Abstract

Planning area of maritime tourism in Peucang Island, Ujung Kulon National Park, Banten. Designed with the aim of developing tourism in the surrounding area and providing opportunities for people living around the Ujung Kulon National Park, to increase economic income through tourism development. In tourism development activities, the community does not only play a role as beneficiaries, but must be able to become actors who encourage the success of tourism development on Peucang Island. The use of the tropical concept on the building because the location was in the beach area, so that buildings must be adapting to the environment having tropical climate. The applications of the concept of tropical on the building of the use of existing natural material around the location to make the building look in harmony with the surrounding environment

Abstract

College is a university which organizes academic education and can also organize vocational education within a certain group of Sciences and Technology and if it meets the requirements, a high school can certainly also hold professional education. Higher education is a continuation of secondary education held to prepare students to become members of the community who have academic and professional abilities that can apply, develop and create science, technology and arts (Law 2 of 1989, article 16, paragraph (1)). In the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, it was mentioned that related to the implementation of three main things namely teaching, research and community service. High school that includes learning about the science of Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics in order to realize students who have human resources in the field of meteorology who are competitively competitive and provide added value through education and training. Disseminating knowledge in the field of climatology and striving for applications to improve the welfare of society and enrich national culture. Able to observe geophysical elements. has competence according to the department. Green building is a green building with building plans to make life better and meet the needs of the next generation. Especially those related to nature conservation, health, and also social. Green building can be interpreted as sustainable, earthfriendly (environmentally friendly), and high performance building (buildings with very good performance). Green architecture optimizes part of its land for green space, green building is a re-interpretation of the socio-cultural community to nature and shelter life. With the application of green architecture in the design of climatology and geophysics meteorology high schools in the city of Tangerang, it is expected to be known by the community inside and outside the region for the realization of buildings that can provide a place for prospective cadets who are competent in their fields and to explore air quality and power. And also the surrounding community who want to learn about meteorology, climatology, geophysics. As well as having a high appeal because of the realization of a green building.

Abstract

Ampel Market is one of the largest markets in Boyolali Regency. In 2004, the Ampel Market experienced a fire so that the market conditions until now have been irregular in the distribution of zoning, insufficient ventilation and natural lighting in buildings. The design of this Ampel Market will be upgraded to the Ampel Type A People's Market which is suitable for the area of ​​land, the number of traders and the location of the Ampel market. Tropical architecture is a type of style or concept in architectural design which is an answer and a form of adaptation of buildings to climatic conditions in a tropical area. Tropical climates are usually located near the equator and have special characteristics due to high solar heat, high humidity and rainfall, wind movement, and many other influences. Tropical architecture can provide answers to climate problems so that it can provide comfort and security in the market by utilizing natural resources. A marine sale and purchase facility that has a clear vision, mission, goals and objectives, namely to develop and support national development in order to realize Indonesia as a global maritime axis by sovereign, independent and sustainable management of marine and fishery resources for people's prosperity. maritime and fisheries development must be carried out by all stakeholders to change a situation into a better condition by utilizing marine and fisheries resources optimally, efficiently and effectively and with the ultimate goal of improving community welfare in a sustainable manner. So that it can realize maritime and fisheries development that is able to maintain the area of economic independence by securing fisheries resources and reflecting the personality of Banten province as an archipelago / water area. Planning Building and Fish Market Designing in Teluk Subdistrict, Labuan Subdistrict, Pandeglang District, BANTEN, incorporates the concept of Metaphoric Architecture. The concept of Metaphor Architecture is a figure of speech or form expression, manifested in a building in the hope that it will give rise to responses from people who enjoy or use their work. The application of the Metaphoric Architecture to the Fish Market in Labuan village is very suitable because the building will be built to support buildings that require building materials and adjustments to the surrounding environment. The large number of Toba Batak youths who have not been married and the lack of wedding hall facilities which are usually used to hold weddings by the Batak tribe in the Bogor area have made these young men get married outside the city of Bogor. So the need for a special Batak wedding building facility in the Bogor area is needed.

Abstract

The Bus Station is a road transport infrastructure for the purposes of lowering and raising passengers, moving intra and/or inter modes of transportation, and arranging the arrival and departure of public transportation. The author focuses on the development of Arjosari Terminal located in the Malang city, East Java. The main problem of this terminal is ineffective space circulation patterns and slum. So that, the author will design a new terminal that will replace Arjosari Terminal because it sees a fairly complex problem that is owned by Arjosari Terminal. Metaphor Architecture is an architectural style that takes the form of a figure of speech or parable of some thing. Taking the concept of real objects or values that are commonly known to the public that considered more simple and reasonable. So that the Terminal design in Malang city will use the Metaphor Architecture theme from the shape of the mountain to give the impression and emphasize that Malang city is a city who surrounded by mountains around it.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are a means of non-formal Islamic education that play a role in advancing the life of the nation as well as being a place to explore religious sciences, especially Islam, which is the majority in Indonesia. Islamic boarding school education is education that prioritizes Islam as a guideline. The purpose of this research is to realize the concept of planning and designing Islamic boarding schools in Tangerang City with the theme of Tropical Architecture which seeks to change the behavior patterns of its inhabitants to protect the surrounding environment from damage and better sustainability in the future. Analytical descriptive method for architectural design approach is carried out with an understanding of the principles of tropical architectural design, besides that, the activity group approach, capacity approach and space size are carried out. By applying the concept of tropical architecture can create a good learning environment and can prevent global warming problems. Building materials and components that have sustainable criteria to support the application of tropical architecture can be applied to buildings that function as a forum for santri activities in Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

Tourism area is an activity that is developed in many areas to certain areas to attract the interest of the surrounding community. Especially art tourism, namely the art of music. To increase the love and passion for the art of music in a certain area, especially South Tangerang, it is necessary to have a music performance area, where there is a place for music education tours, musical performances, music culture, and local budget revenues. Music performances also have a good effect on the surrounding community, especially in South Tangerang because there is a place where music lovers and visitors can interact with each other. The modern tropical architectural approach can be used as a basic reference in the Central Design of music performances in South Tangerang. The concept of this building is very good to use, the shape of the building used can overcome the climatic conditions that exist in Indonesia by combining several things that have been adjusted, in order to complete the existing shortcomings.
