Abstract

Qualified human resources will lead educational institutions to achieve their goals easily. This paper was written to know the concept of developing human resource management is, and the process of developing human resource management in Islamic educational institutions is. The author uses a qualitative approach to the type of literature (library research). The stages of the research that the author did were collecting research materials, reading literature, making small notes, processing the readings into research data. After analyzing the results obtained, among others: The concept of human resource management development is an activity of planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating. The process of developing human resource management includes education, training, and self-development. In more detail the process of developing human resources through, first: by conducting a needs diagnosis, second: conducting problem design, program design, participation design, educational calendar design, individual needs design, a group needs design, time design, procedure, and evaluation, third: the implementation process, and finally carry out the evaluation.

Abstract

Accepting other people and other groups regardless of gender, ethnicity, culture, gender and even religion is a concept proposed in multiculturalism. This article will analyze and provide an interpretation of the characteristics of radicalism, efforts to prevent it, and grounding multiculturalism so that it can be an additional insight and experience in the survival of the nation and state. The approach used in this article is a qualitative approach. The type is the type of library research. The result is that radicalism is not only in the form of violence, anarchism, and terrorism but can also be a religious ideology. Efforts to prevent radicalism can be done by building different narratives about radicalism, paying attention to the characteristics of a culture, as well as real social action by planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating. Grounding multiculturalism cannot be separated from the life of religion, nation, state and cultural inheritance so that it needs to be studied, applied, and socialized.

Abstract

The problem of educational management that has not been maximized in Islamic and social content in an educational institution is a concern that needs to be solved so that the focus of the problem in this article is how to manage Islamic and social education in educational institutions? The aim is to analyze and interpret Islamic and socially charged educational management in educational institutions. This research is qualitative research with the type of library research (library research). The author collects various kinds of journal articles through Google Scholar, collects electronic books through Google Book and PDF Drive, then the author makes notes that are considered important and relevant according to the required data. The conclusion of this article is that Islamic-based education management in educational institutions is reflected in the implementation of deliberation in every decision that will be taken, knit together to produce maximum results in every job, and be productive in running the wheels of educational institutions. The management of social-based education in educational institutions should have life skills in social life such as individual/personal skills, social skills, academic skills, and skills in work. Thus, the management of socially charged education can be implemented in a flexible, participatory, comprehensive, and effective manner. It is hoped that writing this article, can contribute ideas that can strengthen the concept of educational management which contains Islamic values and social values in the management of educational institutions. Abstract

This paper was written to want to know what the role and function of the curriculum in multicultural Islamic education will look like. From this paper, it is hoped that it will be able to become a basis for the author to carry out further writing activities. In this paper, the authors formulate: how the role of the curriculum, how the curriculum functions, and how the curriculum is in multicultural Islamic religious education learning. The result is that the role of the curriculum includes: the role of conservative, critical and evaluative, and creative. While the functions of the curriculum include: the function of achieving educational goals, the function of the curriculum for school leaders, the function for education levels, the function for teachers, the function for supervisors, the function for the community, the function for parents, the function for graduate users, the educational function for students. If you pay attention to the function of the curriculum as a process, what needs to be considered is related to the multicultural Islamic religious education curriculum, namely; (1) Status of students (2) Learning styles and student culture, (3) Cultural environment and student personality (4) Student culture and learning resources. In a multicultural context, the function of the curriculum must be related to tolerance, cultural, ethnic, and religious differences.

Abstract

Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk membahas bagaimana konsep supervisi, supervisi kepala unit, fungsi supervisi dalam pembelajaran, dan upaya peningkatan kinerja guru melalui supervisi kepala unit TPQ di Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan dengan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa supervisi pendidikan merupakan rangkaian proses kegiatan yang dilakukan guna memudahkan guru untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan dengan mengelola proses pembelajaran dengan baik. Supervisi kepala unit merupakan sebuah proses dan upaya kepala unit TPQ untuk melakukan proses pembinaan yang profesional demi tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran yang telah ditetapkan. Fungsi supervisi dalam pembelajaran yaitu untuk membantu seorang guru untuk mengarahkan, melayani, memberikan pengarahan, membina, memotivasi, mengembangkan motivasi peserta didik yang disesuaikan dengan bakat dan kemampuan. Adapun upaya peningkatan kinerja guru melalui supervisi kepala unit TPQ dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan yaitu pertemuan awal, observasi kelas, dan tindak lanjut. Tahapan-tahapan pada pertemuan awal terdiri dari penyusun jadwal supervisi, menentukan supervisornya, guru yang akan disupervisi. Tahapan selanjutnya tahapan yang kedua yaitu observasi kelas atau kelompok belajar yang terdiri dari dua macam teknik yaitu teknik langsung dan tidak langsung. Tahapan terakhir adalah tindak lanjut dimana tahapan tindak lanjut dalam supervisi dilakukan dengan pembinaan dan pemantapan instrumen.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has shown a downward trend, allowing for limited face-to-face learning. The purpose of writing the article is to analyze the concept of limited face-to-face learning and the management of its implementation. The method used is a qualitative research method with the type of library research (library research). The result is that the concept of implementing face-to-face learning (PTM) is limited to the Covid-19 pandemic, which is a learning model carried out in educational institutions face-to-face which is limited to the number of students, a number of meetings, meeting hours and subject matter with terms and conditions that have been set. The management of the implementation of face-to-face learning is limited, namely by careful planning, proper organization, effective and efficient implementation, as well as intense supervision by monitoring, having evaluation instruments, and reporting. It is hoped that through this article the implementation of limited face-to-face learning can be carried out in accordance with expectations, and is able to provide suggestions for improvement.

Abstract

Pembelajaran dari rumah menegaskan perlunya orang tua sebagai pemimpin untuk melakukan peran sebagai pendamping belajar anak. Penelitian ini akan mencoba memotret bagaimana proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring, bagaimana peran kepemimpinan dalam keluarga pada pembelajaran daring, serta bagaimana kendala pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring. Metode kualitatif deskriptif menjadi metode yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif tersebut merupakan sebuah cara yang dilakukan untuk mengungkap fenomena yang terjadi di lapangan. Teknik pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini dengan observasi dan wawancara, sumber datanya adalah orang tua yang memiliki anak yang sedang mengenyam pendidikan di Sekolah Dasar. Sementara analisis datanya menggunakan analisis data model interaktif dengan menyajikan data, reduksi data, membuat kesimpulan, dan terakhir melakukan verifikasi data. Hasilnya adalah proses pembelajaran daring dilaksanakan dirumah dengan menggunakan aplikasi WhatsApp, Google Classroom, Google Meet, Zoom dengan tahapan-tahapan a) Persiapan: merancang rencana pembelajaran, mengkondisikan waktu, sarana belajar, serta persiapan fisik dan mentalnya. b) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran: pendahuluan, kegiatan inti, dan kegiatan penutup. Adapun peran kepemimpinan dalam keluarga antara lain: mendidik, membimbing, mengarahkan, dan memimpin keluarga. Kendala yang dihadapi dalam pendampingan belajar anak pada pembelajaran daring antara lain motivasi belajar anak yang kurang, kemampuan literasi digital, dan kemampuan bekerjasama

Abstract

How to improve the competence of Islamic religious. The formulation of the research problem is education teachers in responding to distance learning? The purpose of this study is to describe the improvement efforts made by Islamic religious education teachers to improve their competence. Second: to analyze the dynamics of the implementation of teacher competency improvement. Third: to provide positive suggestions and input for Islamic religious education teachers to improve their competence. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a literature review approach and books which are the main reference of this research are Munir's Book, Distance Learning Based on Information and Communication Technology, Bandung: Alfabeta. The conclusion is that in an effort to improve the competence of Islamic religious education teachers, they formulate a strategic plan by paying attention to the objectives and utilization of learning resources, then carry out an interactive, inspiring, and fun learning process. Then from these efforts, the Islamic religious education teacher responded by evaluating to be able to provide maximum results, in the distance learning process by increasing competence, designing distance learning devices, designing the implementation of distance learning, so that the evaluation can measure teacher competence. Islamic religious education in response to distance education to improve the quality of learning carried out remotely during the Covid-19 pandemic in the future.

Abstract

This article will analyze and interpret the concepts of the components of the multicultural PAI curriculum, the learning process and management of the development of the components of the multicultural Islamic religious education teaching materials at SMK Nusa Unggul Husada. This research is qualitative. The development model used is the McKenny model which consists of preliminary analysis, planning stages, and evaluation. The research subjects were students of SMK Nusa Unggul Husada. The research instruments are observation sheets, interviews, assessment sheets, evaluation sheets and validation sheets. Furthermore, data processing is carried out with qualitative description. Data were analyzed comprehensively according to the characteristics of qualitative research. The result is that the concept of material components in the multicultural PAI curriculum is a series of activities carried out in the form of compiling and developing content to achieve goals. Multicultural PAI learning at Nusa Unggul Husada Vocational School is focused on understanding multicultural Islamic religious education materials comprehensively and then being applied in a multicultural school environment in terms of language, culture, religion, ethnicity, and even gender diversity. The development of the components of teaching materials in the learning process that has been carried out illustrates the validity of the learning tools. The use of multicultural PAI learning tools as a whole falls into the practical category in terms of the implementation of the implementation plan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT A maximum The case of the spread of Covid-19 which is starting to decrease provides a wide range of motion for every educational institution to carry out face-to-face learning, although it is still with a limited face-to-face learning model. The purpose of writing this article is to analyze lesson planning in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah and the importance of lesson planning in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in limited face-to-face learning. This research is qualitative research with the type of library research (library research). The data analysis is carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The result is that limited face-to-face learning plans are prepared through a good understanding of the curriculum, mastery of teaching materials, and preparation of teaching programs. Then proceed with the implementation of teaching programs, assessment of teaching programs, and determining student learning outcomes. Among the important roles of limited face-to-face learning planning include: making learning more systematic, easy to analyze student learning success, delivering material more easily, learning patterns are easy to organize, can save time and effort, and becoming material for evaluation and reflection. The hope is that an understanding of learning planning in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah and the importance of learning planning in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in limited face-to-face learning can be input for the development of learning in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in particular and learning in general.
