Abstract

Student can master the materials by doing the problems repeatedly. A media enables students work on varied random problems is necessary. This study aimed to provide valid, practical, and effective learning media. This research was a development research, involving 64 junior high school students in Yogyakarta. The instruments used in this study were expert validation sheets, questionnaires, and tests. The data was analyzed using a quantitative descriptive statistical analysis. Descriptive statistics was used to analyze data from students' tests. Meanwhile, descriptive qualitative was to describe the data of suggestions and comments from the validators for improvement. The results of expert validation for the media aspect achieved a very feasible category, while the material aspect also reached a very feasible category. Besides, the questionnaire results on student responses to learning media were also classified as a very practical category. The students' scores met the minimum criteria of mastery learning, meaning that the learning media achieved a very effective criterion. The results of this study imply that learning media can be used as an alternative in improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The digital era has presented significant challenges and opportunities for teaching professionals, particularly in underserved areas. This study aims to examine the adaptation of educator professionalism to curriculum transformation, the integration of learning technology, and socio-cultural dynamics through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The analysis process involved identifying, selecting, and synthesising 136 studies from the database, using specific inclusion criteria, over the past 10 years. The results indicate that teachers in marginalised areas face infrastructure constraints, digital literacy issues, a lack of ongoing training, and socio-cultural challenges that affect curriculum implementation, technology utilisation, and character building. The findings also reveal the role of teachers as mediators between the formal curriculum and local values, as well as the importance of adaptive policy support and learning communities to enhance learning effectiveness. This study provides critical insights into contextual professional development strategies that are responsive to regional heterogeneity, with implications for improving the quality of education in the digital era.

Abstract

The development of information systems is now widely used in the business world, both in the living environment and even in the work environment, such as the use of the attendance information system at PT PLN PERSERO. Attendance in an agency is an important factor in human resource management. Accurate and objective information regarding an employee's attendance can present the quality and productivity of performance, determine the size of performance allowances and the general level of employee discipline in the agency. The process of recording and reporting employee absences is a repetitive process that is used at certain times such as entry time, departure time and holidays. It is recommended that audits of this system be carried out periodically or annually, so that the expected level of maturity can be achieved, and as a whole, not just the attendance information system, so that all aspects of work operations can also be evaluated so as to improve employee performance in general. From the results of the maturity level assessment, several findings were obtained in each domain studied, namely with the EDM03 domain having a value of 3.00, it was found that information and data security problems needed to be improved, with the EMD05 domain having a value of 2.93, problems were found that there were no written regulations that could be used as a reference, with domain AP015 with a value of 3.13 found a problem that there was still a difference between cost allocation and actual costs with domain 1P012 with a value of 3.07, a problem was found that there were no risk response regulations available, with domain DSS02 with a value of 3.13 there were no written regulations that could be used as a reference.

Abstract

The rapid expansion of digital technology is reshaping social and cultural values, fundamentally altering how individuals learn, work, and interact. This transformation compels vocational education to undergo substantive restructuring beyond mere technological adoption. This study investigates how vocational secondary school (SMK) teachers reconstruct learning leadership practices, reinterpret teacher professionalism, and integrate local wisdom in response to curriculum reform, digital disruption, and socio-cultural transformation within the Indonesian context. Drawing on Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA), this research engaged twelve purposively selected vocational school teachers across urban, semi-urban, and rural settings in the Bangka Belitung Islands as primary participants. Data were generated through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis and subjected to thematic coding using the IPA protocol. Findings reveal three interdependent dimensions: (1) contextual instructional leadership that shifts from administrative to adaptive-reflective modes; (2) digital-cultural professionalism that integrates technological literacy with indigenous values; and (3) a locally-grounded Teaching Factory (TeFa) ecosystem that negotiates between industrial standards and community identity. These dimensions constitute the Rebooting Education conceptual model, which extends instructional leadership theory (Hallinger, 2020), expands TPACK toward digital-cultural integration (Mishra & Koehler, 2006), and operationalises glocalisation in vocational practice (Robertson, 2020). The study contributes a theoretically-grounded framework for policy and teacher professional development in contexts where global educational pressures intersect with strong local cultural systems.

Abstract

Strengthening 21st-century competencies in elementary school mathematics learning is an urgent need in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. Although Problem-Based Learning (PBL) is theoretically and empirically recognized as being able to improve students' learning outcomes and problem-solving abilities, existing research remains methodologically and thematically fragmented. This study aims to consolidate evidence and systematically map the development of PBL research trends in elementary school mathematics learning during the period 2015-2025. This study uses a mixed-methods sequential explanatory design that integrates bibliometric analysis and meta-analysis. Data of 285 documents were obtained from the Scopus database and analyzed using VOSviewer software, Bibliometrix R-package, and Comprehensive Meta-Analysis (CMA). The findings indicate that annual publication trends fluctuate significantly with research peaks occurring in 2018, 2020, 2022, and 2024. Geographically, Indonesia emerged as a major research center (global research hub) with the highest number of publications, while the United States played a role as a mediator for international collaboration. The thematic map identifies the primary research focus on the student pillar, mathematics content, and PBL methodology. This area of research is still in its infancy but not yet fully mature. There are significant research gaps in the specific cognitive mechanisms of PBL, as well as the need for teacher capacity building and the integration of advanced technologies such as intelligent tutoring systems in future research.

Abstract

Usia anak adalah usia emas untuk mengembangkan potensi kecerdasan majemuk yang dimiliki. Akan tetapi, selama ini kegiatan pendidikan sering direduksi sebagai kegiatan pengajaran dan persekolahan yang terpusat pada transfer pengetahuan secara statis dan terkadang lupa untuk mengembangkan kecerdasan non akademik. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelatihan guru Aisyiyah kabupaten Banyuwangi dalam mengembangkan potensi kecerdasan majemuk anak usia dini. Metode yang digunakan berupa ceramah dialogis, latihan (simulasi), dan pendampingan. Dari 38 sasaran, hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa 49.74% puas, 48.70% sangat puas, dan hanya 1.56% tidak puas terhadap isi, metode, maupun fasilitas yang disediakan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa isi materi sesuai dan dapat menambah pengetahuan guru untuk diaplikasikan di lingkungan kerjanya. Guru juga merasa mendapat pengalaman baru karena belum pernah mengikuti pelatihan serupa sebelumnya. Oleh karena itu, untuk meningkatkan profesionalitas guru, pelatihan semacam ini perlu dilanjutkan dan ditingkatkan. Children's intelligence development training for Aisyiyah kindergarten teachersEarly childhood is the golden age to develop their potential multiple intelligences. However, educational activities have often been reduced as teaching and schooling which centered on static transfer of knowledge and sometimes forget to develop non-academic intelligence. This paper aims to describe Aisyiyah teachers training in Banyuwangi Regency to develop the potential multiple intelligence in early childhood. We used dialogical lectures, exercises (simulations), and assistance as the methods. The results showed that 49.74% of 38 participants were satisfied, 48.70% were very satisfied, and only 1.56% were dissatisfied with the contents, methods, and facilities provided. This shows that contents of the material improve teacher's knowledge and could be applied in the teaching environment. The teacher also feels that they gained new experience because never attended a similar training before. Therefore, this kind of training needs to be continued and improved to improve teacher professionalism.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi resiliensi individu guru SMA/SMK di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY), menganalisis, dan menguji secara empiris pengaruh ketujuh aspek resiliensi terhadap resiliensi individu. Analisis dan pengujian menggunakan instrumen skala resiliensi personal dengan mengadopsi dari teori yang dikembangkan oleh Reivich dan Shatte. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh guru SMA/SMK di DIY, dengan pengambilan sampel minimum menggunakan rumus Lamshow sebanyak 249 guru SMA/SMK dengan teknik purposive sampling dan analisis data menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Model) dengan bantuan software Lisrel 8.54. Temuan utama penelitian ini menunjukkan tingkat resiliensi individu guru SMA/SMK di DIY dengan mendasarkan pada tujuh faktor resiliensi individu yaitu aspek emotional regulation, impulse control, optimism, causal analysis, empathy, self-efficacy, and reaching out. Hasil analisis SEM menunjukkan bahwa aspek resiliensi individu guru SMA/SMK di DIY yang memiliki pengaruh paling dominan adalah aspek keempat (optimism), aspek kedua (impulse control), aspek keenam (aspect self efficacy), aspek ketiga (aspect empathy), aspek kelima (aspect causal analysis). Adapun aspek resiliensi individu guru SMA/SMK di DIY yang memiliki pengaruh terendah pada aspek ketujuh (reaching out) dan aspek kesatu (emotional regulation). Resilience of high school/vocational school teachersThe purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the individual resilience of SMA/SMK teachers in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta(DIY), analyze and empirically test the influence of the seven aspects on individual resilience using the individual resilience scale instrument adopted from Reivich and Shatte. The research population was all high school teachers in Yogyakarta, with a minimum sampling using the Lamshow formula of 249 high school teachers with purposive sampling technique and data analysis using SEM (Structural Equation Model) with the help of Lisrel 8.54 software. The main finding of the research is the individual resilience of high school teachers in Yogyakarta, which looks at seven individual resilience factors: emotional regulation, impulse control, optimism, causal analysis, empathy, self-efficacy, and reaching out. Based on the results of SEM analysis, explain that the most dominant aspects of individual resilience of high school teachers in DIY are the fourth aspect (aspect of optimism), the second aspect (aspect of impulse control), the sixth aspect (aspect of self-efficacy), the third aspect (aspect empathy), the fifth aspect (aspect causal analysis), and the lowest in the seventh aspect (aspect reaching out) and the first aspect (aspect emotional regulation.
