Abstract

Orang tua dan guru disekolah memiliki tugas menyiapkan anak-anaknya kelak menjadi orang dewasa yang bertanggung jawab. Anak-anak ini nantinya harus mampu mandiri secara fisik dan psikologis untuk menghadapi tantangan kehidupan. Urusan memahami anak memang gampang-gampang susah, apalagi anak masuk fase remaja yang merupakan masa transisi dari kanak-kanak menjadi dewasa. Tentunya orang tua dan guru harus pandai-pandai dalam memahami karakter dan ciri-ciri pertumbuhan dan perkembangan yang dilalui anak. Tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam Universitas Islam Kuantan Singingi hadir untuk memberikan bantuan kepada remaja untuk mengenal konsep diri yaitu, mengenai dirinya (self-image), cara remaja menghargai dirinya dibandingkan dengan orang lain (self-esteem), dan sosok ideal yang remaja ingin capai (ideal self). Untuk sampai ke titik tersebut, remaja sangat membutuhkan bantuan orang tua dan guru di sekolah serta lingkungan dengan cara, Melakukan aktivitas fisik, Cintai diri sendiri, Fokus pada kelebihan dan Membantu orang lain.

Abstract

The freedom to express opinions in public is a constitutional right guaranteed by the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia and further regulated by statutory laws. In practice, the exercise of this right often encounters obstacles, one of which is the refusal by the police to issue a Notice Receipt Letter (STTP). Such refusal may create legal and social problems, particularly when it is conducted without clear and proportional legal grounds, thereby potentially undermining the principle of social justice. This study aims to analyze the refusal of STTP for public demonstrations by the police from the perspective of social justice. The research employs a normative legal method using statutory and conceptual approaches. The legal materials consist of primary, secondary, and tertiary sources, which are analyzed through qualitative descriptive analysis. The findings indicate that any refusal to issue an STTP must be based on objective, proportional, and accountable legal considerations, while respecting human rights and the principle of social justice. Arbitrary, discriminatory, or non-transparent refusals may restrict citizens’ access to their constitutional rights. Therefore, a balanced approach is required between maintaining public order and safeguarding citizens’ rights to ensure that the exercise of public expression can be carried out in a democratic and socially just manner.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan keaktifan belajar siswa melalui penerapan pembelajaran berbasis proyek (project-based learning/PjBL) pada mata pelajaran Pemeliharaan Mesin Sepeda Motor (PMSM) kelas XII TBSM SMK Negeri 10 Merangin. Penelitian menggunakan desain Penelitian Tindakan Kelas model Kemmis dan McTaggart dua siklus, masing-masing meliputi tahap perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Data keaktifan dan hasil belajar dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan skala Guttman. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan keaktifan yang nyata: siswa sangat aktif naik dari 4,62% menjadi 23,57%, dan aktif dari 57,42% menjadi 68,33%, disertai penurunan kategori cukup dan kurang aktif. Ketuntasan hasil belajar meningkat dari 63,33% menjadi 93,33% (KKM ≥ 75). Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa project-based learning efektif meningkatkan keaktifan belajar dan capaian akademik pada pembelajaran PMSM di lingkungan pendidikan vokasional. This study aims to enhance students’ learning engagement through the implementation of project-based learning (PjBL) in the Motorcycle Engine Maintenance (PMSM) subject of grade XII TBSM at SMK Negeri 10 Merangin. A classroom action research design based on the Kemmis and McTaggart model was applied in two cycles, each consisting of planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. Data on student engagement and learning outcomes were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and were analysed descriptively using quantitative Guttman-scale scores supported by qualitative descriptions. The results indicate a marked improvement in student engagement: the proportion of highly active students increased from 4.62% to 23.57% and active students from 57.42% to 68.33%, accompanied by a decline in moderately and less active categories. Mastery learning rose from 63.33% to 93.33% (minimum mastery criterion ≥ 75). These findings demonstrate that project-based learning is effective in strengthening student engagement and achievement in vocational PMSM learning.
