Abstract

This study aims to analyze the adequacy of Indonesia's positive law in addressing the criminal offenses related to the misuse of deepfake porn technology. As information and communication technology continues to advance significantly, many people utilize these technological developments for beneficial purposes. However, these advancements have also contributed to the rise of new forms of cybercrime, such as deepfake porn a manipulated video or photo containing pornographic content. The normative juridical technique used in this study includes secondary data analysis and literature review. Despite laws targeting the use of pornographic content on websites, such as the Criminal Code, Law Number 44 of 2008 on Pornography, Law Number 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection, and Law Number 1 of 2024 (Second Amendment to Law Number 11 of 2008 on Information and Electronic Transactions), the findings show that Indonesia's current legal framework is insufficient to effectively prosecute deepfake porn offenders. The absence of precision in these legal laws regarding deepfake porn reveals serious weaknesses in the criminal law policy of the nation.

Abstract

The health of pregnant women is one of the national health indicators. The Center for Indonesian Medical Students' Activities (CIMSA) considers that the health figures for pregnant women in Indonesia cannot be categorized as good. So early detection of pregnancy complications can be used as an effort to prevent complications in pregnancy. The still high maternal mortality rate (MMR) and infant mortality rate (IMR) can be caused by several factors, one of which is the lack of optimal antenatal care and low maternal knowledge about danger signs in pregnancy. Pregnant women's knowledge about danger signs in pregnancy is one of the factors that can influence pregnant women at high risk of experiencing danger signs in pregnancy. The main causes of maternal death, namely preeclampsia, bleeding and infection, can be prevented if the signs are recognized early. These signs are known as danger signs of pregnancy. Therefore, pregnant mothers should learn more about the danger signs of pregnancy. The aim of this activity is to increase mothers' knowledge about the danger signs of pregnancy. This activity was carried out at TBMB Hj. Mardiawati on September 5 2020. The target of this activity is pregnant women who are pregnant women who are at TBMB Hj. Mardiawati. The methods used in this community service activity include counseling, discussion, Javanese questions. After counseling, pregnant women understand and know about the danger signs in pregnancy.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan usaha serta implementasi digitalisasi pemasaran pada UKM Minyak Klentik dan VCO di desa Karangrejo Kebumen. Kegiatan ini merupakan pendampingan tim PKM Universitas Putra Bangsa Kebumen dengan metode focus group discussion, penyuluhan, dan pendampingan usaha setelah melakukan observasi permasalahan. UMKM saat ini menjadi perhatian yang sangat baik bagi pembangunan karena terbukti memberikan kontribusi terhadap perekonomian, misalnya membuka lapangan kerja, yang otomatis mengurangi pengangguran dan dapat meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat. Salah satunya adalah usaha di Desa Karangrejo, Kecamatan Petanahan, Kabupaten Kebumen, Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Merupakan usaha minyak goreng dengan merk “Klentik” di desa Karangrejo yang memproduksi minyak klentik dan minyak VCO untuk kecantikan dan kesehatan dengan merk Kalappa. Usaha ini berdiri sejak tahun 2009 dan telah memiliki P-IRT dan logo Halal dari MUI. Hal ini sangat berpengaruh terhadap proses branding produk yang telah didaftarkan. Hasil penjualan masih dapat ditingkatkan, namun pemasaran yang dilakukan selama ini masih cenderung konvensional sehingga pemasaran baru dapat mencakup wilayah Kabupaten Kebumen. Di sisi lain, sistem promosi juga perlu ditingkatkan dari model konvensional dan penawaran melalui media sosial ke bentuk yang lebih dinamis dengan menggunakan aplikasi E-MARKET, yang juga akan kami berikan kepada mitra berupa pelatihan, dan pendampingan aspek pemasaran kepada mitra. memperluas jangkauan pemasaran produk lokal yang layak dipasarkan. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, terdapat tim pengabdian yang membantu meningkatkan pengelolaan usaha dan digitalisasi pemasaran. Abstract

Pertumbuhan pariwisata syariah telah memicu pertumbuhan hotel di Indonesia. Sebagai negara yang mayoritas Muslim, permintaan akan hotel syariah mulai menggeliat, khususnya di Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini mencoba menganalisis implementasi hotel syariah pada Hotel Royal Homy Syariah di Yogyakarta. Metode yang dilakukan secara kualitatif deskriptif. Temuan dari penelitian ini adalah Hotel Royal Homy Syariah sudah menjalankan prinsip syariah dalam operasionalnya. Meski begitu pada sisi pengelolaan keuangan hotel ini masih belum sesuai dengan aturan DSN-MUI terkait dengan pedoman pariwisata halal.

Abstract

: Cupak Village is a village that has tremendous potential that can be developed. In addition to the cool air, there are several potentials, including (1) religious tourism at Dewi Kilisuci's hermitage site, (2) Sendang Widodaren, Sendang Drajad, and Mount Pucangan; (3) Agricultural tourism which produces Porang as a flour ingredient, Gadung for chips, Corn as food security; (4) accompanied by the manufacture of handicrafts from local raw materials such as woven pandanus. (5) Production of charcoal which can be developed into Carkol as an export commodity. (6) Camping ground. However, the problem faced is the lack of awareness of local residents in the use of tourism. Cupak Village also has abundant agricultural income but its income level can still be developed through socialization so it is hoped that this activity can immediately encourage tourism in Cupak Village and it is hoped that it can also increase Cupak Village's agricultural income. Abstract

The aim of this research is to delineate and elucidate the manner in which audiovisual media may be employed to enhance the academic achievements of students enrolled in dance in XI IPA 3 SMAN 1 Ulakan Tapakis. Classroom action research was the twice-repeated method of inquiry. Thirty students enrolled in class XI IPA 3 at SMAN I Ulakan Tapakis participated in the investigation. The data were acquired by consulting relevant documentation, observation logs, cognitive knowledge test outcomes, and psychomotor skills test results. The results of this study indicate that the integration of audiovisual resources into the dance curriculum at SMAN 1 Ulakan Tapakis's class XI IPA 3 had a substantial beneficial effect on the academic achievement of the students. This is supported by the substantial improvement in pupil learning outcomes during cycles I and II. In its totality, Cycle I exhibited a learner activity rate of 40%. In contrast, during the entire duration of the second cycle, student engagement increased by 83%. Cycle I yielded an overall pupil learning outcome of 63%. On the contrary, cumulative student learning outcomes exhibited a surge to 90% in cycle II. Therefore, the effective implementation of incorporating audiovisual materials into SMAN I Ulakan Tapakis, which is part of the XI IPA 3 course, has enhanced the results of dance education.

Abstract

Program Kampus Mengajar Angkatan 5 merupakan program yang melibatkan mahasiswa di setiap kampus dengan berbagai latar belakang. Program ini memberikan kesempatan kepada mahasiswa untuk belajar di luar kelas selama 1 (satu) semester dengan menjadi mitra guru dalam pengembangan strategi dan model pembelajaran yang kreatif dan inovatif di satuan pendidikan. Fokus utama pada program ini adalah peningkatan kemampuan literasi dan numerasi siswa di sekolah sasaran. Salah satu sekolah yang menjadi sasaran dari program Kampus Mengajar adalah SMP Kristen Elkana yang terletak di Jalan Panglima Sudirman No. 35, Purworejo, Kecamatan Purworejo, Kota Pasuruan, Jawa Timur. Mahasiswa yang ditunjuk dalam program Kampus Mengajar bertanggung jawab untuk membantu pihak sekolah dalam hal mengajar, pembelajaran literasi dan numerasi di dalam dan luar kelas, pengelolaan perpustakaan/pojok baca, gerakan literasi dan numerasi di sekolah, adaptasi teknologi, dan administrasi sekolah. Hasil yang diperoleh dari program ini yaitu dapat menanamkan empati dan kepekaan sosial pada diri mahasiswa terhadap permasalahan kehidupan masyarakat yang ada di sekitarnya, serta dapat mengasah keterampilan berpikir dalam bekerja sama dengan mahasiswa lain yang memiliki bidang ilmu berbeda.  Kampus Mengajar Program Batch 5 is a program that inovolves students from each campus with various backgrounds. This program provides an opportunity for students to study outside the classroom for 1 (one) semester by becoming a teacher partner in developing creative and innovative learning strategies and models in educational units. The main focus of this program is improving the literacy and numeracy abilities of students in target schools. One of the targeted by the Kampus Mengajar Program is Junior High School of Kristen Elkana, located at Panglima Sudirman St. 35, Purworejo, Pasuruan City, East Java. Students who selected by the Kampus Mengajar Program are responsible for assisting the school in terms of teaching, learning literacy and numeracy inside and outside the classroom, managing libraries/reading corners, literacy and numeracy movements in schools, technology adaptation, and school administration. The results obtained from this program are being able to instill empathy and social sensitivity in students towards the problems of the lives of the people around them, and being able to hone thinking skills in working with other students who have different fields of knowledge

Abstract

The article will explore the concept of ‘Lex Aeterna’ from Augustine, Albertus Magnus, to Thomas Aquinas. Lex Aeterna scholars can refer to Aquinas through the Summa Theologica which is essentially an idea of ??an absolute, eternal, and wise order in the Universe created and established by God Himself. Everything that exists and moves directs everything to its proper purpose in God and through Divine reason has the nature of law. Although Divine reason is not subject to time, but is eternal. The law by which God governs the Universe must also be eternal. Therefore, every Divine concept is true because of its own reason. This law is the final authority that humans must turn to so that they can know without a doubt what they should do and what they should avoid. Some people know about lex aeterna because God has implanted in the human soul the principles of proper action. This is human participation in lex aeterna, a participation called natural law. Based on this, humans have knowledge of general principles and certain teachings about rights and justice. No one can know the lex aeterna as it is and in its entirety. Every rational being knows it in its reflection or effect. All law, partaking of reason, originates or originates from the eternal law. For nothing is just and legitimate except that which has been derived from the lex aeterna. Lex Aeterna itself is ultimately understood as the theology of law, namely the universe itself, namely reality which is composed and regulated by a natural order or cosmic law.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the concept, relevance, and implementation of an integrative curriculum based on Islamic values ​​in the context of modern education. An Islamic value-based curriculum is an educational approach that combines general knowledge with Islamic teachings holistically, aiming to produce a generation with Islamic character with intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligence. This study uses a qualitative method with literature studies to analyze the basic principles of the Islamic curriculum, such as monotheism, morals, balance, relevance, and integration of knowledge. The results of the study indicate that this curriculum has strong relevance in building the morals and character of students amidst the challenges of globalization. The implementation of a curriculum based on Islamic values ​​faces various challenges, including limited human resources and infrastructure, but has great potential to be implemented in Islamic educational institutions. This study recommends intensive training for teachers, development of Islamic-based teaching materials, and continuous evaluation of the implementation of this curriculum. This research is expected to provide a significant contribution to the development of Islamic education in Indonesia.
