Abstract

This research aimed to investigate the Effect of Digital Transformation on Innovation Management and Entrepreneurial Culture at an Edutainment Startup Company in Uzbekistan. This research utilizes a quantitative approach and a questionnaire as the primary tool to collect data from 46 employees in that company. The collected data were analyzed through a comprehensive analysis of data using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results revealed a substantial and positive effect of Digital Transformation on Innovation Management and Entrepreneurial Culture. This impact was influenced not only by direct effects but also through the mediating roles of Innovation Management. The implications highlight the strategic importance of embracing digital transformation to enhance innovation management and entrepreneurial culture in the relevant sectors. This implies that organizations should view digital transformation as more than just an adoption of technology but as a strategic initiative that can shape the very culture and mindset of the company, driving innovation and entrepreneurship from within. The research adds valuable novelties to the growing body

Abstract

The brand awareness of traditional culinary Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in West Java can arise from green marketing initiatives triggered by influencer marketing and company commitment. In this article, we explore the effect of influencer marking and green marketing moderated by consumer trust in influencers on SMEs' brand awareness. The population framework in this study is more than 26,000 traditional culinary SMEs in West Java. The representative sample is 380 based on the calculation. Inferential analysis employed Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). The results find that influencer marketing positively affects both green marketing initiatives and brand awareness. Green marketing initiatives positively influence brand awareness, and consumer trust in influencers enhances brand awareness. Consumer trust in influencers also moderates the effects of both influencer marketing and green marketing initiatives on brand awareness. Additionally, green marketing initiatives mediate the relationship between influencer marketing and brand awareness, serving as a channel through which influencer marketing impacts brand awareness. These findings highlight the importance of influencer marketing, green marketing initiatives, and consumer trust in shaping brand awareness in a sustainable context.

Abstract

This research aimed to investigate the impact of Digital Technology Adoption on Business Process Management, Organizational Agility, and Economic Value Creation in an e-commerce development company in Uzbekistan. This research utilizes a quantitative approach and a questionnaire as the primary tool to collect data from 42 employees of an e-commerce development company in Uzbekistan. The collected data were analyzed through a comprehensive analysis of data using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results revealed a substantial and positive effect of Digital Technology Adoption on Business Process Management, Organizational Agility, and Economic Value Creation. This impact was influenced not only by direct effects but also through the mediating roles of Business Process Management and Organizational Agility. The implications highlight the strategic importance of embracing digital technology adoption to enhance business process management, organizational agility, and ultimately, economic value creation in the relevant sectors. For the broader e-commerce sector in Uzbekistan, the research provides valuable evidence of the positive impact of digital technologies on organizational outcomes. Abstract

This study examines the influence of Green Customer Value on Green Purchase Intention, both directly and indirectly, through Green Marketing in Indonesia. Utilizing a quantitative approach, data was collected from 95 respondents aged 18-50 via an online survey. The findings indicate that Green Customer Value significantly impacts Green Marketing, underscoring that consumers' eco-friendly values enhance the effectiveness of green marketing strategies. Furthermore, Green Marketing significantly influences Green Purchase Intention, highlighting the importance of sustainability-focused marketing strategies in driving consumer purchase intentions. However, Green Customer Value does not directly affect Green Purchase Intention. Instead, its indirect effect, mediated by Green Marketing, emphasizes the need for integrating green marketing strategies to bridge the gap between consumer values and purchasing behavior. These results contribute to the literature by elucidating the components of Green Customer Value and their impact on marketing strategies. The study offers practical insights for businesses aiming to enhance eco-friendly consumer perceptions and drive sustainable purchasing decisions.

Abstract

It is importance of improving the digital literacy of teachers is crucial with the rapid integration of technology in education, effective training programs are critical. However, their success largely depends on the motivation of the participants. The purpose of this study is to determine the mediating role of the work motivation variable on the effect of the training variable on the digital literacy variable so that there are two independent variables and one dependent variable. The number of samples used was 73 teachers in Palembang. To collect data, a questionnaire technique was used. Using the Smart PLS 3.0 structural equation modeling technique, the hypothesized relationships in this study were tested. This study found that: 1) training had a positive and significant effect on teacher motivation; 2) work motivation had a positive and significant effect on teacher digital literacy; 3) training had a positive and significant effect on teacher digital literacy; and 4) work motivation had a mediating effect on the relationship between training and teacher digital literacy. These results highlight the importance of fostering a motivational climate to maximize the benefits of training programs. Implications for educational policy and practice are discussed, emphasizing the need for strategies that not only provide training but also actively engage and motivate teachers to enhance their digital competencies.

Abstract

This study proposes a model of service performance of local government influenced by staff competencies and organizational culture and mediated by organizational innovativeness. This is an empirical study using quantitative approach and a descriptive survey method to get the data from 130 staffs of the local government office as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The findings of this study are (1) organizational innovativeness is positively affected by staff competencies and organizational culture, (2) service performance is positively affected by staff competencies, organizational culture, and organizational innovativeness, (3) organizational innovativeness can serve as mediating variable for the relationship between staff competencies and service performance, also for the relationship between organizational culture and service performance. This study fulfills an understanding of the impact of staff competencies and organizational culture on the service performance of local government, mediated by organizational innovativeness.

Abstract

Operations and supply chains of logistics companies can be disrupted by unplanned or unanticipated events. The purpose of this study is to determine the description of SCDM, customer satisfaction, and reputation of logistics companies in Jakarta, and to confirm the direct and indirect effects of SCDM on customer satisfaction and reputation of logistics companies in Jakarta. This research uses quantitative research methods. This study uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale with intervals of 1-9. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The findings of this study are (1) SCDM positively affects customer satisfaction; (2) SCDM affects corporate reputation directly and through customer satisfaction; and (3) customer satisfaction affects corporate reputation. Logistics companies can focus on the flexibility aspect of SCDM to adapt quickly to changes in demand or supply activities. In strengthening customer satisfaction, logistics companies need to emphasize the communication aspect, especially in ensuring the effectiveness of communication with consumers so that the level of customer satisfaction can be maintained and even improved. Reputation logistics companies can focus on the innovation aspect by utilizing advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence and automation to improve the efficiency and accuracy of overall supply chain management.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of organizational creativity strategies in improving positional advantage in Vocational High Schools (SMK) Centers of Excellence in West Java, by considering the influence of Organizational Creativity and Partnership Program. This study uses a quantitative approach with a data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire distributed to 165 schools from a total of 288 SMK Centers of Excellence in West Java. Sampling was carried out using a stratified random sampling technique. Data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method, using a Likert measurement scale to assess the variables in the study. The results showed that Organizational Creativity and Partnership Program had a significant influence on positional advantage, with Partnership Program having a greater impact. The main finding of this study is the importance of strengthening organizational creativity in dealing with the dynamics of the external and internal environments of schools. The novelty of this study lies in the integration of two factors Organizational Creativity and Partnership Program—in developing positional advantage in SMK, which has not been widely discussed in previous literature.

Abstract

This study explores the relationship between locus of control (LOC) and investment decisions in a dynamic economic landscape. Using a mixed-methods approach, this research examines how individuals' perceptions of control influence financial behavior. Quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews reveal that internal LOC correlates with proactive financial decision-making and effective risk management, whereas external LOC is associated with a more passive investment approach. These findings highlight the psychological mechanisms behind financial decision-making and provide implications for financial policy and education. By understanding how LOC impacts investment behavior, financial advisors and policymakers can develop targeted strategies to enhance financial literacy, resilience, and overall economic well-being.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the description of the collaboration environment, collaborative dynamic-capability, and dynamic-collaborative governance, and analyze the effect of collaboration environment on collaborative dynamic-capability and dynamic-collaborative governance of poverty alleviation in West Java. The approach is quantitative, with questionnaires as the main instrument for collecting and analyzing datasets to describe each variable in the model and its interrelationships, tested with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The research subjects or units of analysis in this study are all 27 cities/regencies in West Java, plus one provincial government as respondents. The results revealed that collaboration environment and collaboration environment had a positive effect on collaborative dynamic capability. The collaborative dynamic capability had a positive effect on dynamic-collaborative governance. The amount of regional generated revenue for local governments was able to moderate the relationship among variables. This study offers practical implications for enhancing poverty alleviation strategies through targeted collaborative governance frameworks. It highlights the importance of fostering dynamic capabilities and effective local government. This study highlights the novelty of integrating dynamic governance with moderated revenue-based insights.
