Abstract

The problem in this study is how to create a learning tool that is able to increase the knowledge and skills of students and be able to increase the interest of students in participating in learning. The objectives of this study were (1) to develop teaching tools in the form of inquiry-based teaching modules, (2) to improve collaboration skills and (3) to improve students' communication skills after using inquiry-based teaching modules in learning effort and energy. This research is a development research using the 4D development model. The subjects of this research were students of class XI MAN 2 Lubuklinggau. The data collection technique used is in the form of validation sheets, and skill observation sheets. Validation obtained based on three validators, namely media experts 51, linguists 73 and material experts 47. Thus, the inquiry-based teaching module is very feasible to use as a learning tool. The results of collaboration skills amounted to 0.71 with a high category, while communication skills amounted to 0.74 with a high category. Based on the research conducted according to the data obtained, the development of inquiry-based teaching modules can improve collaboration skills and communication skills so that it is feasible to use in learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan modul fisika berbasis CTL berbantuan aplikasi canva untuk mengukur hasil belajar siswa kelas XI IPA di SMA YADIKA Lubuklinggau yang valid, praktis, dan efektif. Dalam penelitian ini Research and Development dengan model pengembangan ADDIE, yang terdiri dari 5 tahapan yaitu analysis, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation. Subjek penelitian siswa-siswi kelas XI IPA di SMA YADIKA Lubuklinggau. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli bahasa diperoleh skor 0,89 dengan klasifikasi sangat tinggi. Hasil validasi oleh ahli media diperoleh skor 0,86 dengan klasifikasi sangat tinggi. Hasil validasi ahli materi diperoleh skor 0,83 dengan klasifikasi sangat tinggi. Kesimpulan hasil analisis penilaian oleh ketiga ahli yaitu: ahli bahasa, ahli materi, dan ahli media menunjukkan bahwa modul fisika memenuhi kriteria valid dengan rata-rata skor 0,86. Sedangkan dari hasil analisis penilaian lembar kepraktisan guru dan siswa diperoleh bahwa modul fisika memenuhi kriteria sangat praktis dengan skor rata-rata 87%. Pada uji lapangan diperoleh hasil N-gain(g) sebesar 0,78 yang termasuk dalam klasifikasi tinggi. Sehingga modul fisika memiliki tingkat keefektifan yang tinggi.

Abstract

Kegiatan pada 4-5 Januari 2024 dilaksanakan selama dua kali pertemuan, yang melibatkan 20 guru SMA karya 45 Kabupaten Musi Rawas. Lokakarya ini menggunakan menggunakan alur merdeka. Tujuan PKM memberikan pemahaman tentang pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, memberikan pemahaman bagaimana cara melakukan pemetaan siswa berdasarkan kesiapan belajar, gaya belajar dan minat belajar murid. Capaian pengetahuan peserta diukur dengan tes awal dan akhir. Instrumen menggunakan tes awal dan akhir. Hasilnya menunjukkan (1) Pengetahuan tentang jenis-jenis diferensiasi berdasarkan kesiapan belajar, gaya belajar dan minat belajar siswa yakni 90% paham konsep dan 10% tidak paham konsep. (2) Pengetahuan tentang ragam pembelajaran diferensiasi melalui aktivitas diferensiasi konten, diferensiasi proses dan diferensiasi produk yakni 80% paham konsep dan 20% tidak paham konsep. (3) Pengetahuan tentang bagaimana cara memetakan siswa berdasarkan kebutuhan belajar melalui rancangan pemetaan siswa yakni 80% paham konsep dan 20% tidak paham konsep. (4) Pengetahuan tentang tujuan dan model-model refleksi pembelajaran yakni 90% paham konsep dan 10% tidak paham konsep. (5) Pengetahuan asesmen sesuai karakteristik siswa melalui aktivitas diferensiasi setiap pertemuan terdapat di modul ajar yakni 70% paham konsep dan 30% tidak paham konsep. Kesimpulan rata-rata ketercapaian pengetahuan peserta tentang pembelajaran diferensiasi adalah rata-rata persentase 82% paham konsep dan 18% tidak paham konsep.

Abstract

This activity was held on August 12-13, 2023 involving school facilitators batch 1. The aim of this lokakarya was to strengthen understanding of the implementation of the Pancasila student profile strengthening project (P5) and design ideas for modifying project modules that are in accordance with the context of the situation and needs of the school. Activities using the "Merdeka" flow in the form of elaboration of material, collaboration and reflection and concrete actions of participants. The participants' knowledge achievement was measured by pretest and posttest. The results of the analysis show that the learning achievements of the participants while participating in this lokakarya show that (1) the participants are able to adjust the dimensional elements and the achievement dimensions of each phase, indicating that 90% of the participants understand the concept, 10% do not understand the concept. (2) Participants are able to organize activities in the P5 module using a collaborative project idea design simulation method. The results showed that 90% of the participants understood the concept, 10% did not understand the concept. (3) Participants are able to make a P5 assessment rubric. The results showed that 90% of the participants understood the concept, 10% did not understand the concept. The conclusion is that the average participant's knowledge of the project module to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students is an average percentage. The results show that 90% of the participants understand the concept, 10% do not understand the concept.

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out in Lubuk Rumbai Village, Rupit District, Musi Rawas Regency, targeting the people of Lubuk Rumbai Village. Most of the people of Lubuk Rumbai Village earn their living as farmers or planters, therefore it is considered very appropriate for lecturers to provide community service in Lubuk Rumbai Village. Considering the large number of sugar cane plants in the area. TIM invites local communities to process sugar cane plants in the form of molasses into bioethanol fuel. The local community's lack of knowledge and skills regarding the use of sugar cane molasses has made TIM interested in applying appropriate technology to utilize sugar cane molasses as an alternative energy source, namely bioethanol. With the presence of bioethanol, it is hoped that people will no longer depend on fossil energy considering that energy supplies are currently decreasing. Apart from that, when compared to energy from fossils, the use of bioethanol is more environmentally friendly because it comes from biological material. The method that TIM uses is the method of socialization and training on how to make bioethanol from sugar cane molasses. Based on the results of the skills questionnaire given by TIM to 15 respondents, it was found that 80% of the community were satisfied with this training activity.

Abstract

This differentiated learning lesson study for the Lubuklinggau City Science Teacher Learning Community was carried out at Lubuklinggau City 5 Public High School on January 10-12, 2024 involving 20 science teachers at Lubuklinggau City 5 Public High School. This activity uses the Plan, Do, See and Redesign cycle. To measure participants' achievement using a pre-test and post-test before the activity. The Plan stage begins with identifying learning problems which include teaching materials, learning strategies, and who will act as a model teacher; The Do (implementation) stage, namely: (a) learning implementation activities carried out by one of the model teachers to put into practice the learning plans that have been prepared together, and (b) observation activities carried out by the teacher, the principal acting as an observer. In the See (reflection) stage, due to efforts to improve the learning process, lecturers and teachers then reflect on what is interesting, what things need to be improved and what things we need to leave behind. The results of the analysis show that differentiated learning lesson study is very useful in increasing scientific literacy. Lesson study has a positive impact on teachers collaborating and sharing good practices in scientific literacy teaching strategies so that they can improve the quality of learning and increase teacher pedagogical competence. Lesson study can develop skills in problem solving.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk melatih para dosen di Universitas PGRI Silampari dalam mengembangkan LOM (Learning Object Material) interaktif berbasis video, infografis, animasi dan vr dalam implementasi pembelajaran kolaboratif. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan pada 12 Juli 2024 ini berlangsung melalui Zoom dan diikuti oleh 38 orang dosen. Kuesioner tertutup dengan 4 pilihan jawaban digunakan sebagai alat penelitian. Analisis statistik deskriptif adalah metode analisis data yang digunakan. Hasil pengisian angket respon oleh peserta pelatihan dijadikan sebagai evaluasi kegiatan. Hasi pengisian angket dianalisis dalam bentuk persentase yang merupakan hasil perhitungan menggunakan Skala Likert yang dimodifikasi. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa 20 pernyataan positif mengenai kegiatan pelatihan memperoleh jawaban pada kategori sangat setuju. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa responden atau peserta pelatihan memberikan respon yang positif terhadap kegiatan pelatihan pengembangan LOM (Learning Object Material) interaktif berbasis video, infografis, animasi dan vr dalam implementasi pembelajaran kolaboratif.

Abstract

The low science process skills of students taking optical-tools courses are caused because 65 percent of students do not understand the technical instructions for using optical instruments, students' low skills in applying concepts, skills in drawing conclusions, skills in solving hypotheses, skills in interpreting data into the experimental table is still very low, because during lectures they are only glued to learning in class. Furthermore, students only learn theory without doing practical activities regarding the material being studied, so students are not directed to apply aspects of science process skills. Based on the problems above, this study aims to determine (1) the availability of students' physics science process skills on optical instruments, and (2). The solution given in solving the problem of students' physics science process skills. The research was conducted from January to d. May 2021. The subject is physics education student STKIP PGRI Lubuklinggau. The data collection process includes a diagnostic test of the Science Process Skills (KPS) aspect, observation through student worksheets during practicum and interviews. The results of the study are the results of the study are the availability of students' physics science process skills on optical instruments material, namely 82% observation, 85% classification, 87% interpretation, 84% prediction, asking 90% questions, hypothesizing 80%, planning experiments 95%, using 90% of tools and materials, 85% of concepts applied and 87% of communication. Furthermore, the solution to solve the problem of availability of aspects of physics science process skills for students of physics education for optical instruments at STKIP PGRI Lubuklinggau is to train and be trained with students' physics process skills approach so that the availability of aspects of students' science process skills can emerge.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan memberikan penguatan guru tentang numerasi melalui pembelajaran berdiferensiasi sehingga guru mampu merancang pembelajaran numerasi di kelas. PKM dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 2 Lubuklinggau dari Agustus-Oktober 2024 dengan melibatkan 30 guru produktif. Kegiatan ini menggunakan siklus Plan, Do, See dan Redesign. Untuk mengukur ketercapaian peserta menggunakan tes awal dan tes akhir. Adapun tahapan Plan (Perencanaan) dimulai dengan identifikasi masalah pembelajaran yang meliputi materi ajar, strategi pembelajaran, dan siapa yang akan berperan menjadi guru model; Tahap Do (buka kelas), yaitu: (a) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh salah seorang guru model untuk mempraktekkan perencanaan pembelajaran numerasi, dan (b) Pengamatan atau observasi yang dilakukan oleh guru, kepala sekolah bertindak sebagai pengamat. Pada Tahap See (refleksi) karena upaya perbaikan proses pembelajaran berdasarkan hasil pengamatan sebagai bahan perbaikan untuk ditingkatkan. Hasil PKM menunjukkan bahwa Lesson study pembelajaran berdiferensiasi sangat bermanfaat dalam meningkatkan kompetensi numerasi. Lesson study memberikan dampak positif guru untuk berkolaborasi dan berbagi praktik baik dalam strategi mengajar numerasi sehingga dapat memperbaiki kualitas pembelajaran. Lesson study menumbuhkan keterampilan pemecahan masalah melalui kolaboratif. Lesson Study, mengubah paradigma berpikir dan kebiasaannya yakni mengubah pembelajaran lama yang berpusat pada guru menjadi pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa.

Abstract

The research was carried out at PGRI Silampari University, Physics Education Study Program, from September to November 2024, based on the graduate output which required them to have problem solving competence, whether learning so far had built meaningfulness in learning (Deep Learning). This descriptive research uses a case-based learning method through lesson study for two cycles on campus involving 16 students as objects and 8 observers from fellow lecturers who observe the emergence of problem solving indicators, Sharing and Jumping Task indicators of students when solving cases on electrical circuits. Instruments include 1) sharing task and jumping task worksheets, 2) problem solving observation sheets, and 3) learning reflection sheets. To measure the increase in variables measured using N-Gain, the resulting data is then in the form of learning transcripts using TBLA (Transcript-based Lesson Analysis), the observation data is reduced and displayed graphically. Based on the results of open class observations for two cycles, it shows that there was an increase in students' problem solving skills during two cycles with an N-gain of 0.80 (high) so that the average problem solving skills of students were in the skilled category, while the Sharing and Jumping Task achievements of students with an N-Gain were of 0.88 (high) in the developing category. Furthermore, the results of peer lecturers' reflections and student reflections show that learning has adapted to learning needs (mindful), students think and are involved in the learning process (Meaningful) and students feel happy and satisfied in seeking deep understanding in a lesson (Joyful).
