Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi kepada para pekerja di bidang usaha mikro makanan “Savira Frozen Food” mengenai aspek keamanan pangan dan kualitas pangan yang berkaitan dengan kandungan gizi. Terdapat tantangan yang dihadapi oleh UM Savira Frozen Food yaitu kurangnya pemahaman tentang standar keamanan pangan, yang dapat berpotensi membahayakan kesehatan konsumen. Selain itu, terdapat kekurangan informasi mengenai kandungan gizi produk, yang berdampak pada daya tarik di pasar yang semakin peduli terhadap kesehatan. Juga, tidak adanya panduan praktis untuk memperbaiki kualitas produk tanpa mengurangi efisiensi produksi menjadi masalah yang perlu diatasi. Dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian ini, digunakan metode ceramah, diskusi kelompok, analisis laboratorium, dan pendampingan. Kegiatan ini ditujukan kepada tiga pekerja penjamin mutu di industri UM Savira Frozen Food. Hasil dari pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat memperoleh pelatihan mengenai keamanan pangan dan dilakukan analisis laboratorium terhadap zat gizi dalam produk Frozen Food, yang nantinya akan dicantumkan pada kemasan produk di bagian informasi gizi, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas dan kepercayaan konsumen.

Abstract

Mitra dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pondok Pesantren Darul Hikmah Ponorogo. Yang mana Pesantren ini merupakan lembaga yang berbasis wakaf, sehingga seluruh aset pada Pesantren tersebut adalah aset wakaf. Salah satu aset wakaf yang berpotensi untuk dikembangkan adalah channel YouTube Darul Himah TVJadi kegitan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah tindak lanjut dari kegiatan mitra, yang bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan manajemen pengelolan wakaf produktif yang berupa konten YouTube, dan sekaligus melatih pembuatan konten video yang lebih menarik, sehingga dapat mendukung tujuan utama PKM ini yaitu keberlangsungan Ekonomi Digital. Akan tetapi terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh pihak mitra, pertama permasalahan pengetahuan, dimana pihak mitra minim pemahaman dan kesadarannya dalam mengelola wakaf produktif berupa konten video YouTube, serta minimnya skill dan kreatifitas santri dalam membuat konten video. Kedua permasalahan manajemen, minimnya keaktifan santri dalam memberdayakan channel Darul Hikmah TV Maka solusi yang ditawarkan dalam mengatasi permasalahan-permasalahan tersebut adalah mengupayakan meningkatkan pemahaman santri terhadap pengelolaan wakaf produktif yang berupa konten video YouTube, serta meningkatkan keaktifan, skill, dan kreatifitas santri dalam pembuatan konten video. Motede yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan terhadap penggolaan wakaf produktif yang berupa konten video YouTube, pelatihan skill dan kreativitas pembuatan konten video, dan pendampingan dalam mengupayakan keaktivan santri.

Abstract

This Community Service aims to provide training and guidance to the workers or food handlers at UM Krecek Krupuk "Bu Nor" on food safety and food quality related to nutritional content. The issues faced by UM Krecek Krupuk "Bu Nor" industry include a lack of understanding regarding food safety standards, which could affect consumer health. Additionally, there is a lack of information about the nutritional content of the products, reducing their appeal in a market that is becoming increasingly health-conscious. Furthermore, there is no practical guide for improving product quality without compromising production efficiency. This community service utilizes methods such as lectures, focus group discussions, laboratory analysis, and mentoring. The target group for this activity consists of three workers from the UM Krecek Krupuk "Bu Nor" industry. The outcome of this community service is that the participants received food safety training and laboratory testing of the nutritional content of the Krecek Krupuk, which will be displayed on the product packaging in the nutrition information section, thereby enhancing competitiveness and consumer trust.

Abstract

Each village has its own history and potential to be used as a basis for implementing village development and development, one of which is Mojorejo Village, Jetis District, Ponorogo Regency. In order to develop the potential of their region, the community plays an active role in utilizing regional assets in the form of bamboo plants to be processed into handicrafts. However, craftsmen face several problems, including the low quality and quantity of bamboo production in Mojorejo Village. Apart from that, the process of making bamboo crafts is quite long, making craftsmen complain of low back pain, which can stop the process of making crafts. The ABCD method is used in this PKM journal as a more objective approach to what constitutes an asset in an area and its development. The results obtained are that in developing Mojorejo Village into a bamboo village, there needs to be socialization activities, training and assistance as well as training for all stakeholders including the community (as bamboo craftsmen), the management of Bamboe Village and Studio Deling, as well as the participation of the Mojorejo Village Government to support the continued development of Village potential.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the event management process applied by the committee in organizing the Jakarta Football Expo 2024 tournament using a qualitative descriptive method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and documentation. The findings show that the committee has implemented event management systematically across five stages: research, design, planning, coordination, and evaluation. In the research stage, the committee analyzed soccer community needs and reviewed previous competition systems. The design stage developed the theme 'Jakarta Kota Bola, Kami Rindu Juara' to promote youth talent development. Planning involved organizing the event structure and task division. Coordination was carried out through online and offline platforms to engage all stakeholders. Evaluation assessed audience participation, match management, finance, and promotion. The study concludes that the Jakarta Football Expo 2024 applied event management effectively, but improvements are needed in promotion, sponsorship, and legal endorsement. This research contributes to the study of sports event management in Indonesia and offers practical insights for organizers.

Abstract

Global Citizenship Education (GCE) has emerged as an important tool to prepare students for addressing the challenges of globalized world. However, Islamic higher education institutions are still struggling in implementing GCE. This study examines the design and implementation of GCE curricula at pesantren-based universities in Indonesia. Utilizing Bronfenbrenner’s Ecological Systems Theory as a framework, the study focuses on how GCE is integrated into the formal, informal, and hidden curricula within pesantren’s unique ecological systems. This research which employs case study design with interactive analysis model finds that both universities participated in this research develop students’ global competencies such as critical thinking, cultural adaptability, and social responsibility. UNIDA employs an integrative approach, embedding GCE across its curriculum, whereas UDN adopts a cross-curricular strategy. Despite strengths in informal and hidden curricula within both universities, challenges remain in transitioning from teacher-centered to student-centered pedagogy in formal learning. This study underscores the moral and humanistic orientation of GCE in pesantren-based universities and sets the groundwork for future research to develop a comprehensive GCE model tailored to residential higher education institutions.

Abstract

Indonesia experienced a significant increase of 769.39% in foreign exchange revenue from the tourism sector compared to the previous year, which amounted to only US$ 0.49 billion. The demand for visits by foreign tourists to Indonesia during that year rose by 926%, reaching a total of 743 thousand visits. Ponorogo Regency is one of the Indonesian regencies that saw an increase in the number of tourists in 2022, with a total of 589,268 visitors during that year. This research aims to analyze the public relations marketing of Ponorogo Regency in enhancing tourist visits post the Covid-19 pandemic. This study employs a qualitative approach, specifically a case study. Research data were obtained through in-depth interviews with three informants from the Department of Culture, Tourism, Youth, and Sports in Ponorogo, non-participatory observation, and documentation. The findings of the research indicate that to increase tourist visits post-Covid-19, the Ponorogo Regency government, through the Department of Culture, Tourism, Youth, and Sports office, utilizes a public relations marketing strategy consisting of three approaches: pull, push, and pass. The pull strategy involves advertising, sales promotion, and social media publicity. The push strategy employs personal selling and direct marketing. Meanwhile, the pass strategy includes organizing events, providing sponsorships, and building good relationships with stakeholders. Abstrak Tahun 2022 pendapatan devisa dari sektor pariwisata Indonesia mengalami kenaikan hingga 769,39% dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya yang hanya mencapai US$ 0,49 miliar. Permintaan kunjungan wisatawan asing ke Indonesia pada tahun itu meningkat sebesar 926% dengan jumlah kunjungan mencapai 743 ribu. Kabupaten Ponorogo menjadi salah satu kabupten di Indonesia yang mengalami peningkatan jumlah wisatawan pada tahun 2022. Jumlah wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Ponorogo pada tahun itu mencapai 589.268 orang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis marketing public relations Kabupaten Ponorogo dalam meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan pasca pandemi covid 19. Untuk menggali data secara mendalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenisnya studi kasus. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan tiga informan dari Dinas Kebudayaan Pariwisata, Pemuda dan Olahraga Kabupaten Ponorogo, observasi non partisipatif, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kunjugan wisatawan pasca Covid 19 pemerintah Kabupaten Ponorogo melalui DISBUDPARPORA menggunakan marketing public relations yang terdiri dari tiga strategi yaitu pull, push, dan pass. Strategi pull dengan menggunakan periklanan, sales promotion dan publikasi di media sosial. Untuk strategi push dengan menggunakan personal selling dan direct marketing. Sedangkan strategi pass dengan menyelenggarakan event, memberikan sponsorship, dan membangun hubungan baik dengan para stakeholder.

Abstract

Communication in an organization is very important because it will indirectly shape the organizational communication climate that will affect employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational communication climate on employee performance at La Tansa Gontor Department Store. This research is associative quantitative research with the survey method. The samples in this study were 50 employees. Data were collected through questionnaires which were distributed directly to respondents. The questionnaire was measured using a Likert scale. The results showed that there was a positive influence between organizational communication climate on employee performance with a correlation coefficient of rcount rtable of (0.822 0.279). Based on the correlation coefficient guidelines, the influence of organizational communication climate on employee performance in this study is included in the very strong category. The results of the coefficient of determination test show a value (r2) of 0.676 at a significance level of = 0.05 which means that the organizational communication climate affects employee performance by 67.6%, and the remaining 32.4% is influenced by other factors not examined by researchers. This study recommends La Tansa Department Store to improve the organizational communication climate on attention to high-performance goals.Komunikasi dalam suatu organisasi sangatlah penting, karena secara tidak langsung akan membentuk iklim komunikasi organisasi yang akan mempengaruhi terhadap kinerja karyawan.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim komunikasi organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di La Tansa Gontor Department Store. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif dengan metode survey. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 orang karyawan yang terdiri dari 41 laki-laki dan 9 perempuan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan langsung kepada responden. Kuesioner diukur menggunakan skala likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif antara iklim komunikasi organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan koefisien korelasi rhitung rtabel sebesar (0,822 0,279). Berdasarkan pedoman koefisien korelasi, pengaruh iklim komunikasi organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada penelitian ini termasuk dalam kategori yang sangat kuat. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan nilai (r2) sebesar 0,676 pada taraf signifikansi α=0,05 yang berarti bahwa iklim komunikasi organisasi mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan sebesar 67,6%, dan sisanya sebesar 32,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti oleh peneliti. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan kepada La Tansa Department Store untuk meningkatkan iklim komunikasi organisasi pada perhatian pada tujuan-tujuan berkinerja tinggi.

Abstract

The Deling Studio and Roemah Bamboe Bamboo Craft Centers in Ponorogo Regency face challenges in the bamboo weaving production process in the form of work accidents that hamper work efficiency and productivity. The production process at the bamboo weaving stage results in work accidents in the form of cuts, tears, scratches, punctures, pinches, and exposure to bamboo dust that interferes with breathing. This process is carried out manually using a knife that has the potential for work accident risks. This Community Service aims to be a step to control the risk of work accidents by implementing the use of Appropriate Technology in the form of a 0.5 Hp Bamboo Weaving Machine. The Community Service program includes counseling and mentoring on the safe use of Appropriate Technology by implementing a risk control hierarchy in the form of the use of personal protective equipment. The method used is Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) which focuses on utilizing assets, strengths, and potentials at the Deling Studio and Roemah Bamboe Bamboo Craft Centers. The results of this Community Service program include a reduction in workplace accidents over the past two years following the use of Appropriate Technology,which has significantly improved occupational safety and health, supporting the development of the bamboo craft industry and creating a safe and healthy work environment. Abstrak Sentra Kerajinan Bambu Studio Deling dan Roemah Bamboe di Kabupaten Ponorogo menghadapi tantangan dalam proses produksi anyaman bambu berupa insiden kecelakaan kerja yang menghambat efisiensi dan produktivitas kerja. Proses produksi pada tahapan mengirat bambu mengakibatkan kecelakaan kerja berupa luka sayat, luka sobek, tergores, tertusuk, terjepit, serta paparan debu bambu yang mengganggu pernapasan. Proses ini dilakukan secara manual menggunakan pisau yang berpotensiterjadi risiko kecelakaan kerja. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan sebagai langkah pengendalian risiko kecelakaan kerja dengan menerapkan penggunaan Teknologi Tepat Guna (TTG) berupa Mesin Irat Bambu 0,5 Hp. Program kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat antara lain berupa penyuluhan dan pendampingan penggunaan Teknologi Tepat Guna (TTG) yang aman dengan menerapkan hierarki pengendalian risiko berupa penggunaan alat pelindung diri. Metode yang digunakan adalah Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) yang berfokus pada pemanfaatan aset, kekuatan, potensi yang ada di Sentra Kerajinan Bambu Studio Deling dan Roemah Bamboe.
