Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of capital structure and liquidity on profitability in PT. Bina Mitra Artanami. This type of research uses quantitative research. The research sample is PT. Bina Mitra Artanami with 60 data. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the t hypothesis test, it can be concluded that capital structure has a significant effect on profitability and liquidity has a significant effect on profitability. Based on the results of the F hypothesis test, it can be concluded that simultaneously/together capital structure and liquidity have a significant effect on the profitability of PT. Bina Mitra Artanami. Based on analysis of the coefficient of determination, the value of the coefficient of determination or Adjusted R-Square is 0.337 or 33.7% of capital structure and liquidity influence profitability, while 66.3% is the influence of other variables not included in this research.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze how the impact of the tech winter era was a condition that resulted in a decrease in investor interest in investing in technology carried out at PT. GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk. which is a start-up technology company that has entered the unicorn category and has taken the floor on the Indonesia Stock Exchange since 2022. Furthermore, an analysis of the company's financial statements for the 2021-2022 period is also carried out to see the company's financial condition through the financial performance of PT. GoTo using the financial distress prediction method with the Ohlson and Zavgren models. The results of the analysis found that PT. GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk. financially distressed is still in the "healthy" category, as evidenced by the increase in EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) from GoTo by 67% compared to the same period the previous year, and 49% compared to the previous quarter so that the company was able cover the company's net loss in the previous period. In addition, the tech winter era itself had an impact on GoTo which can be marked by the layoffs of 1,900 employees during the 2022 and 2023 periods and the company continues to experience losses. But on the other hand, GoTo was able to improve its performance by making various efforts, such as innovating and developing their products in order to meet customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The transformation of finance in Indonesia is entering the digital era, marked by an increase in financial inclusion, rapid growth of financial technology companies, and the expanding use of e-wallets and digital payments. Women play an important role in this process, not only as users but also as participants and leaders, supporting sustainable economic growth. Although data shows that women still face a digital divide, government efforts through the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology focus on empowering women to access and utilize digital technology. In the context of households, homemakers play a key role in financial management, including budgeting and debt management. This research employs a mixed methods approach to analyze the use of digital financial applications by 80 homemakers in Medan Johor District. The results indicate that, despite a high level of digital application usage, challenges such as limited knowledge and training hinder the effectiveness of these applications in financial management. It was also found that applications are more frequently used for transactions rather than for financial planning. Therefore, comprehensive training programs are needed to enhance financial literacy and empower women to optimally utilize technology, which in turn can improve household financial well-being.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Tingginya angka kematian ibu salah satu penyebabnya dikarenakan ibu hamil tidak melakukan antenatal care, sehingga tidak terdeteksi secara dini komplikasi yang terjadi pada ibu dan janin selama kehamilan. Kurangnya pengetahuan dan sikap ibu mengenai deteksi dini komplikasi kehamilan dapat mempengaruhi kepatuhan ibu dalam kunjungan antenatal care. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap ibu hamil dalam deteksi dini komplikasi dengan kepatuhan antenatal care. Metode Penelitian: Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah ibu hamil trimester III di Puskesmas Langsa Timur. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil: Hasil uji statistik didapat nilai p value sebesar 0,002 dan 0,001 (> 0,05), yang berarti bahwa pengetahuan dan sikap dalam detensi dini komplikasi berhubungan dengan kepatuhan antenatal care. Kesimpulan: Pengetahuan dan sikap ibu hamil dalam deteksi dini komplikasi dengan kepatuhan antenatal care.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan Model Problem-Based Learning (PBL) dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap nilai-nilai agama Islam dalam pembelajaran fiqih di kelas VII MTsS Darul Kiram. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif penelitian ini fokus bagaimana cara penerapan metode Problem Based Learning. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan wawancara, dan dokumentasi untuk memperoleh data mengenai pengalaman dan persepsi siswa terhadap model Problem Based Learning (PBL). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan pada pemahaman siswa setelah diterapkannya model PBL. Model ini terbukti mampu mendorong keterlibatan aktif siswa, meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis, serta membantu siswa mengaitkan nilai-nilai fiqih dengan konteks kehidupan nyata. Oleh karena itu, penerapan model PBL direkomendasikan sebagai strategi pembelajaran efektif dalam pendidikan agama Islam

Abstract

The role of Islamic Education (PAI) teachers is very strategic in improving students' understanding of tajwid. At SMP Ihdal Ulum Al Aziziah, Samalanga Sub-district, Bireuen District, the Reading Guide method is employed to guide students in reading the Quran correctly according to tajwid rules. This study adopts a qualitative case study approach, with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation. The results indicate that the Reading Guide method effectively enhances students' focus and active participation, particularly in the pronunciation of Arabic letters according to their proper articulation points (makhrajul huruf). This method facilitates students in imitating the teacher's recitation (musyafahah bil ada’), which plays a crucial role in developing fluency in reciting the Quran. Continuous practice and individual reinforcement are also necessary to avoid stiffness in pronunciation. Teacher professionalism, learning environment support, and facility availability also determine the success of this method. However, obstacles were also found, such as the lack of readiness of students who were slow to understand or lacked confidence, as well as the need for teachers to prepare interesting teaching materials. With the right approach, this method can be an effective strategy in tajwid learning

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the Activity Ratio as measured by Total Asset Turn Over (TATO) and Profitability as measured by Sales Growth on Capital Structure as measured by the Debt to Equity Ratio. This type of research is causality research. The population in this study used 58 Mining Sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2018-2020 period using a purposive sampling technique to obtain a sample of 49 companies whose observation period was 3 years with a total of 147 data observations. Testing research data using panel data regression analysis. The results showed that the Activity Ratio (TATO) partially had a positive and significant effect on Capital Structure (DER). Meanwhile, the Profitability Ratio (SG) partially has no significant effect on Capital Structure (DER) in Mining Sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period.

Abstract

The 4.0 Era has revolutionized education through the digital transformation of academic systems and curriculum design. This study investigates the role of co-curricular activities in Islamic higher education and their potential to attract and engage Gen-Z. Theories of humanism, recreation, self-development, and rational choice emphasize the importance of integrating values into co-curricular frameworks. The research also highlights the challenges faced by Islamic institutions, including the limited integration of co-curricular activities and alignment with the career-oriented priorities of Gen-Z.A qualitative approach was employed through document analysis, observation, and in-depth, unstructured interviews to confirm and elaborate on the study's focus. The findings point to the need for co-curricular models that integrate Islamic values, fostering intellectual, social, and spiritual growth while simultaneously enhancing enrolment appeal.
