Abstract

Terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi pemerolehan bahasa pada anak, yaitu; orang tua, lingkungan, teman sebaya, dan aktivitas komunikasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan hasil analisa terhadap pemerolehan bahasa anak usia 2 tahun 5 bulan dalam aspek sintaksis dan pembentukan bentuk-bentuk kalimat. Menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dengan observasi dan wawancara dengan teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan metode padan referensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemerolehan bahasa anak 2 tahun 5 bulan dari lingkungan keluarga berupa kalimat deklaratif yang digunakan untuk menyampaikan berita faktual. Jenis kalimat yang diungkapkan berupa penjelasan pada lawan bicara. Ada banyak variasi pola kalimat dan ada pula bahasa fungsional yang diekspresikan tanpa pola yang jelas. Ini artinya bahwa perkembangan bahasa anak usia dini sangat dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan, terutama lingkungan keluarga dan kerabat terdekat, yaitu orang tua dan saudara-saudara serta dukungan terhadap bahasa.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to describe the management of students with imtaq content at Al Azhar 31 Islamic Elementary School Yogyakarta. The type of research used is a case study. Data collection techniques in this study used interview techniques, observation techniques, and documentation techniques. The Miles and Huberman model used in this study was carried out through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification or conclusion drawing. Check the validity of the data using triangulation. The subjects in this study were the principal, class teacher, Islamic religious education teacher, and imtaq builder. The results of the study show that the first pattern of student management is planning, the steps are needs analysis, recruitment, selection, orientation, placement, and student recording and reporting. Second, organizing, forming a student admissions committee with strategy and cooperation. The third implementation is carried out in four steps, namely coaching, learning, habituation, and evaluation. Fourth, supervision is carried out once in every semester by the principal and the Al Azhar foundation. The management steps of students containing imtaq aim to create a pious and noble person.Keywords: Imtaq; Student management; Elementary school Abstrak: Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen peserta didik berbasis imtaq di Sekolah Dasar Islam Al Azhar 31 Yogyakarta. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara, tenik observasi, dan teknik dokumentasi. Model Miles dan Huberman  yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dan dilakukan melalui pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi atau pengambilan kesimpulan. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi. Adapun yang menjadi subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru kelas, guru pendidikan agama islam, dan pembina imtaq. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pola manajemen peserta didik yang pertama adalah perencanan, langkahnya dengan analisis kebutuhan, rekrutmen, seleksi, orientasi, penempatan, serta pencatatan dan pelaporan peserta didik. Kedua pengorganisasian, pembentukan panitia penerimaan peserta didik dengan strategi dan kerjasama. Ketiga pelaksanaan, dilakukan dengan empat langkah yaitu pembinaan, pembelajaran, pembiasaan, dan evaluasi. Keempat pengawasan, dilaksanakan satu kali di setiap semester oleh kepala sekolah dan yayasan Al Azhar. Langkah-langkah manajemen peserta didik bermuatan imtaq bertujuan untuk menciptakan pribadi yang soleh dan berakhlak mulia. Kata kunci: Imtaq; Manajemen peserta didik; Sekolah dasar

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kualitas produk, citra merek dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian kosmetik emina pada kalangan Mahasiswa-mahasiswi Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner. Sampel penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa-mahasiswi jurusan Manajemen Angkatan 2018 di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara yang berjumlah 100 responden. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk, citra merek dan harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, citra merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dan harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.Kata Kunci:       Kualitas Produk, Citra Merek, Harga dan keputusan PembelianAbstract              This study aims to determine and analyze product quality, brand image and price on purchasing decisions for Emina cosmetics among students at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra.  This research approach uses quantitative research.  The data used in this study are primary data obtained from questionnaires.  The sample of this research is students majoring in Management Class of 2018 at the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, State Islamic University of North Sumatra, totaling 100 respondents.  The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis.  The results of the study simultaneously show that product quality, brand image and price have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.  The results partially show that product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions and price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.Keywords:          Product Quality, Brand Image, Price and Purchase decision

Abstract

This study aims to describe Islamic counseling guidance as conflict resolution carried out to help alleviate conflict problems and packaged as a psychological therapy procedure, becoming a strategic way that can be applied to resolve conflicts among adolescents, increase anti-violent and hostile behavior, and increase the use of resolution strategies. peaceful conflict. Conflict is a form of interaction between humans who have interests between the two, can be in the form of conflict, bickering, threats, or others with the aim of destroying the opponent. The method used in this study is qualitative. The results showed that, the occurrence of social conflicts among adolescent students in madrasas, conflicts experienced by adolescent students in madrasas began with the emergence of several students whose numbers were less than one percent of the number of students in madrasas involved in social groups or gangs. who act in the name of the “school gang” with all their activities, such as ngre-se or klitih, hanging out, fights, convoys, which occur because of the interests of social groups of adolescent students to show their existence. As a preventive and problem solving step, Islamic counseling guidance services as a conflict resolution aim to assist adolescent students in resolving conflict problems in peaceful ways. Abstract

This study aims to describe policy interventions and innovative programs in anti-bullying praxis implemented in Yogyakarta City Junior High Schools. This study used descriptive methods with quantitative and qualitative approaches. This study was conducted in 2022 with 1517 students from 19 junior high schools in Yogyakarta City as participants. The participants of the study were principals and guidance and counselling teachers from 19 junior high schools in Yogyakarta City, junior high school supervisors, and policymakers at the Yogyakarta City Youth and Sports Education Office. The data collection techniques used were Focus Group Discussion (FGD), interviews, and documentation. The data were then analysed using qualitative descriptive analysis through several steps: data collection, condensation, data presentation, and conclusions. The findings indicate that the interventions made by schools on the phenomenon of bullying are: a) 69% of schools attempt to stop bullying; b) 64% of teachers reprimand perpetrators; c) 61% of teachers assist bullying victims; and d) 57% of teachers support bullying victims. In addition, qualitative data in the form of variations in the implementation of education policies in SMP Kota Yogyakarta to address bullying in schools were uncovered. According to the results of the study, there are: a) individual programs through counselling; b) collective mentoring through character building to develop soft skills and hard skills; c) rules of order and social control; and d) school partnerships with external institutions. These innovative programs are the outcome of the interpretation of educational policy by the institutions, as well as the creative initiatives of schools.

Abstract

Penelitian mengkaji alasan laki-laki menggunakan kosmetik dan transformasi nilai maskulinitasnya. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alasan laki-laki menggunakan kosmetik yaitu untuk mengatasi masalah wajah dan kulit, menjaga penampilan, merawat diri, sumber konsep merawat diri pada laki-laki, dan tuntutan pekerjaan. Penggunaan kosmetik pada laki-laki menunjukkan terjadinya transformasi nilai maskulinitas di masyarakat.  Laki-laki yang peduli dengan kesehatan wajah dan kulit melalui penggunaan produk kosmetik. Aspek-aspek maskulin ditunjukkan dengan peduli penampilan fisik selain memperhatikan penampilan dan tubuh berisi, cerah dan wangi). Penelitian menemukan bahwa telah terjadi perubahan atau pergeseran pada nilai maskulinitas yang ada di masyarakat ditunjukkan dengan penggunaan produk kosmestik.

Abstract

Penelitian mengkaji perspektif gender dalam praktik pendidikan di Sekolah Gajahwong dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dan teknik analisis gender Model Harvard, yang meliputi profil aktivitas, akses, dan kontrol, serta faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik pendidikan di Sekolah Gajahwong telah memiliki kepekaan gender yang berpijak pada nilai-nilai universal kemanusiaan. Setiap individu memiliki hak yang sama, terlepas dari latar belakang apapun, termasuk gender. Faktor yang memengaruhi hal tersebut meliputi faktor internal, yakni manajemen sumber daya manusia di Sekolah Gajahwong, dan faktor eksternal, yakni latar belakang sosial-ekonomi keluarga peserta didik. Perspektif gender berkembang antara pengurus Sekolah Gajahwong, wali peserta didik, dan peserta didik memiliki keterkaitan satu sama lain yang tidak dapat terlepas dari kondisi sosial-ekonomi masyarakat terkait.

Abstract

This study aimed at determine the role of the diversity value and the educational environment on Indonesian student nationalism. A quantitative approach was used with descriptive and inferential regression methods, while the populations were all Indonesian students at public and private universities. Furthermore, the samples consisted of 916 respondents obtained through purposive sampling covering the clusters of Eastern Indonesia, namely NTB and NTT, the Central, which include Kalimantan, and that of West, namely Java and Sumatra. The data were collected through a questionnaire that was tested for validity and reliability, while the instrument was analyzed using the EFA technique and the hypothesis was tested through regression analysis with SEM program. It was discovered that the diversity value and the educational environment had a significant role in the knowledge, attitudes, and behavior of Indonesian student nationalism, such that an increase in the educational environment also leads to the improvement of nationalism attitude. Similarly, the diversity value had a positive significant effect on the Indonesian student nationalism knowledge and attitude. This means that its increase results in improved knowledge of nationalism. Therefore, this study has been able to prove that the fear of a decline in student nationalism is irrelevant.

Abstract

Mustard plant as a vegetable food contains nutrients that are quite complete. So that, when consumed is very good for maintaining a healthy body. The development of mustard cultivation has good prospects to support efforts to improve community nutrition, expand job opportunities, and develop agribusiness. The objectives of this study were: 1). To determine the effect of giving rice husk biochar on the growth and yield of mustard plants. 2). determine the best dose of rice husk biochar on the growth and yield of mustard plants. The benefit of this study is 1). as information to the public, especially farmers about the benefits of Biochar rice husk on the growth and yield of mustard plants. 2). Providing information on the Biochar Dosage of rice husks that are effective against the growth and yield of mustard plants. This research was conducted from January 26 to March 18, 2021. This study uses the RAK method with six treatments, namely: control treatment (PO), Biochar treatment 5 ton/ha (PI), Biochar treatment 10 ton/ha (P2), Biochar treatment 15 ton/ha (P3), Biochar treatment 20 ton/ha (P4), and Biochar treatment 25 ton/ha (P5). Each treatment was repeated four times. So, the total of all treatments is twenty four (24) In testing the effect of rice husk biochar dosage on mustard plants, the application of 125 g /10 kg soil biochar rice husk gave the best growth results for all observed parameters, namely: plant height (cm), number of leaves (strands), leaf area (cm) , total plant fresh weight (g), and total plant oven dry weight (g).

Abstract

Character has been a serious issue that has been pursued for improvement since the 2003 curriculum until the independent curriculum. However, these efforts have not yet resulted in significant achievements. The purpose of writing this article is to describe efforts to penetrate Acehnese cultural values in learning to Madrasah Ibtidaiyah students so that they have a sense of pride in their own local culture. The researcher used a qualitative research type, with a literature study method. The results found that narit maja can be used as one of the sources to foster noble character values in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Of course, through a review of the theme or subject matter to match the narit maja to be given. Educational methods that can be used by teachers to strengthen noble moral character through narit maja are storytelling, exemplary, advice, habituation, reward, discussion, and the introduction of rules that must be agreed upon so as not to violate religious norms and general customs. The recommendation of this research is that narit maja can be included in the Aceh education curriculum, as local content. So that students are not unfamiliar with their own local culture.
