Abstract

This research aims to describe students' spiritual values, explore PAI teachers' strategies for developing spiritual values, and identify the challenges faced in developing spiritual values ​​at Al Munawwir South Sangatta Middle School. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection through interviews, observation and documentation in the school environment.  The research results show that students at Al Munawwir Sangatta Selatan Middle School show good spiritual intelligence through polite behaviour, discipline, and enthusiasm for religious learning. PAI teachers play an important role as motivators and role models in developing students' spiritual intelligence, using strategies such as positive habits, lectures and competitions. However, there are challenges such as lack of time and curriculum pressures that limit in-depth spiritual development. This research makes a new contribution to the literature by highlighting the need for a comprehensive approach to integrating spiritual values ​​into the PAI curriculum. Practical implications include the need for more support for teachers in developing innovative strategies that can increase students' spiritual intelligence in schools.

Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman dan tuntutan akan kualitas pendidikan yang semakin tinggi, manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) dalam lembaga pendidikan madrasah swasta menjadi krusial untuk memastikan efektivitas dan efisiensi dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis proses perencanaan sumber daya manusia, dan kendala perencanaannya di lembaga pendidikan Madrasah swasta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MTs. Hubbul Wathan Sangatta Selatan, dengan inforannya berjumlah 10 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses perencanaan sumber daya manusia dilaksanakan melalui: tahap persiapan, tahap pendataan, tahap pemenuhan kebutuhan, dan program kerja. Adapun kendala yang dihadapi dalam perencanaan manajemen sumber daya manusia yaitu: keterbatasan anggaran, kondisi jumlah siswa, kualifikasi guru yang dibutuhkan, dan keterlibatan orang tua dan masyarakat. Sementara solusinya antara lain: Melakukan promosi dan pemasaran yang efektif untuk meningkatkan penerimaan siswa. Menerapkan kebijakan penerimaan siswa yang lebih jelas. Mengidentifikasi dan memanfaatkan potensi sumber daya lokal atau dukungan masyarakat untuk meningkatkan daya tarik madrasah. Merancang program unggulan atau layanan tambahan untuk membedakan madrasah dari lembaga pendidikan lainnya. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan agama di lembaga pendidikan madrasah swasta, serta memperkuat peran dan kontribusi lembaga tersebut dalam mencetak generasi penerus yang berkualitas dan berakhlak mulia dalam masyarakat.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the role of human resources, the management process of non-formal educational institutions, and the obstacles to their management. The method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive type. This research was conducted at the North Sangatta Kasih Bapa Foundation. This research instrument consisted of eight people. The research results show that the management of non-formal education institutions is carried out through planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating. The management of non-formal educational institutions at the Kasih Bapa Foundation has been running well, although there are differences in the implementation process with other institutions. This does not reduce the impact resulting from the program implementation process. Meanwhile, the role of human resources in non-formal educational institutions is carried out through the process of designing, improving, managing, recruiting, and motivating human resources. The obstacles to managing non-formal educational institutions include teaching staff and parents of students. It is hoped that with a better understanding of the role of human resources, we can identify challenges, opportunities, and strategies that can be implemented to increase the contribution of non-formal education institutions to education and the development of society as a whole.

Abstract

This studys' purpose was to analyze the application of the ATI learning model in improving learning activities and student learning outcomes in Al-Qur'an Hadith subjects. The method used in this research is classroom action research. As the result of the application of the ATI learning model can improve the learning activities of Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Hikmah Sangatta students. Thus could be proven by an increase in the percentage of student learning activities in cycle one by 78%. In the same in the next cycle, there was an increase of 88%. Furthermore, the implementation of the ATI learning model can also improve student achievement in the Qur'an Hadith subjects at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Hikmah Sangatta where student learning completeness has an increase in the percentage in the first cycle of 82.5, as well as in the next cycle, there is an increase of 98%

Abstract

Women's leadership in the public sphere is an interesting discussion. This article takes an inventory of the hadiths about women's leadership thematically (maudhu'i), describes the quality of the sanad and its matrices through takhrij hadith, and analyzes its content using a textual and contextual approach. The results show that there are 20 hadiths about women's leadership spread over five standard hadith books, namely Sahih Bukhari, Sahih Muslim, Sunan Abu Daud, Sunan Tirmidhi, Sunan Nasa'i, and Musnad Ahmad. Analysis of the quality of the sanad and matan hadiths that have been inventoried shows that all of them meet the qualifications of authenticity. The meaning contained in the hadiths about women's leadership is divided into two categories, namely the category of not allowing a woman to be a leader and the category of allowing a woman to be a leader with their respective arguments. If understood textually, then women are prohibited from being leaders, but if understood contextually then there is no prohibition for a woman to become a leader in the public sphere.

Abstract

Community service related to guidance on reading and writing the Qur'an as an effort to improve the reading of the Qur'an for new students at SMP Negeri 2 Sangatta Utara is carried out with the aim of providing guidance to new students on how to read and write the Qur'an properly. and right. The method used is participatory Action Research research method. Participatory Action Research, which is usually abbreviated as PAR, is a service research activity where the author is directly involved in a participatory manner as a mentor at the service location. The result is that with the guidance of reading and writing the Qur'an to the students of SMP Negeri 2 Sangatta Utara, they can improve the students' reading of the Qur'an. In addition, there is also an increase in the writing of the verses of the Qur'an by looking at the text. Thus enabling the convenience of the Islamic religious learning process in the classroom. The problem is that the intensity of the bombing is short so that the guidance on writing the Qur'an has not been completed without looking at the text of the verse. The guidance is only limited to recognizing letters that can be spliced ​​and cannot be spliced. This becomes input and advice for Islamic religious teachers to continue guidance in writing the Qur'an without looking at other opportunities.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the management of educational institutions in online learning, which includes planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating. Online learning problems and solutions, so that with good management, it is hoped that educational institutions will be better prepared and more effective in implementing online learning. This research is qualitative, with a focus on examining documents related to educational institutions and documents related to online learning, such as research reports, journals, books, magazines, and other literature. As a result, educational institutions manage online learning, starting with planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating to ensure a good, effective, and efficient teaching and learning process. Problems faced by teachers include weak IT mastery and limited access to student supervision. Students are less active in participating in learning due to limited supporting facilities and internet network access, and parents have limited time to accompany their children when studying online. These various problems can be overcome by increasing competence in mastering IT, intensive supervision involving the role of parents, and giving manual tasks.

Abstract

The problem of time management during this pandemic has become a hot topic of discussion and needs to be researched. This research will try to analyze how effective time management is, how time management is implemented in online learning, and what the obstacles are to implementing time management in online learning. The method applied in this research is descriptive-qualitative. Data was taken and collected through observation and interview techniques. The data were analyzed using Miles & Huberman's interactive model analysis. The result is that managing time effectively requires a priority scale plan (planning), making schedules and deadlines (organizing), commitment to implementation (actuating), and making improvements (evaluation). Implementation of time management in online learning innovation can be done by determining learning objectives, arranging material priority scales, preparing meeting schedules, being assertive in the learning process, being firm, not delaying time, and controlling the time you have. Forms of innovation that can be carried out in controlling study time at home are collaboration with students' parents and direct control by teachers via social media platforms. Obstacles to implementing time management in online learning innovations include technical obstacles related to technology and internet networks, limited facilities and infrastructure, not being on time, and student commitment.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the concept of management, the management concept of educational institutions, and the management field in Islamic educational institutions. The method used in research is Library research. As a result, the concept of management is the process of planning, organizing, guiding, and controlling resources to achieve established objectives. In contrast, the management concept of educational institutions is the application of management concepts in the context of education that involves the management of various administrative, academic, and operational aspects of the educational institution to achieve established educational objectives. In the context of Islamic educational institutions, management involves the management of special aspects related to Islamic education, such as the curriculum of religion, the teaching and learning of Islam, the development of the character and morality of students by Islamic values, as well as the administration of facilities that support Islamic education. With a better understanding of the field of management in Islamic institutions of education, we are expected to be better prepared to meet the dynamics and demands of the times in developing Islamic quality and relevant education.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to analyze and interpret classroom management in limited face-to-face learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. The method used is a qualitative research method with the type of library research. As a result, classroom management is essentially an effort made to provide, create and maintain optimal classroom conditions so as to create a good classroom atmosphere that makes it easier for students to learn and understand the subject matter. The implementation of classroom management in face-to-face learning is limited by providing: a) Body temperature measuring devices in class that will be used before students enter class by the way the teacher stands in front of the classroom door, b) Good air circulation in the classroom, c) Room sterilization facilities for spraying disinfectants, d) each student reads their respective learning facilities, e) Applying standard health protocols. Fundamental problems in classroom management problems include: a) disharmony in relationships between students, b) lack of commitment c) negative reactions e) deviations from the provisions, f) unable to work together, do not respect other group members, g) unable to adapt to changes in the learning environment, including in the classroom.
