Abstract

Curriculum is an important thing in education. The curriculum has a central position in the entire educational process. The curriculum is a learning program so that educational goals are achieved, besides that the curriculum is also a guideline for implementing learning at all types and levels of education. Therefore, it is necessary to monitor and evaluate regularly, plan and systematically collect and process information and make decisions regarding curriculum implementation in schools. Monitoring and evaluation are two things that are similar but not the same, but both require the same elements and tools, including a clear program, targets and indicators, and a database containing up-to-date data

Abstract

Media merupakan suatu hal yang tidak bisa dipisahkan dari manusia yang bermasyarakat, begitu juga dengan proses komunikasi khususnya komunikasi massa, hal ini merupakan satu sisi mata uang yang tidak dapat kita pilah dan pilih ketika ingin membahasnya. Komunikasi Massa dan Media dapat menjadikan sebuah budaya atau kebiasaan yang sudah ada pada masyarakat berubah atau bahkan dapat menciptakan sebuah budaya baru. Pengaruh yang akan nampak pada masyarakat tersebut bisa saja berdampak positif atau bahkan dampak negatif, Karena setiap pengaruh yang ditimbulkan oleh setiap gejala pastilah berbeda-beda. Masyarakat dibentuk oleh beberapa orang atau individu, kelompok, organisasi yang kemudian menjadi sebuah masyarakat yang sifatnya heterogen. Dalam tulisan ini penulis berusaha untuk menggambarkan pengaruh yang ditimbulkan oleh komunikasi massa dan media terhadap masyarakat dan budaya, melalui observasi dan pengamatan langsung yang dilakukan ditengah masyarakat. Hasil pengamatan dan study literasi yang dilakukan menghasilkan bahwa masyarakat akan cenderung melakukan perubahan norma sosial ketika komunikasi masa dan media komunikasi menjadi sebuah kebutuhan primer bagi seseorang yang tergabung dalam sebuah masyarakat, sehingga informasi yang disajikan oleh media dan melalui komunikasi massa akan berdampak pula pada prilaku dan kebiasaan yanga ada pada masyarakat, muaranya adalah berubahnya atau bergesernya adat pada satu kelompok masyarakat tersebut.

Abstract

Drugs play a very active role as the biggest threat to the nation's future generations. Just as drug abuse and traf icking has grown rapidly in various circles, even more so now it has developed among students. As the next generation of the nation, students must be able to become agents of change for society in an ef ort to reject drugs. By carrying out activities to prevent drugs, one of them is by being active in making the Say To Drugs movement a success. This research examines the role of KPI STAIN Mandailing Natal students in the success of the "Say No To Drugs" movement. As agents of change who have good communication skills, KPI students are expected to make a significant contribution to ef orts to prevent drug abuse among society, especially among the nation's next generation of youth. The purpose of this research is to see what roles KPI students play in carrying out anti-drug activities

Abstract

Kemampuan berbicara merupakan bagian penting dari perkembangan komunikasi anak usia dini. Namun, tidak sedikit anak yang mengalami gangguan berbicara atau speech delay, yang dapat menghambat interaksi sosial, perkembangan kognitif, dan pencapaian akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami penyebab gangguan berbicara pada anak, khususnya anak yang mengalami kesulitan fokus, serta mengeksplorasi bentuk stimulasi yang dapat diberikan oleh orang tua dan guru untuk mendukung perkembangan kemampuan berbicara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan dengan menganalisis berbagai sumber literatur yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penyebab speech delay dapat berasal dari faktor internal, seperti kondisi neurologis atau gangguan pendengaran, serta faktor eksternal seperti kurangnya stimulasi lingkungan, pola asuh, atau penggunaan gadget secara berlebihan. Dampak dari gangguan ini meliputi kesulitan dalam menyampaikan ide, hambatan akademik, serta masalah psikososial. Upaya penanganan dapat dilakukan melalui intervensi didaktik, naturistik, maupun kombinasi keduanya, dengan menekankan pentingnya peran aktif orang tua dan lingkungan dalam memberikan stimulasi verbal yang konsisten.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas komunikasi verbal dan nonverbal pada pembelajaran anak usia dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Studi Kepustakaan (Library Research). Metode ini melibatkan serangkaian aktivitas seperti mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber literatur, membaca, serta mengolah informasi tersebut menjadi bagian dari kajian penelitian. Pendekatan ini juga mencakup penelaahan terhadap buku-buku dan referensi yang relevan dengan topik yang diteliti, yang sekaligus dijadikan sebagai dasar teori. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi verbal merupakan aspek penting yang harus dikembangkan sejak usia dini, karena menjadi dasar dalam menyampaikan ide, perasaan, dan pikiran kepada orang lain yang melibatkan dua keterampilan utama, yaitu berbicara dan mendengarkan, serta menggunakan unsur bahasa dan kata sebagai media penyampaian. Serta komunikasi non-verbal juga merupakan elemen penting dalam interaksi, khususnya dalam pembelajaran anak usia dini. Melalui ekspresi wajah, gesture, kontak mata, proksemik, dan intonasi suara, guru dapat menyampaikan pesan secara lebih jelas, membangun kedekatan emosional, serta mengatur perilaku peserta didik tanpa harus selalu menggunakan kata-kata.

Abstract

The Teacher Professional Allowance (TPG) is an important government initiative aimed at improving the living conditions and professionalism of teachers. However, in its implementation, the processing of TPG documents still faces numerous administrative issues, particularly in work units such as the Islamic Religious Education Section.. This study aims to examine administrative management methods in addressing issues related to the Teacher Professional Allowance (TPG) documents within the Islamic Religious Education Section. The study employs a qualitative method with a descriptive study type. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis of the staff in the Islamic Religious Education Section and teachers who receive the TPG. The data were analyzed interactively by filtering data, presenting information, and drawing conclusions, while ensuring data accuracy through source and method triangulation. The research results show that the administration management of TPG files has been carried out in accordance with existing regulations, but it is still not optimal. The main issues include document discrepancies, lack of workforce, low administrative understanding among some teachers, and ongoing regulatory changes. To address these issues, the Islamic Religious Education Section implements administrative management approaches such as enhancing internal coordination, strengthening communication and providing guidance to teachers, flexibility in task allocation, and utilizing digital administration systems.

Abstract

Science plays a big role in a person's life, because with science, humans can be useful for their families and their surroundings. Science is also a guideline to guide us in the right direction and can lead us to a happy life in this world and the hereafter and become a light that illuminates human life so that they do not lose their way. Humans can distinguish between right and wrong through science, so that they can understand their obligations as pious humans who carry out all His commands and avoid His prohibitions. Then Allah SWT will elevate the status of humans in this world and in the hereafter. Science plays an important role for humans. Humans will not live better without having knowledge. Therefore, let's use our time as best we can to seek useful knowledge. The obligation to seek knowledge has been explained in the Quran and Hadith. Learning is an obligation for every human being, because it is useful for increasing one's potential. Humans can find out insights that were previously not understood. So we as Muslims should pay attention to learning, because the virtues of those seeking knowledge in Islam are known.

Abstract

This study examines the communication strategies implemented by Radio Start FM Panyabungan to enhance the appeal of its Islamic religious programs, particularly the Ramadhan Berkah program. The program is held during the month of Ramadan as a means of conveying religious messages and spiritual guidance to the community through radio. The study employed qualitative methods with data collection techniques including interviews, observation, and documentation. Informants in this study consisted of broadcasters, program producers, and active listeners. The data obtained were then analyzed to determine the communication strategies used in program implementation. The results indicate that the success of the Ramadhan Berkah program is supported by several communication strategies, including presenting material that is appropriate to the community's needs, using simple and easy-to-understand language, involving resource persons with religious competence, and utilizing social media and direct interaction with listeners during the broadcast. In addition, determining the broadcast schedule to coincide with important times during Ramadan, such as before breaking the fast and during the pre-dawn meal, also increases public interest in listening to the program. The findings of this study demonstrate that the implementation of appropriate communication strategies can increase listener interest in Islamic religious broadcasts while strengthening the role of radio as a medium for disseminating Islamic values that is adaptive to the development of digital technology. It is hoped that this research can be used as a consideration for broadcasting institutions in developing more effective and popular Islamic preaching programs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of communication using the Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) approach in Early Childhood Education (ECE) learning in the 21st century. The HOTS approach is a learning strategy that emphasizes critical thinking, creativity, problem-solving, and decision-making through interactive communication between teachers and children. This study employed a qualitative approach using a library research method by reviewing relevant books, scientific journals, and educational documents related to communication and HOTS-based learning. The findings indicate that effective two-way communication creates an active, enjoyable, and child-centered learning environment that encourages children to ask questions, express opinions, participate in discussions, and solve problems according to their developmental stages. Teachers play an essential role as facilitators by providing stimulation through open-ended questions, discussions, and exploratory learning activities to foster higher-order thinking skills. Furthermore, HOTS-based communication supports children's language, social, and emotional development while enhancing their learning participation and preparing them to face the challenges of 21st-century education.
