Abstract

The availability of hand sanitizers, which is one of the Covid-19 prevention media, is becoming scarce and expensive due to their increasing use, making them difficult to reach by the public. Therefore we need another source of active ingredients that more easily obtained, available in abundant quantities and more economically to be used as a substtitute for hand sanitizer raw materials by the public. Potential alternantive material to be used as raw material for hand sanitizer is betel leaves, however, public knowledge about the benefits and methods of processing betel leaves into hand sanitizer is very limited. Therefore, education about the use of betel leaves into natural hand sanitizer products to rural communitties needs to be done to increase people’s insight about making natural hand sanitizer and increase public awareness in maintaining hygiene by providing and using similar products.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini dijabarkan menjadi dua tujuan, yaitu:1) Mendeskripsikan strategi peningkatan mutu pendidikan melalui kemerdekaan belajar 2) Mendeskripsikan faktor penghambat dan pendukung strategi peningkatan mutu pendidikan melalui kemerdekaan belajar Pendidikan merupakan pilar penting bagi suatu negara untuk melahirkan generasi-generasi penerus bangsa yang berkualitas. Yang paling dibutuhkan dalam menopang pertumbuhan dan perkembangan suatu negara adalah Sumber Daya Manusia yang berkualitas. Pendidikan menjadi jalan utama berdirinya suatu negara yang kokoh dan mampu mempertahankan kedaulatan negaranya. Oleh karena itu, pendidikan merupakan urgensi yang penting dalam membangun suatu bangsa. Pendidikan yang baik dapat dilihat dari tingkat mutu pendidikan yang ada didalamnya.Kemerdekaan belajar dalam suatu Pendidikan merupakan hal yang penting dalam proses berjalannya pembelajaran disekolah, jika suatu sekolahtidak memiliki kurikulum dalam pembelajaran maka tidak akan berjalan sesuai dengan tujuan yang akan dicapai. Penelitian ini memiliki kesimpulan 1) Strategi Peningkatan Mutu Pendidikan melalui kemerdekaan belajar terdapat perencanaan. Perencaan itu diantaranya analisis kebutuhan, penyusunan strategi, penyediaaan sarana dan prasarana, pembagian tugas. 2) Faktor Pendukung dan Penghambat Strategi Peningkatan Mutu Pendidikan melalui kemerdekaan belajar diantaranya ialah dari faktor sarana dan prasarana yang lengkap sehingga menunjang keterlaksanaan program dengan baik, lalu tenaga pendidik yang sudah memiliki sertifikasi dan berkompeten, lalu juga antusiasme dari peserta didik dalam emngikuti semua program yang dilaksanaan oleh sekolah. Adapun faktor penghambatnya diantaranya melalui kemerdekaan belajar adalah, kurang memanfaatkan kemajuan tehnologi.

Abstract

Penggunaan gadget yang berlebihan pada anak sekolah dasar mengakibatkan banyak dampak negatif, salah satunya adalah potensi mengalami Nomophobia. Nomophobia saat ini menjadi masalah yang dialami oleh anak sekolah dasar. Orang tua memiliki peran yang penting dalam membantu anak-anak mengatasi masalah ini. penelitian ini memiliki urgensi yang penting karena dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang bagaimana pengasuhan authoritative dapat membantu mengurangi perilaku nomophobia pada anak-anak. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan pendekatan quasi-eksperimental dengan desain pretest-post-test control group. Subjek penelitian adalah orang tua siswa sekolah dasar dan anak-anak mereka yang terindikasi mengalami perilaku nomophobia. Data yang dikumpulkan akan dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Analisisnya menunjukkan bahwa penampilannya masih bagus. Skor yang tinggi menunjukkan bahwa tingkat nomophobia tidak berubah secara signifikan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa dengan Authoritative Parenting mampu mengontrol bagaimana mereka menggunakan teknologi, mencegah mereka menimbulkan kecemasan saat mereka tidak berada di dekatnya.

Abstract

Innovative learning models are essential to enhance students' cognitive abilities and address misconceptions in physics learning. This study aims to provide an overview of the influence of implementing the Synectics learning model with mind mapping assignments on the quantity of misconceptions and the cognitive learning outcomes of senior high school students. The research employed a quasi-experimental method using a randomized control group pretest-posttest design. The study was conducted on 11th-grade students at a senior high school in Palu, Central Sulawesi, during the 2023/2024 academic year. A cluster random sampling technique was used to select the sample. Data collection was carried out using pretests and posttests to measure the improvement in cognitive learning outcomes, while posttests were used to assess misconceptions experienced by students during learning with the Synectics model with and without mind mapping assignments. Observation sheets were also used to monitor the implementation of the learning process. The results showed an improvement in cognitive abilities for the experimental class, with an average normalized gain (N-Gain) of 0.63 (high), compared to 0.50 (moderate) for the control class. Based on a significance test at the 0.05 level, the findings revealed that the Synectics learning model with mind mapping assignments significantly outperformed the Synectics model without such assignments. Additionally, descriptive analysis of the misconceptions indicated that the Synectics model with mind mapping assignments resulted in fewer misconceptions compared to the model without mind mapping assignments.

Abstract

The general objective of this research is to enhance student outcomes through the implementation of Relay Race Learning using modified instructional media. Additionally, this study aims to obtain in-depth information about the application of instructional media in relay race material. The research design employed is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects in this study are 12 students from class V at SD N 2 Menggamat. The research was conducted over two meetings spanning two cycles. Each cycle consisted of four stages. The first cycle indicated that through action, students can self-motivate. From this first cycle, the result was 17%, indicating it was incomplete. The second cycle, as a reflection of the first cycle, also demonstrated that action improves student learning outcomes. The result of the second cycle was 75%, indicating completion. Based on the findings of this research, it can be concluded that: (1) Relay race learning using modified instructional media enhances student learning outcomes, (2) Relay race learning using modified instructional media motivates students and encourages active participation in the learning process.

Abstract

Human nature cannot live alone, he needs other people for his survival. Without other people a person will have no meaning whatsoever, that's why Islam forbids its people to separate themselves from the jama'ah (group). Human perfection as a servant of Allah, is not enough to just worship Allah alone (hamlum minallah), but is required to maintain harmonious relations (ukhwah) between fellow human beings (hablum minannas). If someone claims to believe in Allah and the Last Day (Judgment), he should glorify his neighbors or neighbors (al-Hadis). Therefore in Islam developed 3 forms of brotherhood (ukhwah), namely: a. Ukhwah Islamiyah, b. Ukhwah Basyariyah, c. Ukhwah Wathaniyah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Serving Leadership, Compensation, Work Environment, on Tension and Affective Commitment and its implications on the work of STIE in Medan City, North Sumatra Province. The research method used is associative research, which is research conducted with the aim of determining the relationship or influence of more variables, namely the influence of independent variables on dependent variables using intervening variables. This research uses quantitative data sourced from primary, secondary and tertiary data. The data collection technique carried out is by interview techniques and questionnaires. The results of the study stated that there is a significant influence between Servant Leadership, Compensation, Work Environment, on Tension and Affective Commitment and its implications on Serving Leadership, Compensation, Work Environment, on Tension and Affective Commitment and its implications on Serving Leadership.
