Abstract

Rendahnya kapasitas aparatur desa menjadi hambatan dalam pemberian layanan kepada masyarakat, terutama pembangunan ekonomi masyarakat. Kemampuan wirausaha bagi masyarakat adalah faktor utama untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat. Dalam upaya mendorong kesadaran dan pengetahuan masyarakat, pihak akademisi perlu dilibatkan agar terciptanya ruang tukar pendapat dengan pemerintah desa dan masyrakat dalam memberdayakan masyarakat. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini untuk memberikan penguatan kepada aparatur desa dan masyarakat untuk bisa menciptakan peluang usaha seta meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga. Metode yang digunakan berupa ceramah dan diskusi yang dilaksanakan selama satu hari penuh yang dihadiri 35 peserta yang terdiri dari 12 orang dari aparatur desa dan 23 dari masyarakat. Hasil kegiatan ini yaitu masyarakat sangat antusias dan senang mengikuti kegiatan sehingga terbangunnya ruang diskusi dan pemikiran masyarakat untuk membuka konsep satu rumah satu usaha dan akan ada perlombaan usaha setiap rumah tangga antar dusun khusus di Desa Rompu-Rompu sebagai upaya peningkatakan keterampilan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Hal ini tampak dari pemahaman dan pengetahun aparatur desa dan masyarakat dalam menjelaskan arti pentingnya membanngun usaha pada satiap rumah tangga. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan ini dapat memberikan manfaat kepada masyarakat dan aparatur desa dalam membangun desa yang produktif dan inovatif.

Abstract

kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan program studi pendidikan pancasila dan kewarganegaan Universitas Sembilanbelas November Kolaka, yaitu dengan melakukan kegiatan cerdas cermat bagi partisipan didik satuan pendidikan tingkat Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) yang ada di Kabupaten Kolaka dalam rangka memperingati HUT RI ke-77 dengan tema “membangun insan berprestasi-berwawasan luas-berkarakter pancasila” pada tanggal 18 Agustus 2022. Peserta terdiri dari partisipan satuan pendidikan tingkat Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) yang ada di Kabupaten Kolaka. Kegiatan cerdas cermat ini diharapkan mampu membentuk kepribadian para partisipan didik dalam hal terampil berbicara dimuka umum, dan melatih kemampuan pengetahuannya terkait materi pendidikan pancasila dan kewarganegaraan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif deskriptif. Temuan hasil kegiatan ini yaitu antusias para partisipan didik dan beragam kemampuan mereka ketika tampil dalam kegiatan cerdas cermat, walaupun tidak semua satuan pendidikan mengutus perwakilannya pada acara tersebut. Namun, begitu pentingnya kegiatan tersebut mampu membentuk dan mengasah kemampuan para peserta dan sebagai bahan evaluasi para pendidik yang mendampingi, mahasiswa sebagai calon pendidik, dan juga dosen prodi PPKn dalam mempersiapkan sumber daya manusia yang berdaya saing.

Abstract

The size of the material test specimen determines the accuracy of the material characteristics. This research was conducted to obtain the optimal tensile test specimen size by optimizing the cut parameters on the VZ-400 SA cutting machine. The material used is SNI 07-2054-2007 standard angled steel with a thickness of 5 mm. Optimization of machine parameters was carried out using the Taguchi method to measure the effect of work table speed (mm/s) and saw blade speed (m/min) on the response to the width of the rectangular cutting product. Cut width limit between 34-36 mm. Data was collected by conducting experiments 9 times with 3 replications. The results showed that the factor that most influenced the size of the width of the cut was the speed of the work table with a contribution of 86.49%, while the speed of the saw blade was 1.64% with an error of 11.87%. The optimal size of the test specimen is produced from the table speed parameter of 2 mm/s and the saw cutting speed of 90 m/min. Cutting validation was conducted in triplicate, and the result showed an average plate width of 34.7 mm with an error of 0.02.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of empowering leadership and compensation systems mediated by Employee Intrinsic Motivation on Turnover Intention at PT. Industrial Morowali Industry Park Bahadopi Regency, Central Sulawesi, while the research method used is quantitative correlation analysis using SMART PLS 3 with 166 employee samples as a result of removing outliers. The results of this study indicate that Empowering leadership, Compensation system, and Employee intrinsic motivation have a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention, Empowering Leadership, Compensation system has a positive and significant effect on Employee intrinsic motivation then Empowering leadership, Compensation system has a positive and significant effect on Turnover intention mediated by Employe intrinsic motivation.

Abstract

Introduction to the Problem: Data theft and leakage have severe consequences and can harm individuals, organizations, and society. Such problems also frequently occur in Indonesia massively. Purpose/Study Objectives: This study aims to analyze the efficacy of legal measures, particularly Law Number 27 of 2022, in addressing these issues and explores challenges hindering effective enforcement. Design/Methodology/Approach: This study employs a qualitative approach, specifically thematic analysis, to examine the legal landscape of personal data protection in Indonesia, utilizing Law Number 27 of 2022 as the primary document for analysis. The data was then transferred to Nvivo 12 Plus for coding, classification, and coding based on units of analysis, including theme identification and text search to find words, phrases, or text patterns. Findings: The study reveals that substantial steps, including the enactment of the Personal Data Protection law, have been taken to address data theft in Indonesia. The law establishes criminal consequences, encompassing imprisonment, fines, restitution, or a combination thereof. However, despite these measures, challenges persist, including limited law enforcement capacity, insufficient awareness of data protection, constrained inter-agency cooperation, and the swift pace of technological advancements. Furthermore, issues such as limited digital evidence, sluggish legal processes, low reporting rates, ineffective penalties, and difficulties in enforcing laws in cyberspace compound the challenges faced by law enforcement in Indonesia. Abstract

Halal tourism in Aceh holds great potential in supporting economic growth, enhancing community welfare, and preserving Sharia values within the tourism industry. Through the implementation of Aceh Qanun No. 8 of 2013 on Tourism, the government has made efforts to develop infrastructure, services, and policies that support halal tourism. This study analyzes the implementation of halal tourism in Aceh, the challenges faced, and optimization strategies that can be applied to strengthen the competitiveness of this tourism destination. The findings indicate that although Aceh has various advantages such as supporting infrastructure, a strong Islamic cultural identity, and proactive government policies, challenges still exist in global promotion, the availability of internationally standardized halal tourism facilities, and perceptions of non-Muslim tourists. Therefore, a strategic approach is required, including improving infrastructure quality, digital-based tourism promotion, collaboration with the global tourism industry, and strengthening human resource capacity in this sector. With these strategic measures, Aceh can further solidify its position as a leading halal tourism destination that is not only economically beneficial but also contributes to the broader welfare of society.

Abstract

Poverty in Indonesia remains a structural challenge that requires alternative approaches beyond conventional policies. Zakat and waqf, as instruments of Islamic social finance, possess great potential but remain underutilized due to institutional fragmentation and lack of policy integration. This study aims to construct a strategic integration model of zakat and waqf for poverty alleviation based on maqashid shariah principles. Using a qualitative approach through systematic literature review and thematic analysis, this research develops the Zakat-Waqf Based Development Framework (ZWDF), which emphasizes the integration of spiritual, institutional, and policy dimensions. The main contribution of this study lies in unifying normative and practical aspects to mainstream zakat and waqf as pillars of inclusive development. It recommends strengthening regulatory coherence and cross-institutional synergy to enable zakat and waqf to function as sustainable social policy instruments.

Abstract

Violence against children is extremely dangerous and must be addressed immediately. Therefore, scientific research is needed on the reconstruction of legal protection for child victims of child neglect under Law No. 23 of 2004. The issue to be discussed is how to reconstruct legal protection for child victims of child neglect crimes under Law No. 23 of 2004 on the Elimination of Domestic Violence. Previous research has discussed the reconstruction of legal protection for children who have come into contact with the law after diversion based on the principle of justice. This research focused on reconstructing specific regulations on the protection of children who have committed criminal offenses after diversion while maintaining the principle of justice. This study differs in that it focuses on the reconstruction of legal protection for children as victims of child abandonment crimes based on Law No. 23 of 2004. The purpose of this study is to provide solutions to research problems concerning the concept of legal protection of children from child neglect crimes. The research method used is normative legal research through a conceptual approach and a legislative approach. Through this research method, the results obtained indicate that children's rights must be properly considered and protected through criminal law and legislation. Research findings on the reconstruction of legal protection for child victims of child neglect based on Law No. 23 of 2004 on the Prevention and Handling of Domestic Violence indicate that the protection of children's rights remains a top priority. This research emphasizes the need for commitment from all law enforcement officials and the community to jointly enforce legal provisions to protect Indonesian children from neglect and violations of children's rights based on justice for children and human values.

Abstract

Character building based on Pancasila values is important as a foundation for creating a young generation that is not only academically intelligent but also has strong moral integrity, ethics, and social awareness. This character education is not only a supplement but is the core of developing a complete and quality Indonesian human resource. Community service aims to apply Pancasila values to elementary school students through environment-based education. The implementation of community service is carried out in elementary schools in Pelambua Village, Pomalaa District, and Kolaka Regency, namely SDN 1 Pelambua, SLB Negeri 2 Kolaka, and the local community. The implementation period is from July 14 to August 23, 2025. The implementation method uses a qualitative case study. The community service program implemented by students includes education on gadget use, education on violence and sexual thoughts, anti-bullying education, education on healthy living, education on love-pride-and-understanding the rupiah, motivational education through a lively Indonesian Independence Day competition, education on waste resilience, education on family medicinal plant cultivation, and counseling on pest and pesticide control. Evaluation of community service results shows the understanding and skills of students and the community in carrying out daily activities based on Pancasila values, such as participating in religious activities, protecting the environment, cultivating a healthy lifestyle, and other activities that reflect Pancasila character values.

Abstract

The implementation of Presidential Decree No. 62 of 2023 has substantively attempted to integrate several regulations at technically applicable level; however, on the other hand, it still raises several problems, particularly in relation to the provision of land for agrarian reform objects, land originating from forest areas. This study aimed to analyze the implementation of Presidentialial Decree No.   62 of 2023 as the latest regulation regarding the acceleration of agrarian reform activities in Indonesia as an effort to recognize that land is the greatest source of wealth for people as ordered by the constitution. To analyze the problem, the method used is type study law normative. One of the factors inhibiting agrarian reform from seeming slow in creating just and prosperous land is the dis-harmonization of regulations, that cause legal gaps. The method used is normative legal research with a statutory regulation approach. The sectoral egos and legal gaps can be put aside and released to joint policies between related institutions, and agrarian reform can achieve its main essence; namely making land a source of the greatest prosperity for people. The results show that regulatory disharmony has narrowed the space for implementing agrarian reform. The advice given in this paper is to create an acceleration of agrarian reform that is right on target in accordance with the targets set, all implementing stakeholders must comply with the norms set out in the Presidential Decree in question. Thus, it is feared that Presidential Decree No. 62 of 2023 will become a regulatory distortion, even though its implementation aimed to provide a regulatory solution in the context of accelerating agrarian reform in Indonesia.
