to send a message in the form of an SMS to the parents of students who have been registered in the Arduino module.The test results on the Module reached 100% successfully detecting fingerprints that can record attendance data for SMA Dharma Bhakti 4 Jambi City students at SD CARD and provide SMS reports to their respective parents.

Abstract

Abstract   The incidence of respiratory arrest and cardiac arrest in the community is closely related to the epidemiology of heart disease. According to data from the Indonesian Ministry of Health in 2024, the prevalence of heart disease in Indonesia is 17 per 1000 people, increasing the risk of unpredictable occurrences of cardiac arrest and respiratory arrest. Adolescents, as members of both family and community, must possess basic skills in providing basic life support (BLS) to reduce the risk of death complications due to heart disease. The objectives of the BLS training conducted at SMA Al-Fityan Medan are to (1) provide health education on heart disease to adolescents, (2) teach adolescents their role in daily life to reduce the risk of heart disease from an early age, and (3) provide BLS training to adolescents. This community service activity (PKM) includes health education and a BLS demonstration. The training proved beneficial, with a significant increase in participants' knowledge, as evidenced by comparing pre-test and post-test results (p<.000). Participants were also able to effectively perform BLS after the training. Education on heart disease and BLS training for adolescents is essential in preventing heart disease and its complications. Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the effects of fermented kacang tujuh jurai (seven-branched peanut) leaf (DKTJF) supplementation in drinking water on the performance of broiler chickens, and to determine the most effective inclusion level. The leaves are known to contain various bioactive compounds, including alkaloids, terpenoids, flavonoids, steroids, saponins, phenolic compounds, and pheromones. The experiment was carried out over three months at the Nutrition and Feed Technology, Animal Production, Quality Testing, and Analysis Laboratories of the Payakumbuh State Agricultural Polytechnic. The materials used for preparing the treatment solution included 2 kg of fermented kacang tujuh jurai, 1 liter of EM4, 1 liter of molasses, and water. The materials used for broiler maintenance included day-old chicks (DOC), DKTJF, corn, soybean meal, minerals, coconut oil, fish meal, rice bran, and commercial feed. The equipment used for the treatment application included cages divided into 20 units (0.5 m × 0.5 m). A completely randomized design (CRD) was used, consisting of five treatment groups with four replications each, totaling 20 experimental units. Each unit contained four day-old chicks (DOC), resulting in a total of 80 broiler chickens. The treatments included DKTJF in the drinking water at 0%, 0.5%, 1%, 1.5%, and 2% levels. Observed parameters included body weight gain, feed intake, feed conversion ratio (FCR), water intake, and broiler performance index. The results showed that DKTJF supplementation significantly (P<0.05) affected body weight gain and water intake, but had no significant effect (P>0.05) on feed intake, FCR, or performance index. In conclusion, supplementation of up to 2% DKTJF in drinking water did not alter feed efficiency or overall performance, but it improved growth and reduced water consumption. The optimal inclusion level was identified at 1.5%.
