Abstract

Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk meneliti bagaimana pengaruh Earning per Share (EPS), Return on Equity (ROE) dan Price Earning Ratio (PER) terhadap harga saham perusahaan sektor perbankan yang terdaftar pada website BEI tahun 2017-2023. Jenis studi ini adalah asosiatif kuantitatif untuk menentukan pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua saham perusahaan sektor perbankan yang terdaftar pada website BEI selama periode 2017-2023 yaitu sebanyak 47 perusahaan, kemudian teknik pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan adalah teknik purposive sampling dan hasilnya adalah 15 perusahaan untuk diteliti. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Earning Per Share dan Return On Equity berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham, sedangkan Price Earning Ratio berpengaruh secara negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham. Secara simultan Earning Per Share, Return On Equity dan Price Earning Ratio berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen.

Abstract

Sei Serdang Village, located in the Tangkahan Ecotourism area, is part of the Gunung Leuser National Park, a popular tourist destination. However, the Batang Serangan River, which runs through the village, poses a significant problem because its banks are filled with broken wood debris, creating a risk of flash floods. To address this, a program was initiated to train local souvenir and furniture craftsmen in Sei Serdang to manage the wood waste from the river. Through this waste management effort, production costs can be reduced, the river can be cleaned of wood debris, and the community's welfare can improve. The program employed a participatory approach, combining lectures, discussions, training, and monitoring. The stages included observation, wood waste design training, preservation, production, finishing, and final evaluation. Based on the evaluations, the craftsmen's understanding of wood waste management increased by 40%, business potential awareness by 10%, and river conservation awareness by 15%. Twenty out of forty participants successfully created innovative craft and furniture designs, while twenty-five participants utilized wood waste as production materials. Additionally, the use of wood waste led to production cost savings of up to 26.67% for souvenirs and 25% for more complex furniture items.

Abstract

Tujuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh visual content terhadap purchase intention produk fashion pada pengguna Instagram di kecamatan perbaungan. Metode. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik snowball sampling. Dalam penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dan mendapat sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear sederhana yang sebelumnya data telah diuji menggunakan uji valliditas, uji realibilitas dan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil. Hasil penelitian uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa visual content berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention produk fashion pada pengguna Instagram di kecamatan perbaungan. Implikasi. Perusahaan atau pelaku usaha penyedia produk/jasa yang menggunakan media sosial Instagram sebagai media pemasaran digital dapat membuat video pemasaran yang menarik dengan memilih design (gambar), video, layout (tata letak) dan warna untuk dapat mengikuti dan meningkatkan algoritma dari Instagram sehingga produk yang dipasarkan mendapatkan jangkauan yang lebih luas dan mencapai target pemasaran yang diinginkan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis terhadap Retensi Karyawan di PTPN II Sawit Seberang. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PTPN II Sawit Seberang. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 80 responden Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan tingkat signifikan 0,05. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karir dan komitmen organisasi secara bersama-sama (simultan) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap retensi karyawan. Berdasarkan pada pengujian koefisien determinasi (R2) menunjukkan bahwa nilai Adjusted R Square 0.792 berarti 79 % Retensi karyawan dapat di jelaskan oleh pengembangan karir dan variabel komitmen organisasi. Sedangkan sisanya 21 % dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of organizational culture and competence on organizational commitment in BUMD Binjai. The purpose of this study was to determine, assess, and analyze the partial and simultaneous influence of organizational culture and competence on organizational commitment. This study used a quantitative method with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires to 124 respondents using random sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive and verification analysis. The results of the study descriptively showed that organizational culture was considered strong to very strong, competence was considered good to very good, and organizational commitment was considered good to very good. Meanwhile, the results of the study verifiably showed that organizational culture had a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment, competence had a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment, and organizational culture and competence simultaneously had a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the job training and career development on the job satisfaction of State Civil Apparatus at the Pangaribuan Community Health Center in Pangaribuan District. The population in this study was the state civil apparatus of the Pangaribuan Community Health Center, totaling 49 people. Sampling in this study was a saturated sample technique, because the population was below 100. So the sample in this study was 49 respondents. For the independent variables in this study were job training (X1) career development (X2). The dependent variable in this study was the job satisfaction of the State Civil Apparatus (Y). The research method used was a quantitative method and the data analysis used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis. Data processing was carried out with IBM SPSS Statistics 22. The results of the study showed that job training had an influence on the job satisfaction of the State Civil Apparatus with a t value of 2.711 and a significance value of 0.004 below 0.05, so the hypothesis in this study was accepted. Career development has an effect on the job satisfaction of State Civil Apparatus with a t value of 3.308 and the resulting significance value of 0.002 is below 0.05, so the hypothesis in this study is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the implementation of a face detection attendance system and superior supervision on employee work discipline at the People's Welfare Bureau of the North Sumatra Governor's Office. Work discipline is a key factor in organizational success, yet preliminary data indicated challenges regarding consistency in attendance and employee compliance. This research adopts a quantitative approach with a causal associative design. The research population consisted of 55 employees, and the entire population was utilized as a sample through a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results of the study show that, partially, the face detection attendance system has a positive and significant effect on work discipline, with a t-statistic of 7.875 and a significance value of 0.000. Similarly, superior supervision has a positive and significant effect, with a t-statistic of 3.017 and a significance value of 0.004. Simultaneously, both variables contribute 64.5% to the variance of work discipline. In conclusion, the integration of modern attendance technology and effective human supervision is essential for establishing optimal civil servant discipline to improve the quality of public services

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada kelompok tani tentang penerapan teknologi mesin pemisah lidi sawit. Mitra kegiatan adalah kelompok tani (Poktan) Putra Mandiri desa Gunung Ambat, Kecamatan Sei Bingai, Kabupaten Langkat, Sumatera Utara. Lidi Sawit adalah produk turunan yang dihasilkan dari limbah pelepah sawit. Saat ini, pemisahan lidi sawit dilakukan secara manual dan belum menggunakan teknologi mesin.  Bentuk kegiatan  adalah : (a) Sosialisasi kepada mitra tentang penerapan teknologi mesin pemisah lidi sawit, dan (b] Pelatihan, (c) Hibah satu unit mesin pemisah lidi sawit, (d) Pendampingan dalam penggunaan dan pemasaran, (e) Monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan pendapatan mitra dan mendorong masyarakat dapat beralih dari metode konvensional menuju teknologi berbasis mesin. 85% mitra menunjukkan peningkatan yang memuaskan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam penggunaan mesin pemisah lidi sawit.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to explore the relationship between job satisfaction, mental health, motivation, stress management, and performance of MSME actors engaged in the Tangkahan ecotourism sector. The main focus of this study is to understand what psychological factors and working conditions contribute the most to improving the performance of MSMEs in the sector. Methodology/approach: This study involved 117 MSME participants from university and government training programs. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) and supported by field observations to validate and strengthen the obtained quantitative finding. Results/findings: The study found that job satisfaction and mental health positively and significantly affect MSME performance, while motivation shows no significant impact. Psychological conditions and work environment play greater roles. Stress management indirectly enhances performance by improving mental health, despite its insignificant direct effect on performance. Conclusion: This study concludes that psychological well-being and job satisfaction are key factors in improving the performance of MSME actors in the ecotourism sector. Therefore, it is important for stakeholders to create a mentally supportive work environment and implement effective stress management strategies to optimize the productivity of MSMEs. Limitations: This study has limitations in the geographical scope and characteristics of the respondents, which only includes MSME actors in the Tangkahan ecotourism area. Therefore, the results of this study cannot be generalized to other MSME regions or sectors. Contribution: This study contributes to MSME empowerment policy by emphasizing mental health and job satisfaction improvement. The findings guide universities, governments, and institutions in designing effective interventions to enhance MSME actors’ productivity and overall performance.

Abstract

Persaingan bisnis antar perusahaan saat ini sangat ketat, termasuk di bidang hiburan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan karyawan yang bermoral, profesional, disiplin dan bertanggung jawab dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Hal ini diperlukan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas tenaga kerja, memberikan layanan yang berkualitas, dan meningkatkan persaingan di dalam dan luar negeri. Namun kenyataannya, masih ada karyawan yang tidak produktif dalam bekerja. Menurut beberapa literatur, produktivitas kerja dipengaruhi oleh kepuasan kerja dan motivasi, dalam penelitian ini penulis memilih PD. Pembangunan Kota Medan sebagai objek penelitian. Dari penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas seluruh responden memenuhi persyaratan. Secara parsial variabel kepuasan kerja dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Berdasarkan persamaan regresi dapat dilihat bahwa variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Uji kolaboratif dua variabel juga memiliki pengaruh penting dan koefisien determinasi kedua variabel yaitu kepuasan dan motivasi kerja dapat menjelaskan variabel produktivitas tenaga kerja.
