Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Komitmen Organisasi Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Dosen Universitas Islam Negeri Datokarama Palu. Alat analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 90 responden. Hasil pengujian hipotesis Dari hasil analisis diperoleh nilai multiple R adalah 0.905 atau sebesar 90.5% yang berarti memiliki tingkat hubungan yang sangat kuat. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan variabel bebas budaya organisasi, komitemen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja berhubungan sangat kuat terhadap variabel kinerja dosen.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the lighting needs for the living room and family room in a 90 m² house. Using a quantitative descriptive method, the findings showed that optimal lighting in the living room requires two 11-watt light points for a 7.05 m² area, while the family room needs four light points for an 11.4 m² area. Efficient lighting can be achieved through the use of LED lights, ensuring even light distribution based on the visual needs of the space. Recommendations should be validated to ensure compliance with SNI standards and visual comfort. The research provides useful guidance for the effective application of artificial lighting in 90 m² houses

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence, organizational culture, and job satisfaction on employee performance at urban village offices in Palu Barat District. The research employed a survey method with a quantitative approach, where the entire population of 45 employees was taken as the sample using a total sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires, observations, interviews, and documentation, and then analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS 25. The findings reveal that emotional intelligence, organizational culture, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination of 75.9% indicates that employee performance can be explained by these three independent variables, while the remaining 24.1% is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study. These results emphasize the importance of managing emotional intelligence, fostering a supportive organizational culture, and enhancing job satisfaction to improve employee performance, particularly in delivering public services at the village office level.

Abstract

Pentingnya sektor pariwisata memberi dampak yang sangat besar bagi masyarakat, terutama masyarakat yang berada di kawasan atau lokasi yang menjadi tujuan wisata. Adapun Desa yang mempunyai potensi wisata yakni Desa Kotapulu yang merupakan salah satu Desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Dolo Kabupaten Sigi. Desa Kotapulu berjarak 5 km dari pusat pemerintahan Sulawesi Tengah yakni Kota Palu. Salah satu bidang parawisata yakni Pemancingan Denis sebagai salah satu objek wisata yang akan mendorong peningkatan ekonomi bagi Kotapulu. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat menggunakan metode sosialisasi dan pendampingan memanfaatkan digital marketing di Desa Kotapulu Kecamatan Dolo Kabupaten Sigi dengan waktu pelaksanaan kurang lebih selama 5 bulan di mulai dari bulan September 2022 sampai bulan Januari 2023. Berdasarkan hasil dari sosialisasi dan pembuatan akun media sosial yang dilaksanakan telah menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman mengenai pengelolaan media sosial sebagai daya tarik wisata. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini kemampuan pengelola pemasaran digital menjadi selangkah lebih maju dan modern.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of social media on the formation of adolescent self-identity. Using a qualitative approach, data was collected through interviews, observations, and literature studies with subjects aged 15-19 years who are active on social media. The results show that social media influences adolescent self-identity, both positively, by increasing self-confidence, and negatively, by influencing body image and social comparison. Social media serves as a means of self-expression, but excessive use can reduce face-to-face social interaction and communication skills. The study recommends the wise use of social media with family support. Penelitian ini mengkaji dampak media sosial terhadap pembentukan identitas diri remaja. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi literatur dengan subjek remaja berusia 15-19 tahun yang aktif di media sosial. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa media sosial mempengaruhi identitas diri remaja, baik secara positif yaitu mampu meningkatkan kepercayaan diri, maupun negatif, mempengaruhi citra tubuh dan perbandingan sosial. Media sosial berfungsi sebagai sarana ekspresi diri, namun penggunaan berlebihan dapat mengurangi interaksi sosial tatap muka dan keterampilan komunikasi. Penelitian menyarankan penggunaan media sosial yang bijak dengan dukungan keluarga.

Abstract

This study analyzes the representation of creativity in the “Indomie Hidupkan Inspirasimu” advertisement using Charles Sanders Peirce’s semiotics theory. The ad highlights five major scenes that showcase innovation across culinary, business, art, and fashion sectors. Using Peirce’s triadic model—sign, object, and interpretant—this analysis explores how the advertisement’s visuals and narratives communicate creative ideas. The findings indicate that creativity in the ad embodies three core elements: fluency (generating diverse ideas), originality (uniqueness of ideas), and elaboration (developing ideas in depth). Examples include innovative Indomie toppings, noodle-based donuts, the emergence of Indomie food stalls (warmindo), fashion designs inspired by Indomie packaging, and murals integrating brand elements. The study concludes that creativity in advertising not only promotes products but also strengthens emotional bonds between brands and audiences. By reflecting everyday innovation, the ad successfully inspires viewers while fostering a deeper emotional engagement. Creativity thus emerges as a strategic element in enhancing the effectiveness and emotional resonance of advertising campaigns. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis representasi kreativitas dalam iklan Indomie Hidupkan Inspirasimu dengan menggunakan teori semiotika Charles Sanders Peirce. Iklan ini menampilkan lima adegan utama yang merepresentasikan inovasi di berbagai bidang, seperti kuliner, bisnis, seni, dan fesyen. Analisis dilakukan melalui model triadik Peirce, yang terdiri atas tanda, objek, dan interpretan, untuk mengeksplorasi cara visual dan narasi iklan menyampaikan ide-ide kreatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas dalam iklan ini mencakup tiga elemen utama, yaitu fluency (kemampuan menghasilkan ide beragam), originality (keunikan ide), dan elaboration (pengembangan ide secara mendalam). Adegan-adegan yang dianalisis meliputi topping Indomie yang inovatif, donat berbahan dasar mi, pembukaan warung Indomie (warmindo), desain busana terinspirasi kemasan Indomie, serta seni mural yang memanfaatkan elemen merek sebagai sumber inspirasi. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa kreativitas tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai alat promosi, tetapi juga berperan dalam membangun keterikatan emosional antara merek dan audiens. Melalui representasi inovasi yang dekat dengan keseharian, iklan ini mampu menginspirasi sekaligus menciptakan daya tarik emosional yang lebih kuat. Kreativitas terbukti menjadi elemen strategis yang esensial dalam meningkatkan efektivitas dan dampak emosional kampanye periklanan.

Abstract

Billiard Sports Media is an alternative media outlet that focuses entirely on the world of billiards. The presence of YouTube social media has facilitated effective communication between audiences and the media. Billiard Sports Media utilises YouTube social media as a medium for conveying information. This study uses the four pillars of social media support strategy theory according to Lon Safko and K. Brake (2009), namely communication, collaboration, education, and entertainment. The combination of content and the message to be conveyed is important in using digital platforms. This study uses qualitative methodology with data collection techniques of interviews and observation. In addition, this study was also conducted to determine how the use of YouTube social media by billiard media such as Billiard Sports Media can change the negative stigma of this sport into a positive one using the four pillars of social media strategy. Billiard Sports Media merupakan media alternatif yang membahas penuh tentang dunia biliar. Kehadiran media sosial YouTube menciptakan kemudahan komunikasi yang efektif antara penonton dengan media. Billiard Sports Media memanfaatkan media sosial YouTube sebagai media untuk menyampaikan informasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori empat pilar strategi pendukung media sosial menurut Lon Safko dan K. Brake (2009) yaitu komunikasi, kolaborasi, edukasi, dan hiburan. Perpaduan konten terhadap pesan yang ingin disampaikan menjadi hal penting dalam menggunakan platform digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara dan observasi. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemanfaatan media sosial YouTube oleh media biliar seperti Billiard Sports Media dalam mengubah stigma negatif olahraga ini menjadi stigma positif menggunakan strategi empat pilar media sosial.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the benefits of character building and developing the entrepreneurial spirit of students at SD Inpres 3 Ulatan in the Market Day program. The Market Day program is an entrepreneurship program to develop students' character. Within the scope of education, students must always be directed to change themselves through a creative and innovative spirit through quality superior programs. In elementary schools, this concept is important in suppressing the flow of entrepreneurship and creating superior competitive people. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection was carried out using primary data collection techniques; namely, the researcher directly took data from the field relating to implementation problems by directly reviewing the planning and implementation activities of market day at school, conducting interviews with school principals, teachers, parents, and students, as well as taking documentation in the form of supporting photos during Market Day activities. The informants in this research were students who were involved as buyers, teachers, parents, students, and school principals. The research results show that the implementation of Market Day is one of the programs implemented at SD Inpres 3 Ulatan, Parigi Moutong district to develop students' entrepreneurial spirit and mentality. In addition, teachers use contextual activities to improve students' skills.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine students' Arabic speaking skills using the community language learning method, and to find out the extent of the impact of this method on improving the Arabic speaking skills of female students at SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Karangasem Lamongan, East Java. The research sample in this study was 16 grade 1 female students at SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Karangasem Lamongan, East Java, and the type of research was experimental research, and the research approach the researcher used was a quantitative approach. The research tools that researchers use are direct observation tests and interviews. Research results: This is based on the adjusted value in the pre-test of 58.0625, becoming 71.25 in the post-test. The researcher got the t-statistic result = 10.98, then the researcher set the t-table, then the researcher looked for the results in the list (Df) of the t-table and found the result = 2.94 at 1%, then 2.13 at 5%. And because the t-statistic result = 10.98 is greater than the statistical results of 1% and 5%, it means that Ho is rejected and H₁ is accepted, or the hypothesis of this research is accepted. This means that the application of the community language method has great effectiveness in improving speaking skills in first-grade students at Muhammadiyah School 2 Karangasem Lamongan, East Java.

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan pada usaha Perabotan Alam Jaya Padang. permasalahan yang sering terjadi pada pekerja adalah posisi yang tidak ergonomis, sehingga menimbulkan keluhan musculoskeletal (MSDs). Berdasarkan hasil observasi, operator sering mengalami keluhan pada proses perakitan, pemotongan, dan pengamplasan diakarenakan operator sering melakukan gerakan berulang kali seperti kegiatan membungkuk sehingga menyebabkan terjadinya musculoskeletal. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode PLIBEL untuk mengetahui faktor terjadinya risiko musculoskeletal disorders pada pekerja. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang dilakukan dengan membagikan kuisioner PLIBEL secara langsung ke pekerja. Didapatkan stasiun kerja yang memiliki resiko cidera paling tinggi pada masing-masing stasiun kerja yaitu yang pertama stasiun perakitan dengan hasil 75% dan 71%, stasiun pemotongan dengan hasil sebesar 76% dan 77%, dan pada bagian stasiun kerja pengamplasan dengan hasil 75% dan 82%.
