Abstract

Research Aims: This study aims to analyze the effect financial literacy on the houswife intention to use islamic financing with trust as a moderating variable. Methodology: This study involved 358 housewife respondent in 32 Indonesian provinces. The model used was based on the theory of reasoned action development with the partial least squares structural equation modeling as the data processing tool. Research Findings : Housewives' financial literacy influences mothers' intentions to use Islamic bank financing products. Originality: Although numerous studies have concentrated on financial literacy and the use of sharia financing, the behaviour of houswife and the high number of housewife loans to informal institutions concern academics and practitioners. This research can highlight the importance of financial literacy for housewives can avoid applying for loans to informal institutions, so sharia financing can be a suitable alternative. Research limitation and implication: The study discovered that financial literacy with variabel ability, attitude and knowledge affect the intention of houswife to use the Islamic financing. Meanwhile, the trust variable failed to moderate the housewife's ability to use Islamic financing. The trust variable was not successful in moderating the attitude and knowledge of the housewife to use Islamic financing. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kontribusi fintech syariah terhadap pertumbuhan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia dengan menyoroti peran, manfaat, serta hambatan yang dihadapi. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari literatur terkait fintech syariah dan UMKM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fintech syariah, melalui layanan seperti equity crowdfunding, peer-to-peer (P2P) lending, dan pembayaran digital berbasis syariah, berperan penting dalam memperluas akses pembiayaan dan meningkatkan inklusi keuangan bagi UMKM, khususnya yang tidak terlayani oleh lembaga keuangan konvensional. Fintech syariah juga membantu UMKM dalam meningkatkan efisiensi bisnis dan memperluas pasar melalui teknologi digital. Namun, terdapat hambatan signifikan yang dihadapi, antara lain rendahnya literasi keuangan syariah di kalangan pelaku UMKM, kekhawatiran akan keamanan data, keterbatasan infrastruktur digital di beberapa wilayah, dan persaingan dengan fintech konvensional. Untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut, direkomendasikan solusi berupa peningkatan edukasi literasi keuangan syariah, penguatan infrastruktur digital, peningkatan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi syariah, serta pengembangan produk-produk inovatif. Langkah-langkah ini diharapkan dapat memperkuat peran fintech syariah dalam mendukung pertumbuhan dan keberlanjutan UMKM di Indonesia. Abstract

This article aims to analyze the representation of the journalist profession in the novel Bulan Terbelah di Langit Amerika by Hanum Salsabiela Rais and Rangga Almahendra. Through Alfred Schutzl's representation theory approach, this study explores how the journalist profession is depicted in facing ethical, social, and professional challenges. The main focus of this study is on the character of Hanum who struggles to find sources, compose articles with sensitive themes, and face moral dilemmas amidst the issue of Islamophobia after the 9/11 tragedy. This study uses a qualitative method with text analysis to reveal the journalism process that Hanum undergoes as a reflection of the dynamics of the profession in the real world. The findings show that the journalist profession is depicted as a job that requires integrity, courage, and the ability to bridge different perspectives in stressful situations. This article is expected to provide insight into how literary works can represent the journalist profession and inspire further discussion on the role of journalism in shaping public perception.

Abstract

The widespread use of smartphones has given rise to the phenomenon of phubbing, where individuals prioritize their devices over face-to-face interactions. The purpose of this study is to explore phubbing as a communication ethics challenge and its impact on emotional well-being in personal relationships. The method used in this study is a literature review involving national and international indexed journals obtained through Google Scholar, Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), and ERIC (Educational Resources Information Center), Taylor & Francis, Springer, Elsevier with a span of 2017-2024. The findings of this study reveal that phubing can have a negative impact on interpersonal relationships and individual psychological well-being. This behavior can damage communication, reduce the quality of personal relationships, and trigger psychological problems such as anxiety, depression, and feelings of loneliness. Therefore, interventions in guidance and counseling are needed to deal with phubbing more comprehensivel.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan sinergi antara universitas dan masyarakat dengan tema "Peran Perguruan Tinggi dalam Mewujudkan Ketahanan Pangan di Kabupaten Jember." Di Desa Wonojati, program Pengabdian 076 berfokus pada pengurangan stunting melalui sosialisasi, pelatihan pembuatan nugget sehat, serta pelatihan packaging dan marketing untuk meningkatkan ekonomi dan kesehatan masyarakat. Lima pihak berpengabdian dalam kegiatan ini. Metode GASPPRO, diterapkan di PAUD Apel 24, terdiri dari lima tahap: sosialisasi, pelatihan produk, marketing, packaging, dan pengkaderan, yang disampaikan melalui presentasi dan audiovisual. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan kapasitas audiens dalam pencegahan stunting. Data dikumpulkan pada Agustus 2024 di Dusun Bringin Lawang, wilayah dengan angka stunting tertinggi dan merupakan dusun paling terpencil di Desa Wonojati. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat dalam pencegahan stunting dan perbaikan ekonomi lokal melalui keterampilan baru. Simpulan dari program ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan kolaboratif dapat efektif dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat dan peningkatan kualitas gizi serta sanitasi. Abstract

The household economy as the smallest part of the economic system must be managed properly so that the goal is to improve the welfare of all family members. This service was carried out in Candiwulan Adimulyo village for PKK members who are housewives to increase their knowledge about household income management. It is expected that housewives will keep records and make priority scales in grouping expenses and motivate them to increase their income by selling snacks or working informally.

Abstract

Salep merupakan formulasi semi padat juga mudah diaplikasikan sehingga dapat digunakan menjadi obat luar. Daun pepaya (Carica papaya L.) memiliki aktivitas antioksidan dan antiseptik yang berperan untuk penyembuhan luka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sediaan terbaik dan hasil uji mutu sediaan salep dari daun pepaya (Carica papaya L.). Metode yang digunakan eksperimental laboratorium dengan analisis deskriptif yang diperoleh secara langsung dari objek yang diteliti. Konsentrasi sediaan F1 1 gr, F2 1,5 gr dan F3 2 gr. Uji mutu sediaan salep meliputi uji organoleptik, uji homogenitas, uji pH, uji daya sebar, uji daya lekat. Hasil uji homogenitas F1, F2 dan F3 homogen. Hasil uji Ph, uji daya lekat, dan uji daya sebar ketiga formula memenuhi nilai syarat nilai sediaan salep. Kesimpulan formula terbaik yaitu pada sediaan salep dengan formula penambahan ekstrak daun pepaya sebanyak 2 gr. Hasil uji mutu yang dilakukan ketiga formula memenuhi syarat nilai sediaan salep.

Abstract

Permasalahan ketidaksetaraan gender yang masih jadi isu yang ada habisnya. Gender disini bukan tentang perbedaan laki – laki dan perempuan secara fisik. Isu gender mencakup berbagai aspek dalam kehidupan, peran domestik, politik, dan pekerjaan. Dimana setiap suku atau kelompok memiliki tradisi, norma, dan nilai – nilai yang berbeda dalam memaknai peran gender. Memang sejak awal pemerintah telah menjunjung tinggi dan mengembangkan komitmen terhadap pendirian pasal 27 UUD 1945 tentang kesetaraan gender. Meskipun memiliki dasar yang kuat terhadap kesetaraan gender, Indonesia masih memiliki sejumlah undang-undang yang mendiskriminasi perempuan, yang menunjukkan bahwa negara ini terus berkembang. Namun, implementasinya masih belum sepenuhnya mencapai tujuan tersebut. Seperti dalam UU yang mengandung diskriminasi terhadap perempuan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the strategies for utilizing e-learning media (Edlink) in the learning process at the Institute of Islamic Religion Bakti Negara (IBN) Tegal. Using a descriptive qualitative research method with data collection through observation, questionnaires, interviews, documentation studies, and literature studies. The sample was taken using the purposive sampling method with 83 respondents. The initial response from students indicates that they are not yet aware that IBN Tegal campus has e-learning media services (Edlink), because so far, during online learning, lecturers have mostly used WhatsApp groups to deliver materials. The data processing results indicate that there are several strategies that need to be undertaken in the utilization of e-learning (edlink), including (1) analyzing the needs of the university by examining internal and external conditions, (2) university policy support which includes the creation of clear implementation regulations and the formation of an implementation team, (3) e-learning management system covering preparation, implementation, monitoring, and (4) human resource development system by conducting training and socialization gradually and comprehensively for lecturers and providing a complete module guide for using edlink.

Abstract

Abstract Background: The development and growth of technology in the banking sector, especially in sharia banking services, has a significant impact on consumer behavior, especially among the younger generation/generation Z Objectives: This research aims to determine the factors that influence adoption cardless withdrawal Indonesian sharia bank through the perspective of generation Z D.I.Yogyakarta through approach Technology Acceptance Model 3 (TAM 3). Novelty: The novelty in this research lies in the development of a more comprehensive and specific technology acceptance evaluation model, namely by application Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) in context Cardless Withdrawal on the BSI application mobile banking Research Methodology / Design: In designing this study, the approach applied was a quantitative method. This research was distributed using an online questionnaire in the form of Google Form to 168 respondents who are Generation Z users of the cash withdrawal feature without a BSI card Mobile banking. The data collected was then processed using the SmartPLS 3.0 application for statistical analysis. Findings: The research results show that seven of the eight variables have a positive influence on the adoption of the cardless cash withdrawal feature, while one variable, namely computer anxiety, has a negative influence on the perception of ease of use. These findings indicate that although these features are generally well received by users, certain factors such as technology anxiety remain barriers that need to be overcome. Implication: Theoretically, this research enriches the literature on technology adoption in the Islamic banking sector with empirical evidence regarding the effectiveness of the cardless cash withdrawal feature. Practically, these results can be used by Bank Syariah Indonesia and other financial institutions to improve marketing and product development strategies, as well as to overcome obstacles faced by users in adopting this technology. Thus, this research helps encourage wider and more effective adoption of digital banking technology.
