Abstract

Abstract Background: The development and growth of technology in the banking sector, especially in sharia banking services, has a significant impact on consumer behavior, especially among the younger generation/generation Z Objectives: This research aims to determine the factors that influence adoption cardless withdrawal Indonesian sharia bank through the perspective of generation Z D.I.Yogyakarta through approach Technology Acceptance Model 3 (TAM 3). Novelty: The novelty in this research lies in the development of a more comprehensive and specific technology acceptance evaluation model, namely by application Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) in context Cardless Withdrawal on the BSI application mobile banking Research Methodology / Design: In designing this study, the approach applied was a quantitative method. This research was distributed using an online questionnaire in the form of Google Form to 168 respondents who are Generation Z users of the cash withdrawal feature without a BSI card Mobile banking. The data collected was then processed using the SmartPLS 3.0 application for statistical analysis. Findings: The research results show that seven of the eight variables have a positive influence on the adoption of the cardless cash withdrawal feature, while one variable, namely computer anxiety, has a negative influence on the perception of ease of use. These findings indicate that although these features are generally well received by users, certain factors such as technology anxiety remain barriers that need to be overcome. Implication: Theoretically, this research enriches the literature on technology adoption in the Islamic banking sector with empirical evidence regarding the effectiveness of the cardless cash withdrawal feature. Practically, these results can be used by Bank Syariah Indonesia and other financial institutions to improve marketing and product development strategies, as well as to overcome obstacles faced by users in adopting this technology. Thus, this research helps encourage wider and more effective adoption of digital banking technology.

Abstract

Artikel ini menyajikan hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang berfokus pada peningkatan solidaritas dan pemberdayaan komunitas pekerja Indonesia di Malaysia melalui sesi berbagi bersama perwakilan Forum Komunitas Muslim Malaysia (Forkommi). Kegiatan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh berbagai tantangan yang dihadapi pekerja Indonesia di Malaysia, seperti keterbatasan akses terhadap layanan kesehatan, pendidikan, serta kesejahteraan sosial. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah pendekatan berbagi pengetahuan yang partisipatif, melibatkan pemaparan materi, dan diskusi. Topik yang dibahas meliputi hak-hak pekerja, manajemen keuangan, kesehatan, dan pentingnya solidaritas dalam komunitas. Hasil dari kegiatan diskusi dengan perwakilan masyarakat Muslim Malaysia menunjukkan dampak positif pada komunitas pekerja Indonesia di Malaysia, terutama dalam pemahaman hak-hak pekerja migran, seperti akses terhadap layanan kesehatan, pendidikan, dan hak ketenagakerjaan. Selain peningkatan pengetahuan, diskusi ini memperkuat solidaritas dan jaringan sosial antara pekerja migran Indonesia dengan masyarakat Muslim setempat, menciptakan ruang untuk saling berbagi pengalaman dan dukungan dalam menghadapi tantangan sehari-hari. Keberhasilan diskusi ini memperkokoh ikatan komunitas dan memberi pekerja Indonesia pengetahuan serta kepercayaan diri untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan kualitas hidup mereka

AbstractMaluku Province in Indonesia is known for its diverse traditional foods, including sagu lempeng, which is widely consumed across different social groups. However, poor hygiene during its preparation, packaging, and sale in traditional markets can serve as a medium for microbial contamination, posing potential health risks. In Ambon City, the capital of Maluku, no research had been conducted concerning the total plate count (TPC) analysis and identification of food-contaminating bacteria in sagu lempeng, which are crucial for ensuring its microbiological safety. Therefore, this study aimed to assess the microbiological quality of sagu lempeng according to Indonesian National Standards (INS 7388:2009) and to identify any presence of food-contaminating bacteria. This research employed a quantitative descriptive methodology with a true experimental laboratory approach. The samples used were sagu lempeng collected from three traditional markets in Ambon, Indonesia. The TPC analysis was conducted to estimate the number of bacterial colonies per gram of samples, while Gram staining and biochemical testing were carried out for macroscopic and microscopic bacterial identification. The results showed that the highest TPC was found in sagu lempeng from Waiheru Market at 8.1 × 10⁵ CFU/g, while the lowest was from Mardika Market at 5.95 × 10³ CFU/g. The identified bacteria included Klebsiella pneumoniae ssp. pneumoniae and Staphylococcus arlettae. Although bacterial contamination was detected, the TPC of sagu lempeng from all sampled markets remained under the maximum allowable limit set by Indonesian National Standards (1 × 10⁶ CFU/g). In conclusion, sagu lempeng sold in traditional markets around Ambon complies with microbiological safety standards and is considered safe for consumption.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the endurance and stamina on the performance of a specific football athlete tarkam. Modern football demands peak physical condition, where endurance and stamina are key success factors. Endurance enables athletes to maintain game intensity for a full 90 minutes and recover quickly, while stamina supports repetitive sprints and physical duels. The research method employed is a qualitative case study approach, involving interviews, and data analysis from the selected football athlete. The findings indicate that high levels of endurance and stamina positively correlate with improved athlete performance, including passing accuracy, running speed, and decision-making ability under pressure. Conversely, fatigue resulting from low endurance and stamina negatively impacts game quality. The implications of this research highlight the importance of integrated training programs to enhance endurance and stamina for optimizing football athlete performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Jogokariyan Mosque management in increasing Muslim-friendly tourism and community economic growth in Jogokariyan Ramadhan Village (KRJ). The method used is quantitative descriptive, with primary data collection through questionnaires distributed to 99 respondents, using a Likert scale. Data analysis was carried out using the SMART-PLS version 4.0 program. The results of the study indicate that: (1) There is a positive and significant influence of mosque management on the development of Muslim-friendly tourism; (2) There is a positive and significant influence of mosque management on community economic growth; and, (3) Muslim-friendly tourism does not significantly affect community economic growth during the KRJ program. These findings indicate that the active role of mosque management in managing religious and social activities contributes to increasing Muslim-friendly tourism, which in turn has a positive impact on the local economy. However, other factors may mediate the relationship between Muslim-friendly tourism and community economic growth, so further research is needed to identify these variables.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Peran Komunikasi dalam Menjaga Reputasi Perusahaan. Metode penelitian dalam penulisan artikel ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik dokumentasi dan analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Peran Komunikasi dalam Menjaga Reputasi Perusahaan sangat penting untuk menjalin interaksi dan penyampaian informasi. Komunikasi yang dilakukan dengan terbuka dan transparan dapat membangun reputasi yang baik. Selanjutnya konsistensi dalam penyampaian pesan juga menjadi faktor penting dalam membangun citra yang kuat. Komunikasi merupakan proses penyampaian informasi dari seseorang kepada orang lain dengan tujuan tertentu dalam bentuk verbal maupun nonverbal. Pemanfaatan media komunikasi juga menjadi aspek penting dalam menjaga reputasi perusahaan. Sementara reputasi perusahaan adalah aset strategis yang tidak boleh diabaikan. Pihak perusahaan tidak terlepas dalam kegiatan komunikasi untuk menjalankan kegiatannya. Dengan mengelola komunikasi secara efektif, perusahaan tidak hanya dapat membentuk citra positif, tetapi juga membedakan diri dari competitor sehingga mampu mencapai tujuan seperti yang diharapkan.

Abstract

The phenomenon of living Qur'an in the digital era, emphasizing the use of Al-Qur'an and prayer applications during the month of Ramadan during the COVID-19 pandemic. The pandemic situation has forced Muslims to switch to digital media as an alternative to carrying out worship due to limited access to physical places of worship. Using a qualitative approach and ethnographic methods, this study explores how digital applications of the Qur'an and prayers become a new medium in realizing Qur'anic values ​​in everyday life, as well as how users interpret the sacred text through digital platforms. The results of the study show that digital applications not only support personal worship practices but also form online communities that strengthen spiritual bonds amid social restrictions. However, digitalization also raises challenges, such as shifts in religious authority, interpretation of texts, and issues of religious ethics. Therefore, this study emphasizes the importance of an interdisciplinary approach to understanding the transformation of religious practices in the digital era, as well as the need for a critical attitude in using technology so that Qur'anic values ​​are maintained and authentic. The COVID-19 outbreak has caused significant changes in various aspects of life, including the way Muslims carry out worship during the month of Ramadan. The implementation of health protocols and social restrictions limit congregational worship activities in mosques, encouraging Muslims to find other ways to maintain their worship routines and spiritual closeness. In this condition, mobile-based Quran and prayer applications are an effective and appropriate solution. These applications provide easy access to digital Qurans, interpretations, translations, readings from famous reciters, daily dhikr, special prayers, and additional features such as prayer reminders and Qibla direction indicators. More than just a means of worship, these applications also function as a medium for religious learning through short lectures, studies, and Islamic articles. However, users need to be aware of interference such as notifications from other applications and dependence on internet connections. It is important to remember that the role of these applications is as a complement, not a substitute for direct interaction with the mushaf or attendance at the assembly of knowledge if conditions permit. If used wisely and consciously, Quran and prayer applications can be a very meaningful spiritual support for Muslims during Ramadan in the midst of a pandemic situation.

Abstract

The ecological potential of marine resources in the coastal area of ​​Karangjaya can be seen from the various riches and abundance of the components living far from the big city population, gradually. Karangjaya has multiple materials that can be used as tools to survive, considering that Karangjaya is very strategic in searching for fish, coral, and sea sand. However, the problem is that Karangjaya still cannot cultivate the results of its livelihood. The most striking issues are the challenges in the management of its problems. Scientific interpretation is present in studying materialistic objects and components of an item to explore messages related to the ecology of Karangjaya empowerment in increasing local wisdom and planting reason in cultivating it, in the object of scientific interpretation based on the object of marine study. This study was conducted to find out what shortcomings are not yet known to the Karangjaya population from the aspect of wisdom and cultivation, where scientific interpretation that discusses maritime can help develop local wisdom and can cultivate the results of its livelihood.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan signifikan pada sektor perbankan syariah di Indonesia tercermin dari meningkatnya minat masyarakat terhadap produk layanan emas. Kenaikan harga emas yang mencapai hampir Rp2.000.000 per gram pada awal 2025 dipengaruhi oleh ketidakpastian ekonomi global, termasuk kebijakan tarif dari Presiden Amerika Serikat Donald Trump dan eskalasi konflik dagang antara Amerika Serikat dan Tiongkok. Kondisi ini mendorong pertumbuhan pesat produk emas di perbankan syariah, seperti yang terjadi pada PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BSI), yang mencatat kenaikan nilai sebesar 81,99% pada Maret 2025. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kesesuaian pencatatan dan pengakuan akuntansi produk Cicil Emas dan Gadai Emas di BSI KCP Surabaya Rungkut 1 berdasarkan PSAK 102 dan PSAK 107. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data primer melalui wawancara terstruktur dan data sekunder dari dokumen pendukung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pencatatan produk Cicil Emas sesuai dengan PSAK 102, sedangkan Gadai Emas sesuai dengan PSAK 107. BSI KCP Surabaya Rungkut 1 secara konsisten menerapkan standar akuntansi syariah pada kedua produk tersebut, mencerminkan komitmen dalam menjaga transparansi, akuntabilitas, serta kepatuhan terhadap prinsip-prinsip syariah.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the extent to which profitability, interest rates, and expected returns influence the effectiveness of capital budgeting in industrial gas companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2018–2022 period. Capital budgeting is an essential tool for determining the feasibility of long-term investments through the evaluation of expected financial benefits. This research employs a quantitative method using multiple linear regression analysis to measure the relationship among variables. The results show that profitability, as measured by Return on Assets (ROA), has a positive and significant effect on improving the effectiveness of capital budgeting. In contrast to profitability, interest rates have a negative and significant impact. Meanwhile, expected returns also have a positive effect, but the influence is not statistically significant. These findings emphasize the importance for company management to consider both internal and external financial factors in investment planning to create sustainable added value.
