Abstract

Free radicals are highly reactive molecules containing one or more unpaired electrons in its outer orbital Free radicals attackelectron binding molecules in the surrounding areas. Malfunctioning cells, damage cell structures, and even mutations are the effects of free radical. Antioxidants can inhibit reactive oxygen and free radicals in the human body. The compound flavonoid, which is contained in thesoursop’s leaf and sarang semut act as anti-oxidants. This researchaimsto test the antioxidant activity of the combination of extracted sarang semut (Myrmecodia pendans) and Soursop’s leaf (Annona muricata) with DPPH (2,2-diphenyl-1-picrilhidrazyl) method. This researchwas conducted by plant extraction Sarang semut and soursop’s leaf with maceration The results showed that ultrasonic extraction techniqueall fractions are detected such as alkaloids, flavonoids, saponins and tannins, water fraction of sarang semut has76.64 ppm IC50 and the butanol fractions has 76.82 ppm IC50, the combination of extracted sarang semut and extracted soursop’s leaf (1: 1) have 71.09 ppm IC50, the water fraction soursop leafhas 73.48 ppm IC50, and butanol fraction has 99.70 ppm so we can conclude that the water fraction of sarang semut is better than butanol fraction of sarang semut extract. The combination between extracted soursop’sleaf and extracted sarang semut with a ratio of 1: 1 has a better antioxidant activity than the singular.

Abstract

Cancer is a growing cells of any type of cell and tissue in the body anywhere, a large number of diseases are characterized by tissue and cell type of origin. Each year found nearly 6 million new patients known to have cancer, and more than 4 million of them died. Until now cancer treatment is done by 3 ways: surgery, radiation, and drug delivery of anti -neoplastic or anti- cancer. However, all three treatments over a lot of side effects to the patient. This study aims to conduct a series of pre-clinical trials to determine the optimal dose of Sarangsemut plant ( Myrmecodia pendens ) can be used as a drug to cure lung cancer. The specific objective of this research is to extract Sarangsemut plant ( Myrmecodia pendens ) and soursop leaves to produce drugs alterlatif cancer disease. Benefits of this research can be used.

Abstract

This study aims to conduct a series of pre-clinical trials to determine the optimal dose of Myrmecodia pendens can be used as a drug to cure lung cancer .The specific objective of this research is to extract Myrmecodia pendens Plant to produce drugs alternative cancer disease. Benefits of this research can be used directly by the public to be used as an herbal medicine, to treat cancer Testing is done by creating a model of lung cancer cells from rats induced with 7,12-dimethylbenz[a]anthracene (DMBA) as much as 10 times along 5 weeks. Therapy is done by adding 250mg/kgW, 500 mg/kgW and 750 kg/KgW extracts Based on the Histopathology test showed that Myrmecodia Pendans extract dose of 750 mg / kg body weight can improve lung tissue damaged by exposure to DMBA.

Abstract

In an era where rapid technological advancement affects all aspects, including education, there are still challenges in enhancing teachers' competence in technology. Many teachers continue to employ traditional methods without leveraging technology due to insufficient guidance. The implementation of ICT training often faces various challenges, such as teachers' ability to integrate technology into daily teaching practices is still lagging behind. Researchers examined the effectiveness of the Teacher Development Program to enhance technology-based learning at SD Negeri 1 Kedungpring through observation and interviews. It is anticipated that this program will positively impact the effectiveness of learning in the school. Based on the research findings, a significant number of teachers still use traditional teaching methods, with only 40% actively incorporating technology. Through development seminars and interviews, researchers found that this program effectively improves learning effectiveness. A majority of teachers stated that the development program has enhanced their competency in teaching with technology, resulting in positive impacts on student learning outcomes and overall instructional effectiveness.

Abstract

Perikanan layang (Decapterus spp) adalah jenis hasil tangkapan dengan nilai finansial tinggi bagi masyarakat Flores Timur. Berdasarkan data produksi yang diperoleh pada periode 2017-2022, ikan layang tercatat sebagai hasil tangkapan terbanyak oleh nelayan pukat cincin jika dibandingkan dengan jenis ikan pelagis kecil yang lainnya. Maka dilakukan penelitian terhadap pemanfaatan ikan layang di perairan Larantuka dengan tujuan mengetahui nilai pemanfaatan sumberdaya dengan menggunakan kajian bioekonomi model Gordon-Schaefer. Teknik penelitian yang dipakai adalah analisis deskriptif dengan melibatkan informasi pengelolaan ikan layang tahun 2017-2022 dengan perolehan informasi seperti upaya dan hasil tangkapan ikan layang serta informasi penting seperti biaya penjualan dan biaya fungsional. Hasil pengujian bioekonomi model Gordon-Schaefer terhadap ikan layang menunjukkan nilai CMSY sebesar 705.826 kg/tahun dan upaya penangkapan sebanyak 1.278 trip/alat tangkap, nilai CMEY sebesar 686.875 kg/tahun terlebih lagi upaya tangkapannya bertambah 1.069 trip/alat tangkap dan COAE senilai 386.817 kg/tahun dengan jumlah upaya tangkap 2.137 trip/alat tangkap, sedangkan laju pemanfaatan ikan layang (Decapterus spp) di perairan Larantuka telah mencapai angka 103% dengan klasifikasi pemanfaatan berlebihan dan tingkat pengupayaan dengan angka 41%. Berdasarkan hasil eksplorasi, terdapat tiga jenis ikan layang di perairan Larantuka, yaitu ikan layang ekor biru (Decapterus macarellus), ikan layang deles (Decapterus macrosoma), dan ikan layang ekor merah (Decapterus akaadsi). Abstract

Padat dan tingginya aktivitas di wilayah pesisir Dusun Tangkolak mengakibatkan tekanan dan turut menjadi penyumbang sampah serta pencemaran di wilayah perairan pesisir Dusun Tangkolak. Selain itu, musibah terjadinya tumpahan minyak yang disebabkan oleh bocornya pipa Pertamina yang berada di kawasan perairan pantai wilayah Karawang juga menyebabkan terjadinya pencemaran perairan di kawasan pesisir Karawang. Dampak tersebut kemudian menyebabkan terjadinya degradasi daerah penangkapan ikan dan pergeseran daerah penangkapan ikan. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah menduga wilayah perairan yang potensial sebagai daerah penangkapan ikan dengan menggunakan alat tangkap bagan tancap di wilayah pesisir Dusun Tangkolak, Kabupaten Karawang. Pelaksanaan penelitian selama enam bulan (Maret-Agustus 2021). Data penelitian dikumpulkan secara insitu untuk parameter oseanografi yaitu suhu, salinitas, pH, sedangkan pendugaan daerah penangkapan ikan dikumpulkan melalui data citra satelit Aqua Modis untuk parameter suhu dan klorofil-a. Analisis dilakukan secara spasial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dugaan wilayah potensial penangkapan ikan adalah pada koordinat -5.8360 LU 107.5080 BT sampai dengan -5.9440 LU 107.7090 BT pada bulan Maret dan -5.5610 LU 107.5510 BT sampai dengan -5.9620 LU 107.7540 BT pada bulan April. Sedangkan bulan Mei sampai dengan Agustus adalah bulan paceklik untuk nelayan bagan di Karawang. Kata kunci: aqua modis, bagan tancap, daerah penangkapan ikan, Karawang
