Abstract

A marine sale and purchase facility that has a clear vision, mission, goals and objectives, namely to develop and support national development in order to realize Indonesia as a global maritime axis by sovereign, independent and sustainable management of marine and fishery resources for people's prosperity. maritime and fisheries development must be carried out by all stakeholders to change a situation into a better condition by utilizing marine and fisheries resources optimally, efficiently and effectively and with the ultimate goal of improving community welfare in a sustainable manner. So that it can realize maritime and fisheries development that is able to maintain the area of economic independence by securing fisheries resources and reflecting the personality of Banten province as an archipelago / water area. Planning Building and Fish Market Designing in Teluk Subdistrict, Labuan Subdistrict, Pandeglang District, BANTEN, incorporates the concept of Metaphoric Architecture. The concept of Metaphor Architecture is a figure of speech or form expression, manifested in a building in the hope that it will give rise to responses from people who enjoy or use their work. The application of the Metaphoric Architecture to the Fish Market in Labuan village is very suitable because the building will be built to support buildings that require building materials and adjustments to the surrounding environment. So later the Pasar Ikan building will look more artistic with the use of materials and forms that also aim to attract more visitors.Keywords: Fish Market, Labuan Sub-District, Labuan Village, Metaphorical Architecture

Abstract

Modern Traditional Architecture that combines traditional architecture and modern architecture., Is applied in the design of the Batak Bolon Wedding Center in Bogor. The large number of Toba Batak youths who have not been married and the lack of wedding hall facilities which are usually used to hold weddings by the Batak tribe in the Bogor area have made these young men get married outside the city of Bogor. So the need for a special Batak wedding building facility in the Bogor area is needed.

Abstract

The Bus Station is a road transport infrastructure for the purposes of lowering and raising passengers, moving intra and/or inter modes of transportation, and arranging the arrival and departure of public transportation. The author focuses on the development of Arjosari Terminal located in the Malang city, East Java. The main problem of this terminal is ineffective space circulation patterns and slum. So that, the author will design a new terminal that will replace Arjosari Terminal because it sees a fairly complex problem that is owned by Arjosari Terminal. Metaphor Architecture is an architectural style that takes the form of a figure of speech or parable of some thing. Taking the concept of real objects or values that are commonly known to the public that considered more simple and reasonable. So that the Terminal design in Malang city will use the Metaphor Architecture theme from the shape of the mountain to give the impression and emphasize that Malang city is a city who surrounded by mountains around it.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are a means of non-formal Islamic education that play a role in advancing the life of the nation as well as being a place to explore religious sciences, especially Islam, which is the majority in Indonesia. Islamic boarding school education is education that prioritizes Islam as a guideline. The purpose of this research is to realize the concept of planning and designing Islamic boarding schools in Tangerang City with the theme of Tropical Architecture which seeks to change the behavior patterns of its inhabitants to protect the surrounding environment from damage and better sustainability in the future. Analytical descriptive method for architectural design approach is carried out with an understanding of the principles of tropical architectural design, besides that, the activity group approach, capacity approach and space size are carried out. By applying the concept of tropical architecture can create a good learning environment and can prevent global warming problems. Building materials and components that have sustainable criteria to support the application of tropical architecture can be applied to buildings that function as a forum for santri activities in Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

Majlis ta'lim as the gateway for Islamic education that must face the problems that arise due to the development of an increasingly globalized world, is required to continue to improve its quality so that it can play a bigger role in bridging the gap between the real conditions of Muslims, so that it is reflected and realized a knowledge and Islamic social action. The process is ideally balanced with mental and character cultivation that enables the members of the assembly to be able to face life's problems. Mental and character that has been internalized within will become whole and unified in the soul, thus forming personal integrity. The notion of radicalism which leads to terrorism is an important understanding for the people in the city of Kendari. Community contact with radicalism is certainly not something that appears by itself in the midst of society. The notion of radicalism arises because of the communication process of conversations with others, both discussions about politics, economics, and various things, especially discussions about the understanding of religion which recently have very sharp differences and one of the places where religious understanding is studied is the Taklim Council. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive analytical approach. Data sources are primary and secondary data sources. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews and documentation with sampling techniques. This study shows three stages in dealing with the understanding of radicalism through the taklim assembly, first starting with the form of conciliation with the materials presented later by the taklim board administrators, so that it is not only jihad material through suicide bombings but studies that are mutual respect and respect between each other, especially inter-religious people. Second, the approach of the Taklim Council towards Radicalism is through reforming the assembly which is not known by the MUI management, both city and provincial administrators. Third, involve stakeholders and related agencies who are concerned about eradicating terrorism and radicalism.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mendeksripsikan proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran PKn yang terintegrasi dengan materi ajar lainnya berbasis penumbuhan karakter dalam K13, kegunaan bahan ajar PKn yang terintegrasikan dengan pembelajaran lain berbasis penumbuhan karakter nasionalisme dan mengetahui cara guru menilai pertumbuhan karakter nasionalisme. Pendekatan dan jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah pengawas, kepala sekolah, guru dan siswa SD Negeri 03 Kota Bengkulu. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan uji kredibilitas data melalui peningkatan ketekunan, perpanjangan pengamatan dan triangulasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis melalui reduksi data, penyajian (display) data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini, siswa menunjukkan penumbuhan karakter nasionalisme dalam kegiatan pembiasaan siswa, kegiatan tersebut meliputi kegiatan rutin, kegiatan spontan, keteladanan, dan pengkondisian. Bahan ajar PKn dalam menumbuhkan karakter nasionalis pada siswa dengan memilih dan memilah materi yang sesuai dengan karakter tersebut. Guru menilai karakter nasionalisme dalam diri siswa dengan mengunakan jurnal pengembangan sikap dan lembar observasi sikap siswa pada proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Tourism area is an activity that is developed in many areas to certain areas to attract the interest of the surrounding community. Especially art tourism, namely the art of music. To increase the love and passion for the art of music in a certain area, especially South Tangerang, it is necessary to have a music performance area, where there is a place for music education tours, musical performances, music culture, and local budget revenues. Music performances also have a good effect on the surrounding community, especially in South Tangerang because there is a place where music lovers and visitors can interact with each other. The modern tropical architectural approach can be used as a basic reference in the Central Design of music performances in South Tangerang. The concept of this building is very good to use, the shape of the building used can overcome the climatic conditions that exist in Indonesia by combining several things that have been adjusted, in order to complete the existing shortcomings.

Abstract

Education is a conscious and planned effort to create a learning atmosphere and learning process so that students actively develop their potential to have religious spiritual strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, and skills needed by society. Educational tourism itself is a type of special interest tourism that is categorized according to certain motivations which are usually related to time, hobbies and the pursuit of leisure, where there is a combination of recreation and education. So therefore, with the design of the nature activist edutourism design, it is hoped that it can accommodate and facilitate nature activist and facilities that support nature activities, Provide educational facilities as a contribution to environmentally conscious nature activist, Contribute the percentage of public green open space in Cianjur City, and enrich education-based tourist destinations in the city of Cianjur. Cianjur City. However, it can become an education-based tourist destination that focuses on training in human resource development and introduces the importance of being environmentally aware.

Abstract

Determining the employees’ career contentment is crucial at this time. Companies should pay more attention to employee career contentment. This research focused to the determinant of employee career contentment through organizational culture, work environment, organizational commitment to­ward 98 office and workshop employees at PT Bukaka Teknik Utama Balik­papan Branch. It used classical assumption to test research hypothesis by ana­lyzing feasibility with multiple linear regression model. The result revealed that organizational culture, work environment, and organizational commit­ment had a significative effects on em­ployee job satisfaction. The work envi­ronment was influential but not so important. Furthermore, or­ga­ni­zational culture had dominant effect to the employees’ job satisfaction. The work en­vi­ronment communication connection (communication between fellow em­plo­y­ees), especially played role in the application of work and conformance with standard operating procedures, making it easy for employees to under­stand. The author realized attention of an acceptable work environment to increase the level of career contentment. The practical implications of this research results can be consideration for similar industrial companies in providing maximum satisfaction related to organizational culture, work envi­ronment, and organizational commitment. Employees satisfied at work and afforded occasions to advance themselves, if companies concerned to the availability of work facilities and convenience.
