Return saham merupakan salah satu hal yang memotivasi investor dalam melakukan investasi. Return saham adalah imbal hasil yang diperoleh investor dari modal yang ditanamkan di pasar sahamnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas, Debt to Equity Ratio, Price to Earning Ratio, dan kapitalisasi pasar terhadap return saham perusahaan Sektor Industri Barang Konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2020. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan Sektor Industri Barang Konsumsi yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2017-2020 secara berkesinambungan. Pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling dengan kriteria tertentu. Perusahaan yang dapat dijadikan sampel ini berjumlah 31 perusahaan yang telah memenuhi kriteria pengambilan sampel dan terdapat beberapa data teroutlier sehingga diperoleh 110 sampel data. Data penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang bersumber dari laporan keuangan tahunan yang telah diterbitkan selama tahun pengamatan 2017-2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen Price to Earning Ratio berpengaruh terhadap return saham, sedangkan variabel profitabilitas NPM, Debt to Equity Ratio, dan kapitalisasi pasar tidak berpengaruh terhadap return saham.

This research aims to present the results of the analysis in Anne Enright’s The Gathering by using psychoanalytical criticism. The focus of the analysis is the psychological problem that experienced by the main female character in this novel, Veronica Hegarty, who presumably gets the difficulty in accepting her lovely brother’s death. This research uses the psychoanalytical theory of Sigmund Freud’s the unconscious, which leads to the another theory that is Prolonged Grief Disorder by Prigerson et al. This research has two results. Firstly, Veronica Hegarty is experienced Prolonged Grief Disorder which can be seen in her deep grief that causes the duration and the intensity of her grief is heightened. Secondly, the writer concludes that Veronica Hegarty tries to cope with her grief by recalling the memories about her brother. From those memories, Veronica realizes her mistakes she has done to him and self-forgiving herself to deal with it. By forgiving herself, she can cope with her grief and she later has the desire to continue her life again.

This thesis entitled ‘Being Muslim Immigrants in America: Preservation, Resistance, and Negotiation of Identity in Ayad Akhtar’s ‘American Dervish’ aims to analyze the depiction of Muslim immigrants identity in the context of diaspora. Through the lenses of Hall’s theory of identity and Clifford’s diaspora, the analysis centered on how the Muslim immigrant characters in the novel interacted with other individuals with diverse backgrounds of race, gender, and religion. This contributed towards the construction of identity through the preservation and resistance of homeland culture, dominant culture or host land culture and the negotiation between Muslim immigrants and their state and American society. Therefore, the Muslim immigrant characters in the novel hold a non-essential and fluid identity as portrayed from the perpetual construction of identity.

This article explains hallucination as a psychological problem undergone by Andrew Laeddis, the main character of Dennis Lehane’s Shutter Island. Viewed from Sigmund Freud’s psychoanalytical theory (id, ego, and superego), self-defense mechanism theory by Anna Freud, and hallucination theory, this article shows how the main character faces the hallucination and how his efforts fail. The results of the study reveal that Andrew Laeddis faces three types of hallucination: visual hallucination, auditory hallucination, and temporal illusion. Andrew Laeddis also applies two self-defense mechanisms: denial of reality and regression. Since the id is more dominant than the ego, the doctors do not succeed in curing him of the hallucination. In other words, Andrew Laeddis experiences an unresolved psychological problem; which is hallucination.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan literasi matematika siswa kelas VII SMP 4 Alwashliyah Medan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 4 orang yang diambil secara acak. Berdasarkan hasill penelitian. Kategori soal yang diberikan termasuk soal berkemampuan sedang. Kemampuan literasi matematika siswa masih rendah. Hal ini terlihat dari jawaban siswa belum bisa menyelesaikan soal literasi matematis sesuai dengan prosedur peneyelesaian yang benar.

Matematika merupakan salah satu cabang ilmu yang dapat merubah pola pikir manusia sampai ke masa modern yang berlandaskan tekonologi informasi dan komunikasi. Pada faktanya peranan guru masih diperlukan dalam proses pendidikan peserta didik serta belum dapat digantikan sepenuhnya oleh sumber belajar lain, oleh karena itu perlu meningkatkan peran serta guru dalam merencanakan, mengadakan, dan memanfaatkan aneka sumber belajar. Kemampuan dan keterampilan guru dalam memanfaatkan aneka sumber belajar perlu terus menerus di tingkatkan sesuai dengan perkembangan ilmu dan teknolgi Pendidikan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Al - Washliyah 1 Medan, dilaksanakan pada semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2023 / 2024. Populasi dalam penelitian ini diambil dari kelas VII, sampel diambil sebanyak satu kelas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal matematika materi bentuk aljabar yang ditinjau menggunakan software geogebra. Hasil uji normalitas pada soal pre test menghasilkan rata rata (mean) sebesar 43.70 dari 20 orang siswa. Dengan berdistribusi normal yaitu 0,659. Setelah diberikan post test dengan berbantu aplikasi geogebra nilai berdistribusi normal yaitu 0,222. Dengan nilai mean mengalami peningkatan sebesar 62,90Peningkatan kreatifitas siswa sma pada pembelajaran matematika khususnya pada memahaman konsep aljabar sangat penting.

The outcomes of situation analysis in SMP Negeri Kota Baru Kefamenanu East of Nusa Tenggara is the low achievement of students' mathematics learning outcomes seen from the evaluation results of mathematics subjects in the last four semesters and low learning motivation based on the results of teacher interviews. Therefore, we need an activity that aims to conduct training on math problems for grade 9 students and increase student motivation in learning mathematics. The drill method is a method for giving problems repeatedly. This method is considered relevant to the purpose of community service activities. The stages of community service activities begin with giving a pre-test, giving training on math questions, giving a post-test, and ending with giving a questionnaire regarding student motivation. The result of the community service activity was that there was an increase in students' understanding in working on math problems seen from a comparison of the results of the pre-test (29.05%) and post-test (94.76%) and students were increasingly motivated in learning mathematics refer to the results of the questionnaire. Based on the evidence, it’s crystal clear that service community activity is useful for training students to solve non-routine math problem and motivating students to learn mathematics.

Purpose: This training aims to provide education to the people of Banyuajuh Village, especially to KDP housewives in order to reduce waste, especially organic waste in Banyuajuh village. Methodology/approach: The learning method carried out in this SIDARLING activity is by lecture method as well as independent practice and practice. This training was conducted by housewives, before and after conducting the training and also postest and pretest were held to measure the knowledge and understanding of housewives in Banyuajuh Village, Kamal sub-district, Bangkalan regency. Results/findings: This training was welcomed by Banyuajuh village housewives enthusiastically, this is evidenced by housewives who practice independently in every RW in Banyuajuh village. This SIDARLING activity is very helpful for housewives in reducing and processing waste, especially organic waste. Housewives can make ecoenzyme independently and the results of ecoenzyme housewives during overall mentoring have good results and the results of the postest and pretest can be said that mothers can respond to the material quickly, and are very active in conveying ideas. Limitations: This SIDARLING activity is very far-reaching so that there needs to be a limit to the problem, making this ecoenzyme can be done for environmental awareness for housewives so that the waste contained in the homes of housewives can be processed by themselves. Processing organic waste into ecoenzyme and can be processed again into derivative products. Contribution: This activity was carried out by providing training to PKK housewives in Banyuajuh Village, by produced ecoenzyme from organic waste. Organic waste is one type of waste that is often disposed of and not used properly, so SIDARLING can make housewives aware to process organic waste into ecoenzymes.

Mitra yang diabdi dalam kegiatan PKM ini ialah guru-guru di SDK Yaperna Jak Kefamenanu. Masalah yang dialami para guru ialah: (1) guru tidak mampu mengunduh dan membuat akun mendeley; dan (2) guru tidak mampu menulis sitasi berbasis mendeley sehigga tidak memiliki keterampilan dalam menulis sitasi berbasis mendeley. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan PKM bertujuan agar guru-guru SDK Yaperna Jak mampu menulis sitasi dalam artikel jurnal berbasis mendeley. Metode yang dipakai dalam penyampaian materi ialah metode ceramah, demonstrasi, diskusi, dan sesi tanya jawab bersama peserta yang diabdi. Hasil yang telah dicapai, yaitu: 1) guru dapat membuat akun dan mengunduh aplikasi mendeley; 2) guru dapat membuat daftar pustaka dengan mendeley sehingga memiliki keterampilan dalam penulisan artikel jurnal dengan memanfaatkan mendeley.

Mathematical concepts must not only be understood or memorized in order for students to learn them effectively. Learners will more easily achieve learning objectives if they have a strong ability to understand mathematical concepts. However, in reality, researchers found that there are still many students who have difficulty in understanding the mathematical concepts taught by teachers during their education. This hampers the learning process because it causes the teacher to have to repeat the material continuously. The research method used was a pseudo-experiment with a 2x2 factorial design with level-based treatment. The data analysis technique used two-way ANOVA. The results of this study are as follows: 1) Overall mathematical understanding ability of students taught with IMPROVE method is higher than students taught with conventional method; 2) There is an interaction between learning method and PAM on mathematical understanding ability; 3) For students with high PAM, the mathematical comprehension ability of students taught with IMPROVE method is higher than that of students taught with conventional method; 4) For students with low PAM, the mathematical comprehension ability of students taught with IMPROVE method is higher than that of students taught with conventional method. For students with low PAM, the mathematical comprehension ability of students taught with IMPROVE method is lower than students taught with conventional method; 5) Self-development of students taught with IMPROVE learning method is higher than students taught with conventional method.
