Abstract

Financial report information users needed complete and disclosed information. One of the pieces of information was Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activity disclosure. The objective of the research was to find the influence of company size, leverage, profitability, the size of the commissioner board, and shareholdings towards the CSR disclosure. Manufacturing companies’ populations in sectors 1, 2, and 3 were recorded in the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The research sample which used in this research was manufacturing companies in the sector of cement, ceramics, porcelain, and glass, also metal and it is kind with the period year from 2014 until 2018. The research sample was chosen using the purposive sampling method. Hypothetical measurement was analyzed by using the multiple regression method. From the research result, it was proven that profitability had a positive effect on CSR disclosure, and leverage had a negative effect, while variable of company size, the commissioner board size, and shareholdings did not influence the CSR disclosure.

Abstract

The time of mechanical insurgency 4.0 is a period of digitalization in different areas particularly within the field of instruction so it takes educating fabric that can increment understudy movement in learning. This type of research is educational design research using the Plomp model. This model consists of three steps: (1) preliminary research, (2) prototyping, and (3) assessment phase. The research instrument used observation sheets, questionnaires, and learning outcomes tests. The e-module was validated by six construct experts and three content experts. This inquires about points to create an e-module of electrolyte and nonelectrolyte solutions based on problem-based learning integrated demonstration videos and scientific literacy and decide the level of validity of created e-module. This sort of investigation is instructive plan inquire about utilizing the plomp model. The appraisal rebellious utilized were perceptions sheets, surveys, and learning results tests. The e-module was approved by five validators, to be specific the build validator and the substance validator. The comes about of the validity of the e-module develop gotten Aiken’s V normal esteem of 0.85 with a substantial category, and the validity of the e-module substance gotten a normal CVI esteem of 1 with a substantial category. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the problem-based learning e-module of electrolyte and nonelectrolyte solutions integrated with demonstration videos and scientific literacy developed was valid.

Abstract

Konsep diri dan kepercayaan diri merupakan dua aspek penting yang saling berhubungan dan berpengaruh terhadap prestasi akademik serta perkembangan sosial siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsep diri terhadap kepercayaan diri pada siswa kelas VII di MTsN 15 Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei asosiatif. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket skala Likert, dan analisis data dilakukan melalui regresi linier sederhana. Hasil uji menunjukkan bahwa konsep diri berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepercayaan diri siswa dengan kontribusi sebesar 26,4%. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan konsep diri terhadap kepercayaan diri siswa di MTsN.

Abstract

Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are a type of multipotent stem cells that can be found in various tissues of the body, possessing good regenerative qualities and promising immunomodulatory abilities for therapy in various medical conditions. MSCs can be obtained from bone marrow, umbilical cord, adipose tissue, and Warthon's jelly. This study aims to present a systematic review of the use of mesenchymal stem cells in disease therapy, by evaluating the latest evidence regarding their efficacy and safety in various therapies. This review uses literature review methods from international data bases such as PubMed and Google Scholar. The total number of articles obtained from the database was 49 articles. These articles were then filtered using inclusion and exclusion criteria, resulting in 22 articles for this systematic review. The research findings indicate that MSCs therapy has been used for the treatment of liver fibrosis, diabetes mellitus, spinal cord injury, and COVID-19. In MSCs therapy, mechanisms involved paracrine effects (MSCs produce cytokines, growth factors, and other proteins); immunomodulation (MSCs can suppress immune cell activation, inhibit lymphocyte proliferation, modulate natural killer T cell activation, and produce anti-inflammatory factors); angiogenesis (MSCs are capable of stimulating the growth of new blood vessels through secretion of VEGF and FGF); cellular differentiation; and anti-fibrotic effects. This is what makes MSCs potentially promising as an evolving alternative treatment.

Abstract

The utilization of maggot frass from Black Soldier Fly (BSF) larvae (Hermetia illucens Linneus, 1875) has garnered attention in the context of organic farming as a promising alternative to enhance plant growth and development. Maggot frass, a byproduct of the larval digestion process, is rich in essential nutrients such as nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, and contains beneficial microorganisms for the soil. This study employs a literature review method. Literature sources were obtained from the Google Scholar database using keywords such as "maggot frass", "kasgot", "Black Soldier Fly", and "Hermetia illucens". The articles obtained were then analyzed to gather secondary data. The aim of this research is to explore the potential utilization of maggot frass from BSF larvae in enhancing plant growth and development in the context of organic farming. Research on the utilization of maggot frass has shown significant potential in improving soil fertility and increasing crop productivity. Furthermore, the use of BSF larvae in organic waste management can also significantly reduce waste volume while creating valuable resources for agriculture. By integrating the utilization of maggot frass into organic farming practices, it is hoped that a more sustainable and environmentally friendly agricultural system can be created in the future.

Abstract

ملخص البحث: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تطوير كتاب مدرسي للغة العربية يعتمد على طريقة البصرية والسمعية والحركية (VAK) لتحسين مهارة الكلام لطلاب بالمدرسة المتوسطة الحكومية الأولى باليمبانج. وقد تم تطوير كتاب المدرسي الكلام على خلفية مشكلة نظام التعلم استنادًا إلى الملاحظات والمقابلات وبيانات الاستبيانات التي قام بها الباحثة من قبل، والتي توضح مشاكل التعلم المختلفة مثل عدم وجود دافعية لدى الطلاب في المشاركة في الدروس، وشعور الطلاب بالملل في التعلم، وقلة نشاط الطلاب في الفصل، وخطوات التعلم التي لا تتفق مع الأهداف المراد تحقيقها في الكتاب المدرسي، والأساليب التي لا تتفق مع أساليب التعلم لدى الطلاب، والخلفيات التعليمية المختلفة للطلاب، مما يؤثر على طريقة فهمهم واستيعابهم للتعلم. المنهجية المستخدمة في هذا البحث هي البحث والتطوير باستخدام نموذج التطوير ADDIE، أي التحليل والتصميم والتطوير التنفيذ والتقويم. حصلت نتائج التحقق من صلاحية المنتجات التي تم تطويرها بناء على خبراء المواد على درجة 80%، ثم بناء على خبراء الإعلام على درجة 87.5% بفئة”صالح جداً“، بينما حصلت نتائج اختبار فعالية المنتج للاختبار القبلي على قيمة 52.3% وبعد استخدام المنتج شهدت زيادة في قيمة الاختبار البعدي بلغت 81.07%، ثم بالنسبة لاستجابة المعلم للكتاب المدرسي الذي تم تطويره حصل على نسبة 81.25% وحصل استبيان رضا الطلاب على نتيجة 86. 9٪ بفئة جيد جداً أو صالح جداً، لذلك فإن تطوير كتاب المدرسي الكلام القائم على طريقة البصرية والسمعية والحركية (VAK) مؤثر في تحسين مهارة الكلام عند الطلاب. ABSTRACT: This study aims to develop an Arabic textbook based on the VAK method (Visualization, Auditory, Kinestetic) in an effort to improve the kalam proficiency of class VII students of MTS N 1 Palembang. The development of kalam textbooks is carried out against the background of learning system problems based on observations and interviews as well as questionnaire data that researchers have done before, explaining various learning problems such as lack of student motivation in participating in lessons, students feel bored in learning, students are less active in class, learning steps that are not in accordance with the objectives to be achieved in the textbook, methods that are not in accordance with students' learning styles and various educational backgrounds of students, thus affecting the way they understand and absorb learning. The methodology used in this research is research and development or R and D with the ADDIE development model, namely analysis, design, development, trial or implementation and evaluation. The results of the validation of the products that have been developed based on material experts get a score of 80% then based on media experts get a score of 87.5% with the category “very feasible”, while the results of the product effectiveness test for the pre test obtained a value of 52.3% and after using the product experienced an increase in the post test value of 81.07%, then for the teacher's response to the textbook that has been developed, get a score of 87.5% with the category “very feasible”. while the results of the product effectiveness test for the pre test obtained a value of 52.3% and after using the product experienced an increase in the post test value of 81.07%, then for the teacher's response to the textbook that has been developed, getting a percentage of 81.25% and a student satisfaction questionnaire obtained a result of 86.9% with a very good or valid category, so that the development of this VAK (Visualization, Auditory, Kinestetic) method-based kalam textbook has an effect in improving maharoh kalam in students. Keywords: textbooks, VAK method (visualization, auditory, kinestetic), maharoh kalam, addie model ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu mengembangkan sebuah buku ajar bahasa arab berbasis metode VAK (Visualization, Auditory, Kinestetic) dalam upaya peningkatan kemahiran kalam siswa kelas VII MTS N 1 Palembang. Pengembangan buku ajar kalam ini dilakukan dengan latar belakang masalah sistem pembelajaran yang berdasarkan observasi dan wawancara serta data angket yang telah peneliti lakukan sebelumnya, menjelaskan berbagai problem masalah pembelajaran seperti minimnya motivasi siswa dalam mengikuti pelajaran menyebabkan mereka merasa jenuh saat belajar., siswa kurang aktif dikelas, proses pembelajaran yang diterapkan tidak sejalan dengan target yang ingin dicapai dalam buku ajar, metode ajar yang tidak selaras dengan cara belajar siswa serta latar belakang pendidikan siswa yang bermacam-macam, sehingga mempengaruhi cara mereka memahami dan menyerap pembelajaran. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah research and development atau R and D dengan model pengembangan ADDIE, yaitu analisis, desain, pengembangan, uji coba atau implementasi dan evaluasi. Hasil validasi produk yang telah dikembangkan berdasarkan ahli materi mendapatkan sekor 80% kemudian berdasarkan ahli media mendapat skor 87,5% dengan kategori “sangat layak”, sedangkan hasil uji keefektifitasan produk untuk pre test memperoleh nilai sebesar 52,3% dan setelah menggunakan produk mengalami peningakatan pada nilai post test sebesar 81,07%, kemudian untuk respon guru terhadap buku ajar yang dikembangkan peneliti ini, mendapatkan persentase sebesar 81,25% dan angket kepuasan siswa memperoleh hasil sebesar 86.9% dengan kategori sangat baik atau valid, sehingga pengembangan buku ajar kalam berbasis metode VAK (Visualization, Auditory, Kinestetic) ini berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan maharoh kalam pada siswa. Abstract

Dehydration poses a significant health risk to construction workers due to heavy physical work and exposure to hot working conditions. This study aimed to determine the prevalence of dehydration and identify associated risk factors among construction workers. A cross-section study was conducted involving 32 construction workers in a construction project for the construction of a wheat flour and soybean mill owned by PT. Agri First which operates at KIM 2 Medan. Data were collected using questionnaires, fingertip pulse oximeters, urine refractometers, and observation sheets. Dehydration is categorized based on the level of urine specific gravity (ultrasound). The data was statistically tested using the Fisher Exact test (α=0.05). The majority of workers (75%) were dehydrated. There was no significant relationship between dehydration and age. However, workers with more than 3 years of experience were more likely to be dehydrated compared to workers with less than 3 years of experience (OR = 8,333, 95% CI: 1,392-49,872). Workers with moderate workloads were also more likely to be dehydrated compared to workers with light workloads (OR = 18,333). There was a significant association between water intake and dehydration (p = 0.000). All workers who did not drink enough water were dehydrated, while only 66.7% of those who drank enough water were dehydrated. Workers with more than 3 years of experience, moderate workload, and inadequate water intake have a higher risk of becoming dehydrated. Interventions to improve hydration among construction workers are urgently needed.

Abstract

Hypertension is an increase in blood pressure beyond normal limits with a diastolic pressure of 90 mmHg or a systolic pressure of 140 mmHg. Hypertension is a disease that cannot be cured but can be controlled, one of which is with a low-salt diet. Adherence in undergoing a low-salt diet is the main key to the recovery of hypertensive patients. When hypertension is not controlled will appear complications in the organs. To prevent blood pressure, exercise regularly, maintain an ideal weight, consume healthy foods, manage stress, and get enough sleep. Checkan blood pressure periodically to the doctor, The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of adherence to a low-salt diet on the blood pressure of hypertensive patients. This study used a total sampling method, namely sampling techniques where the number of samples was equal to the population, the sample in this study was 15 inpatient hypertension patients at GrandMed Lubuk Pakam Hospital. Research shows that female respondents were 7 people (46.7%) male respondents as many as 8 people (53.3%). This study can be seen that from 15 respondents, it can be seen that 11 patients who adhered to a low-salt diet adhered to (73.3%), and patients who did not comply with a low-salt diet adherence were 4 people (2 6.7%). This study is a Cross sectional study as many as 15 respondents were the subject of this study. The results of statistical tests showed that there was an effect of adherence to a low-salt diet on blood pressure in inpatient hypertensive patients at Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital with values (p Value = 0.000). Thus it can be concluded that there is an effect of adherence to a low-salt diet on inpatients at GrandMed Lubuk Pakam hospital.

Abstract

Indonesia sebagai negara dengan suku, etnis, agama, dan budaya yang beragam dapat menjadi warna sosial yang harmonis. Namun, acapkali keberagaman tersebut dapat menjadi suatu permasalahan sosial jika masyarakat tidak berperilaku sesuai norma. Pendidikan multikultural, terutama dalam konteks Pendidikan Agama Islam memiliki peran penting dalam mengatasi tantangan tersebut dengan menanamkan nilai multikulturalisme kepada peserta didik melalui pembelajaran di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain fenomenologi dan dan data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SMA Negeri 3 Sidoarjo berhasil mengintegrasikan nilai multikulturalisme dalam pembelajaran PAI, baik melalui kegiatan intrakurikuler maupun melalui kegiatan kokurikuler seperti Jumat Imtaq, Jumat Hijau, pentas seni, pameran P5, serta perayaan hari besar keagamaan, baik Islam maupun agama lain. Integrasi nilai multikulturalisme dalam PAI di SMA Negeri 3 Sidoarjo menciptakan lingkungan yang inklusif dan harmonis. Keberhasilan ini tercermin dari sikap peserta didik yang lebih terbuka, menghargai perbedaan, menjunjung tinggi kesetaraan, dan kerjasama baik di dalam maupun di luar kelas. Implementasi nilai multikulturalisme di SMA Negeri 3 Sidoarjo dapat dijadikan model bagi lembaga pendidikan lain dalam upaya menciptakan masyarakat yang harmonis dan saling menghargai.

Abstract

Education is the primary foundation in building a new generation that is competitive and inclusive. In striving to achieve this goal, a differentiated approach is a suitable idea to be implemented. Differentiated learning is centered on learners and tailored to their needs, interests, and learning styles. However, field facts show that the implementation of differentiated learning is still not optimal due to unclear conceptual application. This study aims to identify how the implementation of differentiated learning engages active participation of learners within the scope of the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subject's Islamic Religious Education Competency (SKI) material. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with research subjects from class XI F-7 at SMAN 3 Sidoarjo and data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. This qualitative research finds that there are three stages in optimizing the implementation of differentiated learning: content differentiation, process differentiation, and product differentiation. The results show that differentiated learning within the scope of SKI material in the PAI subject can enhance active engagement of learners in the classroom. The researcher concludes that the success of differentiated learning is supported by good collaboration and communication between teachers and learners. Abstrak Pendidikan merupakan pondasi utama dalam membangun generasi baru yang berdaya saing dan inklusif. Dalam upaya menggapai tujuan tersebut, pendekatan berdiferensiasi merupakan gagasan tepat untuk diterapkan. Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi merupakan pembelajaran yang berpusat pada peserta didik yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan, minat, dan gaya belajar mereka. Namun fakta dilapangan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran diferensiasi masih belum optimal karena konsep penerapan yang belum jelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi bagaimana implementasi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dalam keterlibatan aktif peserta didik pada ruang lingkup materi SPI mata pelajaran PAI. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian kelas XI F-7 di SMAN 3 Sidoarjo dan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wanwacara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian kualitatif ini menemukan bahwa terdapat tiga tahapan dalam upaya optimalisasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi yaitu diferensiasi konten, diferensiasi proses, dan diferensiasi produk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dalam ruang lingkup materi SPI pada mata pelajaran PAI dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan aktif peserta didik di kelas. Peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa keberhasilan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi tersebut didukung oleh adanya kolaborasi dan komunikasi yang baik antara guru dengan peserta didik.
