Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of contextual-based educational games in developing students' character and conceptual understanding of legal norms material in grade V at UPTD SD Negeri 5 Makmur. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. Research subjects included grade V teachers, school principals, colleagues, and 5 representative students from 33 grade V students. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model strengthened by NVivo 15 coding software. The results showed: (1) Implementation of educational games proceeded very well (91.5%) through systematic planning, implementation, and evaluation stages; (2) Students' discipline and responsibility character developed significantly from external to internal discipline; (3) Students' conceptual understanding improved in identifying, explaining, and applying legal norms although still limited to simple cases; (4) Student and teacher responses were very positive with high enthusiasm (96.8%) and active involvement. This research confirms the effectiveness of contextual-based educational games as learning innovation that integrates cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects in learning legal norms at elementary school.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of students' character building through the Ranup Lampuan dance and the Maulod Festival at Elementary School (ES) 01 Nisam and to analyze the values contained in the Ranup Lampuan dance and the Maulod Festival for the character building of students at ES 01 Nisam. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with an ethnographic approach. The research subjects are school principals, teachers, and students. Sources of data were obtained from primary data, namely data directly obtained from informants and also secondary or supporting data (documentation of student activities). Data analysis used 1) domain analysis; 2) taxonomic analysis; 3) componential analysis; and 4) cultural theme analysis. The research findings are 1) The implementation of student character formation through the Ranup Lampuan dance is part of extracurricular activities, in which the activity is guided by the teacher. while the Kenduri Maulod tradition is a celebration in commemoration of the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad SAW which is held in the month of Rabi’ul Awal to Rabi'ul Akhir. At ES 01 Nisam, the Kenduri Maulod celebration is carried out with various activities such as Dzikee and praying together; and 2) in the Ranup Lampuan dance there are several character values such as respect values, creative values, responsibility values, and cultural values. Meanwhile, in the Kenduri Maulod tradition, there are character values, namely the value of Islamic Ukhuwah, exemplary values, religious values, and social values.

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of communication and leadership on employee performance at SAMSAT Bireuen. The research involved all office employees, namely 40 people. The research uses survey methods and questionnaires as data collection techniques for analysis using regression and correlation procedures. From the research results, it was found that communication and leadership variables had a positive influence on the performance of SAMSAT Bireuen office employees

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the implementation of the Government Agency Performance Accountability System (SAKIP) policy in the Aceh Regency Government. The problem of this research is the demand for bureaucratic reform that mandates all government agencies to achieve a minimum SAKIP implementation category of B or good, whereas the SAKIP implementation category of the Central Aceh Regency Government has not yet achieved a good score and is still in the CC category (less good). Additionally, the low accountability score of the Regency Government is accompanied by low results from the Integrity Assessment Survey (SPI), which is still in the vulnerable category, thereby impacting the high poverty rate in Central Aceh Regency and the failure to achieve regional macro indicators in improving community welfare. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with research instruments being documentation studies and interviews. The research results show that the four aspects that must be met in the implementation of the SAKIP policy in the Central Aceh Regency Governmentnamely policy accuracy, implementation accuracy, target accuracy, and environmental accuracyare all inadequate. This is due to obstacles from interest factors, cultural factors, benefit principles, implementing apparatus factors, and budget factors, compounded by the lack of commitment from organizational leaders. The efforts made by the Aceh Tengah District Government to improve the implementation value of SAKIP include forming a district SAKIP team. The research recommendations suggest that the Aceh Tengah District Government should instruct regional apparatuses, within their authority, to formulate technical policies related to SAKIP, such as technical policies for performance planning, performance measurement, and performance reporting within the Aceh Tengah District Government. Additionally, they should enhance the quality of SAKIP implementation from the district government level to the regional apparatus in aspects of strategic planning, performance agreements, performance measurement, performance data management, performance reporting, as well as review and evaluation. They should set annual targets for improving SAKIP implementation by increasing coaching for the targeted regional apparatus to be ready to implement SAKIP more effectively at the district government level. Furthermore, they should improve public perception and community satisfaction by increasing the publication of all SAKIP documents through online media and providing online facilities for feedback and suggestions to enhance the district government's SAKIP. They should also improve the competence of implementing officials by conducting SAKIP-related training and increasing the budget for SAKIP socialization for all stakeholders, as well as conducting regular monitoring and evaluation of SAKIP based on the efforts made by all regional apparatuses.

Abstract

The purpose of the service is to support the realization of sustainable food in Bueng Pageu Village, Blang Bintang Sub-District, Aceh Besar District. The activity is through increasing the capacity of farmers and PPLs with the technology of making solid and liquid compost easily and simply. The method used is a field school that involves the participation of farmers and PPLs directly who were previously given training on the technique of making solid and liquid compost and how to use it. The results of the activity showed that there has been an increase in the knowledge capacity of farmers in the manufacture and application of solid and liquid compost fertilizers reaching 52.87%. The decomposition process in producing solid compost takes 4 weeks, the results obtained are around 1200 kg with a potential economic value of Rp. 3,120,000 and 50 L of liquid compost with an economic value of Rp. 1,750,000. Making compost from agricultural waste and household waste can increase the community's revenue while overcoming health problems and environmental aesthetic value.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) menguraikan implementasi nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter berbasis islami di Sekolah Dasar, (2) menguraikan kendala yang dihadapi dalam implementasi nilainilai pendidikan karakter berbasis islami di Sekolah Dasar, (3) menguraikan upaya yang dilakukan kepala sekolah dan guru dalam meningkatakan implementasi nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter berbasis islami di Sekolah Dasar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Tempat atau lokasi penelitian dilakukan di SD Negeri 06 Juli Kabupaten Bireuen. Teknik pengumpulan data, yaitu: observasi, wawancara mendalam, studi dokumentasi. Teknik pemeriksaan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: (1) implementasi nilai-nilai karakter berbasis islami di SD Negeri 06 Juli dilakukan melalui program-program sekolah, antara lain budaya 5S, berdoa sebelum dan sesudah belajar, kegiatan membaca asmaul husna, program yasinan setiap hari jumat, sedekah jumat, sholat dhuha dan memperingati hari-hari besar keagamaan, (2) dalam implementasi nilai-nilai karakter bebasis islami ada beberapa kendala yang dihadapi pada SD Negeri 06 Juli yaitu motivasi siswa yang rendah, siswa kurang percaya diri, adanya pengaruh IPTEK dan kurangya kerjasama pihak sekolah dengan orang tua, (3) Untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi dalam pembentukan nilai-nilai karakter islami, ada beberapa upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru yaitu dengan melalui figur, melalui kegiatan intrakurikuler dan melalui pesan-pesan moral.

Abstract

Pesatnya kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan menuntut setiap peserta didik untuk mempunyai kemampuan baca dan tulis yang baik, sehingga dapat tercapai tujuan agar peserta didik mempunyai pengetahuan yang cukup, kompetitif, dan mengikuti perkembangan zaman. Membaca merupakan kegiatan melihat tulisan bacaan dan proses memahami isi teks dengan bersuara atau dalam hati. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan di Gampong Meunasah Meucat Kabupaten Aceh Utara, dengan mitra kegiatan adalah komunitas baca Rangkang Pustaka dengan jumlah 50 orang peserta. Pelaksanan kegiatan PKM ini berbentuk pelatihan berupa pembelajaran literasi menggunakan metode Read Aloud dan juga kegiatan mewarnai gambar untuk melatih kreatifitas peserta. Metode Read Aloud membantu anak melatih keterampilan menyimak, menambah perbendaharaan kata, bercerita ulang, mengolah infrmasi, dan terjalin interaksi yang baik antara pendengar dengan pencerita. Pada proses kegiatan mewarnai peserta didik berlatih untuk mengembangkan daya imajinasi dalam melakukan perpaduan warna yang sesuai dengan gambar, melatih keterampilan motorik halus peserta didik, kesabaran serta keterampilan mengambil keputusan dalam hal ini terkait dengan penentuan warna. Berdasarkan hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendidikan literasi menggunakan metode Read Aloud untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menyimak peserta dan seni kreatif pada kegiatan mewarnai meninjau aktivitas pembelajaran literasi 90% dan mewarnai 90 % dengan kategori sangat baik

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap peningkatan mutu pendidikan di sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi multi kasus yang melibatkan dua sekolah dasar sebagai subjek penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dengan kepala sekolah, guru, dan staf administrasi, serta dokumentasi terkait. Analisis data dilakukan secara induktif untuk mengidentifikasi pola dan tema yang berkaitan dengan implementasi kepemimpinan transformasional dan dampaknya terhadap kualitas pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional yang diterapkan oleh kepala sekolah berperan signifikan dalam meningkatkan motivasi guru, mengembangkan kompetensi profesional, serta menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kolaboratif dan inovatif. Selain itu, ditemukan bahwa kepemimpinan yang efektif dapat membantu sekolah mencapai peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Namun, implementasi kepemimpinan transformasional berbeda di setiap sekolah, tergantung pada konteks dan karakteristik masing-masing. Kesimpulannya, kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah merupakan faktor kunci dalam mencapai peningkatan mutu pendidikan di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bagi pengembangan program pelatihan kepemimpinan bagi kepala sekolah untuk mendukung peningkatan kualitas pendidikan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Komunikasi Interpersonal yang terjadi antara pedagang tradisonal pada awalnya melalui tahapan kontak yang di lakukan oleh pedagang tradisonal khusus nya di Kabuapten Bireuen dengan memberikan sapaan menayakan kabar ramah berjabat tangan. Kemudian adanya keterlibatan hubungan dalam percakapan transaksi jual beli maupun keterlibatan percakapan di luar urusan menjual dan membeli. Pada tahap terakhir terbinanya keakraban diantara pedagang dan pembeli yang ditunjukan dengan kedekatan emosional. Dimana terjalainya hubungan kekeluargaan bukan hanya sekedar menjual dan membeli semata. Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk memahami dan menganalisa komunikasi interpersonal yang di lakukan oleh pedagang tradisonal di pasar yang meliputi proses komunikasi keterlibatan dan keakraban hubungan yang terjalin antara pedagang tradisonal dalam menjaga loyalitas dari pelanggannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data di peroleh melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Narasumber dalam penelitian ini adalah pedagang dan pelanggan di pasar tradisonal Kabupaten Bireuen.
