Abstract

Perang Bani Quraizah terjadi pada tahun 627 Masehi di Madinah selama masa kehidupan Nabi Muhammad SAW. Perang ini melibatkan konflik antara Muslim dan suku Yahudi bernama Bani Quraizah. Suku ini melanggar perjanjian dengan umat Islam saat mereka bersikap tidak netral dalam konflik antara Muslim dan musuh-musuh Islam lainnya. Setelah pertempuran berkecamuk selama beberapa pekan, Bani Quraizah akhirnya menyerah kepada pasukan Muslim. Nabi Muhammad SAW mengadakan konsultasi dengan beberapa sahabat dan akhirnya putusan diambil untuk menunjuk Sa'ad bin Mu'adh sebagai hakim. Hukuman yang diberikan adalah pembunuhan bagi pria dewasa suku Quraizah dan penyitaan harta benda mereka, sementara wanita dan anak-anak diampuni. Perang Bani Quraizah menunjukkan pentingnya menjaga perjanjian dan kesetiaan dalam hubungan antara suku-suku di Madinah pada waktu itu. Keputusan dalam penanganan perang ini memberikan contoh pada masa itu tentang keadilan dan penerapan hukum dalam konteks perang dan konflik.

Abstract

characterized by integrity, transparency, and a commitment to combating corruption. This research aims to explore the importance of anti-corruption education among students as an effort to prevent and reduce corrupt practices in society. The research employs literature review and content analysis methods to construct a comprehensive overview of the impact of anti-corruption education on students. The research findings reveal several significant benefits of anti-corruption education. First, through this education, students can comprehend the root causes of corruption and its adverse effects on social and economic development. Second, anti-corruption education aids in enhancing moral awareness and ethics among students, thereby shaping them into responsible agents of change. Third, students who undergo anti-corruption education tend to be more vigilant against corrupt action and possess the ability to report such incidents to the authorities. The importance of anti-corruption education among students can also be viewed from the perspective of community empowerment. Students equipped with an understanding of corruption can actively participate in anti-corruption campaigns, engage in volunteer activities, and support initiatives for corruption prevention. Therefore, collaboration between the government, educational institutions, and community organization is essential to integrate anti-corruption curricula in universities and facilitate extracurricular activities that promote values of integrity. This research concludes that anti-corruption education among students is not just about imparting knowledge on corruption but also about shaping attitudes, values, and commitments to combat corrupt practices. The implementation of anti-corruption education in higher education institutions can significantly contribute to creating an anti-corruption culture ingrained in the behavior and actions of students, bringing positive impacts to overall anti-corruption endeavors. Pendidikan anti korupsi di kalangan mahasiswa memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk generasi muda yang integritas, transparan, dan berkomitmen untuk melawan korupsi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pentingnya pendidikan anti korupsi di kalangan mahasiswa sebagai upaya mencegah dan mengurangi praktik korupsi di masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dan analisis konten untuk menyusun gambaran komprehensif tentang dampak Pendidikan anti korupsi terhadap mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan anti korupsi memiliki beberapa manfaat signifikan. Pertama, melalui pendidikan ini, mahasiswa dapat memahami akar masalah korupsi dan dampak negatifnya terhadap pembangunan sosial dan ekonomi. Kedua, pendidikan anti korupsi membantu meningkatkan kesadaran moral dan etika di kalangan mahasiswa, yang pada gilirannya dapat membentuk karakter mereka menjadi agen perubahan yang bertanggung jawab. Ketiga, mahasiswa yang mendapatkan pendidikan anti korupsi dan memiliki kemampuan untuk melaporkan kejadian tersebut kepada pihak berwenang. Pentingnya pendidikan anti korupsi di kalangan mahasiswa juga dapat dilihat dari perspektif pemberdayaan masyarakat. Mahasiswa yang dilengkapi dengan pemahaman tentang korupsi dapat berperan aktif dalam kampanye anti korupsi di masyarakat, melibatkan diri dalam kegiatan sukarela, dan mendukung inisiatif pencegahan korupsi. Oleh karena itu, pemerintah, lembaga pendidikan, dan organisasi masyarakat perlu bekerja sama untuk mengintegrasikan kurikulum anti korupsi di perguruan tinggi dan memfasilitasi kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang mendukung nilai-nilai integritas. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pendidikan anti korupsi di kalangan mahasiswa bukan hanya tentang memberikan pengetahuan tentang korupsi, tetapi juga tentang membentuk sikap, nilai, dan komitmen untuk melawan praktik korupsi. Implementasi pendidikan anti korupsi di perguruan tinggi dapat berkontribusi secara signifikan dalam menciptakan budaya anti korupsi yang melekat dalam perilaku dan tindakan mahasiswa, membawa dampak positif dalam upaya pemberantasan korupsi secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Parenting plays a very significant role in children's social-emotional development. Supportive and responsive parenting can help children develop self-confidence, the ability to manage emotions, and good social skills. The main objective of this study is to explore the relationship between parenting and early childhood social emotional development. This research will use both qualitative and quantitative approaches through analysing data collected from interviews, questionnaires and observations. This research uses a descriptive case study approach to gain an in-depth understanding of the influence of parenting on early childhood social emotional development. Parenting has a very important role in shaping early childhood social-emotional development. In the context of this study, authoritative parenting, which emphasises a balance between strict control and emotional support, has been shown to contribute positively to children's well-being. Direct observations and questionnaire analyses revealed that parents who adopt authoritative parenting tend to create a supportive and safe environment for their children's development.

Abstract

Family counseling is an effort to help people through the process of interpersonal interaction between counselors and clients so that clients can make decisions, set goals and understand themselves and their environment in order to feel happy and be able to control their behavior effectively. The research method used is the library method, where information is collected from various literature sources such as books, scientific reports, and journal articles. Library research is used to collect relevant information from various sources to support the role of family counseling to improve communication and harmony in the family. The results of the study indicate that family counseling is an effort to help family members understand and resolve their internal dynamics. The objectives of this counseling include developing balance and harmony between family members, as well as improving communication and relationships within the family. Communication in the family is emphasized as an important foundation for maintaining healthy and harmonious relationships. Effective communication in the family includes the ability to respect each other, be clear in conveying messages, be empathetic, and humble. A harmonious family is characterized by a commitment to support and care for each other, provide enjoyable time together and incorporate principles, morals and spirituality into everyday life.

Abstract

The Kharisma Classroom is a website that supports students learning by allowing students to access materials anywhere and anytime using the internet. The use of the Kharisma Classroom website as a learning tool made researchers want to know the users level of satisfaction. To determine the level of user satisfaction on the Kharisma Classroom website, an analysis using the PIECES (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, Service) method was needed. Based on the variables from the PIECES method, the level of user satisfaction based on each variable was: Performance gets a score of 3.62, Information gets a score of 3.48, Economy gets a score of 3.83, Control gets a score of 3.6, Efficiency gets a score of 3.2, and Service obtained a value of 3.68. Based on the results of calculating the average satisfaction level for each variable in the PIECES method, it can be concluded that the average user was satisfied but still needs to make improvements in the future so that the Kharisma Classroom website service can be better.

Abstract

Reality counseling approach, reality counseling is self-regulation, and the impact of broken home families on students. It is an approach that focuses on the present and guides the counselee to face the reality of his life. The goal is to facilitate the counselee to achieve autonomy by taking responsibility for their decisions and actions. Techniques used include role-playing, humor, therapeutic confrontation, creation of a change plan, and affirmation of counseling boundaries. Self-regulation refers to the ability to manage thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to achieve desired goals. It involves the process of setting standards, conducting self-observation and evaluation, adjusting reactions to oneself, and conducting regular self-reflection. Self-regulation helps to increase students' independence, manage emotions, improve concentration, and build resilience and adaptability in different situations. A broken home family is a situation where there is disharmony between parents, which can be due to divorce, death of one of the parents, or other problems. The impact on students includes academic problems, behavior, sexual problems, and a greater need for emotional support. Counselors play an important role in helping students from broken homes to overcome their emotional challenges, build safe relationships, and provide the necessary support for self-regulation.

Abstract

Self-confidence can be developed through interaction with the environment. Adolescents who have high self-confidence are able to interact more easily with other people, while students who have low self-confidence are less able to interact with other people. Objective: The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between self-confidence and social interaction in early adolescents at SMP Negeri 1 Grujugan. Method: The design of this research is correlation with a cross-sectional approach. The population of this study was 189 respondents from grades 7 and 8. The sample for this study was 128 respondents. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The instrument in this research is a questionnaire. Results: From the research it was found that low self-confidence was 46.9%, moderate self-confidence was 33.6%, high self-confidence was 19.5%, low social interaction was 42.2%, medium social interaction was 45.3%, high social interaction was 12 .5%. The results of the Spearman's Rho statistical test with (ɑ = 0.05) showed a p value of 0.000. Conclusion: H1 is accepted, which means there is a relationship between self-confidence and social interaction in early adolescents at SMP Negeri 1 Grujugan, with moderate strength of the relationship (r = 0.404). High self-confidence plays an important role in creating high levels of social interaction for early adolescents.

Abstract

For his achievements in politics and education, Ki Hajar Dewantara is also known as a figure who came up with important ideas in Indonesian national education. Through the concept of "Tamansiswa", he promoted education based on Indonesian cultural and national values. His ideas about education are not only focused on the academic aspect, but also on the character and moral formation of students. Ki Hajar Dewantara encouraged that education should not only be done in schools, but also involve the role of the family. He emphasized the importance of the family as the first environment in shaping children's character. Ethical education became an integral part of his educational vision, where values such as manners, honesty, and respect for others were instilled early on. Establish the purpose of Ki Hadjar Dewantara's life journey and contribution to Indonesian national education. The research method used is the literature method, in which information is collected from various literature sources such as books, scientific reports, and journal articles. Literature research is used to gather relevant information from various sources to support the Influence of Family Education and the Growth of Budi Pekerti According to Ki Hajar Dewantara. . According to Ki Hadjar Dewantara, ethical education is not only about teaching theories of good and bad, but more about the daily practice of good behavior. His concept of education encompasses the five main principles in Pancadarma, which include independence, nationality, humanity, culture and nature. This approach aims to build a strong character, in accordance with Indonesian religious and cultural values.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk memeriksa penerapan RCCP dan TOC dalam perencanaan kapasitas produksi di Bengkel Cor Logam Sentosa Jaya. Latar belakang penelitian ini berasal dari tantangan dalam mengelola kapasitas produksi. Pendekatan penelitian kualitatif digunakan, dengan memanfaatkan metode pengumpulan data seperti observasi dan wawancara. Analisis RCCP mengungkapkan kelebihan kapasitas sebesar - 2% pada stasiun pengecoran, yang mengindikasikan kapasitas yang tidak mencukupi untuk memenuhi target produksi. Sementara itu, analisis TOC mengidentifikasi stasiun pengikiran dan pemolesan sebagai kendala utama dalam sistem produksi karena memiliki kapasitas maksimum terendah. Penerapan gabungan metode RCCP dan TOC terbukti efektif dalam menganalisis kendala di Bengkel Cor Logam Sentosa Jaya. Untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut, solusi yang paling efisien adalah menambahkan satu jam lembur bagi pekerja di kedua stasiun baik pengikiran dan pemolesan, sehingga meminimalkan penumpukan di stasiun pengecoran. Setelah kami melalukan pangambilan data dengan pemilik bengkel dan pengolahan data dengan menggunakan metode RCCP dan juga TOC solusi yang paling efektif adalah menambah 1 jam lembur setiap hari, sehingga total jam kerja menjadi 8-9 jam per hari. Penyesuaian ini akan meningkatkan kapasitas workstation pengikiran dan pemolesan dari 3715,2unit menjadi 5056,8unit dan pemolesan dari 3302,4unit menjadi 4179,6 unit.

Abstract

Understand the concept of accountability and supervision in the context of guidance and counseling, as well as to identify the requirements, forms, criteria, supporting factors, obstacles, implications, problems and solutions related to the implementation of accountability and supervision.  The research methodology used is the library method, where information is collected from various literary sources such as books, scientific reports and journal articles. Literature research is used to collect relevant information from various sources to support analysis of the concepts of accountability and supervision. The research results show that the concept of accountability and supervision in the context of guidance and counseling includes an understanding of responsibility to be accountable for performance or actions to the authorities. Accountability involves responsibility for performance results and services provided, while supervision involves monitoring and evaluation to ensure that organizational operations follow established procedures and guidelines. The implementation of accountability and supervision involves supporting and inhibiting elements as well as suggested solutions.
