The human resource factor as an implementing element really needs attention, because employees are the main element of the state apparatus which carries out government tasks in order to achieve national goals. However, it is still found that the performance of government agencies needs improvement, such as the Malinau Regency National Unity and Political Agency. This research will analyze seven employee performance indicators and the efforts that have been made to improve employee performance. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques based on the results of interviews, observations and documentation as primary data. Furthermore, secondary data comes from scientific journals accessed online and books related to employee performance management. The data obtained was studied based on employee performance management theory which is based on seven performance indicators. The research results found that the performance analysis was as follows: (1) the elements have attempted to realize governance that is oriented towards public services; (2) elements of employee targets by understanding and implementing basic tasks and functions; (3) standard elements with employee performance targets; and (4) and the element of feedback through staff review instruments. These four elements have been implemented well. As for other elements; (5) tools/facilities are not yet adequate due to limited means of transportation; (6) the competency element is still dominated by employees with elementary-high school graduates as much as 55%; and (7) the element of employee motive because they are comfortable with the status of a civil servant, and opportunities for advancement in their career path are still minimal. It can be said that this has not been implemented well. This has an impact on the lack of performance innovation and employee career paths which are still static. Efforts have been made to increase employee competency through study permits for higher education, technical guidance, training, preparation of coordination meeting schedules, assessments in each regional organization as well as exemplary employees, and cooperation between agencies.

The implementation of computer networks in the industrial era 4.0 has become important for increasing productivity and efficiency in various sectors. However, there are still many people who do not understand this technology. Therefore, this community service activity aims to increase people's awareness and ability to use computer networks. This activity was carried out by providing education and socialization to the community through online and offline tutoring. The results of the activity show that the community has increased their knowledge and skills in using computer networks. This activity also helps increase public awareness of the importance of technology in the industrial era 4.0.

Penelitian ini menciptakan suatu model analisis dan perancangan sistem manajemen Hak Kekayaan Intelektual (HAKI) dan Pusat Studi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan hak cipta, hak paten, dan kekayaan intelektual lainnya. Melalui pendekatan ini, penelitian bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan proses manajemen HAKI serta menyediakan infrastruktur untuk Pusat Studi yang berfokus pada penelitian dan pengembangan. Metodologi penelitian mencakup analisis kebutuhan, pengumpulan data, dan desain sistem yang terintegrasi. Model analisis dirancang untuk memahami kerangka kerja peraturan dan kebijakan HAKI, sementara perancangan sistem ditujukan untuk menciptakan platform yang dapat mengelola pendaftaran, pemantauan, dan perlindungan terhadap kekayaan intelektual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model analisis dan perancangan sistem manajemen HAKI dapat mempercepat proses administratif, meminimalkan risiko pelanggaran HAKI, dan meningkatkan pengelolaan kekayaan intelektual. Selain itu, Pusat Studi yang terintegrasi mampu mendukung kegiatan riset dan pengembangan serta menjadi pusat informasi yang berharga bagi stakeholders terkait. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan strategi manajemen HAKI yang lebih terencana dan sistematis. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa implementasi model analisis dan perancangan sistem ini dapat menjadi landasan bagi institusi atau organisasi yang ingin memperkuat perlindungan HAKI dan mendukung kegiatan Pusat Studi secara efektif. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pelaksanaan pelayanan publik dibidang pendidikan nonformal pada SPNF Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar (SKB) Kabupaten Berau, serta menyusun rekomendasi pelayanan publik dibidang pendidikan nonformal pada SPNF Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar (SKB) Kabupaten Berau. Penelitian ini menggunakan lima dimensi kualitas pelayanan publik yang dikemukakan oleh Parasuraman yaitu dimensi tangibles (fisik), dimensi reliability (keandalan), dimensi responsiveness (daya tanggap), dimensi assurance (jaminan) dan dimensi empathy (empati). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pelayanan publik dilihat dari dimensi Tangible (berwujud) dengan indikator yang terdiri dari penampilan, kenyamanan, kemudahan, sarana dan prasarana, serta penggunaan alat bantu yang telah diterapkan ada ditemukan hasil bahwa indikator kenyamanan masih belum terpenuhi, hal ini dapat terlihat dari penjelasan yang menyatakan bahwa tempat pelayanan belum terpisah akan tetapi masih menyatu dengan ruang pegawai SPNF SKB sehingga hal tersebut menyebabkan warga belajar kurang nyaman, karena ruang pelayanan menjadi sempit dan terlihat tidak rapi. Namun pada dimensi reability, responsiveness, asurance dan empathy dapat dikatakan sudah baik. Selanjutnya dapat disimpulkan terkait kualitas pelayanan publik yang ada di UPT SPNF SKB dengan menggunakan 5 dimensi kualitas pelayanan publik yang dikemukakan oleh warga belajar dapat dikatakan bahwa kualitas pelayanan publik di UPT SPNF SKB Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Berau sudah baik.

This study aims to analyze the influence of green hiring, green training, and green compensation, as well as the mediating role of green performance management system on innovative work behaviour of education personnel and educators at Wijaya Kusuma University, Surabaya (UWKS). This study is a causal study with a quantitative approach. Data collection using questionnaires distributed to 225 education personnel and educators, which were then analyzed using SEM PLS. The results of the study prove that green hiring, green training, and green compensation have a significant positive effect on the innovative work behaviour of educational staff and educators at UWKS. green performance management system also has a mediating role in the influence of green hiring, green training, and green compensation on innovative work behaviour.

Manajemen inventaris barang di lingkungan kampus adalah komponen penting dalam administrasi Universitas Widya Kartika. Metode konvensional seperti pencatatan manual dengan kertas sering kali rentan terhadap kesalahan, tidak efisien, dan sulit dalam melacak perubahan inventaris. Perangkat teknologi informasi dapat menunjang sistem manajemen inventaris yang lebih signifikan. Rancang bangun Sistem Informasi Manajemen Inventaris Barang (SIMIB) berbasis web sebagai solusi untuk membantu operasional manual. Pengembangan Sistem ini menggunakan metode SDLC model Waterfall. Hasil pengujian black box menunjukkan bahwa SIMIB telah memenuhi seluruh kebutuhan pengguna. Demikian pula secara fungsional system dan dari hasil penerimaan pengguna berdasarkan umpan balik responden menyatakan bahwa fitur atau modul yang tersedia mencapai hasil yang signifikan, dengan tingkat kepuasan sebesar 81,42%.

Knowledge about medicine must be possessed by all levels of society. The widespread distribution of counterfeit medicines and errors in using DAGUSIBU medicines have become one of the efforts to increase public knowledge in using and managing medicines. This community service aims to provide DAGUSIBU education to the community, especially women from the Women's Farmers Group (KWT) in Krajan Village, to increase community knowledge about the correct (rational) use of medicines and procedures for storing and disposing of medicines that have been damaged or expired correctly. The method used in this service is to increase knowledge about the Use of Storing and Disposing of Medicines (DAGUSIBU). With this outreach, it is hoped that knowledge of drug use will be increased. Participants in this extension were given material about DAGUSIBU directly and supported with props in the form of medicine as an example of the application of DAGUSIBU in active discussions. The output of this service shows an increase in the knowledge of counseling participants about drugs through DAGUSIBU. Therefore, this outreach needs to be continued to monitor and improve cadres as good information agents to the general public, especially in Krajan Village.

Kuliah Kerja Nyata merupakan proses pembelajaran mahasiswa melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan berbagai bentuk program kerja. Salah satu kegiatan dalam KKN ini ialah memberikan pelatihan penerapan Akuntansi Rumah tangga di Desa Bugel, Kecamatan Polokarto, Kabupaten Sukoharjo, Provinsi Jawa Tengah.Metode yang dilakukan pada pelatihan berupa metode pendampingan. Analisis permasalahan dari ibu-ibu PKK di Desa Bugel berfokus pada pendampingan dalam pengenalan laporan keuangan laba/rugi. Analisis tersebut menghasilkan penyelesaian masalah berupa melakukan sosialisasi penerapan pembukuan agar dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan pada Ibu-ibu PKK untuk menyusun pembukuan di kegiatan usahanya berbentuk kertas kerja laporan laba rugi sektor dagang untuk mendapatkan informasi keuangan yang akurat. Hasil dari pelatihan ini dengan menggunakan metode pendampingan penyelesaian masalah yang dihadapi dapat diharapkan sebagai bantuan untuk menyelesaikan masalah Ibu-ibu PKK mengenai pentingnya akuntansi keuangan Rumah Tangga dalam melakukan pencatatan pembukuan sederhana. Penerapan akuntansi menjadi hal yang penting untuk diterapkan dalam pengelolaan keuangan rumah tangga. Jika suatu rumah tangga telah menerapkan akuntansi dalam mengelola keuangan rumah tangganya, maka keuangan menjadi lebih terkelola dengan baik. Kata Kunci: KKN, Pelatihan, penerapan akuntansi AbstractCommunity Service Lecture is a student learning process through community service activities with various forms of work programs. One of the activities in this KKN is to provide training in the application of Household Accounting in Bugel Village, Polokarto District, Sukoharjo Regency, Central Java Province. The method used in the training is a mentoring method. Analysis of problems from PKK mothers in Bugel Village focuses on mentoring in introducing financial statements of profit/loss. The analysis resulted in a solution to the problem in the form of socializing the application of bookkeeping in order to increase knowledge for PKK mothers to prepare bookkeeping in their business activities in the form of a working paper for a profit and loss report in the trading sector to obtain accurate financial information. The results of this training using the method of mentoring the resolution of problems faced can be expected as assistance to solve the problems of PKK mothers regarding the importance of Household financial accounting in recording simple bookkeeping. The application of accounting is important to apply in managing household finances. If a household has implemented accounting in managing its household finances, then the finances will be better managed.Keywords: KKN, training, implemented accounting.

This Community Partnership Empowerment Program is carried out by the implementing team with CV Diwarna Partners who produce Socks and embroidery products for institutional attributes. In conditions where the production process can be completed quickly and abundantly, it requires efficient and healthy marketing, production and financial management. Partners' priority issues relate to marketing access, productivity, and readiness in the digital ecosystem. For this reason, the ability to increase production is directed by planning and market segmentation. Digital marketing strategies can be used to strengthen market segmentation and reach a wider market. The purpose of this program is to increase the role of Information Technology in marketing and production management. The method of implementation includes socialization, training, application of information technology, mentoring and evaluation. The results obtained are in the form of support for inventory information system applications and digital marketing, as well as increasing the ability and digital literacy of leaders and employees in using these applications.
