Abstract

This study investigates the role of financial literacy, risk-taking behavior, and business networking on the growth of start-ups in Indonesia. Using a purposive sample of 200 start-up entrepreneurs from diverse sectors, data were collected through an online questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that all three variables significantly and positively influence start-up growth, with business networking having the strongest impact, followed by financial literacy and risk-taking behavior. These findings emphasize the importance of not only financial skills and entrepreneurial mindset but also the strategic use of social networks in fostering business expansion. Practical implications for entrepreneurial training, ecosystem development, and policy formulation are discussed. The study contributes to the understanding of start-up success factors in emerging economies and offers directions for future research.

Abstract

This research aims to explain how these heroic values are reflected in the actions and characters of the main characters in the novel Kekal by Jalu Kancana and find out their application in language and literature learning at SMA Negeri 1 Parigi. This research was conducted using qualitative descriptive research with a content analysis method. The research focuses on the assessment of the value of hard work, the value of discipline, the value of independence, the value of independence, the value of cooperation, and the value of compassion, as well as to find out its application in Indonesian learning at SMA Negeri 1 Parigi. The results of the data findings found are in the form of quotes that contain elements of heroic values and educational values, referring to the theories of educational values of the types of data findings of each other, and after that the findings are in the form of quotes of educational values that have been expressed by experts. Next, it is grouped into the types of data findings, and after that the data findings are narrated. The next data findings will be observed by two teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Parigi. Based on the studies that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the novel Kekal by Jalu Kancana as a result of data findings amounted to 69 educational values, which were divided into the value of hard work amounting to 20 data citations, the discipline value of 8 data, the independent value of 6 data, the value of cooperation amounting to 13 data, and the value of affection 20 data. From the results of this research, the value of hard work, the value of affection, and the value of cooperation are very visible in this novel. Therefore, the novel Kekal Karya Jalu Kancana can be applied in Indonesian learning at SMA Negeri 1 Parigi. Thus, it can be concluded that the results of this research are suitable for application in the learning of Indonesian Language and Literature at SMA Negeri 1 Parigi.

Abstract

Philosophy emerged as a movement seeking answers rationally and logically, which gradually developed into a field of science. This study aims to comprehensively and systematically examine and explain the pillars of the philosophy of science as the epistemological foundation for the positivism and post-positivism schools of thought. The method used is a literature review, chosen because the author focuses on an in-depth analysis of philosophical and theoretical concepts. The results of this study show that scientific knowledge is supported by three main pillars of the philosophy of science: Ontology, Epistemology, and Axiology. Within the methodological framework, Epistemology plays a central role in determining valid criteria for truth. This led to the emergence of positivism, which was subsequently criticized and modified into post-positivism. The objective is for scientific knowledge to be able to explain and predict phenomena, as well as provide valid benefits.

Abstract

Epistemologi sebagai fondasi filsafat yang menyelidiki esensi pengetahuan, memainkan peran vital dalam membentuk pemikiran manusia. Dalam konteks Islam, epistemologi tidak hanya sekadar analisis rasional, melainkan sintesis harmonis antara wahyu ilahi, akal budi, dan pengalaman spiritual. Artikel ini mengeksplorasi sumber-sumber pengetahuan utama seperti rasionalisme, empirisme, wahyu, dan otoritas; serta kriteria kebenaran yang meliputi korespondensi, koherensi, dan pragmatisme. Lebih lanjut, dibahas tiga corak pengetahuan Islam klasik yaitu bayani, irfani, dan burhani. Al-Quran dan Sunnah Nabi Muhammad SAW ditekankan sebagai pondasi utama, yang tidak hanya memberikan petunjuk moral tetapi juga mendorong inovasi ilmiah di era digital. Kajian ini menerapkan metode kualitatif melalui riset pustaka (library research), menggunakan inferensi konten, interpretasi hermeneutik, dan sintesis komparatif terhadap sumber primer (kitab klasik Islam) dan sekunder (jurnal serta buku modern). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa epistemologi Islam bersifat komprehensif dan integratif, di mana wahyu menjadi kriteria utama yang melengkapi akal dan intuisi; ketiga corak pengetahuan saling melengkapi dalam hierarki holistik; serta kerangka ini relevan untuk mengatasi tantangan kontemporer seperti misinformasi digital dan krisis identitas pengetahuan. Analisis ini bertujuan untuk membangun pemahaman holistik yang menggabungkan tradisi Islam dengan dinamika modern, dengan harapan memperkaya diskursus akademik khususnya di bidang filsafat Islam. Untuk memperjelas fokus kajian ini, artikel secara eksplisit menempatkan kesenjangan riset pada minimnya model konseptual yang menghubungkan pola-pola epistemologis klasik (bayani, irfani, burhani) dengan mekanisme verifikasi pengetahuan di platform digital kontemporer. Secara metodologis, penelitian ini mengandalkan pendekatan kualitatif riset pustaka dengan unit analisis berupa teks klasik (pilihan bagian dari Ihyaʼ Ulumuddin, karya-karya Al-Jabiri, Ibnu Sīnā, dan Ibnu Rusyd) serta artikel akademik kontemporer tentang epistemologi Islam dan studi media digital; analisis dilakukan melalui tahapan kategorisasi tema, koding tematik, dan sintesis argumentatif untuk membangun proposisi teoretis. Kontribusi kebaruan artikel ini terletak pada perumusan proposisi integratif yang mengaitkan fungsi normative wahyu (bayani), pembuktian rasional (burhani), dan ketanggapan spiritual (irfani) dengan strategi verifikasi dan resiliensi epistemik di era misinformasi, sebuah sumbangan konseptual bagi diskursus filsafat Islam dan aplikasi pendidikan agama di ranah digital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang pertanggungjawaban pidana terhadap tindak penipuan yang dilakukan melalui kerja sama pembangunan rumah tinggal dengan studi kasus Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Curup Nomor 13/Pid.B/2024/PN Crp. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan hukum empiris dengan teknik analisis dokumen, pendekatan kasus, serta wawancara dengan aparat penegak hukum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merekonstruksi fakta hukum, pertimbangan hakim, serta penerapan Pasal 378 KUHP mengenai penipuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketika hubungan kontraktual dijadikan kedok untuk melakukan penipuan secara sistematis, tindakan tersebut tidak lagi termasuk pelanggaran perdata semata, tetapi telah memenuhi unsur tindak pidana penipuan. Unsur-unsur yang terbukti meliputi adanya kesengajaan (dolus), rangkaian kebohongan atau tipu muslihat, serta kerugian nyata yang dialami korban. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya kepastian hukum dan perlindungan konsumen dalam menghadapi modus penipuan berbasis kerja sama bisnis. Penelitian ini juga merekomendasikan peningkatan kapasitas investigasi aparat penegak hukum, penguatan perlindungan konsumen, serta penyelarasan antara penegakan hukum perdata dan pidana terhadap kasus penipuan komersial yang kompleks.

Abstract

The quality of scientific writing is an important indicator in the development of a scientific discipline, including Islamic Education. This study aims to analyze the role of philosophy of science as a framework in improving the quality of scientific writing in Islamic Education. Using a library research approach, this study examines literature related to the philosophy of science, Islamic epistemology, and the problems of academic writing in Islamic Education. The results of the study indicate that the role of philosophy of science in research and scientific writing in Islamic Education is very fundamental. Ontology plays a role in determining the focus of research and the definition of variables to be analyzed, epistemology serves as a foundation that allows research to proceed systematically and produce valid and measurable scientific work, and axiology serves as a reference for values in writing scientific papers. Axiology also prevents researchers from plagiarism, misinterpretation, and misuse of research results. By consistently applying the three pillars of philosophy of science, scientific works in Islamic education will be more valid, ethical, and make a real contribution to the development of science and educational practice.

Abstract

The mention of the bidara plant in the Qur'an implicitly shows its superiority and high status. The bidara plant is mentioned twice, in the letter Saba' verse 16 and the letter Al-Waqi'ah verse 29. In addition to the Qur'an, there are several hadiths of the Prophet SAW explaining the various benefits of this bidara plant. In this article, the author tries to explain the content contained in the bidara plant and its benefits in human life. By searching various literature sources through the Google Scholar application, many benefits of this bidara plant were found. Along with the development of science and technology, the bidara plant is widely used in human life such as in the fields of health, spirituality and beauty.

Abstract

Allah, the Almighty Creator who bears the name Al-Qadir (The Omnipotent), holds absolute power over all His creations. Nothing is worthless or in vain in His eyes. In Surah Al-Ghashiyah verse 17, Allah points to the camel as an object worthy of deep observation and reflection: "Do they not look at the camels—how they are created?" The camel is a creature full of uniqueness and remarkable features in its creation, offering numerous benefits to human life. Through a thorough exploration of various sources, it is evident that the purpose behind these wonders is for them to become subjects of contemplation and insight for certain people. Allah refers to this as a reminder for those who possess intellect and reasoning. The Qur’an repeatedly emphasizes that everything Allah has created is a sign, a manifestation of His greatness, and a reminder.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membaca ulang peradaban Islam abad pertengahan melalui pendekatan sejarah sosial dengan menempatkan masyarakat sebagai aktor utama dalam proses pembentukan dan transformasi peradaban. Kajian ini berangkat dari kritik terhadap historiografi konvensional yang cenderung menekankan peran elite politik dan intelektual, sehingga mengabaikan dinamika sosial yang menopang keberlanjutan peradaban Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif historis-sosial dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa studi kepustakaan dan analisis dokumen historis, meliputi sumber primer dan sekunder yang relevan dengan konteks Abbasiyah. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis naratif dan analisis isi historis untuk mengungkap struktur sosial, relasi antarkelompok, serta praktik kehidupan sosial masyarakat Muslim abad pertengahan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peradaban Islam abad pertengahan ditopang oleh struktur sosial yang relatif terbuka, penghargaan terhadap ilmu pengetahuan sebagai modal sosial, serta keberadaan institusi intelektual seperti Bait al-Hikmah yang berfungsi sebagai ruang sosial dan simbol peradaban. Ilmu pengetahuan tidak dipahami sebagai aktivitas individual, melainkan sebagai praktik sosial kolektif yang terintegrasi dengan kekuasaan, ekonomi, dan budaya. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kemajuan peradaban Islam merupakan hasil dari proses sosial yang kompleks dan berlapis, bukan semata-mata akibat kejayaan politik atau tokoh besar. Secara teoretis, penelitian ini memperkaya kajian peradaban Islam melalui penguatan pendekatan sejarah sosial. Secara praktis, hasil penelitian ini relevan untuk pengembangan pendidikan sejarah Islam yang lebih kritis dan kontekstual, serta membuka peluang penelitian lanjutan terkait dinamika sosial kelompok non-elite dalam sejarah Islam.

Abstract

This article is motivated by the emergence of various problems at this time, but did not exist in ancient times. So it is very necessary for the ijtihad of the scholars to re-establish a law. Yusuf al-qordhawi as a contemporary scholar has his own way of establishing laws on contemporary issues. In that regard, this article aims to describe the contemporary ijtihad method used by Yusuf al-qordhawi in establishing a law. This research is a descriptive qualitative research using literature review. Data sources in this study are books, journals and other things related to the problem. This research is carried out systematically, namely collecting data, processing, concluding and using certain techniques to find answers to problems. The results showed that Al- Qardhawi was very selective and rational in establishing laws on the problems at hand. Here are some fatwas set by yuusf qordhawi with his ijtihad, namely about the legal determination of shaking hands between men and women who are not mahram, the determination about being allowed to breastfeed through the Breast milk Bank (Breast Milk), and not prohibiting marriage between milk mothers and relatives, Determination about the obligation of a father to ask for the consent of his daughter to be married, and must not force him to marry,  Against al-Qaradhawi's fatwa on abortion due to rape that occurred in Bosnia. Yusuf qordhawi has several ijtihad methods, namely ijtihad intiqho'I, ijtihad insya'I and ijtihad combined insha'i and intiqho'i. and also still requires the postulates of the establishment of law in classical times, such as ijma, qiyas, istihsan, and others. And the main thing is that the legal establishment remains sourced from the Quran and hadith.
