Abstract

This study aims to analyze the principles of good governance in managing the 2022 Village Fund in Buncu Village, Sape District, Bima Regency. Researchers use Buncu Village because it has the status of an underdeveloped village category with a developing village index of 0.5776. In addition, this village is unable to achieve the realization of Village Funds in 2022. This research focuses more on two important principles based on the factual problems found, namely the principle of accountability and the principle of community participation. The research method used in this research uses descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques are carried out by conducting documentation studies and. The results of this study indicate that accountability in managing Village Funds in Buncu Village is not in accordance with Permendagri No. 20 of 2018 concerning reporting and accountability mechanisms, but in general it has been carried out properly. In terms of the principle of planning participation, the Buncu Village Government has also implemented the principle of participation because every RKPDes preparation always involves the community. In addition, in terms of implementing participation, the people of Buncu Village are voluntarily involved in village development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan strategi efisiensi berkelanjutan dalam operasional Dinas Pendapatan Makassar dan mengukur dampaknya terhadap kinerja mereka. Efisiensi berkelanjutan adalah pendekatan yang menekankan penggunaan sumber daya secara optimal dengan fokus pada pengurangan pemborosan, otomatisasi proses, dan penggunaan teknologi yang efektif, sambil tetap memperhatikan prinsip keberlanjutan lingkungan dan sosial. Melibatkan pengumpulan data numerik melalui analisis laporan operasional dan kinerja. Data ini dikumpulkan dari 142 responden yang merupakan pegawai Dinas Pendapatan Makassar. Analisis statistik digunakan untuk mengukur hubungan antara strategi efisiensi berkelanjutan dan kinerja operasional, serta untuk memahami dampak dari variabel-variabel ini. Metode kuantitatif mencakup pengumpulan data numerik dari laporan operasional dan kinerja, sedangkan metode kualitatif melibatkan wawancara mendalam dan observasi untuk memperoleh wawasan tentang praktik efisiensi berkelanjutan yang diterapkan. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa strategi efisiensi berkelanjutan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja operasional Dinas Pendapatan Makassar. Analisis statistik digunakan untuk mengukur hubungan antara strategi efisiensi dan kinerja operasional serta untuk memahami interaksi antara variabel-variabel ini.

Abstract

Leadership at this time has many methods of leadership styles including democratic, transformational, authoritarian, delegative, visionary, and servant leadership that can be applied in leading an organization. One method of leadership style is servant leadership. Human resource management in the education sector still needs to be improved to improve the quality of education. Education quality is influenced by servant leadership and millennial teacher characteristics. This study aims to determine the characteristics of millennial teachers as an intervening variable. This research was conducted at the Ma'arif NU Education Foundation Talang Pasuruan with a total sample of 104 respondents. The data used are primary data obtained directly from respondents through questionnaires and the respondents are all teachers at the Ma'arif NU Talang Education Foundation which consists of the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, Madrasah Tsanawiyah, and Madrasah Aliyah educational institutions. The test results show that servant leadership affects the quality of education, the characteristics of millennial teachers affect the quality of education, and finally, the characteristics of millennial teachers can mediate servant leadership on the quality of education.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) on the performance of manufacturing firms in Makassar. The research employed a descriptive design, collecting data from a sample of manufacturing firms through structured questionnaires. The analysis used regression techniques to explore the relationship between SRM practices, such as early supplier involvement, supplier development, and joint investment, and organizational performance. Findings revealed a significant positive correlation, indicating that enhanced SRM practices contribute to improved efficiency, reduced costs, and better alignment within the supply chain. The study also highlights the importance of government support in facilitating effective SRM strategies for sustainable industrial growth

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of marketing costs on net profit, with sales volume as an intervening variable, within culinary and fashion businesses in Makassar City that utilize celebrity endorsement services. The research method employed is field research with a quantitative approach, and data was collected through questionnaires. The study population includes all culinary and fashion businesses in Makassar City, with a sample of 44 businesses selected randomly through probability sampling. Data analysis was conducted using path analysis techniques with the aid of SPSS software version 26. The findings reveal that: (1) Marketing costs do not have a direct effect on net profit, (2) Marketing costs have a direct and positive effect on sales volume, (3) Sales volume has a direct and significant impact on net profit, and (4) Marketing costs indirectly influence net profit positively through sales volume.

Abstract

Islamic education in the era of globalization faces various significant challenges, especially related to the decline in morals and mental well-being of students. Globalization brings social and cultural changes that can affect the character of the younger generation, so an appropriate approach is needed to deal with it. In this context, Sufism values ​​emerge as an alternative to improve mental well-being and the formation of positive character. This study aims to explore the application of Sufism values ​​in Islamic education to improve the mental well-being of students in the 21st century. The method used in this study is a literature study that examines various literature related to Sufism and mental well-being. The results of the study indicate that the integration of Sufism values ​​such as tawakal, sabar, ikhlas, and dhikr in Islamic education contributes positively to the mental well-being of students. In addition, the application of these values ​​helps students cope with the social and academic pressures they face while strengthening their character and morals. This study also found that students who apply Sufism values ​​tend to have better social relationships and are able to manage stress more effectively. The contribution of this study provides guidance for educational institutions to develop a curriculum that combines academic education and spiritual values.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas peran teknologi edukasi berbasis Kecerdasan Buatan (AI) dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran daring. Integrasi AI yang semakin pesat ke dalam platform pembelajaran digital telah secara signifikan mengubah praktik pengajaran dan pembelajaran, khususnya pada era pascapandemi ketika pendidikan daring menjadi komponen penting dalam sistem pendidikan formal maupun nonformal. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui metode studi literatur (library research), artikel ini mengkaji publikasi ilmiah, laporan, serta penelitian terkini yang berfokus pada penerapan AI dalam pendidikan. Analisis menekankan bagaimana AI mendukung pembelajaran yang dipersonalisasi, meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa, memfasilitasi umpan balik adaptif, serta membantu pendidik dalam perancangan pembelajaran. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa alat berbasis AI seperti sistem tutor cerdas, penilaian otomatis, dan platform pembelajaran adaptif berkontribusi positif terhadap pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa dengan menyediakan konten yang disesuaikan, umpan balik langsung, dan wawasan berbasis data. Selain itu, AI membantu mengatasi tantangan dalam pembelajaran daring, seperti isolasi peserta didik dan keterbatasan interaksi guru-siswa, dengan menawarkan sistem dukungan virtual yang interaktif dan cerdas. Namun, penelitian ini juga menyoroti isu terkait privasi data, literasi digital, dan pemerataan akses yang perlu diatasi untuk memastikan penggunaan AI dalam pendidikan berlangsung secara etis dan efektif. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa teknologi edukasi berbasis AI memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan keberlanjutan pembelajaran daring apabila diintegrasikan secara bijak dan bertanggung jawab

Abstract

This paper explores how fisherwomen in Makassar mediate the compounded tensions of family obligation and economic labor of co-operation as they adjust to digital technologies in the Home and Industrial Social Center. With a qualitative descriptive design, which is supported by phenomenology and has a linkage-bridging viewpoint, the study looks at how digital literacy is transforming quotidian practices, moderating collaborative practice, and intertwining with culturally normative values that command shared practice. Fifteen participants were interviewed using in-depth interviews and participant observation and reviewed documents, which allowed gathering data related to the pragmatic experience, as well as the emotional and embodied aspects of digital engagement. The results suggest that the digital literacy is a transformative force that broadens the market, enhances the efficiency of the operations, and strengthens the feeling of agency in the fisherwomen. At the same time, it is associated with new stressors, such as physiological exhaustion, time disruption, and increased domestic tension levels in regard to prolonged online activity. Instead of reducing the dual burden, the digital tools re-structure it into a hybrid taxonomy of domestic, manual and digital work which the women have to negotiate all the time. The analysis of linkage-bridging shows that internal resources (siri Naa pacce and peer-based learning) are compatible with external digital resources to enable adaptive capabilities within the cooperative. This overlap brings about the Dual Digital Bridge framework which illustrates how local cultural values can be made in line with technological innovation in coastal locations.
