Abstract

Today's younger generation tends to embrace freedom in their pursuits while actively developing their skills. This study investigates the factors influencing Indonesian students' intentions to become entrepreneurs from Islamic personality and entrepreneurial self-efficacy. The research examines how Islamic personality and self-belief in entrepreneurial abilities impact students' desire to start their own businesses. Universities are increasingly equipping students with entrepreneurial skills to foster job creation. By employing quantitative methods, for minimum sampling, use the green method, including a survey of 195 students, ANOVA for hypothesis testing, and a multiple linear regression equation to get a model. The study found a correlation between Islamic personality, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial intentions, with the biggest correlation between entrepreneurial self-efficacy with entrepreneurial intention. The results suggest that individuals with a stronger Islamic personality and greater confidence in their entrepreneurial capabilities are more likely to pursue entrepreneurship. The biggest impact from each dimension of each variable is syahadah from Islamic personality, build a relationship with the investor from entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and plan to start from entrepreneurial intention.

Abstract

Abstract. Employee loyalty is a crucial factor that contributes to the stability and continuity of company operations. This study aims to determine how job satisfaction, compensation, employee loyalty, the effect of job satisfaction and compensation on employee loyalty simultaneously and partially. The research method used is using a quantitative approach with descriptive and verification analysis. The object of this research is the employees of PT Dongseo Indonesia. The data collection technique was obtained from a questionnaire (questionnaire) and data processing using the IBM SPSS version 26 program application. The conclusions of this study are (i) the job satisfaction variable is classified in the very good category as measured by the dimensions of work, working conditions, appropriate pay, and coworkers, (ii) the compensation variable is classified in the very good category as measured by the dimensions of financial and non-financial compensation, (iii) the employee loyalty variable is classified in the very good category as measured by the dimensions of obeying the rules, responsibility to the company, and willingness to cooperate, (iv) job satisfaction affects employee loyalty, (v) compensation affects employee loyalty, and (vi) job satisfaction and compensation affect employee loyalty. Abstrak. Loyalitas karyawan merupakan faktor krusial yang berkontribusi pada stabilitas dan keberlangsungan operasi perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kepuasan kerja, kompensasi, loyalitas karyawan, pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan kompensasi terhadap loyalitas karyawan secara simultan dan parsial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif. Objek penelitian ini merupakan karyawan PT Dongseo Indonesia. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh dari kuesioner (angket) dan pengolahan data menggunakan aplikasi program IBM SPSS versi 26. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah (i) variabel kepuasan kerja tergolong dalam kategori sangat baik yang diukur dengan dimensi pekerjaan, kondisi kerja, upah yang pantas, dan rekan kerja, (ii) variabel kompensasi tergolong dalam kategori sangat baik yang diukur dengan dimensi kompensasi finansial dan non-finansial, (iii) variabel loyalitas karyawan tergolong dalam kategori sangat baik yang diukur dengan dimensi taat peraturan, tanggung jawab pada perusahaan, dan kemauan untuk bekerja sama, (iv) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas karyawan, (v) kompensasi berpengarub terhadap loyalitas karyawan, dan (vi) kepuasan kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas karyawan.

Abstract

Abstract. Employee work effectiveness is an important aspect for companies in supporting the development and achievement of predetermined goals. However, many companies face challenges in ensuring that employees can work optimally. This study aims to determine the description of work discipline, supervision, and work effectiveness, and to obtain an overview of how much influence work discipline and supervision have on work effectiveness in employees of the Secretariat of the West Java Provincial Environmental Service. The type of research method used in this study is a descriptive and verification method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses a non-probability method using a saturated sampling technique. The data collection technique uses field research by collecting data through interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. The object of this study was the employees of the Secretariat of the West Java Provincial Environmental Service with a sample size of 35 respondents. Data analysis was carried out with the help of the SPSS 25 computer program. The classical assumption test was used to ensure data quality, and validity and reliability tests were carried out to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the research instrument. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that the variables of work discipline, supervision and work effectiveness were very high. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, it shows that work discipline and supervision partially and simultaneously have a significant positive effect on work effectiveness. Abstrak. Efektivitas kerja pegawai merupakan aspek penting bagi perusahaan dalam mendukung perkembangan serta pencapaian tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Namun, banyak perusahaan menghadapi tantangan dalam memastikan para pegawai dapat bekerja secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tentang disiplin kerja, pengawasan, dan efektivitas kerja, serta mendapatkan gambaran seberapa besar pengaruh disiplin kerja dan pengawasan terhadap efektivitas kerja pada pegawai Sekretariat Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Provinsi Jawa Barat. Jenis metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik sampling menggunakan metode non-probability dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan penelitian lapangan dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara, kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi. Objek penelitian ini adalah pegawai sekretariat Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Provinsi Jawa Barat dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 35 responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan bantuan program komputer SPSS 25. Uji asumsi klasik digunakan untuk memastikan kualitas data, dan uji validitas serta uji reliabilitas dilakukan untuk memastikan ketepatan dan konsistensi instrumen penelitian. Hasil dari analisis deskriptif menunjukan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja, pengawasan dan efektivitas kerja sangat tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukan bahwa disiplin kerja dan pengawasan secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi guru madrasah dan mengidentifikasi nilai-nilai Profil Pelajar Pancasila dalam kegiatan di madrasah. Focus utama dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini mengenalkan Profil Pelajar Pancasila bagi guru madrasah yang kemudian diimplementasikan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Metode pengabdian terdiri dari tahap persiapan, perancangan kegiatan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa integrasi nilai Profil Pelajar Pancasila sudah terinternalisasi dalam proses pembelajaran di madrasah. Kegiatan pengabdian ini memberikan dampak positif bagi guru madrasah dalam membentuk karakter siswa dan terjadinya ikatan antara pihak madrasah dengan Masyarakat sekitar.

Abstract

Abstrak. Dunia kerja kini dituntut membangun kinerja karyawan yang tinggi untuk pengembangan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran promosi jabatan, disiplin kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan PT PINDAD (Persero) Bandung. Menurut Adi, dkk (2019)yang menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Dari Promosi Jabatan Dan  Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 40 responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, Uji f, Uji t, dan koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa promosi jabatan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta promosi jabatan dan disiplin kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil koefisien determinasi (R₂) sebesar 0,362 atau 36,2%. Artinya Kinerja Karyawan dipengaruhi oleh Promosi Jabatan dan Disiplin Kerja sebesar 36,2%. Sedangkan sisanya 0,638 atau 63,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor dan variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti oleh peneliti saat ini. Abstract. The world of work is now required to build high employee performance for company development. This study aims to find out how the description of promotion, work discipline and employee performance at PT PINDAD (Persero) Bandung. According to Adi, et al., (2019) which states that there is a positive and significant effect of promotion and work discipline on employee performance. This research uses descriptive and verification methods using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 40 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. Data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, f test, t test, and the coefficient of determination. Based on the results of this study indicate that promotion partially has a significant effect on employee performance, work discipline partially has a significant effect on employee performance, and promotion and work discipline simultaneously affect employee performance. The result of the coefficient of determination (R₂) is 0.362 or 36.2%. This means that employee performance is influenced by promotion and work discipline by 36.2%. While the remaining 0.638 or 63.8% is influenced by other factors and variables not examined by the current researcher.

Abstract

Figuring out what motivates Gen Z is interesting since it means that learning techniques and goals must be in line with what makes Gen Z special. This study seeks to delineate the framework of students' motivational variables in lecture activities, grounded in McClelland's theory of wants, which encompasses the need for accomplishment, power, and affiliation. The research was performed on students enrolled in the Management Study Program at Bandung Islamic University, employing a quantitative methodology and the Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) technique. Data were gathered via a questionnaire employing a Likert scale, administered to 89 respondents picked through a simple random sample method. The analysis reveals four primary factors that affect students' learning motivation: (1) Achievement-Oriented with Social Control, indicating a drive to enhance performance, obtain feedback, and derive satisfaction from accomplishments; (2) Powerful Achievement, reflecting a desire to lead, assume responsibility, and confront challenges; (3) Social-Collaborative, encompassing the need for acceptance, social interaction, and collaboration; and (4) Achievement with Competitive Drive, focused on reaching objectives and fostering competition. These four factors account for 61.812% of the overall variance in student learning motivation. The findings of this study present a student motivation profile characterized as a "Collaborative Achiever," who seeks academic success through social cohesion rather than individual rivalry. These findings present strategic alternatives for the implementation of higher education, including the utilization of problem-based teaching approaches tailored for small cohorts of Generation Z students.

Abstract

Career transitions, such as job transfers, present significant psychological and professional challenges for employees. A person’s career adaptability, which encompasses concern, control, curiosity, and confidence in managing career transitions, is crucial for sustaining performance and well-being in dynamic work environments. Emotional intelligence (EI) has been highlighted as an important aspect in allowing successful adaption during such shifts, as it enhances individuals' capacity for flexibility and self-regulation—core components of career adaptability. is described as the ability to notice, analyze, manage, and regulate emotions. Numerous studies have explored EI and career adaptability separately; limited research has specifically examined their relationship within the context of transferred employees. This study investigates the impact of EI on career adaptability among transferred employees—individuals who often face significant professional and psychological adjustments due to organizational relocation or role changes among employees of the West Java & Banten Regional Division of Perum Perhutani. Employing a quantitative approach with descriptive and verification analysis, data were collected from 77 transferred employees using structured questionnaires. EI was measured using Goleman's EI Theory, while career adaptability was tested using Savickas' Career Adapt-Abilities Scale. Statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS 22.0. The results indicate that both EI and career adaptability levels are generally high among participants, with average scores of 82.4% and 82.9%, respectively. Regression study shows a moderate but statistically significant positive connection between EI and career adaptability, with EI accounts for 69.8% of the variance in career adaptability. These findings emphasize the significance of developing EI as a strategic asset in enabling employee transitions and improving adaptive career behaviors.

Abstract

Despite growing concern over environmental issues, the psychological mechanisms that translate awareness into sustainable entrepreneurial action remain underexplored. This study explores the relationship between environmental awareness and sustainable entrepreneurship intentions, focusing on the mediating role of personal values. A quantitative survey was conducted among 175 entrepreneurship students in West Java, Indonesia, using structural equation modelling (SEM). The results reveal that personal values significantly mediate the relationship between environmental awareness and sustainable entrepreneurship intentions. Specifically, individuals with strong biospheric and altruistic value orientations exhibit a more pronounced link between environmental concern and entrepreneurial intent. Furthermore, the study demonstrates the effectiveness of SEM in capturing complex psychological dynamics within sustainability-focused entrepreneurship research. Although geographically limited, this study provides a valuable methodological contribution and serves as a reference point for future investigations in emerging market contexts. These findings highlight the importance of integrating value-based components into entrepreneurship education to foster deeper and more sustainable engagement. By addressing a notable gap in current literature, particularly in developing economies, the study offers actionable insights for educators, policymakers, and program designers seeking to promote sustainable entrepreneurship through personal value development.
