Abstract

This paper focuses on building family resilience from third-party intervention, which in this paper is parents/in-laws. The definition of a happy family is a family filled with mutual love, affection, protection and respect. However, the definition of a happy family above will not be achieved without the reconception of love and balance from the beginning and beyond as an effort to fortify the intervention of parents/in-laws. The application of the concept of harmony and balance in this study is one of the responsive efforts to create a stronghold of family resilience against the problematic intervention of parents/in-laws in the household life of their children/in-laws. This type of library research uses the descriptive-analytic method to obtain and analyze all the data obtained. The results of this study explain that it takes hard work and support between husband and wife to prevent third-party intervention as a trigger for household breakdown. Factors that influence parents to interfere in their children's households, namely: living in the same house, still close to the place of residence, lack of income from the son-in-law/child (economy), lack of affection from parents, lack of communication with in-laws and incompatibility between parents/in-laws and children/children in law. Anticipating the above, as an effort to build family resilience from third-party interference is to apply the concept of love and balance that each party can understand and good communication based on faith so that it can present an attitude of love and understanding and ultimately family harmony can be formed.

Abstract

Computer network learning in vocational high schools (SMK), particularly in the Computer and Network Engineering (TKJ) department, still faces various challenges, such as students’ difficulties in understanding abstract technical concepts and limited practical facilities. This condition highlights the need for innovative, interactive, and applicable learning media. This study aims to examine the use of Cisco Packet Tracer as an interactive e-learning tool to enhance the effectiveness of computer network learning in SMK. The methodology employed is descriptive qualitative, using literature review and independent exploration of the features and implementation of Cisco Packet Tracer. The findings indicate that Cisco Packet Tracer provides a virtual learning environment that simulates real-world conditions, facilitates student understanding through hands-on simulation, and supports project-based learning. Therefore, Cisco Packet Tracer is an effective, efficient, and suitable alternative learning medium for vocational education settings.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of using Google Classroom on students’ learning outcomes in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) subjects at SMK Negeri 2 Rambah. A pre-experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design was applied, involving 25 twelfth-grade students as the sample. Data collection instruments included multiple-choice tests to measure learning outcomes, Likert-scale questionnaires to assess students' perceptions, and supporting interviews. The findings show that the experimental class achieved an average N-Gain of 0.425 (moderate category), higher than the control class with 0.235, indicating improved learning outcomes through Google Classroom. Most students responded positively, highlighting ease of access (91.1%), practical material delivery (96.7%), and increased online interaction (84.4%). Challenges included unstable internet connections and limited device capacity. These results reinforce the role of Google Classroom as an effective and flexible digital learning medium, supporting constructivist learning theory through active and collaborative engagement. It is recommended that this platform be continuously integrated to enhance the quality of ICT learning in vocational school environments.

Abstract

If the concept of the magnetic field is categorized as one of the physics concepts considered difficult by some students, then classroom instruction itself is not sufficient to explain it. This research reveals that integrating magnetic acquisition using the Android application CrowdMag in learning the concept of the magnetic field can be an effective solution. Testing 32 (on thirty-two) Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) Universitas Darussalam Ambon students showed that magnetic acquisition using the Android application CrowdMag had a significant effect on the mastery of the magnetic field concept. This effect is not due to chance, as evidenced by a significant regression coefficient β and an F-calculated value greater than the F-table value, as well as a strong and linear correlation between the variables of magnetic acquisition and the mastery of the magnetic field concept. The resulting regression model (Y = 31.271 + 0.584X) can be used to predict the effect of magnetic acquisition using the Android application CrowdMag on the mastery of basic physics concepts of magnetic fields for students of FKIP Unidar Ambon.

Abstract

The use of technology in learning plays a very important role in improving the quality of education, especially in the digital era. Technology provides wider access to learning resources, increases the effectiveness of learning through more interactive methods, and enriches the learning experience with digital media such as e-learning, augmented reality, and other educational applications. In addition, technology accelerates adaptation to global change, where learning is no longer limited to conventional methods, but can be done online and flexibly. Therefore, the integration of technology in education is a primary need to improve the quality of learning at various levels. This study uses a qualitative method with data sources obtained through literature reviews and direct observations in coastal areas. The results of the study show that there are various opportunities in the use of learning technology, such as the implementation of online learning and the use of e-books that can increase efficiency and create a more interactive learning experience for students. However, this study also found various challenges, such as limited infrastructure, uneven internet networks, and the use of technology that is not fully in accordance with learning needs in schools. Therefore, support is needed from various parties, both the government and the private sector, in improving digital learning infrastructure and providing assistance to students and teachers in the use of appropriate technology. With these steps, it is hoped that equal access to digital education can be realized, especially for students in coastal areas, in order to achieve national education goals. Abstrak Pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pembelajaran memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, terutama di era digital. Teknologi memberikan akses yang lebih luas terhadap sumber belajar, meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran melalui metode yang lebih interaktif, serta memperkaya pengalaman belajar dengan media digital seperti e-learning, augmented reality, dan aplikasi edukatif lainnya. Selain itu, teknologi mempercepat adaptasi terhadap perubahan global, di mana pembelajaran tidak lagi terbatas pada metode konvensional, tetapi dapat dilakukan secara daring dan fleksibel. Oleh karena itu, integrasi teknologi dalam pendidikan menjadi kebutuhan utama untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran di berbagai jenjang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan sumber data yang diperoleh melalui kajian literatur dan observasi langsung di daerah pesisir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat berbagai peluang dalam pemanfaatan teknologi pembelajaran, seperti penerapan pembelajaran daring dan penggunaan e-book yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi serta menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang lebih interaktif bagi siswa. Namun, penelitian ini juga menemukan berbagai tantangan, seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur, jaringan internet yang tidak merata, serta penggunaan teknologi yang belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan kebutuhan pembelajaran di sekolah. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan dukungan dari berbagai pihak, baik pemerintah maupun sektor swasta, dalam meningkatkan infrastruktur pembelajaran digital serta memberikan pendampingan bagi siswa dan guru dalam pemanfaatan teknologi yang tepat. Dengan langkah-langkah ini, diharapkan pemerataan akses pendidikan digital dapat terwujud, khususnya bagi siswa di daerah pesisir, guna mencapai tujuan pendidikan nasional.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi, diperlukan adanya motivasi yang mampu memengaruhi dan membimbing sekelompok individu dalam lingkungan kerja. Salah satu faktor kunci yang berperan dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja pegawai adalah gaya kepemimpinan. Gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan oleh kepala puskesmas dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap tingkat motivasi kerja perawat dalam menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya di tempat kerja. Tujuan: Untuk menganalisis hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan dengan motivasi kerja perawat di Puskesmas Mannanti. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian berjumlah 33 orang, adapun teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode total sampling. Hasil: Gaya kepemimpinan di Puskesmas Mannanti tergolong dalam kategori sesuai (66,7%), dengan gaya kepemimpinan yang paling dominan diterapkan adalah gaya demokratis dan/atau liberal. Tingkat motivasi kerja perawat di Puskesmas Mannanti sebagian besar termasuk dalam kategori tinggi, yaitu sebanyak 18 orang (54,5%). Berdasarkan hasil analisis menggunakan uji Chi-Square, diperoleh nilai ρ = 0,026 < α = 0,05. Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan kepala puskesmas dengan motivasi kerja perawat di Puskesmas Mannanti, Kabupaten Sinjai. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar pihak Puskesmas Mannanti, khususnya kepala puskesmas, menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan/atau liberal guna meningkatkan motivasi kerja perawat sehingga kinerja dan pencapaian tujuan organisasi dapat lebih optimal.
