Abstract

This study aims to measure the level of stakeholder satisfaction with the quality of service and education at the Faculty of Education, State University of Malang. The research employs a quantitative analysis method, utilizing a structured questionnaire based on five service quality indicators: Tangible, Responsiveness, Reliability, Empathy, and Assurance. The questionnaire was distributed to stakeholders, including students, lecturers, and staff. The results indicate that the overall level of stakeholder satisfaction is high, with the Assurance indicator scoring the highest at 76.6%, reflecting strong trust in services provided. The lowest score was observed in the Responsiveness indicator at 72.8%, suggesting a need for improvement in addressing stakeholder needs promptly. The study is limited to stakeholders at the Faculty of Education, and the findings may not be generalizable to other faculties or institutions. The findings provide valuable insights for the Faculty of Education to enhance service quality, particularly in responsiveness, to better meet stakeholder expectations. This research contributes to the ongoing efforts to improve educational service quality by providing empirical data on stakeholder satisfaction within a specific academic context.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the implementation of restorative justice principles in resolving juvenile offences within the school environment, focusing on a case study at three public junior high schools, specifically SMPN 1 Praya Timur in Central Lombok Regency. The background of this research is based on the increasing number of legal violations and acts of violence among students, which, if addressed through repressive measures, may result in long-term negative impacts on child development. The data for this study were obtained from observations and interviews conducted with teachers, staff, and students. The data analysis techniques applied include data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and triangulation. Restorative justice places perpetrators, victims, and the community in an equal dialogue space to resolve conflicts, restore conditions to their original state, and prevent repeated violations. In the school context, restorative justice has begun to be implemented through approaches such as peer mediation, family conferences, and dialogues between perpetrators and victims mediated by counselling teachers or school principals. Some schools in Central Lombok, particularly SMPN 1 Praya Timur, have attempted to adopt these principles in handling student-related violations. However, the implementation of restorative justice in these schools has not yet been systematically or academically documented. Therefore, the application of restorative justice in addressing cases of juvenile delinquency such as fighting, theft, or violence needs to be implemented more effectively, particularly in schools, and requires further in-depth study.

Abstract

Uji validitas dan reliabilitas dalam penelitian merupakan faktor penting untuk menghasilkan data yang baik. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk peneliti dapat melakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas sebelum instrumen digunakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian research and development (R&D).Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah pengujian hasil adaptasi instrumen untuk mengetahui tingkat validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen resiliensi akademik. Uji validitas dilakukan dengan menggunakan rumus Pearson Product Moment dan uji reliabilitas dilakukan dengan melihat nilai Cronbach’s alpha. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan desain kuantitatif. Pengambilan data dilakukan kepada 83 siswa SMP aktif di beberapa sekolah di pulau Adonara Kabupaten Flores Timur-NTT. Proses pengumpulan melalui google form. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 41 item pada Skala resiliensi Akademik dinyatakan valid dengan nilai r-hitung > r-tabel (0,220). Uji reliabilitas Skala resiliensi Akademik dinyatakan reliabel dengan nilai Cronbach’s alpha = 0.904 yang lebih besar dari nilai r-tabel (0.6) dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, maka disimpulkan bahwa Skala resiliensi Akademik dinyatakan valid dan reliabel.

Abstract

This study examines teachers’ perceptions of integrating tourism marketing concepts into English for Specific Purposes (ESP) instruction at SMKN 1 Gerung, a vocational high school that offers a Tourism Destination major. As the tourism industry increasingly demands graduates with strong English proficiency and marketing communication skills, ESP programs are expected to provide learning experiences that reflect real professional practices. Teachers’ perceptions are crucial in this process because their beliefs, pedagogical knowledge, and instructional decisions directly influence the implementation and success of curriculum integration. Adopting a qualitative descriptive design, data were collected from 8 ESP teachers through semi-structured interviews, supported by document analysis and classroom observations to ensure methodological triangulation. Qualitative analysis revealed that teachers generally hold positive views toward integrating tourism marketing, as they believe it can improve students’ language proficiency, increase their motivation, and strengthen their ability to communicate effectively in workplace-related contexts. However, several challenges were identified, including limited availability of authentic and up-to-date teaching materials, insufficient professional development in tourism marketing, and weak collaboration between the school and tourism industry stakeholders. These challenges hinder teachers’ ability to design industry-relevant ESP lessons. The study highlights the need for curriculum updates, the development of authentic tourism marketing resources, and structured professional development programs. Overall, the findings offer important insights into improving curriculum design, teacher professional development and school-industry collaboration to enhance the quality, relevance, and industry alignment of ESP instruction in tourism-focused vocational education settings.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bentuk perlindungan hukum terhadap data pribadi pasien dalam rekam medis serta pertanggungjawaban hukum rumah sakit atas terjadinya kebocoran data rekam medis. Fokus utama penelitian diarahkan pada pemenuhan hak pasien atas privasi dan pelayanan kesehatan yang bermutu, serta kedudukan hukum rumah sakit sebagai pengendali dan pemroses data pribadi pasien dalam sistem pelayanan kesehatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum normatif, dengan pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan konseptual.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlindungan hukum terhadap data pribadi pasien dalam rekam medis dilaksanakan melalui dua mekanisme, yaitu perlindungan hukum preventif dan perlindungan hukum represif. Perlindungan preventif diwujudkan melalui kewajiban rumah sakit untuk menjaga kerahasiaan, keamanan, dan integritas data rekam medis melalui pengaturan internal dan sistem keamanan teknologi informasi. Perlindungan represif berfungsi sebagai sarana penegakan hukum bagi pasien apabila terjadi pelanggaran. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa pertanggungjawaban hukum rumah sakit atas kebocoran data rekam medis didasarkan pada prinsip praduga untuk selalu bertanggung jawab (presumption of liability), yang menempatkan rumah sakit sebagai pihak yang bertanggung jawab atas kerugian pasien sepanjang tidak dapat dibuktikan ketiadaan kesalahan atau kelalaian. Prinsip ini memberikan jaminan perlindungan hukum dan kepastian hukum bagi pasien sebagai pemilik data pribadi.

Abstract

Hak atas kesehatan jiwa merupakan bagian integral dari hak asasi manusia yang dijamin oleh Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945. Pemerintah Daerah memiliki peran strategis dalam pemenuhan hak tersebut, khususnya dalam upaya pencegahan bunuh diri sebagai persoalan kesehatan jiwa yang kompleks dan multidimensional. Penguatan kerangka hukum melalui Undang-Undang Nomor 39 Tahun 1999 tentang Hak Asasi Manusia dan Undang-Undang Nomor 17 Tahun 2023 tentang Kesehatan menegaskan kewajiban pemerintah daerah untuk tidak hanya menyediakan layanan kuratif, tetapi juga menyelenggarakan upaya promotif dan preventif secara sistemik dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tanggung jawab Pemerintah Daerah dalam pemenuhan hak atas kesehatan jiwa dalam rangka pencegahan bunuh diri di Kota Mataram, serta menelaah implementasi tanggung jawab tersebut oleh Pemerintah Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat melalui Rumah Sakit Jiwa Mutiara Sukma sebagai fasilitas rujukan utama. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan dan konseptual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tanggung jawab Pemerintah Daerah dalam pemenuhan hak atas kesehatan jiwa bersifat legal, komprehensif, dan sistemik, mencakup penyusunan kebijakan, penyediaan layanan, pengalokasian sumber daya, serta pengawasan berkelanjutan. Implementasi di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat melalui RSJ Mutiara Sukma telah diwujudkan dalam bentuk program promotif dan preventif, sistem rujukan terstruktur, serta mekanisme respons krisis yang terkoordinasi. Hal ini menegaskan bahwa pencegahan bunuh diri merupakan mandat hukum dan bagian esensial dari perlindungan hak hidup dan hak atas kesehatan jiwa warga negara.

Abstract

Planthopper and grasshopper pests that attack rice plants in the Padukuhan Pondok rice fields, Condongcatur have an impact on decreasing productivity of rice farmers. The objectives of this community service are: (1) to produce an IoT-based techno-pest control device by utilizing solar cells as power supply; (2) increasing the skills of farmers in using efficient technology that is economical, modern and environmentally friendly. The methods used include experimentation, socialization and training. This community service activity is the manufacture of IoT-based techno-pest control tools and tool dissemination. The dissemination activity was successfully held and attended by 50 participants from the farmer's group of culinary sources, the participants actively asked questions and were enthusiastic in practicing the operation of the tools. 85% of participants can operate the equipment in groups. Techno-pest control tools can eradicate planthoppers and grasshoppers at a radius of 6m within 4 hours via 40kHz ultrasonic waves. This tool is integrated on the internet to monitor the situation of rice fields by accessing the website http://pkm.ptm.ustjogja.ac.id.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, product quality, and price on purchasing decisions at the Yogya Majenang Department Store. The method used in this study using quantitative methods with the sample used in this study as many as 100 people. The analysis techniques used include validity test, reliability test, MSI (Method Succesive Interval), and classical assumption test which includes normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis test, and statistical test which includes T test, F test and test the analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2).Based on the results of the analysis obtained that service quality has no significant effect on purchasing decisions, this is indicated by the tcount value of service quality of 0.656 < ttable 1.985 or in other words H1 is rejected and H0 is accepted, while product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a tcount value of product quality. of 6.432 > ttable 1.985 or in other words H2 is accepted and H0 is rejected, and the price also has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a t-value of 10,442 > ttable 1.985 in other words stating that H3 is accepted and H0 is rejected. In testing the four variables simultaneously service quality, product quality and price have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. This is indicated by the value of the F test which produces an fcount value of 132.870 > ftable 3.09 in other words stating that H4 is accepted and H0 is rejected.
