Abstract

In the current digital era, digital marketing strategies are increasingly used by various companies, including Skin1004, ranging from content marketing creation to the utilization of E-WoM. This has led to the emergence of the FoMO phenomenon, which has now become an important factor influencing purchase decisions, especially among Gen Z. This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of content marketing and electronic word of mouth on the purchase decision of Skin1004 products, mediated by fear of missing out (FoMO) among Gen Z in Palu City. The research method used is quantitative with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The sample was taken using purposive sampling with 150 respondents. The results of the study show that the content marketing variable has a positive and significant effect on fear of missing out and purchase decision, the electronic word of mouth variable has a positive and significant effect on fear of missing out and purchase decision, the fear of missing out variable has a positive and significant effect on purchase decision, and the fear of missing out variable can mediate the effect of content marketing on purchase decision and the effect of electronic word of mouth on purchase decision.

Abstract

The manual ticket booking process often leads to several issues, such as long queues, data entry errors, limited-service hours, and the risk of tickets being sold out for customers who come directly to the cinema. Moreover, the absence of an integrated online system makes it difficult for prospective viewers to access real-time information on movie schedules and seat availability. This situation reduces both the convenience and efficiency of service for customers. The research method used is a descriptive method by collecting data directly from the research location. Therefore, the author seeks to offer a solution by developing a new system, an online cinema ticket booking and payment system. The system is tested using both White-box testing and Black-box testing methods. As a result, all system functions were found to operate correctly and as expected

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) adalah platform khusus yang dirancang untuk mengelola data yang memiliki atribut spasial (berbasis lokasi). Secara lebih spesifik, SIG berfungsi sebagai sistem komputer yang mampu membangun, menyimpan, mengolah, dan menampilkan informasi yang terikat secara geografis. Penelitian ini memperkenalkan sebuah aplikasi SIG berbasis web yang bertujuan untuk membantu masyarakat Kota Gorontalo dalam menemukan lokasi depot isi ulang air minum Reverse Osmosis (RO) dengan lebih mudah. Dengan menggabungkan data spasial dan non-spasial, sistem SIG ini memungkinkan pengguna untuk mengakses dan menganalisis informasi berbasis lokasi secara efisien. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah merancang sistem SIG yang dapat menyederhanakan akses masyarakat terhadap data lokasi depot RO yang tersebar di seluruh Kota Gorontalo. Hasil pengujian menggunakan metode test case menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini jauh lebih efektif dan efisien dibandingkan dengan pencatatan manual. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan Cyclomatic Complexity (CC) sebesar 2, yang menandakan struktur kode yang sederhana dan mudah dikendalikan. Sistem ini memberikan kemudahan, kecepatan, ketepatan, dan keamanan dalam mengakses informasi depot, serta sangat ramah bagi pengguna pemula berkat tampilan antarmuka berbasis menu yang intuitif.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyse the control of raw materials inventory to meet consumers' demands for refill perfume at Fadil Parfum, using a quantitative research approach. The analysis method applied in this research was the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method. Based on the analysis conducted, the EOQ method provided more optimal and economical inventory control results for refill perfume raw materials at Fadil Parfum in Ogotua Village, North Dampal District, Tolitoli Regency, compared to the inventory policy previously implemented by the store. The EOQ method resulted in ordering larger quantities of raw materials with lower ordering frequency, which helped minimise the total ordering costs.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of athlete endorsement and online reviews on consumer trust and its impact on purchase decisions for Ortuseight products. A quantitative approach was employed using Partial Least Square–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) for data analysis. Data were collected from 120 respondents who are consumers of the Ortuseight brand through purposive sampling. The results indicate that both athlete endorsement and online reviews have a positive and significant influence on consumer trust. Furthermore, consumer trust is proven to mediate the relationship between the two independent variables and purchase decisions. These findings highlight that a strategic combination of credible athlete endorsements and informative online reviews can effectively enhance consumer trust and drive purchase decisions for local sports brands.

Abstract

The development of information technology in Indonesia facilitates access to information and communication, both domestically and abroad. The existence of a functional and attractive website is an essential element in the marketing and operational strategies of various companies such as the broadcasting industry and media production. The website functions not only as an information medium but also as a tool to strengthen the brand and build relationships with clients. The creative industry in Surakarta has great potential to develop due to its rich culture and creative human resources. The website design process for Cv. Ekokapti Creative Production is structured through the stages of Idea/Concept, Observation, Brief, Brainstorming, Creative Brief, Design, and Evaluation. The resulting website has a responsive, user- friendly appearance and displays service information clearly and attractively. Design elements such as portfolio galleries, interactive videos, and intuitive navigation are applied to enhance visual appeal and user experience. With an aesthetic and functional concept, this website is not only a means of promotion but also strengthens the brand identity of Cv. Ekokapti Creative Production in the creative industry. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Tv Kabel ZAKI Kabupaten Morowali. Metode penarikan sampel dengan menggunakan metode Simple Random Sampling tepatnya rumus Slovin sebesar 100 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, yang kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 26 Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Secara serempak variabel Kualitas Pelayanan (X1) dan Harga (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Tv Kbel ZAKI Kabupaten Morowali. Kemudian pada uji parsial variabel Kualitas Pelayanan (X1) dan Harga (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Tv Kabel ZAKI Kabupaten Morowali. Koefisien determinasi memperlihatkan nilai R square sebesar 0,235 atau 23,5% dan sisanya sebesar 76,5% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan ke dalam model regresi.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the skills of students at SD Inpres Matawue through the application of leaf-based ecoprint techniques. Ecoprint is an environmentally friendly fabric coloring method that utilizes natural pigments from plants, as well as being an educational medium to instill values ??of environmental concern from an early age. This activity was carried out with a qualitative descriptive approach through three main stages: planning, implementing ecoprint practices, and evaluating student work. The subjects of the activity were grade V students, with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the activity showed an increase in aspects of fine motor skills, creativity, and students' aesthetic sensitivity. In addition, students showed high enthusiasm and gained a fun contextual learning experience. This activity shows that ecoprint can be used as an alternative to skills-based learning that supports character education and a love of nature.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh Brand Image dan Harga terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada E-commerce Lazada (Studi pada Konsumen di Kecamatan Bungku Tengah Kabupaten Morowali). Metode penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah nonprobability sampling dengan menggunakan sampling purposive sebesar 75 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, yang kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 26 dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Brand Image dan Harga berpengaruh positif dan singnifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada E-commerce Lazada (Studi pada Konsumen di Kecamatan Bungku Tengah Kabupaten Morowali). Kemudian Brand Image secara parsial berpengaruh positif berpengaruh positif namun tidak singnifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada E-commerce Lazada (Studi pada Konsumen di Kecamatan Bungku Tengah Kabupaten Morowali) dan Harga secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan singnifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada E-commerce Lazada (Studi pada Konsumen di Kecamatan Bungku Tengah Kabupaten Morowali).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh digital marketing dan kepuasan konsumen terhadap loyalitas konsumen, dengan mempertimbangkan peran jenis kelamin sebagai variabel mediasi pada konsumen McDonald’s Kota Palu. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 120 responden. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa digital marketing memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas konsumen. Namun, kepuasan konsumen tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Selain itu, jenis kelamin ditemukan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen, tetapi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas atau memoderasi hubungan antara digital marketing, kepuasan, dan loyalitas. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya strategi pemasaran digital yang inklusif dalam meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas konsumen tanpa memandang perbedaan jenis kelamin.
