Abstract

As UKM and UMKM, they must be worried about being displaced due to increasingly tight competition in business. can be seen from the fundamental challenges in the industrial world such as logistics costs, energy costs, and other things that affect production costs. But actually there is nothing that MSMEs or businesses with a larger scale need to fear. The existence of UMKM in rural areas also needs to be maintained, so that they can absorb productive age workforce. This can be done simultaneously with creating a transformation in marketing the form of business it has, especially UMKM. Sorkam is a sub-district in Central Tapanuli Regency, North Sumatra, Indonesia. The capital of this sub-district is in the Sorkam sub-district. The population of this sub-district in 2021 is 16,511 people, with a population density of 205 people/km². the people in Sorkam Tengah village have home-based businesses such as cassava chips, chips made from salted fish, and various types of Sorkam specialties. This is a local product that needs to be developed by utilizing the results of natural sources that support the regional economy. Keywords: UKM and UMKM, business opportunities, Revolution 4.0

Abstract

The objectives of implementing the community partnership program (PKM) service are (1) understanding PKM in the Padang Masiang Village community, (2) understanding in socialization in the Padang Masiang Village community, (3) understanding the importance of using good grammar in improving the marketing of economic products in the Padang Masiang sub-district. The method of implementing activities using good grammar in increasing the marketing of economic products includes several stages, namely: (1) Preliminary Stage, (2) Socialization and Audience Stage, (3) Final Evaluation Stage. The result of this activity is that the community understands how important it is to use good language in increasing the marketing of economic products in the Padang Masiang sub-district. The PKM community service partner is Padang Masiang Village, Barus District, Central Tapanuli Regency. This program is carried out as an effort to increase public knowledge in increasing product marketing and improving the economy of local residents. Keywords : Marketing, Product, Grammar

Abstract

The objectives of implementing this community partnership program (PKM) service are (1) understanding of PKM in the Lopian community, (2) understanding of the use of coconut fiber into flower pots, (3) understanding of the importance of developing village potential during the Covid-19 Pandemic and how to prevent the spread of Covid-19. The method of implementing coconut fiber utilization activities into flower pots includes four stages, namely: (1) Introduction Stage, (2) Socialization and Audience Stage, (3) Training and Processing Stage, (4). Final Evaluation Stage. The PKM community service partner is the Lopian Village, Badiri District, Central Tapanuli Regency. This program is one of the efforts to add insight to the community in the processing of coconut fiber. Abstract

The objectives of implementing this community partnership program (PKM) service are (1) understanding PKM in the midst of the Padang Masiang Village community, (2) understanding in making Japanese fruit sandwiches in the midst of the Padang Masiang urban village community, (3) understanding the importance of developing economic potential in Padang Masiang Village. sir . The method for implementing Japanese fruit sandwich making activities includes several stages, namely: (1) Introduction Stage, (2) Socialization and Audience Stage, (3) Japanese fruit sandwich making training stage. 4) Final Evaluation Stage. The result of this activity is that the community knows how to make Japanese fruit sandwiches and can improve the economy in the Padang Masiang sub-district. The PKM community service partner is Padang Masiang Village, Barus District, Central Tapanuli Regency. Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian untuk menguji ada tidaknya pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada UD. Restu Mulia Pandan. Penulis menggunakan 90 orang responden sebagai sampel yang diambil dari 10% populasi sebesar 900 orang populasi dengan menggunakan rumus slovin dengan metode penelitian menggunakan uji instrumen validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik uji normalitas dan uji heteroskedastisitas, uji analisis data uji korelasi, uji determinasi, uji regresi linier sederhana dan uji hipotesis t. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan positif antara kualitas pelayanan dengan kepuasan konsumen pada UD. Restu Mulia Pandan dan uji korelasi ditemukan nilai sebesar 0,880 dengan kategori korelasi sangat kuat. Sementara koefisien determinasi diketahui bahwa (R Square) adalah 0,775 yang mengandung pengertian bahwa pengaruh variabel bebas yaitu kualitas pelayanan terhadap variabel terikat yaitu kepuasan konsumen adalah sebesar 77,5%, dan sisanya sebesar 22,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor diluar variabel bebas (kualitas pelayanan), Dengan persamaan regresi sebagai berikut : Y= 5,824 + 0,866X yang menunjukkan apabila ditambahkan satu satuan variabel X (kualitas Pelayanan) atau nilai tertentu maka akan bertambah peningkatan variabel Y (kepuasan Konsumen) dan berdasarkan uji hipotesis t maka didapatkan hasil bahwa nilai t hitung sebesar 17,411 dan nilai t tabel 1,98729 maka nilai t hitung 17,411>1,98729, karena nilai t hitung lebih besar dari nilai t tabel maka hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima dan hipotesis nol (Ho) ditolak. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan dan Kepuasan Konsumen

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh semangat kerja dan disiplin terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah. Berdasarkan uraian hasil penelitian tentang Pengaruh Semangat Kerja dan Disiplin Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah, maka dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut :Berdasarkan koefisien korelasi berganda terdapat hubungan yang cukup/sedang dan positif sebesar 0,611 antara Semangat Kerja dan Disiplin terhadap Kinerja, berdasarkan koefisien Determinasi yang diperoleh sebesar 0,990%, ini bermakna bahwa kemampuan model dalam menjelaskan variasi Kinerja oleh Semangat Kerja dan Disiplin sebesar 99% pada Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah, sedangkan sisanya dijelaskan variable lain yang tidak dimasukan dalam model sebesar 1%, berdasarkan Regresi Linear Sederhana persamaan regresi yang diperoleh adalah Y= 3,353 + 0,60X1+1,012X2 yang menunjukan pengaruh Semangat Kerja terhadap Kinerja akan bertambah sebesar koefisien (0,060) apabila variabel Disiplinterhadap Kinerja akan bertambah sebesar koefisien (1,012) ditambah dengan satu satuan, dan berdasarkan uji t yang dilakukan terhadap hipotesis yang diajukan diterima ( signifikan ) dimana t hitung lebih besar dari t table yaitu 3,521>2,01669 yang berarti pengaruh Semangat Kerja dan Disiplin terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah sangat cukup dan signifikan dalam meningkatkan Kinerja. Kata Kunci : Disiplin, Kinerja dan Semangat Kerja

Abstract

Trade receivables represent bills arising from the sale of merchandise or services on credit. Trade receivables are usually given by sales to buyers on the basis of trust, without being accompanied by a written agreement, except for certain customers such as sub-distributors. The impact of uncollectible accounts is that it causes a risk of decreasing company profitability, which in turn can cause losses for the company. Uncollectible receivables are debts owed by other parties for a business transaction. The type of research used in this study is a qualitative descriptive research method, using secondary data collected through the process of observation, interviews and documentation at PT. Tri Sapta Jaya Sibolga. The following data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and triangulation. In the results of interviews with PT. Tri Sapta Jaya Sibolga concluded that the amount of uncollectible accounts based on the age of the receivables obtained the value of uncollectible receivables as being 1-30 days old, which means current, 31-60 days meaning substandard, 91-180 days meaning doubtful, and 181-365 days means uncollectible, where in 2017 the condition of uncollectible receivables was 9,605,854,106, in 2018 it was 12,002,571,945, in 2019 it was 17,345,325,639, in 2020 it was 8,349,776,069 and in 2021 it was 8,638,971,561.56 The results of the study show that the cause of receivables is the weak credit administration and control system that occurs because creditors do not implement the system based on predetermined procedures.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah mendeskripsikan kemampuan guru memulis karya tulis ilmiah dengan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dan cara menulis artikel ilmiah sebagai luaran dari PTK itu sendiri. Pendekatan yang dilakukan pada kegiatan pengabdian ini berupa workshop penulisan Penelitian Tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 1 Sarudik. Pengabdian ini tentunya bertujuan untuk membangun hubungan antara SMP N 1 Sarudik dengan STIE Al-washliyah Sibolga Tapanuli Tengah sebagai mitra pengabdian masyarakat. Program ini diharapkan dapat berjalan dengan baik untuk menmbah wawasan guru dalam penulisan karya tulis ilmiah. Hasil dari kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah publikasi karya ilmiah pada prosiding dan jurnal nasional dan jurnal terakreditasi nasional. Metode pelaksanaan penulisan PTK ini menggunakan metode blended learning, yaitu memadukan dua metode secara tatap muka dan online melalui group whatssapp. Hasil dari kegiatan pelatihan ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan guru-guru SMP Negeri 1 Sarudik meningkat secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif dibuktikan dengan karya tulis ilmiah telah banyak terpublish di jurnal maupun prosiding.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of teamwork and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Central Tapanuli Regency. The type of research used in this research is a quantitative research method. The sample in this research were employees at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Central Tapanuli Regency with a questionnaire distributed to 78 (seventy eight) respondents. From the results of the t test in the research, it is known that the calculated t value of Teamwork is 5.086, greater than the t table of 1.665 (5.086 > 1.665), so the Teamwork variable (X1) has an effect on Employee Performance (Y) at the Population Service Office and Civil Registration of Central Tapanuli Regency, meaning Ho is rejected, Ha is accepted and Job Satisfaction is 3.523 > t table 1.665, then the Job Satisfaction variable (X2) has an effect on Employee Performance at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Central Tapanuli Regency, meaning Ho is rejected, Ha is accepted. Meanwhile, from the results of the F test, it is known that the calculated F value is 48.085 > F table 3.12 and the significance is 0.000 < 0.05, so the hypothesis states that Teamwork and Job Satisfaction have a significant effect together or simultaneously on Employee Performance at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Central Tapanuli Regency acceptable.
