Abstract

The research started from the results of observations, the problem found at SD 27 Anak Air and SD 11 Lubuk Buaya Experiment and SD 02 Lubuk Buaya is that teachers tend to rely on the lecture method and textbooks, so students are less actively involved in the learning process. This makes students quickly feel bored and difficult to understand abstract concepts in IPAS. This research uses the type of development research. The test subjects were fifth grade teachers and fifth grade students of SDN 11 Lubuak Buaya and SDN 27 Siswa Air. This research procedure uses ADDIE development steps, namely: Analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation. The results showed that the overall average score for validation of Educaplay Learning Media Based on Problem Based Learning was 38.3 including in the very valid category. From the aspects assessed, the value for the material is 3 with a very valid category. From the linguistic aspect, the average score is 3 with a very valid category, and from the media aspect, the average score is 3 with a valid category. The average percentage of respondents' assessment of Problem Based Learning-based Educaplay learning media is in the very practical category, namely with a practicality percentage of 90.48% and 85.71%. The assessment of the effectiveness sheet, obtained with an average assessment of 85.24, was declared effective for the development of Problem Based Learning-based Educaplay learning media.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to provide insight into Canva to teachers so that there is an increase in the design, presentation, and creativity skills of educators. If teachers are able to use this Canva learning media, it will make it easier for teachers to deliver material in learning. The method of implementing the service uses a participatory workshop approach, which includes material presentations, discussions, and questions and answers, direct practice of making learning media, and microteaching as an initial form of application. The results of this community service activity are to improve teachers' skills in using digital media, especially Canva, creatively, communicatively, and collaboratively in the learning process. Through a direct practice approach, teachers are able to produce interactive and relevant learning media with Islamic Religious Education material, while developing soft skills such as creativity, technology adaptation, and cooperation. The contribution of the results of these service activities not only has an impact on improving individual teacher competencies but also supports the development of innovative learning practices and strengthens the capacity of the teacher community in facing the transformation of digital education in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

This research was motivated by students' low conceptual understanding of science subjects, which fell below the minimum grade point average (KKTP), namely 64 out of a standard of 70. The study aimed to determine the effect of using animated video media based on the Quran and Hadith on the conceptual understanding of science subjects in fourth-grade elementary school students. The method used was a quasi-experimental design with a one-group pre-test and post-test, with a sample of 29 students using saturated sampling. Data analysis included validity, reliability, normality, and homogeneity tests, as well as hypothesis testing using t-tests and simple linear regression. The results showed a t-test significance of 0.000 < 0.05 and a calculated t-value of 11.352 > t-table of 1.699, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.632 (63.2%). The average student score increased from 64 to 82.4, with a learning completion rate of 89.7% (≥ 70). Thus, animated video media based on the Quran and Hadith has been proven effective in improving elementary school students' understanding of science concepts

Abstract

This study investigates the profound Eco Islamic decoupling within Islamic education, focusing on the strategic gap between ambitious government green madrasah mandates and the localized operational capacities of schools. The core problem stems from top-down, unfunded environmental regulations that systematically ignore the specific SWOT profiles of educational institutions. Resolving this friction is highly urgent, as coercive mandates currently breed severe institutional exhaustion and theoretical stagnation of eco-theological values, preventing real change. Therefore, this research aims to critically analyze the structural root causes of green madrasah policy failures and deeply uncover the underlying mechanisms of organizational transformation decoupling. Utilizing a critical qualitative methodology, the study employs in-depth institutional ethnography at MTsN 3 Lima Puluh Kota. Data were rigorously collected over six months through prolonged non-participant observation, semi-structured interviews via targeted purposive sampling, and comprehensive document analysis, followed by thematic transformation analysis and source triangulation. The results reveal a catastrophic alignment failure: government mandates function as coercive technocratic mechanisms, while the green madrasah experiences them as severely underfunded administrative burdens. Consequently, schools engage in performative compliance and defensive decoupling such as fabricating sustainability reports and prioritizing superficial visual greening as rational institutional survival strategies rather than ideological rejection. The discussion concludes that authentic Eco-Islamic institutional transformation remains mathematically impossible without radically shifting from uniform, unfunded bureaucratic audits toward localized, resource-backed empowerment frameworks specifically tailored to individual green madrasah capabilities.
