Abstract

This study aims to investigate the application of sharia principles in Hasanah Card products at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Cemara Asri. The background of the study includes the increasing market demand for banking products that comply with sharia principles. The research questions focus on the extent to which Bank Syariah Indonesia implements sharia principles in Hasanah Card products and how the market responds to its implementation. The research method uses a qualitative approach with interviews and document analysis. The provisional hypothesis shows that the implementation of sharia principles in Hasanah Card includes aspects of transparency, fairness, and sharia compliance. However, the adoption of this product still faces some challenges in terms of public understanding and acceptance of sharia features. The author concludes that while Bank Syariah Indonesia has taken sharia principles into account in the development of the Hasanah Card product, further efforts are needed to improve public understanding and acceptance and strengthen overall sharia compliance.

Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of the marketing mix strategy (product, price, place, and promotion) in marketing Hajj Savings at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KCP AH Nasution and identifies the company’s strategic position using SWOT analysis. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, with data obtained through observations, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that although all four elements of the marketing mix have been applied, their implementation has not yet been fully effective in meeting account-opening targets. Key product advantages—such as integration with the SISKOHAT system, funds guaranteed by BPKH, and digital access through BSI Mobile—have not been optimally communicated to prospective customers. Major challenges include perceptions of high costs, limited digital literacy, and promotional activities that are not sufficiently targeted. The SWOT analysis places BSI KCP AH Nasution in Quadrant I, indicating an aggressive strategic position in which internal strengths can be leveraged to capture external opportunities. Recommended strategies include strengthening educational promotions, expanding service outreach, enhancing digital features, building partnerships with religious institutions and communities, and developing loyalty programs for consistent savers.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve Sharia financing literacy and strengthen the productivity of millennial hydroponic vegetable farmers in Setail Village, Genteng District, through guided implementation of Salam and Istishna’ contracts. Partner farmers faced three main challenges: limited capital access, market price uncertainty, and low literacy of Sharia-compliant financing schemes. The service activity applied a Participatory Action Research (PAR) method with three integrated approaches: participatory education, tripartite partnership facilitation (farmers–Sharia financial institution–offtaker), and intensive production cycle mentoring. Results showed: (1) an average 46.2% increase in farmers’ knowledge of Salam and Istishna’ contracts; (2) 40.1% increase in hydroponic vegetable productivity; (3) 150.8% increase in net income per cycle; and (4) 100% Sharia compliance based on 8 DSN-MUI No. 05/2000 indicators. The activity also produced the Integrated Sharia Hydroponic System (SIHATA) as a replicable model for sustainable Sharia-based agricultural development.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the efficiency level of the QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) digital payment system from the perspective of Generation Z in Medan. The four main indicators measured were transaction speed, ease of use, transaction costs, and system convenience and reliability. This study used a descriptive quantitative approach with 100 active QRIS user respondents. The analysis results showed that QRIS had an overall efficiency level of 79.85%, categorized as "Moderate" according to Tenriajeng's (2003) classification. Transaction speed (83.4%) and ease of use (83.6%) were the most efficient aspects, while transaction costs and system convenience and reliability (76.2%) still need improvement. Theoretically, these findings reinforce the relevance of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the Bank for International Settlements' concept of payment system efficiency, which emphasizes that perceptions of speed, convenience, and reliability are key factors in the acceptance of digital financial technology. In practice, QRIS has played a significant role in accelerating the transformation toward a cashless society, although improvements in system stability, digital infrastructure, and customer service are still needed to achieve optimal efficiency and strengthen national financial inclusion.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools, as centers of Islamic education, have significant economic potential, particularly in the development of halal products. However, the lack of digital marketing skills is a major obstacle in optimizing this potential. This community service program aims to empower the students of Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung Banyuwangi thru training in content creation and halal product marketing strategies on social media. The method used is participatory action research (PAR) thru three stages: (1) socialization and needs analysis, (2) intensive (hands-on) training on storytelling, mobile photography, basic video editing, social media algorithms, and Islamic marketing ethics, and (3) mentoring for content creation and strategies for pesantren's flagship products. The evaluation results showed significant improvement in three aspects: knowledge (80% of participants understood the material), practical skills (creation of 5 new business product accounts on Instagram and TikTok), and entrepreneurial motivation. The conclusion of this program is that integrating digital skills with pesantren values can create a sustainable model of sharia economic empowerment that is relevant to the demands of the creative and digital economy.
