Abstract

Organic waste easily emits horrible smells if not quickly processed. One way to process organic waste is by using an aerobic composter on a household scale. Organic waste processing has been socialized through the Department of Hygiene and Parks of Surabaya since 2002. This study aims to measure Jambangan village residents' participation rate in processing organic waste with composters. The method of this study is a survey of the Jambangan village residents that have installed the composters and have the space to place the composters. The data will then be analyzed with descriptive statistics. The data shows that Jambangan village residents' participation rate in processing organic waste with aerobic composters is very low. This is caused by a lack of knowledge and awareness among the public, combined with limited space availability. These factors contribute to the low participation rate of the community in organic waste processing. Keywords: composter,  jambangan village, participation, organic waste

Abstract

This research is field research with quantitative research methods. This research examines two variables, namely the independent variable Islamic personality and the dependent variable moral disengagement. The aim of this research is to find out how high the level of Islamic personality of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Kulonprogo students is. How high is the level of moral disengagement of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Kulonprogo students? How big is the influence of Islamic personality on moral disengagement among students at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Kulonprogo. The research subjects were 155 students of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Kulonprogo. Data was collected through a questionnaire that refers to the Islamic personality scale which has four dimensions and moral disengagement which has eight dimensions. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and product moment analysis. The research results show that the level of Islamic personality of MAN Kulonprogo students is at a very high level, namely 82.5% very high and 14% high. Meanwhile, the level of moral disengagement among MAN Kulonprogo students is at a very low level, namely 62.6% very low and 29% low. The relationship between Islamic personality and moral disengagement is known from the R value = -0.286. From the R2 value to R-Square which indicates an influence of 0.082 or 8.2%. From these results it can be concluded that the higher the level of Islamic personality in MAN students, the lower their level of moral disengagement will be. Abstrak Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini meneliti dua variabel, yaitu variabel bebas kepribadian Islami dan variabel terikat moral disengagement. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa tinggi tingkat kepribadian Islami siswa Madrasah Aliyah Kulonprogo, seberapa tinggi tingkat moral disengagement siswa Madrasah Aliyah Kulonprogo, dan seberapa besar pengaruh kepribadian Islami terhadap moral disengagement pada siswa Madrasah Aliyah Kulonprogo. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa-siswa Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Kulonprogo sebanyak 155 orang. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket yang mengacu kepada skala Islamic personality yang mempunyai empat dimensi dan moral disengagement yang mempunyai delapan dimensi. Data dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif dan analisis product moment. Hail penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepribadian Islami siswa MAN Kulonprogo berada pada tingkat sangat tinggi yaitu 82,5% sangat tinggi dan 14% tinggi. Sementara itu tingkat moral disengagement pada siswa MAN Kulonprogo berada pada tingkat sangat rendah yaitu 62,6% sangat rendah dan 29% rendah. Hubungan antara kepribadian Islami dengan moral disengagement diketahui dari nilai R= -0,286. Dari nilai R2 menjadi R-Square yang menandakan pengaruh sebesar 0,082 atau 8,2%. Dari hasil ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat kepribadian Islami pada siswa MAN, maka akan semakin turun tingkat moral disengagement pada mereka.

Abstract

Introduction to The Problem : The dichotomy between religious and general knowledge in Islamic education is fundamental. Islamic education programs must cover both domains to effectively nurture individuals proficient in Islamic teachings and have a broad understanding of public knowledge. Purpose : This study highlights the importance of integrating religious and general knowledge in Islamic education. It aims to underscore the importance of educational scholarship in promoting Islamic values and fostering competent Islamic educators. Design/methods/approach : This research utilizes a comprehensive literature review to explore the dichotomy between religious and general knowledge in Islamic education. Data collection, reduction, and analysis were conducted to provide insight into the challenges and opportunities faced by the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Keguruan in this regard. Findings The findings emphasize the importance of integrating Islamic education with general sciences to produce competent and fluent educators in Islamic teachings. Challenges such as incorporating technology and innovative learning methods are identified, along with suggestions to overcome them. Research implications/limitations : Here, you can explain characteristics of design or methodology that impacted or influenced the This study highlights the need for institutional collaboration, curriculum improvement, and teacher training to effectively integrate Islamic beliefs into the learning process. However, limitations may exist in the scope of the literature reviewed and the generalizability of the findings. Originality/value : By focusing on the intersection of religious and general knowledge in Islamic education, this research contributes to the ongoing discourse of educational reform in Islamic institutions. It underscores the importance of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement in promoting quality Islamic education relevant to contemporary society's needs.

Abstract

The purpose of this research analyzing Islamic education learning in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic from the perspective of Neuroscience. The development of the learning model of Islamic education and neuroscience in this modern era is in line with research on neuroscience in Islamic education discourse, which so far has only been understood as edentically with medical science, namely health in the brain. while Neuroscience is integrated with Islamic education in theological aspects (Alquran and hadith), historical, academic and theoretical. This research data is sourced through literature observations related to descriptions of scientific journals and examination of references to research works, both manually and digitally, which focus on discussing Islamic education learning in the new discourse of Neuroscience. This research is a literature study using qualitative methods. The results of the study prove that Neuroscience has traces in the field of Islamic education thought theologically has a Neorubiological basis in the Qur'an surah al-Alaq verses 15-16 with the keyword "nasyiyah" (crown), historically Neuroscience is closely related to Islamic philosophy, fiqh and ushul fiqh. Academically and theoretically related to the concept of 'Aql and Qolb in the Koran and hadith. Its derivatives gave rise to the hybridization of Neuroscience and Islamic education. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Menganalisis kebijakan yang digunakan sebagai dasar dalam implementasi SPMI SD Negeri 1 Sigaluh. 2) Menganalisis siklus implementasi SPMI di SD Negeri 1 Sigaluh. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Fokus penelitian bersifat holistik dalam keseluruhan situasi sosial SD Negeri 1 Sigaluh sebagai sekolah model SPMI LPMP Jawa Tengah, yang meliputi konteks tempat (place), pelaku (actor) dan aktifitas (activity) yang berinteraksi secara sinergis. Data dan informasi diperoleh dengan wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumen. Penelitian menggunakan teknik non- probability sampling sub teknik snowball sampling. Pengambilan data yang dimulai dari kepala sekolah dan guru, dilanjutkan dari Tim Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan Sekolah, segenap guru dan karyawan, didik, orang tua, komite sekolah pengawas sekolah, dan Tim Penjaminan Mutu Daerah. Analisis data dimulai dengan melakukan perpanjangan pengamatan, peningkatan ketekunan, triangulasi, analisis kasus negatif dan membercheck. Tahapan akhir analisis adalah data reduction, data display, dan conslusion drawing/verification. Dari hasil analisis dan pembahasan penelitian diambil kesimpulan bahwa: 1) SD Negeri 1 Sigaluh telah melaksanakan kebijakan mutu sebagai komitmen bersama warga sekolah dan stakeholder. 2) SD Negeri 1 Sigaluh melaksanakan SPMI dengan 5 (lima) siklus penjaminan mutu sebagaimana pasal 5 Permendikbud 28 Tahun 2016.

Abstract

This study explores the integration of e-learning media in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at SDN Somoitan from a neuroscience perspective. A qualitative case study approach was employed, involving in-depth interviews, classroom observations and supporting documents. Data analysis was conducted using a descriptive approach to illustrate the impact of e-learning on students' cognitive functions, particularly in the context of neuroplasticity, attention, and memory retention. The findings reveal that e-learning media incorporating visual and auditory elements positively impacts student participation. The use of videos, animations, and interactive quizzes helps students better understand the material, aligning with neuroplasticity principles that demonstrate the brain's ability to adapt through diverse learning experiences. However, the study also identifies challenges in implementing e-learning, including technological infrastructure limitations, such as unstable internet connections, and teachers' competency in integrating technology into the learning process. Despite these challenges, the school has made efforts to improve infrastructure and provide training to teachers to enhance their technical skills. This study offers valuable insights into how e-learning media can be optimized to improve student learning outcomes and provides strategic recommendations to address existing barriers. The study concludes that, despite the challenges, the effective implementation of e-learning media can have a significantly positive impact on the quality of education at SDN Somoitan.

Abstract

The stories within the Qashash al-Qur'an are incredibly captivating and leave a profound impression on those who contemplate them. Stories that carry profound wisdom have a remarkable ability to capture attention and stimulate the mind. Children enjoy listening to these stories as they embrace the values of Islamic education without feeling coerced. Examples include the stories of the prophets and narratives of past individuals, from which wisdom and lessons can be extracted from their life journeys. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, this article seeks to explore this phenomenon. It argues that in order to instill these important values within the souls of young children, an effective educational method is through the study of hypnoparenting from a neuropsychological perspective. As children prepare for sleep, their brain waves transition from beta to alpha, allowing information and messages conveyed during this time to be stored in their subconscious. The data and information embedded within the subconscious mind will subsequently influence the child's thoughts, behaviors, and emotions in the future.

Abstract

One of the most important qualities that prospective PAUD teachers must have to encourage the development of high-quality learning is professional competence. Using a literature review study approach, this study seeks to investigate and evaluate how the professional competence of future PAUD teachers contributes to improving teaching standards. This study collects and examines various related literature, such as Google Scholar, OpenKnwledge, Sage, and ScienceDirect. Focusing on literature published in the last 10 years, namely between 2015 and 2024. This study will be conducted in three stages, starting with a literature search using the keywords "professional competence of PAUD teachers", "prospective PAUD teacher competence", and "quality PAUD learning" through predetermined literature sources, which resulted in 50 articles. In the second stage, the researcher will analyze the collected references and select 21 papers that meet the inclusion criteria. The results of the study indicate that proficiency in educational technology, the application of developmentally appropriate pedagogical approaches, and mastery of learning materials are components of the professional competence of prospective PAUD teachers. In addition, professional training, formal education, and direct experience in the field can help improve this competence. The difficulties experienced by prospective PAUD teachers, such as limited access to resources and training, were also highlighted in this study. To ensure that their professional competence can meet the demands of efficient and enjoyable learning, this study suggests improving education and training programs for prospective PAUD teachers.   ABSTRAK Salah satu kualitas terpenting yang harus dimiliki oleh calon guru PAUD untuk mendorong pengembangan pembelajaran berkualitas tinggi adalah kompetensi profesional. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi tinjauan pustaka, penelitian ini berupaya untuk menyelidiki dan mengevaluasi bagaimana kompetensi profesional guru PAUD masa depan berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan standar pengajaran. Penelitian ini mengumpulkan dan meneliti berbagai literatur terkait, seperti Google Scholar, OpenKnwledge, Sage, dan ScienceDirect. Fokus pada literatur yang diterbitkan dalam kurun waktu 10 tahun terakhir yaitu antara 2015 dan 2024. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan dalam tiga tahap, diawali dengan pencarian literatur dengan menggunakan kata kunci “kompetensi professional guru PAUD”, “kompetensi calon guru PAUD”, dan “pembelajaran PAUD berkualitas” melalui sumber literatur yang telah ditentukan, yang menghasilkan 50 artikel. Pada tahap kedua, peneliti akan menganalisis referensi yang terkumpul dan memilih 21 makalah yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemahiran dalam teknologi pendidikan, penerapan pendekatan pedagogis yang sesuai dengan perkembangan, dan penguasaan materi pembelajaran merupakan komponen kompetensi profesional calon guru PAUD. Selain itu, pelatihan profesional, pendidikan formal, dan pengalaman langsung di bidang tersebut dapat membantu meningkatkan kompetensi ini. Kesulitan yang dialami oleh calon guru PAUD, seperti keterbatasan akses terhadap sumber daya dan pelatihan, juga disorot dalam penelitian ini. Untuk menjamin bahwa kompetensi profesional mereka dapat memenuhi tuntutan pembelajaran yang efisien dan menyenangkan, penelitian ini menyarankan peningkatan program pendidikan dan pelatihan bagi calon guru PAUD.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of technological innovation and work environment on employee performance at Tugu Perfect Farmers Group (KTGA), Division 1 PNDA Djuanda Sawit Lestari, with work discipline as an intervening variable. Technological innovation is expected to enhance efficiency and productivity, while a conducive work environment fosters employee motivation and job satisfaction. This research employs a quantitative approach, utilizing path analysis with SmartPLS 3, to examine the relationships between variables based on data collected from 63 employees through a structured questionnaire. The results indicate that technological innovation has a significant and positive impact on employee performance, both directly and indirectly through improved work discipline. Similarly, the work environment has a positive impact on performance, with work discipline serving as a significant mediator. The novelty of this study lies in its integrated examination of work discipline as a mediating variable in the agricultural and plantation sector. This area has remained underexplored in previous research. The findings underscore the importance of integrating technological advancements with a sup- portive work environment and strong work discipline to enhance performance outcomes. Practically, this study provides actionable insights for human resource management, particularly for plantation-based companies, to develop strategic interventions that focus on employee adaptability, discipline, and moti- vation. It contributes to the literature by emphasizing the role of organizational culture and behavioral factors in enhancing employee performance through digital transformation and workplace improvement.

Abstract

This research discusses the theological approach in Laesan Lasem art with a qualitative method of text study. The purpose of this research is to explore information about the theological elements and theological flow in Laesan Lasem art in relation to Islamic theology. The results showed that Laesan Lasem art has content that has a deep philosophical meaning and contains theological elements in it. There are at least two elements of Islamic theology in Laesan Lasem art, namely about God and humans. The discussion of God contains faith in Allah and the Messenger and also implies the attributes of God. The discussion about humans relates to how humans get closer to God and the position of humans before God and humans. The description of the elements of theology in Laesan Lasem art includes three important points; faith, charity, and freedom of will. These three points have the same understanding as the Ash'ariyah school. The theological approach to Laesan can show that art is not only a cultural expression, but can also be a contextual and effective medium of da'wah. Through this approach, Laesan is not only maintained as a cultural heritage, but also empowered to convey Islamic values ​​beautifully and down to earth.
