Abstract

In regional infrastructure development activities, concrete mix design is a crucial aspect that must be mastered to ensure construction projects are carried out according to plan, meeting cost, quality, and time targets effectively and efficiently, while also being accountable. CV. Marapi Jaya, a construction service company operating in Fakfak Regency, serves as a partner in this Community Service initiative. CV. Marapi Jaya, along with local participants, will be guided and trained through the activity titled Enhancing Technical Skills of Construction Practitioners in Fakfak Regency Through Normal Concrete Design Clinic.The training employs a learning by doing method, focusing on concrete mix design procedures in compliance with SNI (Indonesian National Standard). The materials provided to participants include: an introduction to SNI methods and its design components, calculations for normal concrete mix design, and estimation of material requirements. At the end of the training, participants will receive practical sessions on designing normal concrete mixes and their components.Through this clinic, aligned with SNI standards, the program aims to improve the understanding and skills of participants, including staff from CV. Marapi Jaya and groups of indigenous Papuans engaged in construction services. The outcomes of this community service activity include a publication in an accredited SINTA 6 journal and an article in print or electronic local media documenting the event

Abstract

Sebagian besar pasien stroke mengalami kecacatan pasca-stroke, sehingga diperlukan intervensi untuk meminimalkan kecacatan dan memperbaiki keluaran klinis. Salah satu pendekatan yang dapat digunakan adalah stimulasi saraf, seperti stimulasi I point, yang diharapkan mampu meningkatkan fungsi saraf dan mengurangi defisit neurologis. Penelitian eksperimental sederhana ini melibatkan 40 pasien stroke iskemik akut yang dirawat di ruang saraf RSUDZA Banda Aceh, terdiri atas 20 subjek kelompok perlakuan dan 20 subjek kelompok kontrol. Kelompok perlakuan menerima terapi standar (antiagregasi) dan stimulasi I point, sedangkan kelompok kontrol hanya terapi standar. Keluaran stroke dinilai menggunakan Indeks Barthel (IB) dan Modified Rankin Scale (mRS). Data dianalisis menggunakan uji t berpasangan, dengan karakteristik dasar subjek homogen (p>0,05). Rerata skor IB-2 pada kelompok perlakuan (16,8 ± 3,7) secara bermakna lebih tinggi dibanding kelompok kontrol (14,9 ± 4,7; IK95%, p=0,046). Selisih skor IB-1 dan IB-2 juga lebih besar pada kelompok perlakuan (6,6 ± 4,1) dibanding kontrol (4,4 ± 2,5; IK95%, p=0,048). Stimulasi I point secara bermakna meningkatkan skor Indeks Barthel dan memperbaiki keluaran klinis pasien dengan stroke iskemik akut.

Abstract

Cooperatives play an important role in supporting economic development, especially in rural Indonesia. This study aims to analyse the impact of entrepreneurial attitudes and motivation on business success and evaluate the management effectiveness of Rangkiang Saiyo Cooperative, which has achieved assets of IDR 1.2 billion and won various awards at the provincial and district levels. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with a survey of cooperative members supported by descriptive and inferential analyses. The results show that the entrepreneurial attitude and motivation of co-operative members have a significant influence on the success of their businesses. In addition, entrepreneurship training is proven to improve members' skills and productivity, although there are still obstacles such as suboptimal utilisation of the grants. The research also highlights the importance of strengthening social capital, financial product innovation, and cooperative empowerment strategies to improve organisational sustainability and efficiency. The findings provide recommendations for the development of cooperatives as drivers of the local economy in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the perceptions of the people of Southeast Sulawesi regarding the implementation of a circular economy in an effort to reduce carbon emissions. The circular economy offers a sustainable economic model that focuses on reducing waste through recycling, reuse, and extending the life of products. In Southeast Sulawesi, waste generation predominantly comes from households around 60% and is dominated by food waste 53.22%, providing great opportunities for implementing a circular economy. The research results show that people have a positive attitude towards the circular economy, as indicated by the average value of the questionnaire items, which ranges from 3.37 to 3.83. However, there are variations in perception that indicate the need for further outreach in several aspects of the circular economy. In conclusion, implementing a circular economy in Southeast Sulawesi can contribute significantly to reducing carbon emissions through better waste management and increasing community participation. Government policy support and public education are very important to strengthen the circular economy as a sustainable strategy in this area. This research provides a basis for developing evidence-based programs to achieve environmental sustainability in Southeast Sulawesi.

Abstract

Real Work Lectures are a comprehensive application in the field of scientific disciplines of the theories they have into a real form of community service. This year, Mataram University is holding a Real Work Lecture program based on the Village Community Empowerment (PMD) method which is aimed at developing a spirit of empathy and concern for problems that occur in society, making the nation's life intelligent, and realizing community welfare. Lantan Village is a village that has potential, one of which is in the tourism sector. However, development activities and utilization of this potential have not been carried out optimally by the community. Therefore, KKN PMD aims to overcome existing problems in villages, especially in utilizing village potential in the tourism sector. The method used in implementing this activity is the participatory method and focus group discussion (FGD) which is applied in (1) structuring tourist locations, (2) organizing village administration, (3) teaching activities and providing literacy corners and (4) lighting installation activities. travel and socialization. The result of this activity is that the camping ground tourist location in Sumberan hamlet is quite well organized. Apart from that, through village administration activities we can provide good services to the community, help improve students' reading and numeracy skills, provide lighting facilities for the Gubuk Makam hamlet community so they feel safe and form community awareness regarding the management of existing village potential. The results of these activities show that these activities can help overcome problems in society related to the development of existing potential.

Abstract

The role of health workers is the most important part in tackling the Covid-19 pandemic. All coping policies affect the services provided in hospitals so that they have a negative impact on the health care sector. To reduce the transmission rate, good knowledge and behavior is needed for health workers. The purpose of this research is to know the differencelevel of knowledge and behavior of Covid-19 prevention among medical staff at Cut Nyak Dhien Hospital and Harapan Sehat Hospital. The type of method in this research is quantitative. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a total sampling technique and the number of samples was 128 people. The analysis used is the chi square test and Independent Sample T-Test. The results showed that there was a relationship between the level of knowledge and behavior of Covid-19 prevention at Cut Nyak dhien Hospital and Harapan Sehat Hospital with scoresP-value= 0.068 and 0.001 (p <0.05) while the Independent Sample T-Test showed that there was a significant difference between the knowledge of health workers at Cut NyakDhien Hospital and Harapan Sehat Hospital with a p valuevalue=( 0.039) < 0.05 while for prevention behavior the value isp-value=(0.009) <0.05 conclusion: There are differences in the level of knowledge and preventive behavior of medical personnel in the hospital.

Abstract

Marketing strategy is very important for smoked fish producers to achieve their goals, so to run a business it is necessary to develop a marketing strategy. The method used to achieve the goal is socialization using participatory learning techniques and mentoring as well as direct practice in the field. This method places participants as both objects and subjects in the training process. The results of the evaluation of this activity were that participants gave a positive response, based on participants' comments which stated that the material provided was very beneficial, especially marketing activities, namely focusing on products, pricing, policies and promotional methods or what is known as Marketing Strategy. . In this way, you can build enthusiasm to advance your business and family.

Abstract

Abstrak Dalam penerapan konsep “Green Constitution” terhadap masyarakat, kami melakukan observasi awal terhadap salah satu lingkungan pesisir. Di lingkungan ini memiliki berbagai potensi yang dapat dikembangkan untuk peningkatan taraf lingkungan hidup sehat dan bahkan peningkatan pendapatan ekonomi masyarakat setempat. Potensi tersebut berupa pantai yang menjadi daya tarik bagi para wisatawan lokal maupun mancanegara. Namun saat ini, lingkungan di daerah tersebut belum terjaga dengan baik dikarenakan masyarakat membuang sampah rumah tangga di sembarang tempat sehingga berdampak pada pencemaran di daerah pesisir. Secara umum tujuan penelitian ini adalah dengan menerapkan konsep “Green constitution” untuk pembetukan karakter terhadap masyarakat pesisir di Kelurahan Nalu sebagai upaya menjaga lingkugan dari berbagai pencemaran lingkungan terutama limbah rumah tangga. Kata Kunci: Karakter, masyarakat Nalu, Green Constitution Abstract In applying the concept of "Green Constitution" to the community, we made initial observations on one of the coastal environments. This environment has various potentials that can be developed to increase the level of a healthy living environment and even increase the economic income of the local community. The potential is in the form of a beach which is an attraction for local and foreign tourists. However, at this time, the environment in the area has not been properly maintained because people throw household waste in any place so that it has an impact on pollution in coastal areas. In general, the purpose of this study is to apply the concept of "Green constitution" for character building for coastal communities in Nalu Village as an effort to protect the environment from various environmental pollutions, especially household waste. Abstract

Terdapat 536 bidang tanah produk klaster 3 pendaftaran tanah sistematis lengkap (PTSL) pada Kantor Pertanahan (Kantah) Tojo Una-Una yang harus dilakukan pengulangan proses pendaftaran tanah dari awal agar dapat ditingkatkan menjadi sertipikat hak atas tanah. Harapan produk klaster 3 PTSL dengan mudah dapat ditingkatkan menjadi sertipikat hak atas tanah dikemudian hari sulit terjadi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kedudukan produk klaster 3 PTSL sebagai produk pedaftaran tanah. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum normatif yang memanfaatkan bahan hukum primer dan sekunder. Bahan hukum primer yang dimaksud yaitu peraturan perundang-undangan, petunjuk teknis mengenai PTSL sedangkan bahan hukum sekunder yaitu wawancara dan sejumlah literatur yang membahas mengenai PTSL dan pendaftaran tanah. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah perundang-undangan, dan konseptual. Bahan yang terkumpul dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Produk klaster 3 PTSL bukan merupkan produk pendaftaran tanah yang bertujuan utama agar dapat diterbitkan sertipikat hak atas tanah. Produk klaster 3 PTSL sebagai produk pendaftaran tanah hadir untuk menghimpun dan menyajikan informasi yang lengkap mengenai data fisik dan data yuridis pada satu desa lokasi PTSL yang bidang tanahnya secara subjek maupun objek tidak dapat dilakukan pembukuan hak. Produk klaster 3 PTSL sebagai hasil kegiatan proses pendaftaran tanah yang belum selesai dan belum melahirkan hak atas tanah menyebabkan produk K3 akan selalu dibayangi dengan potensi melahirkan fakta- fakta hukum baru, oleh hal tersebut pengulangan kegiatan pada produk klaster 3 PTSL pada saat ingin dibukukan haknya haruslah dianggap sebuah kewajaran.   There are 536 plots of complete systematic land registration(PTSL) cluster 3 product land in land office(kantah) Tojo Una Una, the land registration process must be repeated from the beginning so that it can be upgraded to a land title certificate. The hope that PTSL cluster 3 products can easily be upgraded to become land title certificates in the future will be difficult to achieve. The aim of this research is to determine the position of PTSL cluster 3 products as land registration products. This research is normative legal research which utilizes primary and secondary legal materials. The primary legal materials in question are statutory regulations, technical instructions regarding PTSL, while the secondary legal materials are interviews and a number of literature discussing PTSL and land registration. The approach used is statutory and conceptual. The collected material was analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The PTSL cluster 3 product is not a land registration product whose main aim is to issue land title certificates. The PTSL cluster 3 product as a land registration product is here to collect and present complete information regarding physical data and juridical data in a village where PTSL is located where land plots as subjects and objects cannot be recorded as rights. Cluster 3 products PTSL are the result of land registration process activities that have not been completed and have not given birth to land rights, causing K3 products to always be overshadowed by the potential to give birth to new legal facts, therefore repetition of activities in PTSL cluster 3 products when the rights are to be recorded must be considered a reasonableness.

Abstract

Belum pernah diadakannya evaluasi keterampilan teknik dasar sepak bola ekstrakurikuler olahraga sepak bola di SMP Negeri 1 Sebulu merupakan dasar penelitian ini di lakukan. Agar dapat mengetahui tingkat kemampuan teknik dasar permainan sepak bola. Agar dapat mengetahui tingkat kemampuan teknik dasar shooting siswa. Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan metode survei. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes. Yang populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler sepak bola, yang berjumlah 29 siswa putra. Penelitian ini menggunakan populasi keseluruhan sebagai sampel. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes Fenanlampir yang di pakai tes kemampuan shooting. Skor yang di peroleh kemudian di analisis dengan teknik statistik yang di tuangkan dalam bentuk persentase. Berdasarkan penelitian dan pembahasan dapat di simpulkan bahwa kemampuan teknik dasar kemampuan shooting siswa yang mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler sepak bola di SMP Negeri 1 Sebulu katagori sangat baik terdapat 3 orang sebesar 10,34% katagori baik terdapat 13 orang sebesar 44,83% katagori sedang terdapat 12 orang sebesar 41,38% katagori kurang terdapat 1 orang sebesar 3,45% katagori sangat kurag terdapat 0% Jelas terlihat bahwa katagori baik adalah kriteria hasil tes shooting siswa ekstrakulikuler olahraga sepak bola SMP Negeri 1 Sebulu yang terbanyak yaitu dengan jumlah siswa 13 orang
