Abstract

 This study aims to examine and examine the effect of credit period and credit procedures on credit decision making. This research takes place at PT BFI Finance Indonesia Gresik.This research is descriptive statistics using a quantitative approach. The method of data analysis with multiple linear regression, which includes the correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and t test and F test. The number of samples taken is 89 respondents and data collection is done by questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability.The results of the study show that the credit period has a positive and significant effect on credit decision making, which is indicated by the results of t count 2.867> t table 1.66256 and the value of t sign. 0.005 <? = 0.05. And credit procedures have a negative and insignificant effect on credit decision making, indicated by the results of t count 1.389 <t table 1.66256 and the value of t sign. 0.168> ? = 0.05. While simultaneously credit terms and credit procedures have a positive and significant effect on credit decision making, indicated by the calculated F value of 23.491> 3.95 F table and sign value. 0,000 <0,05.

Abstract

In an era where micro, small, and medium-sized businesses are developing and growing, proficiency in SMEs' financial reporting management is becoming increasingly important. This expansion is not unrelated to Indonesia's micro, small, and medium-sized enterprise (SMEs) growth, which is primarily concentrated in the Greek district and keeps growing every year. The supporting activities and training management of the financial report presentation of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises SMEs in the village of Semampir, Cerme district of Gresik, are described in this article. This course aims to assist SMEs (micro, small, and medium-sized businesses) in becoming more proficient in handling financial reporting. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate and demonstrate how own capital and business location affect the revenue of micro, small, and medium-sized businesses in the Gresik Regency. Entrepreneurs need to know if their own capital and business location have a positive and significant impact on the income they will receive in the future, which is why this research is crucial. With 69 respondents in all, samples were gathered for this quantitative approach study. Both observations and questionnaires were used in the data collection process. The Slovin calculation formula and random sample procedures were used in this study. A Likert scale is used in data analysis with Google Form media. Multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing are the methods of analysis used. The study's findings demonstrate that own capital and company location have a demonstrable positive and significant impact on MSMEs' revenue in the Gresik Regency.

Abstract

Sertifikasi produk menjadi faktor penting dalam meningkatkan legalitas dan kepercayaan konsumen, terutama bagi pelaku UMKM di Desa Tambak Beras, Gresik. Namun, banyak pelaku usaha di desa ini mengalami kendala dalam memahami dan mengurus proses sertifikasi, sehingga produk mereka kurang diakui secara formal dan sulit bersaing di pasar. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini bertujuan memberikan pemahaman dan bimbingan praktis tentang pengurusan sertifikasi produk kepada para pelaku UMKM untuk mendorong peningkatan legalitas dan kepercayaan konsumen. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui penyuluhan dan diskusi interaktif yang melibatkan 20 peserta sebagai mitra sasaran, yaitu pelaku UMKM di Desa Tambak Beras. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 19 Juli 2025 dengan pendekatan langsung untuk mendampingi peserta memahami tata cara pengurusan sertifikasi yang berlaku. Hasil sosialisasi menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman tentang pentingnya sertifikasi produk dan prosedur pengajuannya. Mereka memperoleh informasi mengenai lembaga sertifikasi resmi serta cara mengajukan sertifikasi. Kegiatan ini memicu kesadaran akan legalitas produk dan motivasi untuk segera menyelesaikan sertifikasi. Langkah ini diharapkan memperkuat kualitas dan posisi pasar UKM lokal melalui kerangka hukum yang jelas, meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen, serta mendukung daya saing ekonomi di Desa Tambak Beras, Gresik. Product certification is a crucial factor in enhancing legality and consumer trust, particularly for MSMEs in Tambak Beras Village, Gresik. However, many businesses in this village face challenges in understanding and managing the certification process, resulting in less formal recognition for their products and a difficult market competition. This outreach program aims to provide MSMEs with practical understanding and guidance on product certification management to encourage increased legality and consumer trust. The program was implemented through outreach and interactive discussions involving 20 target partners, namely MSMEs in Tambak Beras Village. The program was held on July 19, 2025, with a hands-on approach to assist participants in understanding the applicable certification procedures. The results of the outreach program demonstrated an increased understanding of the importance of product certification and its application procedures. They received information about official certification bodies and how to apply for certification. This activity sparked awareness of product legality and motivated them to complete certification promptly. This step is expected to strengthen the quality and market position of local MSMEs through a clear legal framework, increase consumer trust, and support economic competitiveness in Tambak Beras Village, Gresik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi, job description, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Aldzama. Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan efektivitas dan produktivitas kerja perusahaan, khususnya pada industri furnace, kiln, dan refractory yang membutuhkan koordinasi kerja, kejelasan tugas, serta lingkungan kerja yang mendukung. Komunikasi yang kurang efektif, pembagian tugas yang belum optimal, dan lingkungan kerja yang kurang kondusif dapat memengaruhi kualitas kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode explanatory research. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 200 karyawan PT Aldzama dengan sampel sebanyak 135 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert kepada karyawan bagian Refractory Manyar Smelter Project (MSP). Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan bantuan aplikasi SPSS melalui uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai t hitung 11,724 dan signifikansi 0,000. Job description berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan nilai t hitung 11,426 dan signifikansi 0,000. Lingkungan kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan nilai t hitung 9,672 dan signifikansi 0,000. Secara simultan, komunikasi, job description, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai F hitung 84,132 dan signifikansi 0,000. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan komunikasi, kejelasan job description, dan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di PT Aldzama.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mendorong perubahan signifikan dalam strategi pemasaran bisnis, khususnya melalui pemanfaatan social media marketing sebagai sarana promosi yang efektif dan interaktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkembangan penelitian mengenai dampak social media marketing terhadap peningkatan omzet penjualan menggunakan pendekatan analisis bibliometrik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah literature review dengan pendekatan bibliometrik terhadap artikel ilmiah yang dipublikasikan pada periode 2020–2025 dan terindeks pada database Scopus, ScienceDirect, Springer, dan MDPI. Proses seleksi literatur dilakukan menggunakan framework PRISMA dengan kriteria inklusi berupa artikel berbahasa Inggris, full-text, dan memiliki keterkaitan dengan social media marketing serta sales performance. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa social media marketing memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan omzet penjualan melalui peningkatan customer engagement, brand awareness, purchase intention, social commerce, dan influencer marketing. Platform seperti Instagram, TikTok, dan Facebook terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan interaksi konsumen dan mendorong konversi penjualan. Selain itu, strategi konten berbasis video pendek, live streaming, serta kolaborasi dengan influencer memberikan dampak positif terhadap loyalitas konsumen dan keputusan pembelian. Analisis bibliometrik juga menunjukkan adanya peningkatan tren penelitian terkait integrasi artificial intelligence, augmented reality, dan social commerce dalam pemasaran digital. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis dalam memahami perkembangan kajian social media marketing sekaligus memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pelaku bisnis dalam merancang strategi pemasaran digital yang efektif untuk meningkatkan omzet penjualan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effects of price, promotion, and brand image on the purchase decision of Rocket Chicken products in Gresik City. Using a quantitative approach and explanatory research design, data were collected through a survey involving 250 consumers who had purchased Rocket Chicken products in the last six months. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire that measured consumer perceptions of price, promotion, brand image, and purchase decision using a 5-point Likert scale. The data analysis results using multiple linear regression showed that price, promotion, and brand image significantly and positively influenced purchase decisions. Among the three variables, brand image had the most dominant effect, followed by price and promotion. These findings indicate that consumers not only consider the price of the product but also pay attention to the attractiveness of promotions and brand image when making purchase decisions. Based on these findings, it is suggested that Rocket Chicken strengthen its brand image through consistent product quality and service experience, offer attractive promotions, and keep prices competitive to attract more consumers. This study makes an important contribution to understanding the factors that influence purchase decisions in the local fast food industry, particularly in Gresik City, and can serve as a reference for brand managers in formulating more effective marketing strategies.

Abstract

Abstrak Pinjam meminjam uang secara online adalah pinjam meminjam uang secara langsung antara kreditur dan debitur berbasis teknologi informasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui proses perjanjian pinjam meminjam uang, hak dan kewajiban para pihak serta peraturan yang berlaku, tanggung jawab hukum jika salah satu pihak melakukan kesalahan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan normatif, dimana akan meneliti asas-asas hukum dan kaidah-kaidah hukum dari peraturan yang ada yang berkaitan dengan perjanjian pinjam meminjam uang. Sumber data adalah data sekunder yang bersumber dari kebijakan privasi, syarat dan ketentuan, serta isi perjanjian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perjanjian dapat terlaksana apabila peminjam memenuhi syarat sahnya perjanjian yang diatur dalam pasal 1320 KUH Perdata yaitu sepakat mereka yang mengikatkan dirinya, kecakapan untuk membuat suatu perikatan, suatu hal tertentu, suatu sebab yang halal dan syarat administrasi aetelah terpenuhi maka peminjam mengisi data diri yang telah disediakan dan terjadi kesepakatan, setelah adanya kesepakatan maka timbul hubungan hukum untuk melaksanakan hak dan kewajiban para pihak. Tanggung jawab hukum muncul karena adanya kesalahan yang dilakukan oleh salah satu pihak yang melakukan perjanjian. Kesalahan bisa didasarkan karena wanprestasi atau karena perbuatan melawan hukum.
