Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of recognizing colors through the use of drink bottle caps at RA Permata Hati Guntur Demak and to determine the implementation of using drink bottle caps in order to improve color recognition at RA Permata Hati Guntur Demak. Data collection techniques in this research are through observation and documentation techniques . This type of research is classroom action research with qualitative descriptive data analysis. The subjects used were students of RA Permata Hati Guntur Demak with a population of 10 children. Data sources come from educators and educational staff. The results of the research show that the ability to recognize colors can be increased by using drink bottle caps. The research results increased gradually. In addition to being able to recognize colors, this media also gives students interest in learning and can recognize concrete objects. There was an increase in the ability to recognize colors by using drink bottle caps in the pre-cycle of 3 students, with an average score of 45.6 and a percentage of 30%, in the first cycle there was an increase of 4 children with an average score of 55.55 and a percentage of 40%. cycle II increased by 5 children with an average score of 72 and a percentage of 50% and cycle III increased by 9 children with an average score of 87.5 and a percentage of 90%.

Abstract

Strategic planning of education is a systematic process that involves all components of the school in formulating a clear vision, mission, goals, and strategies to achieve sustainable improvement in the quality of education. This concept emphasizes the importance of careful planning, involving all stakeholders, and being results-oriented. With strategic planning, schools can implement it in line with the expected goals. In order to support its existence, schools need effective strategic planning. In reality, there are still schools that do not have a strategic plan to support proper and programmatic school management. Meanwhile, the purpose of writing this article is to find out the process of implementing a strategic plan in improving the quality of education in schools. The method used in this study is a literature study. focusing on collecting data based on theories from various literature sources relevant to the research topic. Some of the stages that can be carried out by schools in strategic planning in improving the quality of education are environmental analysis, strategy formulation and strategy formulation, implementation of strategic plans in school management, evaluation and control of strategies School efforts to improve the quality of education include the following: Optimizing the implementation of the Curriculum, Improving the quality of educators, Improving the quality of learning Developing quality and quantity Learning Facilities It is recommended that each level of education develop a strategic planning model to improve the quality of education, so that it can produce the right strategy in accordance with the vision and mission, and enable the achievement of goals on target. In addition, improving the quality of educators and education personnel, which are considered strategic resources in schools, needs to be supported by various relevant trainings to improve the quality of education.

Abstract

The Qur'an, as the word of God, must be believed in and memorized correctly. SMAIT Al-Uswah Bangil, an Integrated Islamic high school, implements a tahfidz program using the talaqqi method to improve students’ Qur'an memorization skills. Talaqqi is a learning process that involves direct face-to-face interaction between teachers and students to recite and submit Qur'an memorization. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach with the principal, tahfidz teachers, and students as research subjects. The results indicate that the talaqqi method effectively enhances Qur'an memorization, especially for students who are still learning tajwid rules, although it is less effective for students who already have good Qur'an reading skills. The tahfidz program at SMAIT Al-Uswah is also supported by Arabic language programs and dormitory systems to optimize memorization activities. This study presents a comprehensive view of the successes and challenges in applying the talaqqi method in tahfidz learning at an integrated Islamic school.

Abstract

There is a new paradigm and a curriculum that is constantly changing with technological developments, the role of teachers is required to follow these developments. One of the government's efforts in realizing educators who have competence to achieve national education goals is the Program Pendidikan Guru Penggerak (PPGP). Through PPGP, many teacher mover (guru penggerak) throughout Indonesia are graduated who are ready to enter schools and are expected to have a significant impact on schools and the education ecosystem. This study aims to identify the role of teacher mover as teacher leadership in improving the quality of schools at the state elementary school Ulujami District, Pemalang Regency. This study uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collected from a combination of literature studies, observations, and interviews were systematically analyzed to identify the role of teacher leaders as Teacher Leadership in improving school quality. The results of the study show that the role of teacher mover has an important contribution to teacher leadership in State Elementary Schools in Ulujami District, Pemalang Regency. The role of teacher mover includes being a learning leader, being a coach for others, encouraging collaboration, realizing student leadership, and mobilizing the community of practitioners. The advice given by the author to the teacher mover is to always actively carry out self- development, increase cooperation with various parties, collaborate with school residents and the community of teacher mover, and maintain self- motivation to become teacher leadership.

Abstract

Integrasi ilmu di perguruan tinggi kini terus bergulir baik di perguruan tinggi umum maupun perguruan tinggi keagamaan . Konsep integrasi disini bukan berarti menyatukan kedua ilmu yakni agama dan ilmu umum menyadi suatu kesatuan, dan ini tidak mungkin terjadi karena sifat dan hakekat kedua ilmu yang berbeda. Konsep integrasi disini dimaksudkan adanya iklim akademis di universitas atau perguruan tinggi tersebut yang sudah tidak ditemui adanya dikotomi ilmu, dalam pengertian bahwa perguruan tinggi umum pada awalnya hanya terbatas pada kajian ilmu umum saja baik natural science, social science maupun humanities. Perguruan tinggi umum kini juga membuka prodi-prodi yang kajianya banyak bersinggungan dengan ilmu agama Islam seperti prodi Ekonomi Islam di Universitas Airlangga Surabaya dan Universitas Brawijaya Malang, Islamic Banking and Finance di Institut Teknologi Bandung, Ilmu Pendidikan Agama Islam di Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia di Bandung dan lainya. Begitu juga perguruan tinggi keagamaan Islam seperti IAIN yang semula hanya fokus pada kajian keagamaan semata dengan fakultas-fakultas agama seperti Tarbiyah, Dakwah ,Ushuluddin, Syari’ah dan Adab, di awal abad ke 21 IAIN melakukan fusi dan perubahan menjadi Universitas Islam Negeri dengan membuka Fakultas dan Prodi umum seperti Saintek, Teknik, Ekonomi dan Kesehatan. Dengan potret di atas maka di universitas atau perguruan tinggi di Indonesia kini telah terjadi integrasi ilmu dan secara otomatis dikotomi ilmu sudah tidak nampak lagi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan karakter terhadap peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi anak usia dini dalam mata kuliah Bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakaukan di kampus IAI Yasni Bungo. Pendidikan karakter, yang meliputi nilai-nilai kejujuran, tanggung jawab, empati, dan keberanian, diyakini menjadi fondasi penting dalam membentuk keterampilan berkomunikasi anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen semu (quasi-experimental) dan desain pretest-posttest control group. Teori perkembangan bahasa dari Vygotsky serta teori belajar behaviorisme dan sosiokultural menjadi dasar analisis dalam memahami hubungan antara pendidikan karakter dan perkembangan kemampuan komunikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada kemampuan komunikasi peserta didik setelah penerapan pendidikan karakter dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia, dengan signifikansi p < 0,05. Pendidikan karakter terbukti meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara anak dalam hal kejelasan, keberanian, keteraturan berpikir, dan penggunaan bahasa yang sopan. Selain itu, interaksi sosial bermakna dan pemberian penguatan positif menjadi faktor kunci dalam proses pengembangan keterampilan komunikasi tersebut. Implikasi dari hasil ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi pendidikan karakter dalam kurikulum pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia, khususnya bagi calon pendidik anak usia dini, guna membentuk generasi yang tidak hanya cerdas secara akademik, tetapi juga berkarakter luhur dalam berkomunikasi.

Abstract

This study develops a strategic concept for halal canteens using the Zona KHAS (Halal, Safe, and Healthy Culinary Zone) framework, integrating halal assurance, food safety, health, and comfort in accordance with sharia principles. The research aims to create a strategic model for halal canteens in university settings, focusing on halal certification, food safety, and student Well-being. While the study is based on universities in Jember Regency, it also explores the broader applicability of the Zona KHAS framework in global contexts. Using a qualitative, exploratory approach, 21 canteens across six universities were observed. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis, and analyzed using NVivo 15. The study found that seven of twelve Zona KHAS criteria were met, with managerial professionalism and halal staff training requiring improvement. Key components identified for Zona KHAS implementation include halal certification, food safety, digital transactions, and supporting facilities. This model promotes sustainable campus development and enhances students' overall Well-being.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' learning outcomes in Biology for Grade X students of SMK Manbaul Hikmah through the implementation of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach using a Classroom Action Research (CAR) design conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consisted of planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection stages. Data were collected through observation sheets of teacher and student activities as well as learning outcome tests administered at the end of each cycle. The results indicate that the application of the PBL model significantly improved students' learning outcomes. In Cycle I, classical learning mastery reached 85%, while in Cycle II it increased to 92%. The 7% improvement in classical mastery demonstrates that the PBL model is effective in encouraging students to think critically, collaborate, and solve problems related to contextual learning materials. In addition, students' activity and engagement during the learning process showed continuous improvement in each cycle. Therefore, the Problem Based Learning model can be considered an effective alternative for improving Biology learning outcomes of Grade X students at SMK Manbaul Hikmah.

Abstract

Proses penerimaan mahasiswa baru menjadi bagian penting dalam manajemen akademik perguruan tinggi. Namun, proses pendaftaran yang masih dilakukan secara manual atau kurang terintegrasi dapat menyebabkan berbagai permasalahan, seperti keterlambatan pengolahan data, kesalahan pencatatan, dan keterbatasan akses informasi bagi calon mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan utnuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi yang berbasis web dalam mendukung digitalisasi proses pendaftaran. Dengan menggunakan metode prototype, pengembang dan pengguna dapat berinteraksi secara langsung selama prosses perancangan sistem. Tahapan metode prototype meliputi pengumpulan kebutuhan pengguna, pembuatan prototype awal, evaluasi oleh pengguna, dan penyempurnaan sistem untuk memenuhi kebutuhan yang diharapkan. Sistem ini secara terintegrasi menyediakan fitur pendaftaran online, pengelolaan data calon mahasiswa, melakukan proses seleksi, dan penyampaian informasi hasil seleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa menggunakan metode prototype dapat membuat sistem yang sesuai dan mudah digunakan. Selain itu, sistem informasi penerimaan mahasiswa baru berbasis web ini dapat membantu digitalisasi layanan akademik di perguruan tinggi dan meningkatkan efisiensi, efektivitas, dan transparansi proses pendaftaran.

Abstract

Tingkat literasi dan inklusi keuangan syariah nasional masih relatif rendah dibandingkan sistem keuangan konvensional, sehingga diperlukan intervensi edukatif yang terukur dan berkelanjutan. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) yang dilaksanakan oleh Program Pascasarjana IAIN Syaikh Abdurrahman Siddik Bangka Belitung pada 26 Agustus 2025 bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi pegawai Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Bangka Barat terkait prinsip, praktik, dan penerapan literasi keuangan syariah. Melalui metode seminar, workshop, simulasi kasus, dan pendampingan, kegiatan ini menemukan bahwa sebagian besar pegawai belum memahami indikator literasi keuangan syariah serta belum memanfaatkan produk lembaga keuangan syariah. Program ini menghasilkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta, terbentuknya inisiatif komunitas penyuluh keuangan syariah, dan rekomendasi tindak lanjut berupa penyusunan modul, pendampingan, dan kemitraan strategis dengan lembaga keuangan syariah.
